Imperial Tobacco Australia horizon blue

Hi my name is sita i have a complaint about the packet of smokes i bought.

I got me a 50g horizon blue from the tobbaconist at mt druitt and its thick n flakey bit like jps.
I've smoked this brand for years and this is the only time I've ever seen this.
I now pay $62 a packet i enjoy a smoke and a coffee but this packet is rubbish if i could be reimbursed or send me a proper packet i would appreciate it very much.
When i smoke it, it burns quickly and the tobacco is crumbly.
Usually it will last me a week at the moment it will be gone in 3days cause it burns so fast i find myself smoking alot more.
If u like u can contact me on [protected]
Thanks for your time and i await your response

Imperial Tobacco Australia JPS gold 26's twin pack number [protected]

I purchased a twin pack of JPS gold 26's twin pack from Woolworths Corrimal on Saturday 14th April 2018 for my son Luke to smoke as I am not a smoker. I paid $54.00 for them using my Visa card. So there is proof on my bank statement that I purchased this packet on the date mentioned. Upon smoking the first packet of cigarettes in the twin packet Luke noticed that some of the cigarettes didn't have the flavour or strength he is used to smoking. So he tipped out all of the cigarettes from that packet and noticed that some cigarettes had numbers on them in different positions near the butt and dome had no number on them at all. He showed me and informed me of this peculiarity and felt that the packet he was smoking must have been tampered with or old stock stale cigarettes placed into that particular packet. He then refused to smoke the rest of the packet and requested the other unopened packet from the twin pack. I asked him to check out the number positions on the new packet and all of the numbers were exactly the same and in exactly the same position below the filter. On my next visit to Woolworths in the early evening on 14.4.18 I mentioned this to a Woolworths employee who then asked the person in charge of the cigarettes what could be done as it was a very strange thing to have cigarettes in onepacket not packaged exactly the same. The surpervisor said I had to contact your company. So I have taken photos of the remaining cigarettes with their inconsistencies and forward the photos to you, if I'm able to do this. As you know the Australian govt collects huge taxes on cigarettes so one cigarette costs at least $1.00 if not more. I am seeking some compensation with regards to a few cigarettes that my son refuses to smoke due to their staleness and lack of flavour and the inconsistency with their number and no numbers. There are 8 left from the packet I am complaint about that display three differently labelled cigarettes in one packet. Thank you for your time.

Update by Pam Robbo
Apr 16, 2018 5:41 pm EDT

On Monday 16th April I purchased another twin pack of JPS Gold 26's from Woolworths in Corrimal NSW 2518 for my son Luke who is a smoker. Upon opening the second packet of 26's from the twin pack purchased the very first cigarette had no number code on it. Then he had a look at the remaining cigarettes in the packet to find that there is once again inconsistencies with the number printed near the butt which indicates that the cigarettes have been drawn from different batches due to the different positions of the numbers near the butt. He then looked at the remaining cigarette, 6, from the first packet opened from the twin pack and found that the numbers were at the same place but much further away from the butt than usual to other cigarettes. This is the second time he has noticed these discrepancies from the purchase of JPS Gold twin packs. It causes him concern as from the first experience which was registered on Saturday 14th April 2018 that some of the cigarettes had no flavour and stale. Woolworths are the only company that sell twin packs from JPS and he feels that any discarded or out of date cigarettes are placed into these twin packs to get rid of them to save the company money and any wastage. Woolworths sell the twin packs at a cheaper price compared to buying two single packets of JPS 26's. As the consumer and the cost of cigarettes the cigarettes should be from the same fresh batch placed into any packet.

I am very disappointed with the deteriorating quality of this product. Every packet I buy seems to have more and more large pieces of un-smokable stems. When I am buying a product by weight I to be able to use the whole product. If there is no improvement in the quality of your product I for one will be looking elsewhere for my rolling tobacco.

Imperial Tobacco Australia jps red 20's

I am a loyal customer and purchase JPS Reds religiously. I have purchased the same smokes for years. The only change has been from blues to reds. I've had a few problems with the product recently though. I have noticed the quality has dropped, somewhat drier, but have never made a formal complaint before as I have given the benefit of the doubt. Today however I was extremely disappointed to find a single cigarette without a filter! Its frustrating! I had a rant to a friend about it and they claimed to have had the same thing happen to them not once, not twice, but three times! He switched to Pall Mall and never looked back. I am considering making the switch to Win Field... Out of some strangely overwhelming feeling of customer loyalty I thought I'd provide some honest feedback and see what you're response is.

Thank you for your time.

Imperial Tobacco Australia white ox tobacco

Have been a white ox smoker 4 over 20 years now and would like to complain about your product. Over the last few years i have noticed that there is more and more crap in each pack bark and or stems, it has come to the stage where i feel i need to complain about this product, with the price we pay now days for our smokes one would think that the product would be better not worse. I smoke the 50gram packs, and even tried the 25gram packs, to see if the quality was better but it was not, this is the reason for my complaint, I smoke at least 2-3 packs a week and its just not right to pay out 50 dollars per pack, and receive the poor quality that i have been receiving, please respond to this email to ( edited ) with your reply.

Imperial Tobacco Australia jps red cigarettes

Bought a pkt of Jps Red 30s, code at btm 716720:20, and couldnt open the packet. Used a knife finding inside of pack and lid had extra paper sealing lid from inside. Ended up damaging 4 frnt row smokes.
I would expect that there were better quality standards in place considering the price consumers pay today. We lower class people ONLY bought jps because they were the cheapest smokes on the market. Im dissapointed and inconvenienced and will b changing brands... There are other smokes cheaper and probably with better quality stsndards..

Imperial Tobacco Australia no cigarettes in the new sealed packet

‪this morning I went to my local service station before work. I had paid for petrol and brought a 20 pack of what I believed to be JPS blues. When I got to work I had trouble open my pack and needed a Stanley knife to open it and when I did to my surprise it was a packet full of tissue. I rang the service station straight away and advised them I would be in straight after work to swap the pack of tissues for a pack of cigarettes I had paid for. When I got in there the staff had to tell me that they were not allowed to give me my packet I had paid for because they are not responsible for the faulty tobacco product, what I was telling them was highly unlikely to be happen and they won't be given back their money. I reminded them that there was no tobacco in the packet, I wasn't a liar and the cost should fall on the business not the customer. They gave me your number and the customer service number for their company. Naturally I was not leaving the station without a pack of cigarettes as it was the day before pay day and I had no money to buy another pack so I rang their customer service team because i was not going to be put out because of their policies and the obvious gross neglect to the quality control of the packaging of this product. After the drawn out conversation between myself, team leader and customer service team. The customer service team had made up there mind and said I could get the pack that I had paid for. Low and behold the service station had run out of JPS blue 20's and gold 20's, I ended up leaving with a completely different brand in gold so not what I had originally paid for. At this point I was just happy to have cigarettes because I had been waiting all day. More to the point of my comlaint with you is because I strongly believe that quality control procedures and machinery need to possibly revised or replaced as it has failed badly in this case. For a sealed cigarette packet full of tissues with the lid glued shut and the plastic seal on the outside in contact there has to be some issues that need to be rectified. I have all photos and reference numbers and proof of purchase if needed but the issue needs to be rectified. ‬

Imperial Tobacco Australia 25 gm pouch white ox

Bought a pouch of 25gm tabacco from tobacconist in Mirrabooka shopping centre and when i opened it it didn't look right it was a light brown and smelt of menthol I rolled a small cigarette and to my disbelief it was actually some type of menthol tabacco.
I was quite upset and had to return it which cost me another 38dollars in a taxi to get to shop before Shop closed.
It was Wednesday the 19th April 2017.

Imperial Tobacco Australia horizon cigarettes. blue 93mm long. pack of 20 barcode [protected]

For the third time - the third time! - I've just had to leap from my chair and tip my drink onto the carpet to extinguish the coal that dropped from the cigarette I was about to stub out. I've only been buying these (made in France apparently - I don't know if that matters) for the last couple of weeks. I presume they're replacing the previous packs of 22.

I could just accept that I'd been careless the first time this happened. The second time I was pretty annoyed because the coal first landed in my lap and scorched a hole in my (old and unwonderful) artificial fibre pants on its way to the floor.

Now I'm beginning to think these things are badly made, loosely packed, carelessly inspected, _something_ is wrong with their production for this to happen so often in such a short time. You should withhold the product from sale while you check these out or you identify the faulty batch and destroy that.

I agree with this comment, because smoking is getting so expensive I do tend to compare prices between the different pack sizes to get the best deal.
The tobacco definitely isn't packed as tightly in the 92mm cigarettes and any advantage in the longer length is lost because you can't smoke the last 7-8 mm
due to the fact that the hot coal at the end just falls out. When you compare these with the normal size Horizons, taking into account the unusable section at the butt end, you get maybe one more puff out of them so no advantage at all really. I guess this is why they are cheaper per stick than the others in the brand. Quality control is definitely lacking here and one would think that at a time when so many people are giving up due to increasing prices in Australia they would want to keep their quality high.

Since the cigarettes have changed over to plain packaging they have a different taste and there is a blacker marking on the filter seeming to show more tar content. I have been abroad recently and purchased cigarettes in the old packaging and they are much smoother to smoke and do not leave a dark stain on the filter. It seems to me that they have changed the cigarette as well as the packaging

1st of November 2016, For the second time in two weeks I purchased a box of 5 Tally- Ho Papers from my local Woolworth's at Playford S.A. only to discover that the box only contained 4 packets instead of the 5 clearly listed on the box. It would appear that the companies QA and inspection needs attention. Please endeavour to improve your systems to prevent further occurrences.

Imperial Tobacco Australia Worst hosting company ever. Cheap and cheat

Hello,

Myself JMI Software. I have purchased a reseller from JP Software Solution . Until purchase the middle man said the technical knowledge and handling of servers are maintained by top end people and good with their skill. But after that I cant be able to use anything. Right now when I am continuously calling their mobile phone it stays switched off. Just a baby-due reason that cell phone tower is not near and middle one always say that that technical person is out of station and other silly reasons.

After reviewing messages from Mr. Jeya Prakash. The Honourable Managing Director of JPSS.in . What kind of Business is this. Don't you know that you are affecting our Business. Don't you have manners. Why you blame Kumaresan. If you have proper source you would have suspend his account way long back.

Are not you a shame of yourself to behave like this. Please be aware that we are going to complaint directly to the Consumer Board and going to cancel your registration. There is always power of common People.
