Here's a picture to go with my complaint

I bought a packet of jps endless blue tobacco from my local Coles. As a long time consumer I am disappointed that your product quality is deteriorating as this is another packet of tobacco I have purchased containing what appear to be unprocessed whole tobacco leaves. As your product is priced by weight, I feel I'm not quite getting what I'm paying for anymore. I will include photos.

Every packet I buy i find these big bits of straw looking tobacco, it is not smokable and it weighs up, I'm not impressed as it happens in every pouch I buy

I got a pouch when I open it had a hole in it and I haven't smoked it because something might of gotten into it

A whole packet wasted. Not overly impressed at all.

I'm complaining because we are paying $36 for a packet of 25g white ox only to find a big chunk of bark in it.

I bought a 25g poutch of JPS endless red tobacco & there's Alot of prices that are 6cm long. I've kept the poutch & peices. Very unhappy. Can not roll or smoke twig like peices this long. Bought from Coles express service station on Marion Rd Ascot park adelaide

Every cigarette in this pack has dirty marks on them.

What instructions are you talking about? What can the missing information possibly be? My complaint is pretty basic.

Your complaints process is pathetic. Are you deliberately trying to antagonise customers who are already displeased with your service?

Recently every packet I've purchased from my local Tesco has not been to a decent standard. At least half the packet the filters have fallen off, and tobacco not filled to the tip.
As a long term smoker I feel possibly although the cost of the product has risen considerably the quality has demised

3rd pack this week with a heap of bark 1 in the last one was about 7 CM cheers quality has been poor latley.

Hi I purchased a pouch of champion ruby and the quality of the tobacco was very poor it was like wood chips and dry as a bone I always buy this product and this time it's just horrible it taste horrible can't toll it properly I was submitting this complaint to hopefully have this issue resolved

We been buying harizon blue tabacco but since this year the tabacco are getting bad we got stem and broke the paper, and ruined the smoke... u cant smoke the stem by the way, the price are getting high were ok with that but when the company doesn't check the packeting, its very disappointing

Why would I find a cigarette in my packet with no filter. I would think paying for an over priced product, I would received what I am paying for.

I bought a 50 g pouch of jps blue and it has heaps of long barky pieces inside it that can’t be smoked the packet was also very dry tasted like crap would like a refund please or replacement packet very unhappy customer
