poor food and customer service
I went back to the store at kibgswood nsw to receive my replacement order from last week, the manage was not replacing the full order and very uncooperative as rhe manager who wrote the replacement meal didnt write the whole order down and i was trying to tell her that its wrong she was gonna change the chips and drink cause i said there probably gone cold now but not the burgers i was holding the drinks out my window cause i wanted her to take them back and held them there for awhile till they slipped out my hands and onto the floor now which wasnt deliberate. My main complaint is that another girl in plain clothing has come and asked if everything was alright and i asked who she was she said she was a manager aswell and i asked are you one from here she said yes i said are you working now and her reply was no so i said bye i dont need to talk to you as she turned around she said why dont you go kfc i said i will next time than she said "go loose so weight!" Are you kidding me! She said this 3 times! Now i have my son in the car with me and i find this inappropriate! And to cop slander off a manager in that way. I have a car video and audio recoder which would of recoded all of this and ill be uploading it to my computer to catch the footage! The disrespect from the "manage" on shift is unacceptable and i want it dealt with affective immediately. I will also calling first thing monday morning to follow up this email

opening hours at warwick qld store
On Sunday the 6th of August 2017 we arrived at the Hungry Jacks Warwick store at 7.50am only to find a young employee standing outside the store informing us that the store wasn't open as yet. No other explanation. We know this store is open at 6am every morning as we travel this way once a year and it is our first stop after 200km of traveling for breakfast. We were extremely disappointed as were other people we spoke to who had no other choice but to go to your opposition MacDonalds. We travel further so as we can have Hungry Jacks as we prefer it, so as I have said very disappointing.
It seemed very strange that this one young boy was left to advise people.
I would like you to maybe consider a voucher for our closet Hungry Jacks in Shepparton Victoria for the inconvenience

burnt patties, cold food
I went to the kawana hungry jacks that had just opened.two days in a row one one of the days the patties on my triple cheeseburger where burnt, I would have taken it back but as I was in a rush to get back to work I couldn't. On the next day my hash brown and chips were cold therefore were not eatable. Again as it was in my lunch break I did not have a suffiencent amount of time to take my food back.

Is not the first time that me and my friends are really not treated well in hungry Jacks of main north road in Nailsworth. We study close and always pop up for a coffee. Today is 31/07/17 10:51am. There is a lady who works for hungry jacks and she is really grump treating all the customer badly. The environment when this lady is here is totaly bad. Definitely she is unhappy working for HJ.

Hey i am Kenji Dang and i'm currently working at Hoodle Street Hungry Jacks and im just wondering why i havent been paid for 4 weeks now. I had recently been fired but was able to get back the job and the managers keep telling me that my name is on the system but are waiting for the head office to confirm. I entered hungry jacks at castle Plaza in Edwards town tonight 23rd/7/17 at approximately 8:05pm, our initial service was good as prompt but while we were waiting for our order I could see your kitchen staff sitting up on the preperation table. This is highly Un hygienic from a customers point of view and is defiantly not a good look.As this is not the first time this paticular shop has demonstrated bad behaviour I won't be returning to this store.
veggie burger religious problem
I have order 4 vege burgers from drive thru but we got only one burger which was order in meal and we were charged 16 dollars for that and after that we again go to drive thru and make another order for 2 vege bugers but we were given one vege burger and one was something beef in that.
As i get out of hungry jacks and have taken my first bite from my burger i realise that its not a vege burger than my wife and my friend told me its beef which makes me vomit on the spot and the whole last night i was feeling sick and vomiting
Im from sikh religion and we dont eat meat or any animals its against my religion and now im feeling guilty and shameful i cant stand in front of my holybook . My parents decided to get Hungry Jacks for us for lunch, my mother decided to order a Bacon Delux..as you can see from the photo attached..wheres the bacon!? This isnt the first time this has happened but takeaway doesnt happen often and this really upset my mum. Burpengary Hungry Jacks hasnt been the best since it opened but this is ridiculous! To add insult to injury...the burger was cold!

On monday 18th I placed my order threw the drive thru had 2 seperate orders. Got the order parked in the car park to have our lunch only to find that all 3 burgurs were cold. So I rang them up and told them. Thay said to drive threw the drive thru to get another order so I did. I gave em the same order as b4. Only this time thay stuffed up the order so not only did I get another cold whopper but the order was wrong. Other people waiting were getting mad as well. Albany hjs realy need to get there [censor] together it's been happening for fair to long now some think needs to b sorted i'm sick of complaint every time. I drive an hr to get to albany i'd expeact to get a nice hot fresh meal

The managers at the Gympie restaurant are terrible and careless. Do not care about the customers nor the company. The attitudes are always moody and snappy. Ask to swap one of my burgers in the megal for for $19 from a chicken patty to a beef patty since my partner cannot eat the chicken ones and i was told yes. Get all the way down to picking up my food and the manager says i cannot swap and gave no reason. She rather waste the whole 4 meals then change one burger.. and the meal was already made to go with the beef. Making a new one with the chicken that i didn't want would have just wasted more food? When i said i can't take it then since one person at home will miss out she said she didn't care. There seem to be a few too many incidents with the Gympie restaurant. For a resturant that is losing customers fast you would think they would sort themselves out! Took myself elsewhere to eat
ultimate wooper meal
me and my partner stoped in at carseldine hungry jacks to get 2x ultimate wooper burger meals and found out wheb we got them both bugers were burnt to the point the meat was tottaly black and all we got was a burnt tast in our mouth the chips were cold and we also asked for them to be without picckles and still got pickels on them. I took them back not impress at what we both got and they replace the burgers but they were not fresh once like i asked they were once oulled from the tray as i was watching what they were doing in the back ground and this time i got slightly burnt meat not as bad as the first time but still burnt and also they had forgot to add the tomatoes to the meal. I want something done about this because after this experience i am highly recommending people not to go there ever. Very disappointing in both meal and service

The last two nights I have gone through the drive thru at Cockburn hungry jacks in Perth.
Both nights I was served by I believe an African woman. The first night I ordered a tender crisp with onion rings and an Angus burger . As I was handed my food I started pulling out of the drive thru only to find that wen I took a bite into a couple of onion rings they were old and cold, so I drove back around and drove back to the same window I met her at and explained that they were cold and could she please make some fresh ones. She then told me to park and she will bring it out. Well when she brought out my what was suppose to be fresh onion rings and burgers . I carried on home, wen I got home and I sat down with my partner to eat I once again toook a few onion rings to my mouth and they were worst then before, I believe strongly that what she had done was went and zapped the cold onion rings in the microwave rather then fry up some more. Not only that I bit into my tender crisp and I struggled to chew through the chicken it was that old. And my partner bit into his Angus burger to find also that the meat and cheese in it was old and the bottom bun was hard as rock.
Then next night I went through the drive through I demanded that she mad my order fresh and I also ordered two caramel deluxe shakes which wen she handed me the shakes it didn't look right so I had a taste and there was no caramel in it .not even any sauce I could see... I confronted her about it and said that it was just vanilla she gave me and she was adiment that it was caramel and even poured me some into a cup for me to try, and wen I did try it I looked at her and said that is vanilla . She argued with me to the point where I just gave up and couldn't be bothered with it . So in the end I got two vanilla deluxes basically cossge never added the caramal sauce but I did get fresh onion rings. So I give here that one but again the burgers were the same as the night before .
Some one really need to do something about her as I bet I'm not the only one that has dealt with her crap on a daily basis .
epping hungry jacks
Tonight I was at your hungry jacks store in Epping 3076, I had asked the girl at the counter to put peri peri sauce on the side for me since they aren't supplying spicy sauce on the side anymore, it hasn't been a problem to put peri peri sauce on the side in a tub until now, the girl said she wasn't allowed to which was okay I understand that she's just listening to orders, when we asked the manger named Jayant to he said that his not allowed to due to the limited quantities of peri sauce, but if I wanted we could put it in my burger and i can have the peri sauce from there... when I kept asking if I could just have the peri peri sauce on the side he just kept saying no he was so rude and showed no care at all .. really disappointed with the customer service at this store will not be coming back.
I told them I will just dip from the burgers peri peri sauce and they didn't care when I said that ..

Description of Incident- Today we requested for two veggie burger at Hungry Jacks, Mirrabooka, WA .The staff had given Veg Whooper (Beef patty in it ) instead of Veggie burger. I am Hindu vegetarian by birth and it seems to be very unethical and irresponsible behaviour of the staff.My younger daughter ate few bites from the same burger before we realised that it is a wrong order served to us.It is really disheartened us and it is against our religious feelings and beliefs.It is really unbelieveable that how can the management be so irresponsible and on the pretext of misplacing the order and how can one can play with religious sentiments of others.it is untrustworthy behaviour of staff.I demand for right justice under the rights of Customers in WA
Desirable solution - I request you to find solutions at your own, it is blunder on your behalf.please send me the solution also.I registered the same complain to manager, but i did not get any satisfactory response, I want the right compensation as per the policy of the company and as per the existing law of Australia.

On Friday 30 June, 2017 I & my husband visited the Hungry Jacks Queen Street Mall store, Brisbane. Australia.
We had travelled to Brisbane from the Gold Coast and were staying overnight at the Park Regis Hotel in Brisbane to attend a sporting event Broncos V Storm NRL football game.
We checked into the hotel at approximately 1.30 and walked the short distance into the Queen Street Mall to do some shopping.
At approximately 3.00pm we had a light snack for afternoon tea.
1 x jnr whopper, large chips, 3 chicken nuggets, 1 x chocolate thick shake & 1 x black tea. My husband and I shared this snack. My husband had the nuggets and I the jar whopper.
After our snack we headed directly back to the hotel, by the time we reached the hotel I was violently ill and had severe diarrhoea.
My husband was not ill at all.
We were in Brisbane to attend the NRL event.
I spend almost the entire game in the ladies toilet - very ill.
We returned to our hotel and at 6.45am my husband rushed me home to the Gold Coast where I remained in my bed and the bathroom for the entire weekend.
I did not go to the doctor as I could not leave my bed.
On Monday morning I rang the Queens Street Mall store and spoke to a young female manager - I did not get her name. However I did give her my name and telephone number. I asked her the email address of the store as I wished to lodge a formal complaint. The female provided me with and email address and I documented my complaint via email. A copy can be provided should you require.
on 4 July Meleea Smith acknowledge my email and advised that she was unable to find a contact number for me.
On 4 July 2017 I responded to Meleea Smith the I had neglected to provide my telephone number in my written email of 3 July 2017.
I subsequently provided my telephone number [protected].
I am totally appalled with the lack of response by this company and total district for you customers.
In my email of 3 July 2017 I also drew attention to the condition of the Queen Street Mall store.
We dinned in the upstairs area. It was filthy my husband cleaned our table before we ate. The tables were filled with left over rubbish, papers, food and general mess.
ALL THE RUBBISH BINS WERE FULL & OVERFLOWING.
The mirror on the stair well was badly broken and Im sure a very bad health & safety risk.
It has now been three full days since I made contact with Hungry Jack and still have not spoken to anyone in a responsible position.
This matter need to go to the Department of Health & that will be my next step.

3 of my kids and partner suffer food poisoning symptoms - Diarrhea, fever, nausea and vomiting after having Hungry Jack burger (Bacon Delight) on 20 Dec 2018 bought from Hungry Jack Mirrabooka. I'm the only one escape the food poisoning as i'm the only one that didn't eat the hungry jack burger. All my kids still sick on 22-Dec-2018 and slowly recovering. Hopefully will fully recover tomorrow. Will avoid fast food as much as possible from now on...
Bought 2 whoppers at Sawyers valley on Fri night. Ate one, then the other for breakfast the next morning. Ate nothing else all day earlier, as I was on the road all day. Went to hospital on Saturday night in agony. It is now Tues morning and I am still crook as a dog. Food poisoning.

I bought two grilled chicken burger from hungry jacks and the chicken was not fresh and it was too rubber and over cooked, it was burnt and i was not even able to tear it with my hands. It was like rotten wood which has been kept in water for so many days. I was totally disappointed coz i was hungry at that moment and it was nearly 4 o'clock in morning.

Went through drive through at epping hungry jacks, 3076. At drive through when ordering my food I had told them to make it fresh, when I was receiving my food I asked them if It was made fresh, I was told the food was fresh and that my burger did have peri peri sauce in it and when I got home the burger was not fresh and did not have peri peri sauce in it, very disappointed, what a waste of money did not even eat it just threw it out.

Hi, I purchased some pancakes for my child today and she couldn't even eat them because they were hard and you couldn't even bite through them. Very disappointed seeing as this has happened more than 3 times already. I don't know whether it is because they are old and been microwaved or something but it has to stop. I May as well have fed my child cardboard with butter and maple syrup.
whopper that made me sick
Hi I went through port augusta hungry jacks drive thru on Thursday night about 6.30-7pm and got a whopper meal, no tomato extra mayo. Approximately 40 minutes after eating it I had massive stomach cramps most of the night with diarrhoea! So I was rather sick! Phoned the port augusta hungry jacks on Friday approx 9.40 am I had to ask if it was hungry jacks as she didn't say when picking up the phone and the girls said 'yep' which was unprofessional to start with!
I then asked to speak to the manager and she said it was her, so I explained the situation, she sounded uninterested in what I was saying and not Ta all professional and said oh I'll have to fill out a form and send it off. I then said Are u serious, Ive found u to b very rude on the phone today, u have not apologised, I then said I'm very diasappointed and I won't b back and I hung up! I don't expect much but an apology or perhaps even a refund would have sufficed. I work two jobs in the hospitality industry and know all too well about complaining customers, however I do deal with these appropriately to maintain customer satisfaction which was definitely not the case today! Hi i had a hungry jack whooper today from rundle and after around 2 hours , this pain in stomach started and believe me it spoiled everything. I will never have anything from hungry jacks now. Oh ny god this pain in stomach is killing me. Hungry jack poisoned me.
Yes I had the Whopper with double beef and cheese from the Dalyellup store in Western Australia tonight & within about 30 minutes I was in extreme paim. Hours later, I'm up after midnight and still the same. Tried taking Panadol and mintec but nothing seems to be working unfortunately.

I came to hungry jacks at 2:25am in Alexandra hills and ordered 2 bacon deluxes. They were completely cold so I drove back through and told the guy at drive through they were cold and he said they would cook fresh ones. When I left I parked in the parking lot to check them and the MANAGER had warmed them up in a microwave oven / microwave and they were dry burnt and still cold . I know this manager not by name but her service is below standards for a hungry jacks manager. I'm very displeased with my service and order and it's not the first time I've had bad service from her. I work late and have had cold food served by her multiple occasions and this time I chose to make an complaint, because I don't care if it's 4am.. if your on shift at that time you're supposed to do your job properly .
