cheeseburgers
Hi I ordered a meal at the Hungry Jacks at Munno Para in South Australia and didn't notice till I got home my order was not complete.
I ordered cheeseburger stunner deal with no cheese on the burger because my daughter is lactose intolerant, cheesy cheeseburger for myself, 2 nugget carry cups and a small chips.
My cheesy cheeseburger was missing (this is not the first time from this store) and the cheeseburger for my daughter had the cheese scraped off. I know this because there was left over cheese around the edges of the cheeseburger (see picture below).
Not after anything just want the store to know they need to get their act together.

I purchased hungry jacks for my friend and myself at around 2:30 on the 23/11/19 for myself I got a large double whopper meal and my friend a medium whopper meal, after 3 to 4 hours I was vomiting every 15 minutes, about an hour later I had diarrhea as well, both of which have lasted 3 days now, my friend became sick later that night with the same symptoms.

Hi there I recently purchased 2large whopper meals from hungry jacks in Mornington and was really unhappy with not only the meal but the customer service. Firstly the food was cold, even though I waited in drive thru for over 10 minutes, I thought due to waiting that long we would've received fresh food and I asked for cheese in my whoppers and didn't receive this. When I did approach a team member advising me that I was unhappy with the food they basically just shrugged me off making me feel like an idiot for even approaching them about it. I'm usually very happy with u guys and for me to go to the trouble of emailing you, it must've been pretty unsatisfactory
Hungry jacks is not about quality food, nor is it about customer service or health and safety. Its new mission statement is all about making as much money as possible and to be the number one take away in the world.What the [censored], where are not some third world country that eats cold, under cooked or off food. Terrible, I don't honestly have any other word. The cheese sauce was extremely salty like it had been mixed with the entire bag of salt, the chips wasn't even crispy, they tasted like frozen microwaved chips. There were lacks of bacon, they were cut into small pieces but somehow I couldn't eat it, were too salty (Basically the product is made out of salt). I felt like vomiting after consuming it. refusal to accept vouchers on the phone and customer service number always unavailable
1. The High St Preston Vic branch refused to accept Hungry Jack's vouchers on my smartphone on Friday 8/11/19 at approximately 4:00pm advising staff have been advised by management to only accept the originally printed vouchers.
2. Loge an online complaint.
3. Receive a phone message from Preston Branch - Jade but when I call the next day, Jade is not in for the day.
4. The 1300852326 Hungry Jacks customer service number, for the last 4 days transfers to a recorded message after 7 rings each and every time you call, great customer service!
5. Called the Hungry Jacks head office in South Australia 14/11/19 (can't find any number for the Victorian head office) who advise they will investigate the issue with the customer service number and also advise the Vic area manager.
6. Receive a call from the Vic area manager - Malik to call him on 0398317100. I call him the next day 15/11/19 but he is out and a colleague answers but cannot provide Malik's mobile number but will take a message.
7. Tried the 1300852326 Hungry Jacks customer service number again and teh same problem exists.
8. Called Malik's number again to leave a message for Malik to provide me with an email address or mobile but after 8 rings, the call ends and there is no option to leave a message.
9. NOT IMPRESSED.

Your stores are dead to me!
Last night my partner called into the Campbellfield store and ordered An Aussie burger large meal and Whopper with cheese large meal and a large onion rings.
When meal came the burgers were cold and dry and the chips and onion rings dry and over cooked! Plus ten onion rings are a large serve (that is all we got)
I didn't make a fuss but decided to email them. Today I got a call from someone telling me that he view the footage and the burgers weren't col and the chips weren't over cooked and we got correct amount of onion rings.
Basically calling me a liar and sticking up for his rude, lacking of customer service story manager ( she was screaming and intimidating everyone!
Clearly Hungry Jack's are not interested in customer feedback but they might be interested in consumer affairs or the health departments opinions. For I am a strong believer of no smoke without fire!( end of Facebook rant)

I called the site manager at Narellan to discuss complaint ĺ was made to feel like I was lying about not getting drinks had to give my phone and was told they had to check cameras. Chips were cold so I asked for freash ones was told my burgers would then be cold .Then realise the burgers were dry and horrible not happy .Im going back to McDonald's

Went to Hungry jacks on Albany highway at 8:10pm on 6th November with my friend and 6yr old for his birthday dinner party, bought kids meal and tender crisp burgers 2 for $8.45.
1. Food is not fresh, Can easily figure out between fresh chips and soggy chips.
2. Burger chicken patties are burnt, as you can see in the picture below to dark brown colour. when i ask one if the staff said hungry jacks make burgers like that and she is trying to convince me by showing the pictures on the board and ask me to compare the colour, and if i still want to change then i need to pay and order again, and she said still the burgers will be the same as they look now ...
that means will be burnt?
I know your company have policies and you train staff to give such excuses, being a million dollar company you should train your staff more on how to give 100% customer satisfaction rather than making them explain to customers that u make burnt burgers, to me that burger should'nt come out of kitchen. Please take action against any such complaints and keep your business healthy and happy. Thank you

missed meal
I ordered 3 meals at a drive through, a cheese burger meal, a Smokey BBQ burger meal and a Vegan Burger meal.
I was so annoyed when opened the bag at home, I only found two meals in it. My Vegan
Burger meal was not in it. I was charged for it but I didn't get it. That's so upsetting.
Any way you guys can compensate for it?
To be honest, this is not the first time this has happened to me, it's been other incidents which I just ignored.
But I'm now sick of it . And thought you could probably do something about it to stop thease incidents from happening again in the future. Thanks. Eli

start off my complaint ID like to say the customer service was really appalling I have never been treated that way in a fast food restaurant before what I ordered start off with my order was incomplete they went back and fixed it but then they still forgot stuff then I told them then I brought over the extra chips and then through basically through the food at then I asked him where could I make a complaint they smiled at me and slam the window never been so disrespected the food was that disgusting that I had to feed it to my dogs I wasted $38 of my money at your restaurant which I'll never attended again unless this gets rectified attended on the 02/11/19

I sat in my car waiting for 15 minutes to finally get severed and when I did it took another 10 minutes to finally get my food. When I did get my food there was no salt on the chips.
I would have been better off going to Bunnings and getting a sausage in bread. And support my local businesses and clubs.

I had placed 3 seperate orders. One with the rebel whopper and whopper deal for (this was the order we did not receive). The second order was two cheeseburgers and 18 nuggets. This order was part of the voucher as well.
The third one was one cheese burger, and 4 frozen cokes. I will probably not use this store again in the future as this is not the first time I hadn't received my burgers. Last time I received the wrong one and I did not complain. People shouldn't have to go through this.

On the evening of the 01/11/19 around 9pm I purchased a bacon and avacado chicken crisp. Bear in mind I have only attended this location twice and the first time i attended my order was wrong. This time around I was really annoyed. 4 orders before me had their orders missing something or wrong. A lady came in angry as she was waiting in the car park for 30 MIN and no one came with her order. I was the 2nd last person to receive an order for that influx of customers. The person at the counter took my ticket and said they would complete my order number 778. I thought since they took the receipt they would make me the right order so I didn't bother checking. I came home with my large coke and meal and only to my annoyance found a small chips and a plain chicken burger. Instead of the large meal and bacon and avacado chicken crisp burger that I paid near $15 for. I felt ripped off and angry. I would like to formally request a refund for the poor service and incorrect meal. That's I believe the least that can be done. And you have lost a local customer in me for this mishap.

Order number was 576. 1 x small chicken Royale super stunner meal with sundae instead of drumstick, 1 x large chicken Royale super stunner meal with sundae instead of drumstick, 1 x triple cheeseburger meal with sundae instead of drumstick, 1 x cheesy cheeseburger. Received 1 x large drink, fries and sundae. Realised drink was wrong size and the attendant changed it to large but did not realise rest of mistakes until I'd arrived home. Very frustrating. What do I do now, please?
