Unable to reach company by phone and/or online. Phone system cuts you off everytime you reach a customer service representative. Online address is bogus and does not work. Have been trying to reach the company for over 3 weeks to return the items and cancel the account. Need to have a company representative contact me for a RMA return merchandise number and to cancel account.
This company should be prosecuted for fraud and missrepresentation.

Hydroderm charged my credit card and I did not re-order-plus I did not receive another shipment. I informed them during the first 30 days that I did not wish to re-order and that they should not use my credit card again! I want a credit applied to my credit card ASAP!
On 10/6/08 they e-mailed me saying that there's something with my billing account info. I called them and after 3 tries in 3 weeks I was able to talk to a real person who said their computer system is down so she can't give me any information as to what was wrong with my billing info. I e-mailed their supporthydroderm@alenareceipts.com but my e-mail was returned for reason "addressee could not be reached". My account was charged for $69 for Hydroderm and $2.07 for International Fee - Hydroderm on 11/5/08 (which was a first because they never charged for International Fee before). Up to now, 11/21/08, the shipment has not arrived. I called today and when I became "Caller No. 1" out of 20, then again out of 15, the line was suddenly disconnected. After reading all these comments here, I suspect they went out of business or something because I have been getting the shipments every 2 months for a year or so and now this happened.
I spent the last three months calling this company at least once a week staying on the phone at least an hour at a time only to be cut off at sometime during the conversation. I turned it over to my credit card company for them to do a dispute on the charge. That was the only way I could get anything done. I still can't get a RMA to return the product that was sent after cancellation and billing.
This company needs to be put out of business if they can't do what they say.
I called 2 weeks ago to cancel my membership with hydroderm. After waiting about 20 minutes I finally got a customer service rep who assured me that I would no longer be receiving the product. Then I checked my bank account a few days ago only to find out that they had debited my account for the product once again. My bank advised me talk with the claims dept. I can only echo other sentiments that HYDRODERM is a true scam...The beauty they promise is not worth the headache aquired.
I have had auto shipments to me for a year or so. I received email messages that stated my credit card account could not be charged. Funny, because I have automatic withdrawls from my checking account. I told them on the phone to stop sending product but they debted my account and sent out the product anyway. Right now I can not reach them and the phone lines are no longer working. They owe me a credit for the product. I returned the product to their shipping facility and I have a signed receipt from the United States Post Office. I can not reach anyone now to get my credit. HELP
I have been trying to logon to cancel my future shipments/billing. Unfortunately, I find I can not. After some research, I have come across and read the many others who are trying to do the same thing. For me, I will call my credit card and stop any furture payments and recommend everyone to do the same thing. I hope that works. Good luck.
As of this date I haven't received my product. My product was supposed to have arrived since 11/18/08 and to this date 12/18/08 I still haven't received it. My account has already being deducted so where's my product?

I tried to access my account and went to FAQs. It sounded so simple-Go to top of page and click on my account. I can't even click on a product. I am canceling my account as soon as I figure out how to get to the page that allows me to do that

Have tried numerous times to get a credit of $90.93 on my credit card for Hydroderm product returned prior to expiration their trial offer. Phone number for Hydroderm is no longer in service. Now I see their billing outfit, Alena Internet Corp, is in Bankruptcy.

I have tried all avenues to contact someone at Hydroderm to cancel automatic shipments charged to my credit. All phone numbers are disconnected, the website cannot be displayed. I want some confirmation that my credit card will not be charged again for the product. I want no more products shipped to me.
I was not satisfied with the product i returned the product and the company is giving me a hard time by refusing to pay me my money of 89.54. there severice is horrible. i want my money back i will never buy anything on line.

I have been trying to contact Hydroderm to stop my shipment and also cannot get anything but a busy signal on the [protected]. The website only has that phone number and nothing else. Someone needs to stop them from charging credit cards automatically.
I received a free trial offer that was charged to my account, called to have it credited to my charge and to mail back the trial offer 89. & 5.95 shipping.
The following month this happened again, I returned, and again the following month and I returned it again at my own cost.
I don't know nor do I care if this wrinkle cream works I don't want it and I don't want to be billed for this either.

Hydroderm kept sending and charging my credit card for months after numerous cancellations. I had a bad reaction to most of the products (e.g.: eyes- could not open, developed rash on face, etc. Please advise how to return and be reimbursed for misinformation, health dangers and continually charging my credit card for large amounts due to neglecting my numerous phone calls. Is this a US company?

I try to cancel according to there paperwork you can not get anywhere online and after 70 minutes on hold i gave up and just called my bank to have this charge stopped i wish I had looked up this company before I ordered someone needs to bring them DOWN!
All the reviews above confirm my experience with them. They charged my credit card twice for $111 and $116 respectively for a product to try for $11 when called they said that I agreed for terms n conditions which I don't know. Any how they said that they will return half of the money if I cancel my account. What the heck of this product and the company falsifying their own ad. Now I am waiting for half of the money to be returned. Lets see atleast I a got an idea about how credible they are and will wait for half of the money to receive.

I have attempted twice to cancel this order and they have continued to ship and automatically charge my credit card. I have tried both by phone and internet to contact them to no avail. This company is a rip off. The product is bogus. They need to be investigated and stopped. The billing comes through support@eletra ashpayments.com. You cannot access this e address. I am at a loss as to what to do.
I have been a member for many years. I have been happy with the service and the product. I received my Sept. shipment[none in October] None in November. My credit card was charged November 5th. Still no shipment. I have called several times to be put on hold for 30 minutes. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was cut off x 3, and get no results. If they are going broke, let us know and quit playing games, and quit charging. Where are the consumers rights in this area. Just tell the truth.

I cannot get these orders to stop coming. You can't call in (I just waited allmost an hour waiting for 25 calls to be answered and then the phone goes blank. This was one of many times. The internet seemed to advertise your product and no way to get thru except to order. I have been trying for at least 6 days now and still don''t know what to do. Have no e-mail address, I tried to e-mail different ways and couldn't get it thru.
I know I am suppose to get an RMA number and HOW DO I GET IT? I am not sending this back without the number, the last time I was told to have the RMA number with the package before sending it back.

On September 5, 2008 I order a product for a free trial of Hydroderm original, I pay for shipping & handling they sent it to me, on October 5, they charged on my credit card $90.93, and I never receive product. I call my Bank to stop any more charges.

All I'm trying to do is contact the company. The 800 number that is on an old invoice is no good; the number I found online [protected] goes to a residence, and 1411 has no listing.
I have been very satisfied with the product but the customer service is terrible. I thought maybe they were going out of business or something. I'm still trying to receive an order that has been backlogged for months! I just want the product and can't get it, even when taken directly from my checking account.

Credit card was charged for product not shipped. Have tried to contact this company by phone, and internet without any success. I have been trying since Oct 10, 2008. When I phone them I am put on hold for 20-30 minutes and then disconnected. When I try to reach them by internet website am given phone number [protected]. The same thing happens with this number also no answer disconnected everytime. I am sending a certified letter to them telling them about this problem and asking for a refund and to cancell this membership. I have notified by credit card and am asking for a new card to avoid future charges. I will also notify the better busnise bureau about this company.
Order free sample from Warehouse waiting to be claimed advertised. Paid required $6.67 for shipping and handing. Than on my Master card statement I see that you took a payment of $118.15 on June 6, was this in regard to free sample? Than on June 7 you took $133.07 for what. When the Bank Customer Service support and I called was advised by your Comp# 2008 that was for a second bottle.
When I received the free sample there was nothing in the box to advise any instructions at all. Just the bottle of Hydroderm Original age-defying wrinkle serum. This to me makes no sense as only does not seem like 14 days too me. However she advised that she had cancelled this request as only wanted to try the free sample. She advised that I would receive confirmation of this call. To date have not seen this confirmation. She also advised that the second bottle should be coming via mail shortly this also to date I have not seen. .
As I have not received the said above serum I have nothing to send back to Hydroderm 1 - Serum 2 RMA# [protected]. I would like payment back of the $133.07 that you took. Also why would I be charged an additional $118.15 for an free sample.
I can not believe that the business bureau allows this kind of business to go on and on.
