Hi placed 2 orders at the hungry jacks harbour town Gold Coast. Paid both with my effpos card. First order was a family meal deal with a voucher I presented this which entitles you to 1 chicken burger 1 whopper burger x2 cheese burgers 4 small fries 4 small drinks. Next order was x1 hunger tamer meal(tender chicken) plus x2 whopper burgers with cheese on its own. When given my order as I was waiting patiently for I asked if we could have our drinks to then was told rudely we’ll did you even order drinks, I responded yes I did it came with the voucher. An the other drink came with the meal deal. Had given her the receipt only for her to roll her eyes at me an say you didn’t order drinks well it clearly was stated on the first order as well as the second order. I then had asked if we could have our x2 whopper burgers with cheese as we did not get them. Only to be told you didn’t order them again it clearly states on the receipt to which I had paid for. They then gave me other bag with x2 burgers in it. We left as this was takeaway not dine in an left. To get home to find we didn’t get our 1 whopper burger only 2 which we should have had 3 whopper burgers in total 2 with cheese an 1 without. We got one with cheese an one without. Also did not get all 5 drinks only 4. We don’t as a family eat takeaway often an I thought this would be a nice treat for my children. Just highly disappointed in service. An didn’t get all our order won’t be going to that hungry jacks again.
worst customer service
I went to this Hungry jack’s Oakleigh 3166 on September 28 around 2:30am in drive thru and I ordered two chicken burgers with frozen coke. Burgers were fine but frozen coke was half filled. There was a guy at the window and I asked him to fill it up but he spoke rudely with me. Then I asked for a receipt and he didn’t give me receipt. I asked him to fill frozen coke again and he just ignored me and close the window. I was waiting there for 4-5 minutes also I blowed horn as well as I knocked window but I didn’t get any answer. So, please train you employees for proper customer service. I’ll come again and will see if there is same situation again then I’ll call to head office.
my burgers
I went to the Kwinana store got 3 burgers one bacon delux one whopper jr with cheese and the new baconator all 3 had cooked lettuce in them and were so sloppy with mayo my delux had really hard bun it was really discussing I paid nearly $30 for what my dog wouldn't even eat the chips tasted like they had cooked twice .i am a chef and I have never had food like this from your store it was very disappointing .the date was 29/09/2017 at 8.30 pm I went though the drive though I don't think I will be going back to this store again .my contact e-mail is [protected]@outlook.com my name is Veronica Caporn I think you need to check the store ther have been other complaints about this store .im sure you don't have cooked lettuce in your burgers .

i visited a hungry jacks restraunt in Ringwood Victoria the day before grand final day 2017 which was also a public holiday. I'm placing two complaints regarding the air conditioning and the woman's toilets. the restraunt had been very stuffy feeling as though there was no air going through the air vents and that it was only going through the opening of doors when entering and exiting the restraunt. The air conditioner is situated in a separate room so i question where the air is travelling into the restraunt its self.
The woman's toilets are filthy disgusting unhygienic. both mens and womans toilets need to be mopped scrubbed disinfected and deodorized. clearly this is a workplace health and hygiene issue that needs to be attended to at the most highest professional standards. when customers are leaving the restraunt i also notice that tables are not attended to, to be cleaned and wiped down almost immediately and its not just one restraunt i have attended to either. Air conditioner and toilet photos have been up loaded as proof. I trust that these serious issues will be looked into

The service at your hungry jacks on in queen st mall is absolutely crap slow as hell preparing food always a line of people waiting for food educate your staff to be more effiecient in the workplace you have just lost a customer not because I waited 10 minutes for a ham and cheese toastie because when I did receive it was soggy and old absolutely disgusting

Hi there my name is karina and I am currently working in hungry jacks in truganina store as a crew member. It's been 3 months I have been working for hungry jacks and now though I have to submit a complaint about the environment in my store. A few weeks ago I gave a resignation as I was being bullied by other crew member so my manager saurabh bedi texted me saying that why am I resigning the job as I was good worker and am a quick learner so he said that he would take care that from next time no one will do dirty talks (hope uh understand) with me so I took my resignation back and then my manager told me at that very time that I'll be getting good shifts accordingly but nothing happened like that I was earlier getting shifts like 15 hrs. Per week or more but after that I was just getting 11 hours per week still I was happy working but then now my manager started playing as he is good on my face but bad on my back a few days ago trainer came to train us on aloha he said infront of him that I got my shifts on weekend but then when I asked him he said I dont have decided yet I am just getting 6 hrs per week and now for this week I have no job / shift. Again, its not for the first time the second manager sirji treates me bad as if I am servent sorry for this word but it is happening with me and if I complain ot to my manager then he is like its ok if managers are not cooperating what will other staff do
I request you to take any action.
If you want me to resign I will I do not have any problem but I am being mentally harassed and I am suffering from sinusitis due to alot of stress from my work. I need to earn something if I need to take my expenses.

I'm an ex employee. I worked for hungry jacks when I was 17. I'm now 40.
I went through drive throu and got two whopper Jrs last night and ordered no pickles and no onion on both burgers. I left and had my burgers at work. I was very annoyed to find onion in my burger. To make it worse the last bit I took was full of onion and left my mouth with an onion taste. Exactly what I didn't want.
I am lucky I don't have an allergy to onion because there was a lot of onion in my burger.
I personally think that the store I went through needs a going over by head management. Because from how I was served threw drive throu which was the duty manager by the way to how my food was handed to me through the window to my burger itself.

vouchers handed out too early without a starting date
We recently drove throughthe Wendouree Hungry Jacks with discount vouchers only to be told they weren't valid until the next month.
We checked the vouchers they didn't have a starting date just an expiry.
Very frustrating as we were out of pocket a lot more than we intended.
I feel the error was deceptive and it was just fortunate we had extra money at our disposal.
restaurant toilets
We frequently visit your Werribee restaurant and recently we have noticed a decline in the cleanliness of the toilets. The last two times the toilets were unusable but on today's visit when ordering our meals at the register closest to the toilet there was a strong urine odour. Absolutely disgusting. I can't possibly eat there anymore. I'm sure I'm not the only customer to notice this. Very dissapointing!

I am complaining about the standard of the meals served on the above store.
It appears that on regular occasions the store runs out of key ingredients such as eggs, beetroot or bacon (our preferred burger is The Aussie) and although at the time of order they advise of the situation they still charge you the same price as a full burger without at least offering the customer any compensation (e.g. extra bacon, chips or upgrade the drink).
In fact what pushed me to make this complaint was last night's meal, as usual I've ordered The Aussie meal but without beetroot (as it was for my daughter) when I was advised that the store had run out of eggs and since nothing was offered in lieu, then I've replied as if we could settle this with extra bacon and the answer was affirmative, so I thought it was a fair agreement. However when I've arrived home and opened the burger the only piece of bacon in it was not much larger than a 50 cent coin; photo attached.
Disgusted with what I considered to be almost a bad taste joke, we called the store to complaint seven (7) times, each time ringing until the calls timed out except for the last call to which someone at the store picked up the handset to avoid the ringing but left the unit on the bench as we could hear what was going on at the store but no one talked to us. In summary, the whole experience was deplorable and truly tarnish the Company's slogan of "the burgers are better at Hungry Jack's".

For the first time in years I thought I would give Hungry Jacks at Brisbane Airport a go. The line was moving quick and the burgers were being cooked fresh!
So if anyone could explain why the grilled chicken fillet in my burger was cold?
As I was on my way for a flight, I simply binned the burger in fear of eating further and getting to the middle which would have been colder than the outside

Hi on my much break today I went to hungry jacks west lakes I ordered two large grilled chicked burgers I waited 15mins for two meals the staff was rude an took too much time to serve me the burgers were stone cold and no large chips in one meal a cup had a hole which leaked in my car unacceptable service and food to loyal customers hungry jacks in port Adelaide is always good lovely custom service I would like a full replacement to correct this issue and make things wright cheers
attitude from management and incorrect order received
So it is Fathers Day I have just gone out to our local Hungry Jacks as that is what dad wanted for tea. Got home have ordered large onion rings and have half a packet of burnt cold onion rings. Have also order a whopper and got a bun and a piece of meat. No salad at all. I have gone back and told them what has happened. Yes they did say sorry but the manager of the store tried to virtually call us a liar and say we would not have sent the onion rings out like that and the burger well the girl has just misunderstood what you wanted. I did not ask for no salad I asked for a whopper by itself. Not a value meal just a whopper. Not impressed I had to drive back there especially when it was cold and I had just come out the shower. And the way I was spoken to by the manager was discusting.
missing hash browns
Purchased 3 large bacon and egg muffin meals from hungry jacks on the corner of Vincent and Beaufort st. Was not offered a receipt and only received half the hash browns that were supposed to be included. Purchase was made this morning on 2nd September for Father's Day breakfast at around 9am. It's funny how things are always missed when they don't provide a receipt, I wasn't even offered one! I can provide bank statement for proof of purchase if there are any issues. My whole motivation for ordering a large meal was for the additional hash browns, otherwise it is just a normal meal that you pay more for. Feeling ripped off, this hungry jacks never gets it right!
workplace bullying, unethical behaviour
I have two incidents
This involves one of my managers her name is Jordan at the Narellan store
incident 1- during a rush I was very busy had my hands full and noticed a lid wasn't on one of the drinks properly and I accidentally spilt it and she told me to hand out the order and go away and under her breath she said "[censor]ing dumb [censor]" I have a witness to this who I will point out should this go further
Incident 2- I asked her a question asking if I could get a drink and she said yeah whatever go and once again under her breath she said "[censor] off" I also have a witness to this who will be mentioned if this goes further
My name is Jacob but I'd like to remain unanimous as if she knows that I reported her it could make my work life worse she takes her anger out on others and she shouldn't do that she is very unethical and I'd like something to be done about her.

This is the third and last time that we will be visiting hungry jacks taree. We have given it the benefit of doubt each time but, EVERYTIME we've been disappointed.
Customer service incredibly poor. No one says hello or how are you.. it's straight to how much we owe, we've had burgers smothered in sauce that it drowns out the flavour and EVERYTIME we've had a stingy serve of chips as the packet is generally half full. This is not what I expect or have experienced from hungry jacks and other outlets. I really hope this will be addressed as I love supporting our locals.

Went to the Gympie hungry jacks drivethrough. Was told last time by a manager "Bec" the last time i called up that it was allowed that you could switch a chicken burger for a whopper since i can't eat chicken. This is the $19 mega meal. Got to the drivethrough and ordered was told no i could not swap. I said the manager stated it was allowed. I said i am after a beef patty instead of chicken so got my order discovered it was still chicken. The guy at the window said "get the hell out of my driveway" And another girl at the window was mimicking spitting in the food. I find this really disgusting. it made me take my whole meal back and ask for a refund as i now believe she had spit in the food. Very horrible customer service. Once she saw me catching her in that action she immediately stopped but thankfully my dash cam caught all.

On Friday the 25th of August at approximately 2:30pm I went through the drive thru at Hackham Hungry Jacks and ordered a hunger tamers box with a bacon deluxe burger medium with a coke, a medium grilled chicken burger meal with a coke and the packet of $1 onion rings.
I'm pretty sure a male with brown hair served us.
The hunger tamers box had a whopper with cheese in it instead out the bacon deluxe. this burger went to waste as my husband doesn't eat whoppers. the grilled chicken burger was disgraceful and I was utterly disappointed as it was so dry and hard this burger also went in the bin as it was disgusting, then the onion rings were stone cold. I would say the chips were pretty average but ok to eat. the nuggets seemed ok but weren't very fresh close to their hold time limit. at least the bbq cheese burger was good and the service was good just shame about the products.
I have been meaning to contact all weekend but have been busy with work and sick children. we didn't come back on the day as we live in McLaren flat and we didn't notice everything until we were already on Victor harbour road heading home from the hospital as our 15month old had fallen over and hit his head so we just wanted to get him home.
terrible customer service
When I proceeeded to the window to pay for my meal, I asked the girl by the name of Georgia who was working there if I could change my order. She told me that I couldn't because they already made the burgers and that I should have changed my mind whilst I was ordering. I proceeded to tell her that I would like it to be done, she then told me to drive back around to the start of the drive thru to order my meal again. She spoke to me in an extremely rude and patronising manor. I did not appreciate the way I was spoken to and I do not plan on returning to that particular restaurant.
