I had hungry jack today in Bathurst with my parent and 3 kids time I got to the movies in Bathurst I am feeling sick in the tummy I went to the toilet and was sick and had diarrhoea. We had to leave the movie to came home cause I [censored] my paint while we was coming home All the kids got sick as well plus my parent. We all had the same sick and diarrhoea. I am not happy with it.

I purchased two vegan burgers from 24hrs Hungry Jacks, Cannington, Albany Hwy on Thursday, 1st Nov 2018. I was i the middle of the meal when my partner took out his burger and as soon as he took it in his hands he felt somethig weird about it and opened it. We were given empty burgers! I left my meal incomplete and drove back to the outlet, and the staff member at the take away counter, simply took the bun from me and put in a patty in front of me. I was appalled and felt like a beggar on the streets. I spoke to the lady at the on the order station and asked her to get the manager, instead she asked what I wanted and after re-telling the thing she went inside and fetched another one.
I was very excited to try the new vegan treat, but after this bitter experience I realized that Hungry Jacks treats their paying customers worse than beggars. Even the quality of the burger was terrible, there was no sauce or myo. It would have been better to have gone to any other rival food chain and would have been treated with much respect and gotten good quality food.

horrible customer service and incorrect orders.
My mother and I came in today in the afternoon to make an order. (01/11/2018). A manager with the name tag Kareena was making our food. We noticed immediately that she was extremely rude and had horrible customer service. She was showing this by by giving us a horrible look and then almost throwing the bag at us when the order was done. We were disgusted as we don't expect to receive this appalling conduct at Hungry Jacks.
She made a mistake by missing all 4 small chips in our mega meal deal in which we KINDLY came back and asked to have the mistake fixed. She walked away when she saw us one of the other staff assisted us and gave us our chips.
We then went all the way home and my brother took a bite out of the order only to realise that there was Bacon in it! I was extremely angered by this as we were already ordered our food and went home with one mistake and a bad experience. Not only that but we SPECIFICALLY stated that we did NOT want a meal with bacon in it. We do not eat bacon as it is against our faith. We came to find that there was bacon in 2 of the burgers.
When we went back to the store we specifically called for Kareena as she was the one who made this error. We saw her make and put the burgers in our bag. Instead is addressing our issue she went to the back and called someone else to address it. She on her. The other workers dealt with the situation very well and gave us 2 burgers to make up for the Error and apologiesed.
I'm extremely disgusted and angry at Kareenas conduct as she was the MANAGER acting more horribly than a trainee would! This issue needs to be address as it reflects poorly on Hungry Jack's and as your regular customers we will not eat here anymore unless this issue is addressed.

Tonight I purchased a large whopper with cheese meal. I came home to eat my hungry jacks meal I just purchased and I noticed that my large chips were less than half full! This is appalling and a waste of money and I would like a full refund and this is not what I ordered or payed for, if I wanted a small I would of purchased that.

Well where do i start..i traveled to Mrlbourne yesterday and was feeling weak as i had not eaten since the day before.. i stoped at the hungry jacks in southern cross station the one upstairs as thete is 2 at southern cross.. at Melbourne on 29th/ 10/18. I orded a double whopper large meal upsize with cheese..with orange juice. I waited over 10 minutes for this as everyone else hot there order before me. I was patience waiting and said thank you when it finally was given to me.. i walked to the window bench to sit and eat my meal.. the chips where overdone brown and limp.. yuk.. i then proceeded to eat my burger only to find it was only a normal burger and it was also vold.. the meat was cold the bun also and with the cold tomato and lettuce it also eas yuk.. i looked in the bag..no straw no serviette.. i looked over to see what was going on in sevice and there was to many people there and i had a 10.00am appointment so had to leave as i travelled 4 hours for my appointment so had to leave.. i left my meal in discuss and was feeling sick with what i just got served.. i am so discussed with this meal that it made me literally sick on my way to my appointment. .this is the second time that this has happened to me.. the other was Horsham Victoria store.. i have waisted a total of $13.. yesterday and the Horsham store last year was over $50. total.. this is unacceptable to me and the other with my family.. absolutely devastated and this is sickning literally i am thinking of social media reporting but decided not to.. this matter needs to be addressed ancd an apology fourth with as its not acceptable or good enough. This is the third time I have came to hungry jacks in a week, and all times never had onion rings no Coke Zero syrup and make me wait 6-15 minutes for a grilled chicken pattie! Supposed to be fast food! And never happy with customer service always rude! Doesn't even offer anything for the inconvience lik a discount or throw in a freebie like places usually do! Get ya act together HUNGRY JACKS!

Last night I went to hungry jacks around 3:30 am and I faced the most aweful service of my life. As usual I was placing my order and I had to repeat myself thrice as the person taking the order had difficulties communicating. I ordered water with my food and I drove to the window. When I got there he repeated a wrong order and I corrected him. I didn't misbehave or anything instead I said sorry so that he feels better because I know how it feels to work that early in the morning. But he mistook me and thought it was actually my fault. After that I rechecked my food and saw that the water was missing. I asked him where my water was and he got so furious and charged me with questions like that is why we repeat the order at the window but if you can check the recording if possible. You can hear that he repeated the order like he was mumbling and wasn't clear at all. I thought he told me the first two items so that I can identify my order. After he misbehaved I got a little furious and all I said was what the f*** do you mean it is my fault? And he started telling me all sort of things and told me "go home, I'm not serving you" threw my card at me and slammed the window on my face and went away. That was so ill mannered! I got humiliated in front of my friend and wife who was in the car with me. I was a regular customer of hungry jacks and I go there evey night on my way to work. This is the first time something like this ever happened to me. I want you to take serious action towards it. That is not the way to talk to a customer when they have been so polite to you in the first place despite he was the one at fault.

There is a systematic rorting of the above system going on at your circular quay store in Sydney.
The screen showing customers orders being prepared shows "order ready to collect" well before the order is even available at front of house and then progresses to collected and disappears from the screen again usually before the boxer is even available for front of house staff to assemble and offer to customers.
When asked for an order which is shown on the screen as ready, the staff just smile and say "we're waiting on this or that" and "it's coming".
This happens on every shift on every day of the week suggesting it is a management condoned/initiated rorting of the system.
The impact on customers is that they are consistently lied to about their order being ready and worse still the order then disappears from the system.
I can only assume that the system is also used to measure team performance, store performance and franchisee performance. If so then there is systematic lying about performance at every level and if financial outcomes are based on these metrics then fraud is a real possibility.
I don't like to be lied to as a customer and I don't like to see a business system rorted or potentially defrauded.
Please fix and hold those responsible accountable.
onion rings
Good morning, on Friday night I visited the Kawana store on Nicklin way and ordered a burger and onions rings I feel the photo of the onions rings is totally not acceptable these were on the bottom of the pack. Seriously would you eat these? Disgusting and whoever put these in the onion ring packet needs glasses if they didn't see them yuck yuck and yuck turned me off my dinner. So it went in the bin burger and onion rings

I am lucky to buy fast food twice a year, and this experience was yet another reminder why I don't. Last Friday 12th October, 2018 I wanted to try the new "Vegan" burger so I stopped into the Myaree store for lunch. The meal was complete disappointment, it was bland and considering I ordered the combo which included a medium chips and drinks, I would hate to think what the small chips consisted of because the medium afforded me about 15 small chips if I was lucky. ...And to add insult to injury, the "Vegan" meal was served on a tray with a promotional material showing a cow, presumably intended for human consumption, which for anyone ordering a Vegan meal, is absolutely inappropriate. I also noticed the restaurant was tired looking, grotty and the staff disinterested. Considering the meal cost me $11 or so, I have to say the meal was crap, the venue was crap and was a complete rip off. Hungry Jacks honestly if that's the best meal and service you can offer then you seriously need to lift your game. And if you cant do a Vegan meal properly, then don't do it at all.
shocking service, shocking people, absolutely disgusting and disgraceful.
15 October 2018. My wife and I thought we would have some dessert but when we got to the store we said we will try the new vegan burger and then will have dessert. We had to wait to get served because there were people standing around and then when it was my turn to get served the girl behind the counter was busy and she didn't notice me. Eventually she did and i placed my order. the time the order was placed on my efpos receipt is 2110. I waited as my order was prepared. there were 4 staff members on duty to my knowledge. the caucasian female manager, a caucasian female food prep, an indian female front of house and a middle eastern looking male food prep (not sure what the technical term is). whilst waiting for my order this is what i observed. the middle eastern male's friends were in the store so the he was at the counter pretty much the whole time. leaning and chatting very casually. the other two female staff (not manager) also knew these people and at times they either also chatted and leaned on the counter or waved and spoke to the group. they had a frozen coke variety that the male staff member tasted along with the group of friends. when their order was ready one of the girls in the group asked for some salt on her chips (that they were eating) and the staff member went and added some salt but also added a scoop of fries and then they started joking that "they/I gave a dollar already", when one of the other crew members said you cant do that. after the group of friends left, i was watching while my burger was being prepared (as there were no other orders in the store or the screen), and the caucasian girl was picking at her gloves and the male was flapping a slice of cheese in the air and walking around. i could not see if he put that slice of cheese on my burger as it was just out of view. once the burger was made the caucasian female THREW the burger in to the the ready area where the front of house female bagged it. when she came to me with the burger i asked her was that the cheese that the guy was walking around with, put on my burger and she said "no, there were two slices of cheese on the vegan burger and there should only be one so it was removed". i said to the girl "i dont beileve you, i want a refund. i will go and get my eftpos card". it took 10 minutes to get the order to the counter from when it was placed for the burger, fries and the drink never came (i won it on the shake and win app). why did it took so long when it was not peak hour, its after 9pm at night. She got the manager to come round and i said to her "is this what a professional workplace looks like? your staff member is walking around flapping cheese in the air. i am disgusted and will be lodging a complaint with head office. i will also be contacting the local council and you should expect the health inspector". she gave me my refund in cash but also didn't hand me back my original reciept, hence i have no "invitiation number". the refund # is 246 and all i got refunded was the burger ($7.10) when i paid $8.10 (its short and i never took any food items with me). i think my order # was 242. staff members should not be touching other things like the counter or anything else when wearing gloves and then go back to making food. that is basic food hygiene. this is not the first time i have had issues with this store but i dont say anything because i normally go through drive-through but this is my first time i walked in to the store and it will be the last. i normally go to the hoxton park rd site and they are very good, clean and efficient. this new store is disappointing. i have just wasted an hour and a half of my life on this round trip and email and my wife and i were so upset we just went straight home. hopefully you can train your staff to be professional and efficient. one bad customer experience is not going to hurt your bottom line but i will be telling my family and friends and i will be lodging a complaint with council. i wish you do better next time with other customers, regardless of the time so other people dont feel the way that i did tonight

Sunday 12 Oct 2018. I entered the store on 957 Wanneroo Rd, Wanneroo WA 6065, at approximately 10.30 am with cash in my hand, clearly visible. The store had no customers, except for a staff member ordering something from the manager. There were cars going through the drive through obviously.
The manager, whose name I do not recall, of Indian appearance looked at me and ignored me. She did NOT greet me, or politely say " I will be with you shortly Sir", she simply and rudely ignored me. No other staff member bothered to serve me.
I waited and waited. In the end I said "alright then" and proceeded to walk out the door. As I walked out I was yelled at by the manager with " oye I'm Busy" Her manner and tone of voice was rude and disgusting. I work hard, I have 2 degrees to my name and I was raised with Manners. I have worked in retail and in the food industry throughout my life, and I was taught to greet every customer, and if busy, a simple sorry Sir/Madam, etc etc. Or simply say. WE WON"T BE LONG!
I am not the one who should be abused because of that Woman's incompetence and rude manner, which she obviously brought from India. I will never set foot in that store again. In Fact I may never go back to Hungry Jacks.

Hi brought 2 hunger tamer boxes from hungry jacks noarlunga our bugers were cold and meat was burnt our chips were cold aswell and was given no drinks for the meal our frozen drinks were not all flavour like i requested the rest of the meal was acceptable im likely not to go back to this store again so that mean maybe once a year i go there if at all not very happy with the food at all

I have been a customer at Mermaid Waters Hungry Jacks for many years and after a horrendous experience with the drive through staff and then a conversation with the Manager of this store I will never be going there again .
The staff are very young and rude they have no manners or customer service skills .
My queue at the drive through was regarding the new app that seems to have lots of cliches.
I attempted to lock in the offer several times but it kept on showing an error . I did this 3 times for different items.
When I explained I had problems at the speaker location and placed an order they said they would look at the app and issue I was having .
When I got to the window to show the problem the girl told me point black if you can't show me the coupon I can't complete your order she was unnecessarily abrupt and sarcastic and her words were ‘ well I don't make the app Lovey!"
The Manager talked over me, wouldn't let me explain the issue I had so maybe we could find a resolve or offer a solution she point blank told me I obviously didn't know how to use the app .
I have been on the receiving end of lots of attitude from staff at this store even to the point where I had responded to a rude comment made by a staff member who was obviously having a bad day and I very kindly Stated that just because she was having a bad day didn't mean she should be taking it out on the customers where she agreed with me and apologized .
I'm sick of being treated this way by your staff and feel you should take a look at staff training to make better experience for you paying customers to remain loyal.
No beef burger whoppers at dinner time
6.40 Hungry Jacks Rockingham didn't have enough whoopers at a main time when people want to eat dinner!, my son drove through only to be told the unhappy news, and when he rang to let me know I asked if they would do chicken burgers in due of no whoopers pending a big NO!, So my son drove out of the drive through to get fish and chips!, mmmmm sad for we don't buy Macs.

I went through the Drive Thru and ordered a Whopper burger with cheese, and it came without cheese. A very simple order, one burger on it's own. The burger had an overexcess of onion, but no cheese as I asked for. I didn't get a receipt, I wasn't offered one, so I cannot supply here.

I am writing this complaint to bring to your attention that I am not satisfied with your quality of service at your Hungry Jacks Aveley Store in WA - '24 hours'. These events have taken place over the last few months including the most recent 'Friday 28/9/18 3.00am, Monday 1/10/18 at 3.30am'. On every occasion I have tried to order a Coffee in the drive thru and the staff 'it seems to be the same lady' advise me -
"We are not doing coffee"
"The coffee machine is being cleaned"
"We do not have cups"
She is actually very rude in the way she advises the customers.
I then requested a hash brown as I was already in the Drive thru when they couldn't do the coffee - She then advised me "We are not doing meals".
I understand there can be hiccups but this is an ongoing occurrence. Today I went to the petrol station across the road and the worker there advised me how many people complain about the exact same issues with your Hungry Jacks 24 hour Aveley store. I am very upset with your staffs performance especially given within the time frames of 1am - 5am at any given day this problem seems to happen. It is a complete was of time going there especially for a store that claims to be 24 hours.
I will never go there again and I know many people within the suburb feel the same.
food poisoning
I took my family to hungry Jacks in Nerang on the Gold Coast yesterday at around 3:20pm to celebrate my sons 11th birthday. We purchased 2 family meals and a serve of onion rings. There was 3 adults there and 4 kids. We stayed until around 5:30pm. It was a very enjoyable experience until on my way to dropping my mother in law back home, we had to pull over quickly so she could throw up. Then the following morning, my 9 year old daughter woke up complaining of feeling sick. She's had to throw up approximately 11 times throughout the day. So far, no one else has fallen ill. I'm wondering if they have gotten a bad reaction to bad cooking oil or rotten food if any kind. I'm disappointed as I've always enjoyed my experiences at hungry jacks and especially enjoyed all there is to offer at the nerang restaurant. I'm worried other consumers may have been affected also.
