Look at the board they are full of complaints, wish I looked at this earlier!

I called many times they always tell me to wait till end of the day... and write and email to some account, which I did multiple times... the worst is that the money was debited from my account 21 days ago... 4 days after I set up transaction...
ICICI BANK its called and please transfer some other way other than this cause is LAME.

You guys do this delays on purpose I'm sure. If you add all the people around the world that transfer money and you keep their founds in your account, is not that difficult to see the business you are in. YOU SCAM PEOPLE'S MONEY AND KEEP IT FOR LONG TIME AND MAKE BUSINESS WITH THAT MONEY, THAT WAY YOU HAVE AN EXTRA CASH FLOW IN YOUR POCKETS AND FOR FREE OF INTEREST AND TAXES! BRILLIANT! Guess what, your delay hurt my business and I had to put my face against all the people who was waiting for payment before Christmas, THINK ABOUT THE PEOPLE
WHAT A SCAM! PEOPLE BE AWARE OF ICICI BANK AND MONEY TO INDIA AND PLEASE PEOPLE SPREAD THE WORD ON THIS MATTER!
icici bank home loan original document not returned
Dear Sir/Madam,
My Home loan account number is : LBPUN0000356887
I have closed my Home loan by paying cash, after closure i received letter from ICICI Bank to collect the documents, with reference to the letter, I have visited to collect my original property document loan certificate from your branch ICICI Bank Ltd, Mytree center, 4/10, ground floor Hosur road, Bommanahalli, next oxford college of Engineer, Karnataka, Bangalore – 560058 on 11-11-2011. I have collected some of the documents, but not received the Original Absolute Sale Deed dated: 06-07-2002.
The Original Absolute Sale Deed dated 06-07-2002 is very important one, which is registered with the stamp paper of Rs.1, 26, 250/- (Rupees one Lack Twenty Six Thousand Two Hundred and fifty only) in favor of me.
I had visited several times to the said your office in Bangalore and given a complaint for not getting the original sale deed dated 06-07-2002 so far.
Therefore I request you kindly arrange to send the original documents at the earliest. I hope that you will kindly consider my request immediately.

money2india - money not transfered
Hi,
I been having trouble with money 2 India from ICICI Bank. I made an e-transfer on December 2nd and the transfer is still not done, they say they had problems with the benefitiary name which is incorrect (the name is genius nature herbs private limited and I put genus nature herbs cause the website didnt let me write more words), so they say is wrong and to send an email with the right name, which i did around 2 weeks ago. It's been 20 days already and the transfer still not done, I call every day they tell me "transaction is gonna be done today" etc etc and nothing.
Now they said transaction is complete, but money is not credited in recipient's account, and in my money2india login it shows as "in process".
This ICICI bank is not trustworthy, the service money2india is not trustworthy, customer service is not trustworthy, I call everyday and everytime they tell me different thing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ICICI BANK AND FROM MONEY2INDIA THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM
I'm sending all the info to my lawyer so he can take care of things.
Hi people,
Wanted everybody about this service that I used and is a total Scam, for transferring money overseas. It's called MONEY 2 INDIA, from ICICI BANK, they have a website that you enroll, and they ask you to ad personal info like bank account and SS#. I did and I set up a transfer. I been waiting over a month and they dont do it, the only reason i find is that the are a BIG SCAM!
I called 20 times, I spent probably 10 hours at the phone, and nothing is going on. I requested my bank to get the funds back and with my lawyer we are hoping to solve this but just wanted to warn you, stay away from ICICI BANK AND THEIR SCAM CALLED MONEY 2 INDIA.
If yo have questions please let me know!
You have that sir, go on your records and start looking over the SUBJECT LINE YOU TOLD ME. IBGUID 2537431.
That is what I used! How many times do I need to contact you? I dont have time for you and I dont trust you with my money!
PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM ICICI BANK
I already sent all the information on the 27th. didnt you notice that ?
Come on you guys are a SCAM, what does it mean to "get in touch soon", for you soon could be a month... please be precise Sir, like "we will solve your problem in 24 hs", that is what a serious bank will respond, according to my 10 years experience working with US Banks.
YOU ARE NOT A BANK YOU ARE A SCAM AND A NOT FUNNY JOKE
PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM ICICI BANK AND MONEY 2 INDIA
Still not solved! They suck.
This bank sucks they dont care about customers and if you do business with them have your lawyer ready.!
I made two transaction(M2N14461841, M2N14463026) on 3-Oct-15 of 1000AUD$ and 5-Oct-15 1100$AUD through ICICI Money2India, But till now funds not received into beneficiary account, No response for calls & mails. Every time they are telling a new stories.
I completely agree with the above complaint because I'm facing the similar issue. They don't have any type of sense and think that everybody else is a fool. "We will get in touch with you shortly" is their favorite reply and they never do get back to you in time. You will have to send numerous mails, call customer care many times and then they will contact you to say only that "We will get in touch with you shortly". Absolutely disappointed
I agree with the above complaint. I made a transfer on 12th of Jan 2012 but till 31st Jan 2012 they havent transfered it Yet. My transaction ID M2N12764906 (Net Express) . Which has to be transfered by next day. till date nothing happen. They are putting India to a shame.

no remittance received after 8 days
I had wired a significant amount of usd to India using power transfer. My initial experience was good with the first power transfer. The second one is a nightmare. I wired funds on Oct 24th however the funds still haven't been credited to the beneficiary today nov 1st. The reason they gave me is duplication of request which I do not buy. They're basically holding on to the funds and since then the usd rupee rate has fallen to their benefit not to mention the lost interest. They still haven't credited the funds and keep asking me to send emails to [protected]@icicibank.com which I did. I get some email from them giving me the run around asking me to email from my valid ID which I had done in the first place. They're wasting time and keep holding onto the funds. This seems to be common practice. I was planning to send significant funds however icici has lost my business now given that they've settled for short term gains from me instead of long term mutual benefit. How cheap for goodness sake.

Hey Guys, the Latest I have very BAD BAD(or I can say WORST)experience in my life with ICICI(Money2India), the only thing I can tell you is DO NOT SEND MONEY with MONEY2INDIA and let everyone know that they will give you hard time/rip you off/delay in processing/no proper communication/no customer service/... And all...
There are plenty and reliable service out to send money.
DO NOT TRUST ICICI Bank!

money lost in transaction
This is concerning a money transfer made to India at Union Bank of India.
The money was transferred on the 18th, but to date, it has not been received by the bank. Whereas the site Money2India falsly shows that the Money has been transferred to the Beneficiary Bank.
The Beneficiary Bank(Union Bank of India) stresses on the fact that no amout has been received by it in favor of the person to which it was sent. They state conclusively, that ICICI has not transferred any money to the destination account.
The manager(UBI Bank) has demanded a TTI(Transaction Number) to trace any transaction, which the ICICI Bank(Money2India) has been unable to provide. More importantly, they have been unable to respond to any of my queries, not even a response for the receipt of my numerous mails.
I am finding it hard to persue this problem, and in what direction...

money not sent to indian account affter 10 days
On 22nd and 24th of October I had done two transactions through ICICI Money to India with Transaction IDs ( M2N [protected] and M2N [protected]). The money was being tranferred from my UK account to an Indian account. Till date the money is not tranferred to intended account in INdia. The toal sum is quite large and money needed for very critical purpose. I tried calling them on customer care number. First time a lady came on line after 20 mins wait and told me to send all transaction details to [protected]@icicibank.com. I did it religiously. This was 29th Oct. Nothing happended. For the whole of 30 October, I couldn't connect to their number. On 31st a gentleman by name Johnson came on call and told me that all there is a technical problen all transactions that happened on 22 and 24th Oct have issue and the problem will be sorted out by evening. It's almost 1st Nov now and there is no update. I have sent them about 5 reminder emails. There doesn't seem to be any accountibility with them. Can someone help. Whom can I approach ? Is there any financial controller / watchdog in UK where I can lodge a complaint ? How do I recover my money ? Any pointers will be very helpful

I transferred my money on 30th nov and today it is 15th dec still I didn't receive it yet. It was the same last month also I got my money after 15 days...I am not sure by what time I will get it this time
The only logic which behind this would only be the value of pound is increasing and ICICI is waiting for it to come down
It is so frustrating
I am sure I am not using ICICI to transfer money next time

delayed payment of matured nro-fd
I requested to close a matured NRO FD(Rs.25, 000) and issue a DD on beneficiary's name in India. They bungled it with wrong beneficiary information. Asked me return the DD and I returned. They suppressed the info that it was received and made me to run around Post Office to prove that I sent the DD to ICICI. Finally, ICICI apologised but not ready to pay for the delay of over 4months! I demanded ICICI to pay 30% interest, the rate they would slap on defaulted credit card customers. I received neither my money nor any reply from ICICI, so far. It is over 6months. No response/acknowledgement from Banking Ombudsman RBI Hyderabad, for my online complaints.

bad customer service / no option to service the customer request
Dear Money2 India,
I transferred the SEK 23K from Sweden SEB to account in india. I entered wrong Trasfer message (M2X11143360) while doing the trasnfer. Then I imm sent the mail to [protected]@icicibank.com . There is no reply from the customer care. even when I called to indian contact center, they have only answer we will get back to you please send the mail. Where the hell these mails are going, r u able to answer rthe mail. Common you should have the proper complain taking system, so that you can do on priorioty basis. I checked with my Bank SEB, they say that they can't reverse the money, because it is already transferred to ICICI tru Nordea & ICICI is not responding ... So my money is lying in between the banks.
Why the hell you guys do the business...
Yes, it is my mistake to write the wrong text message (which is unique per transaction). But it is defect of their (Nordea's) system to identify wrong transaction & reverse back transaction to SEB.
Any way thanks to the ICICI customer care for taking issue.
- Raghavendra

Dear Mr. Joshi
We write with reference to your appended e-mail of August 12, 2011 and your earlier e-mails regarding the security at the ATMs.
We have taken cognizance of your feedbacks/concerns in this regard and wish to submit that the Bank has unarmed guards at the offsite ATMs from 09:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m. and it is the endeavor of the guard to allow only one customer per ATM, at a time.
During the telephonic conversation, it was also mentioned that the security of the customers at the ATMs is the responsibility of the Bank. However, we also take this opportunity to request you, not to do any financial transaction in presence of any suspicious people.
We are sorry to note that our Nodal Officer’s clarification on the phone seemed rude to you. Please be assured that it was totally unintentional. At ICICI Bank, we place discerning customers like you in high esteem and do not endeavour to be rude at any point in time .
We hope the clarification given by us is acceptable to you. If you still feel aggrieved, there is a redressal mechanism with the Banking Ombudsman’s Office of the Reserve Bank of India . We have published the details on our web site www.icicibank.com. You may access the details at your convenience.
We reiterate that ICICI Bank acts at all times with in good faith, with diligence and without any intent prejudicial to the interests of its customers.
Sincerely,
Swetha Bhandaar

Dear Mr. Joshi,
We refer your e-mail of July 20, 2011 addressed to Head Service Quality regarding the non availability of security guards at the ATMs.
We would like to submit that the frequency of the transactions at the ATM centres during the night timings. Hence, the security guards are deployed guards at the ATM only between 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Further, all security measures are incorporated at the ATMs.
We assure you of our best of services at all times.

Hi Srinivas,
There are many standalone atm's where there are no security guards. One example is the ATM at " Charkop signal link road, kandivali west ". The last time i used the ATM, it was in the most horrible condition ever. Papers/Chits lying everywhere. Marks of pan spit in the corner. I mean, it was such a horrible experience. Could i please please please request one of the SENIOR manager to call me on this please. This has gone far too much. Someone must do something about this.
Kindest Regards

Hi Jyoti,
I understand the same but I as a customer am not comfortable in using ATM's without a security guard ! I beleive that a security guard is the basic thing you can have at an atm. one question - why is it that you have guards at branch atm's but none on a standalone ? Also if nothing is going to be done about this then i want a call back from one of your top managers..my no is [protected]..thanks.

From the past one month i have not seen any security personel standing outside any of the standalone Atm's except for the one's that have branches next to them. A week back i was taking out some cash in the night from the kandivali west Link road Atm and there was a suspicious person who was standing outside the Atm and peeping into it while i was taking out cash, I had to open the door and ask him to stand behind. If i get robbed or any unfortunate circumstances happen, Is Icici ready to take the responsibility for it. As a part of the business decision you have given the Atm contract to a third party company who has not even bothered to do the basics right. If this matter is not resolved at the earliest then i will be going to trading standards as this is a clear security breach at the ATM's . An early reply will be highly appreciated.
