I arrived at the establishment @ 530. I recieved menu but the waitress whom was sitting by the kitchen with her friends had not taken my order by 545. Two other families arrived at 545 and their order was being taken by waitress asap. When i asked her if she was going to take my order she ignored me and return to sit with her friends.no one is in uniform so you dont know who works here or not. I complained to a nice older lady who was in uniform and she apologised and took my order. 622 and still not recieved food.
bullying harassment from gm
I've worked for Ihop on and off in Nashville, TN Ellison place. When I first got there, there wasn't any GM so managers were basically running the store. At first everything was going well. When the servers complained about the first shift manager I just brushed it off as (they don't like each other), but then I saw the way the manger spoke certain staff. Calling them dumb, stupid, and anything else they could be at that moment. I finally had enough an quit when the manger busted through the back down cursing at stay during at rush on night shift. She (the day manager) has a habit of sending Co workers in while on FaceTime to see what's going on. I watch this happen. This took power away from the other managers. They wouldn't help they would just show up with her (the manager) on the video chat then leave. I witness the night manager get Called stupid and dummy. When asked for corporates number they won't give it. They just say why do you need it. After that? You're now a target. It's taken me months to figure out how to reach out and contact corporate. What's what I was told the numbers and complaints all come back to the first shirt manager who is now the GM. I watched the night manager suffer harrassment from the now GM and staff who work directly under her. The rest of the servers have no way out. If they speak out they are harrasses. This is My last hope to contact someone before I get a lawyer. I have text, video, and audio to back up my complaints. I've since quit (after coming back) due to the same thing. Other servers are still being mistreated and they need help. I will attach just one picture because I'm not sure who's hands this will end up in and I won't give away all of my cards.

I'd like to remain anonymous. I am an employee of the lake Charles Louisiana store on Admiral King Drive. Let me tell you about this ihop, it is [censor]. Half the staff there is doing drugs, the other half is lazy and doesn't care about their jobs. Even the management is screwed, someone (not sure who) is stealing money out of the register and the GM is shorting people's hours on their checks and you better hope he doesn't come in in a bad mood cause then he will withhold your check from you til the next day. Oh and did I mention that management is covering for a wanted criminal? One of their cooks had the cops after him and management told the cops he took off. Although you never know what's going on in this place because everyone who works here is petty and likes to start rumors just for [censor] and giggles. The phone number they have on the wall for corporate is actually the number for the owner who just turns around and ignores what you tell him. Their service is bad and working here is a million times worse. I don't even want to leave but I feel like I have no choice because of how I get treated. The GM Samy just treats everyone like trash and disrespects them, and my coworkers refuse to stand up to him or do anything about it. THey are trying to teach me to just lie down and take it. He likes to yell just to yell and if he's in a bad mood he sends random people home forcing the rest of his staff to work understaffed and overworks them. Please someone shut this store down and hire a new GM. Do something. He has even had SEXual harassment claims put in against him that the owners ignore cause they are friends with him. He is rumored to Ben sleeping with one of his subordinates as well and flirts with her obviously at times which isn't both disturbing and unprofessional. Please do something about this ihop.

My daughter went to revere, ma ihop friday pm. The bill was $35.07 the server patrick said card didnt work and have to take to run thru again. I got home and saw they puy both yrsns thru charging me $35.07 I called right away and. Was told call in am. I called sat am spke with kristin who said she will call me back in 2 hrs. She never did. I called sat pm they said nothing they can do till am. I called on behalf my daughter spoke to mgr ezra explained you are holding her $ hostage and I want complete refund of both chges for all this nonsense clearl2 ihop error. He said need to bring card in for refund. I was upset this couldnt have beem told to us 2 days prior. He saod I will take care of u either fupl refund or coupons etc. We went all the way over for refund and got $35.07 and coupons you would get in newspaper for %20 off! I am so upset with the depth of the poor customer service thru thos ordeal.
no compensation or follow-up to previous complaint
I put in a complaint in late December 2017 as I got food poisoning (campylobacter) from the IHOP in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The management's response to my complainant was terrible, offered no compensation and did not take me seriously. I received a call from the GM of the store on Saturday, Jan. 6, 2018, apologizing and said they are looking into it. That is the last I have heard. I have received no compensation in any way, shape or form. I had to take a week off of work, lost out on my New Year's plans etc. as I was in bed sick for 5 days. I think this is absolutely appalling that they didn't even offer to refund our meals or anything. I have heard from many people that when an incident happened at other restaurants, they received a ton of compensation. This is horrible customer service by this company.

I did an online order at 11:30 am I have my confirmation and was supposed to be ready at 11:54am my husband go to pick it up and after 30 minutes around 12:30 they told him they couldn't find the order but they will prepare the food now, really 30 minutes later the food could be ready on those 30 minutes, I call and ask to talk to the manager who answer pretty sarcastic saying: I don't have nothing to tell you, we couldn't find the order, and even ask me you want to talk to your husband ? I don't call the store to talk to my husband! No sorry, our bad, nothing! And this is the second time that I have a problem with this restaurant the first time they have my food ready but sent it incomplete.

Hi, I work at the IHOP on University and Rural (85281) in Tempe, AZ. Our newly promoted manager, Candra May, is absolutely unprofessional and hurting the team. A coworker of mine reported being bullied and she called him an "orphan [censor]" and posted his note to her Snapchat (which a lot of the staff working under her can see) including a photo of her throwing "his opinions" in the trash. She gloats being an IHOP manager and employee on her social media but also shares scantily-clad photos with marijuana use and underage drinking. I want to remain anonymous because I need this job, but her behavior is a big problem for many of us.

Hi my name is Kaylene. I came accross this picture on social media of your employee's. This picture is extremely inappropriate, especially with a manager and two females acting this way at work. OBVIOUSLY using the middle finger like that shows a lack of commitment, self worth and truly degrading IHOP as a company! This is in McMinnville, OR. Me nor my family will be joining IHOP any time soon due to this! This is a very small town and I understand having fun... But not like this! I am extremely bothered and dissapointed as a customer!
What's the back story on this? I reversed image this and it didn't came up. I don't consider this a big deal. There are real issues going on in the world and this is not one of them.

I wish to remain anonymous. I am an employee at the branson IHOP location. There are servers stealing food and taking advantage that one of the manager is a friend. The attitude of the management is ridiculous and needs to be investigated. I am concerned that one of the manager is racist to Mexican and black people. I have never had to deal with people like this

I visited Ihop on Aramingo In Phila. I waited 40 min. for 2 full stacks of pancakes, when we finally received our food, there was food residue all on the plates, and mold on our pancakes. When I told the manager Tom Case, he didn't apologize he decided to call the cops on me and kick us out because I told him " this is unacceptable bro" he showed no remorse and had a very bad attitude, after I had waited for so long to not even be able to eat. I visit this ihop all the time and spend a lot of money there, and to be treated like this brought tears to my eyes.

Everytime I come to IHOP she has the nastiest attitude. I am a regular customer here, and when I see her she literally makes me want to leave. She has an attitude upon arrival, during our meal she will literally roll her eyes or make a nasty comment. I find it very unprofessional and I actually have considered never coming back purely because of this women. This was second time experiencing bad service at this location. The first time I just summed it up to it being new and the kinks were getting worked out. They were just slow but the staff was great and the food was good. Well i went with 3 other women to celebrate my cousins birthday. First of all there are about 3 tables so not crowded.. we waited for 10 mins before anyone even came to the table. After we finally placed our orders it took almost a half hour for the food to come out. The birthday girl ordered a quesadilla. Now the menu said it came with peppers and other things. Just chicken and cheese were n hers.. she sent it back and just asked for the BREAKFAST sampler. They brought her out mozzarella sticks n onion rings n chicken fingers.. sent that back n finally got the BREAKFAST sampler n the toast was just warm bread.. but just said forget it.. The next lady had a steak omelette. It was cold n stingy on the steak. The next lady had lip prints on her glass n cold waffle. I had super hard toast n my eggs were brown n bacon was burnt in spots. The wait in between the waitress checking on us were ridiculous. That's why I tried to eat cuz I was hungry. But when the waitress did come back she reeked of smoke which was very unsettling to a group of non smokers. It was a horrible experience. Especially since we were celebrating a birthday..

I went to IHOP and they were extremely busy at the time. My waitress was very nice and tried to be fast allthough they were busy. When I ordered my burrito I was excited because I love breakfast burritos and it sounded good. When it came I was everything but excited. As I picked it up my fingers were covered in grease, the back was orange with grease and the plate was wet full of grease. The refried beans it came with were cold and hard like they had been sitting out for 20 mins. The beans tasted to me like low grade dog food. This meal was definitely not worth money. I wouldn't even feed this to my dog. I am now sick with food poisoning and very disappointed in the restaurant

I am submitting a complaint against the GM of Cleveland, TN for cutting the hours of my son, Zachary Desue, simply because she does not like his girlfriend, who was a waitress at this location. My son has worked there for over 7 months without ever missing a day. He has worked over 40 hours a week since he started, worked 17 hours straight for Christmas, and he is now down to less than 20. what right does she have to hold it against him, simply because who he choses to date? She seems to be a very angry person, who tends to hold grudges. What kind of business is she running there by being this type of person? I can be the same type of person she is and start posting on facebook about the type of business IHOP is running in Cleveland to try and reduce your customer base because of her. Do you want that to happen?

So one of our close friends has worked with you guys for a yr or so amber mcclain she worked here in tx at your newly refinished location on lake conroe in montgomery tx 77356 well she was 30 yrs old an was suddenly taken from us passed away so young :/she was a manager at the end... So we go talk to her old employees plan a candle light vigil at your location in lake conroe on tuesday jan 16th coming next week... The very nice manager was willing to represent your company the way she should marci was all for doin what needed to be done to honor her friend an yalls employee.. She said we could use the party room an patio.. So we can realease ballons and have our candle light to honor amber all was great good people there at ihop I thot

First we arrived to ihop about 7:05pm. We weren't seated and ordered until about 7:30pm.Mind you there is only 4 -7 other tables in the restaurant. Also three of the tables were already eating. The sweet tea was bitter and old. The cook ran out of corn for my order so I got double mashed potatoes instead. Once the food came the mashed potatoes weren't cooked fully(clumpy) and the steak tips were burnt. I complained about the mashed potatoes and asked for a new batch and they were out of mashed potatoes aswell. I had enough and just had them take the complete order off. This was the worst food experience in my 20 years in Stafford county. There is plenty of employees in the establishment at the time 6 employees 1 manager. Also, The manager never acknowledged the situation.

Your restaurant brought me 2 burgers in a row that could have killed me after I told them specifically that I am deathly allergic to tomato and onion. I went to speak with the manager and he told me that before he can do something I need to eat the food and get sick then bring him a doctor's note. This was the worst customer experience I have ever had and I would like for somebody to call and talk with me about it and see what needs to happen.

HI my name is Dorothy Lawler my husband and I can in for breakfast around 1:30PM. We both ordered sweet creme crepe combos. After about 45 minutes waitress brought out our eggs and bacon. Egg were suppose to be over medium was well done. About 5 minutes later she brought our hash browns which were standing in grease then about 10 minutes later she brought out our crepes. This isn't first time this has happened it's about the 4th or 5th time. I don't understand why cook can't get our whole meal out at same time. I have called and email complaints in with no response from any management. Which makes us feel like you don't care if you lose our business or not. Today there was at least 3 waitresses working and only about 10 customers which includes us. There shouldn't have been any excuse for our meal not to be made and brought oUT all at the same time. You will lose by business especially if I don't hear something back and this problem is fixed. Poor service is what I have had the last 4 or 5 times I been in there. Store #4616 chk no. 7146 table 28 c: 7 posted 1292 Jena 8 total cost $23.50. That would be our total each time because we always order the sweet crepe combo with coffee X 2. Someone needs to fix this problem. Social media can do a lot on a business. Someone need to contact us and make this right. I'm tired of paying for meals that are not correct or delay in getting food or getting food served all at same time.
