My husband an I called in for hamburgers and chips. We decided on the tamer meal - burgers, chips, 3 nuggets and drink.
We also purchased the special deal - 18 nuggets, 2 chips and sauces.
The young girl serving us asked what sauces we wanted.
She then moved to the chip area where she used the chip holders to scratch her face.
Seeing this made me shudder, this was for a customer in the drive thru.
Finally our order was ready as it had been sitting there getting cold.
On handing us our order I asked was everything there.
She just looked and said it was all in the one bag.
On returning home we only had part of our order.
I tried to call the store - no answer.
I then had to leave and return to the store.
The girl said nothing and just pointed to the counter.
I spoke with what I thought was the manager.
He asked me to sit down while he completed my order.
I replied I had to leave my meal which was now cold to return to the store.
All he could say was sorry then handed me the rest of my order.
I returned home to a cold burger and chips.
Bitterly disappointed and I didn't feel hungry anymore.

On Thursday 2nd November 2017 time 8.30pm entered a store at Paralowie south Australia . Which costumer service was very rude while waiting for my order their where a few young staff having a great time laughing an mucking around with even staff using not tolerated foul words in loud manner . I received my order went to take a seat to consume my order when the restaurant was very dirty example food over floors, staws an drink containers an rubbish an dried sauces an foods stuck on tables . When mentioned was just laughed at an then remain behind talking an laughing at my self for making it too their attention . I'm sorry but after this I refuse to return to that store or any other hungry Jacks store very disappointing to hungry Jacks that they allow this behaviour an dirty of store

Absolutely disgusted by their customer service.
Rude and arrogant teenagers.
They got all of our order wrong. Refused to fix it and weren't apologetic.
Then we ordered thick shakes at the end and agin order was wrong. Crystal was asked to correct if she proceeded to argue about being right and then shoved the correct order at me in a rude and ignorant manner without apology.
She is trained in customer service and I'm absolutely disgusted in her behaviour.
After contemplation I decided to make a complaint and was referred to another staff member instead of he manager where I was then confronted by this girl again. She started arguing with me and being rude followed by the staff member smiling and brushing the incident off.
I am very disappointed in this service and disgusted in their behaviour.
They are paid to get the orders right and delivery acceptable customer service and I did not receive that all.
My meal was not what I paid for. It wasn't correct they added items I asked to be removed and even got the items wrong, the thick shakes didn't have cream in them (new kit Kat). To then have your workers be so rude was just unacceptable and uneccessary.
The worker also made a comment about my children's behaviour. They are autistic and were imbalanced b cause the meals weren't right. Very offended that she was so unprofressional!

Have gone to the Gosnells store and ordered 2 cheesy bacon tender crisp meals and asked the chicken to be cooked fresh as I'm pregnant and require the chicken to be hot otherwise could risk getting listeria, the girl completely ignored my request and just told us to drive to the next window, when receiving the meals I again asked the girl if the chicken had been cooked fresh so she went up to her manager and asked and came back and said that she had been told it was cooked fresh, I live about a 2 minute drive from the restaurant and when I got home my burger was cold. The chicken obviously was not cooked fresh and had been sitting there for a while as the cheese wasn't even melted. This is not the first time that this has happened at this store such a disgrace on the managers behalf!

Hi there,
I just visited the Everard Park SA Hungry Jacks, I ordered the $3 Bacon Egg Muffin, Hash Brown and Coffee deal w/ the voucher as well as the (as advertised) $2 pancakes.
I was then charged $6 and when I reiterated that the voucher made it $3 (a total of $5), I was then told "oh no the pancakes are now $3", instead of the woman giving me my correct change. When all the advertising boards clearly said $2.
Im aware this is a small complaint but its more so the principal and I have had similar issues from this store.

Good Afternoon, this morning at 8.40am I arrived at the Gympie store for breakfast, accompanied by my Assistance Dog, who was clearly wearing her identification jacket. I advised the operator that I had a service dog and was told that was ok. 5 minutes into my breakfast a young girl by the name of Rebecca was approaching my table and before she even arrived she said in a loud voice "dog's are'nt allowed in here". As she put both her hands on the table and leant towards me I felt intimidated by her. I informed her that my dog was an assistance dog but she insisted that I leave the restaurant because another customer had made a complaint. I informed her that she should have approached me in a subtle manner and asked if my dog was an assistance dog and that I would have replied 'yes, she is'. That would have been the end of the conversation. Rebecca carried on raising her voice saying I could not stay, I informed her that my dog has the same rights as a guide dog. She said that I could sit outside. I refused and asked her to call the police as she was breaking the law. She refused to call the police and said she was going to call head office. When she returned she told me that head office said the dog was not allowed in the restaurant. She then asked if I had a letter for the organisation and I told her I did have one in my van outside. She asked me to go and get it, I told her I would get it after I had finished my breakfast, she said "no, you have to get it now". I again told her I would bring it after I had finished my breakfast. She kept insisting and I got angry with her and told her to go away. I told her she should have discreetly approached me and not embarrassed and humiliated me in a restaurant with several other customers watching on. I am 71 years of age with a hip replacement and was ordered by this girl to get the letter now. How dare she speak to me like that. I did return with my dog's registration and a card listing all venues I am legally entitled to enter without this disgraceful behaviour. Please educate ALL your staff on the rights of an assistance dog so no-one else has to endure what I endured this morning. Rebecca made an apology to the customer that complained but she did not offer an apology to me. I had done nothing wrong but was left shaken up by the time I left the restaurant. My dog is a therapy dog and her behaviour only added to my anxiety.

Warren Page Today I walked in to get a burger and upon leaving it had sprinkled rain onto the tiles which was a shiny flat surface into the doorway. As I opened the door to go out, my feet just went from straight out from under me. I landed on my back and head..one way to solve this problem is exactly as you have done around the food counter is a rubber mat or some form of grip for when wet. There was no signage for warning or no rails to grab. I ended hurting myself to the point of going to the doctor to get checked out. Even though the manager was polite I was not even offered a new replacement drink or meal for the one I lost. The incident was about 12 o'clock at your Kingston store and the date is the 19th October, 2017. It was a very distressing and upsetting episode and one that could have been avoided. How we resolve this I'm not sure but I do think you need to address the problem before someone is badly hurt and maybe your staff could have been more sympathetic.

Hi. at 830 this morning i took a disable client to breakfast at hungry jacks. toowoomba. alderley st. Normally we just point to a breastfast menu on your boatd above us. but thier was no written or picture menu available and we were told thier broad was broken. So we adked to see a written menu but was told this was also not available. we said the previous time we got a meal deal for about $750 which included 2 hash browns. coffee and a muffin BUT the afican young staff member looked puzzled. went off for a minute to speak to someone. game back. and just stated indiviul breakfast muffins we could order. I stated I was amased we could be shown a paper menu at least and departed for mcdonalds. As customors. I feel it is not much to ask to be at least shown a paper menu. many have a budget when ordering and also like to select within thier budget off a menu.
They were having technical difficulties. It happens and you should be more understanding. Additionally not all restaurants have paper menus, and if they do, they usually include braille for blind customers.

Hi there, I had asked for heavy source on my burger and when I sat down they had obviously missed the heavy source out the back. So I went back up and asked could I please have heavy source then I heard the manager on say it's not good enough for him rudely under her breath.
There no need to make the customer feel like that. Would embarrass a lot of people in front of other people waiting in line

On 17/10/2017 around 1257hrs at Hungry Jacks Keilor Downs I ordered a vege burger and $2 Deluxe shake on voucher (drive through) order number 196. I was told that Sundae and shakes machine is not working, 'bad luck'. And I was asked to park in the bay as the burger will take a short while.
While I was waiting in the parking, a staff member approached me saying payment didn't went through, "can you come in to pay". I went in to pay and saw people ordering Since and I enquired about if shake machine is working from some staff member and she smiled and nodded yes. And I told her that I was told at the window 2 minutes ago that machine is not working. The staff asked me were you told at the first window.
I requested for the person's name who served me to make a complaint and was not given to me.
Then they provided me with the deluxe shake which I was told off as drive through.
Even with burger there were no napkins only a burger in the box in the bag.

Never going back there and will never recommend. And have deleted the app from my phone as mostly at drive through we get same answer.

We were served inedible food at 9-30 pm from your Devenport store last Thursday night. It was stone dead cold, all of it and the cold chips were even more inedible because of the amount of salt on them. There can be no excuses for doing this. It was a deliberate act, we would like to find out if you are going to stop this behavior and how we can get our money back thanks, we do not want a redeeming voucher.If not deliberate, then what are you people teaching your staff, [censor] you know if your food is hot or cold, get real hungry jacks and clean up your act before someone gets ill from such poor behavior

Two nights ago we went through drive-thru and our order was messed up. I went in 4 times to fix the order which took 30 minutes. By the time we got home to eat our food after the long wait and many trips back into the store to try to get it sorted, the food was cold and they gave us 3 chicken tender crisps instead of the 2 cheesy bacon tendercrisps, they gave us 1 whopper with cheese when there was not meant to be cheese, my partner being lactose intolerant could therefore not eat her burger.
They also gave my son a chicken royal deal instead if the cheeseburger stunner we had asked for adding on the ice cream and nuggets as an extra. Throughout all of this we could not get a receipt from them to find out what they had done to charge us so much and why we received what we received.

I and my family have been a loyal customer of Hungry jacks for the past 12 years. Since last couple of years the quality is going down day by day. Recently many times we have ruined our dinner as the burgers were of extremely bad quality, always stale lettuce being used, even the lettuce is never cut properly, always huge thick pieces were used(which never used to happen before). A lot of times there is absolutely no mayo in the burgers. The chips are always cold and sometimes even without salt. Whenever i have called the store to complain about the same, all they say is sorry but nothing has changed since. The stores that i mostly go to are- hungry jacks Caroline springs, hungry jacks deer park shopping centre and hungry jacks Ballarat road sunshine. We as a family are almost on the verge of switching to Mc donalds as their quality is consistent whenever we have tried.
Hope a stern action is taken.

I came to hungry jacks yesterday early morning from work as i did a night shift and i was so hungry. I ordered long chicken burger large meal take away. Then when i took it home and ate it the fries tastes like old and not that crispy and fresh, after a 10 minutes my stomach started to hurt and i vomitted 5 times. The only food that i ate that day was that burger and fries so for me that's the only cause of my stomach ache. I was thinking maybe the food preparation was not good or the food was old and they still served it!

I attended the ferny hills hungry jacks on 12/10/17 at 9.10pm. After i ordered my meals and asked to use the bathroom they informed me i was not allowed because they had been cleaned. Im was very annoyed as i have a very weak bladder and think this is unacceptable. While your store is trading your toilets should be accessible. I will never be attending your store again. Where do the staff go then? Very very disappointed.

We have McDonalds and Kentucky Fried, but as you say, Hungry Jacks burgers are better. I believe we at Victor Harbor would welcome Hungry Jacks to our popular coastal town.

lack of product, management and late pay
I'm the father of a 15yo working at your Coolalinga store, she is regularly praised by customers for her bright service.in return she's had customers make sexual comments to her, the store have either no beef no chicken or drink lids, had sauces thrown at her, lost a days work with no pay because of food poisoning (she bought dinner at hungry jacks night before, it was found the chicken was bad and was thrown out. Had a fellow 15yo co worker called fat by her supervisor. To top it off she was due to be paid yesterday, its now lunchtime the next day, has not received her payslip or pay, attempts to ring her supervisors but they've chosen to turn the phone straight to message bank and not even attempting to address an obviously known concern. My daughter actually loves working there, is part of why she is so highly praised but as a Father l will only tolerate so much. All she wants is to know what the hold up with pay is and when to expect it, all direct debits she had have now been dishonoured.
