Impact Meter Services review: Bullied and victomised by impact meters for years and they do not care

The company is full of crooks. I have brought my electricity bill to their attention as they are charging me a large amount of money. I have asked them to check the meter to ensure it is not being used by others, but they either ignore me or demand payment for an investigation. They show no concern for their customers, giving them the runaround and still charging up to R2000 for an electricity bill while insisting that it is not an estimate. They bully their customers and leave them feeling helpless with complaints. I advise against partnering with them if you are a new residential customer. They are dishonest and mistreat their customers. They will continue lying about the bill not being an estimate and insisting it is based on actual usage, which does not make sense. As someone who lives alone and does not use much electricity, I am unable to afford their high bills. They take advantage of customers during the winter season. I am convinced now that it is any season.
During the winter season, they exploit their customers for money. They are extremely corrupt and behave like bullies. When you question this and demand some help they tell you that your electricity will be cut off if you do not pay, if the electricity is cut you have to pay another installation fee, robbery again. You are threatened over and over! They have no regard for their customers.
Customers have the right to request a full investigation on their meter usage, but the company refuses to comply. They are a greedy company, charging exorbitant fees such as R950 for an investigation. It is time to stop using this company, as these issues have persisted for years despite numerous reports. I am talking to my Estate in removing this supplier from the database. We should not be doing business with dishonest individuals. I will continue to push for their removal from the database. Change is necessary. The time I am writing this my bill has moved from R2000 to now R2500 for someone who stays alone. This is another form of oppression and bullying because none of this makes sense, they tell stories that the electricity rates have increased, they always have something to say. I do not know why we have crooks running companies and being appointed by several estates. I am not sure really. Crooks Crooks Crooks! They have caused me a lot of emotional stress and I do not know why we keep companies like this.
