I purchase a packet of p&s red 20's almost every day of the week, and normally experience no issues.
I feel that for the price consumers pay for tobacco products, we should atleast be guarenteed to receive quality products free from imperfections and damages.
I was quite annoyed to discover while removing a cigarette from the packet that it had quite a large tear on one side close to the butt end, making it more or less a pack of 19 cigarettes that I had purchased.
I have included a photo of this and would also like to note that this is not the first time that this has happened which is why I have decided to write this complaint.
I have had multiple packets with large hard pieces of 'tobacco' or some foreign object which has made the cigarette stop smoking and I have had to physically remove the hard bit from the cigarette and re light it.
I think your product is great but I also dont appreciate the lack of care and lack of attention to detail being given during the production and packaging of the product.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate some type of reimbursement in the form of p&s red product or a refund/partial refund as a gesture to show that you are trying to rectify the situation and that you really do value my daily purchases of your product
