White Ox 50 gram
I bought a pack of 50 gram white Ox. It was sealed correctly but was unusually dry when I first opened it. As it is a costly product I started smoking it but it was giving me a cough I don't normally have so I stopped smoking it. I still have two thirds that I just can't use. I bought it from Endeavour Hills Shopping Centre Coles supermarket on the 3rd of February this year. The barcode is [protected].
Desired outcome: I would like a replacement please I am happy to return the unused tobacco from this pack.

Horizon Blue Cigarettes
I purchased a packet of Horizon Blue cigarettes from the cigarette counter at Woolworths Alexandra Hills (Queensland) 4161 yesterday 4th February 2022 and discovered upon opening packet (photo attached) that the silver lining paper was pulled away exposing the cigarettes.
I went back to Woolworths this morning and took the packet back to complain and exchange. I spoke to the store manager and he told me they were unable to exchange the cigarettes and I would have to contact yourselves to report.
I would appreciate an explanation for the condition of the cigarettes ($50 cost) and replacement of packet purchased.

JPS Endless blue 25g pouches
Hello
I have been consistently finding large pieces of stem or something of the sort in all my tobacco pouches. The tobacco has been extremely dry and crumbles when attempting to roll.
Far too expensive to be paying for this kind of thing.
This has happened over many purchases from varying outlets.

JPS John Player Special rolling tobacco
Please get rid of the tiny zip lock pouch now being used for JPS 25 gram rolling tobacco packaging, it is awful.
Because the tobacco is jammed so tightly into a tiny package it crumbles to dust far quicker.
Features of the old packaging were:
- it can't be reused again for black market tobacco,
- because it was loose it seemed like there was more (yay!) and didn't crumble so much,
- it was GREAT brand differentiation, now it looks like all the rest.
What I like about JPS is that it cured/dried for the perfect smoke. Most of the other brands have wet tobacco inside their pouches so it's hard to smoke, probably to add weight so they sell less for 25 grams. Well I just don't buy their wet rip off tobacco because I can't light it up and smoke it easily. Wet tobacco makes me cough and feels heavy on the chest - disgusting!
JPS is one of the few unflavoured tobacco brands which is excellent.
Keep up the good quality tobacco, but please, please, PLEASE go back to the old packaging, you're losing fans. If the new under sized zip lock packaging continues with its compressed tobacco I will be looking for another brand to buy and it won't be from Imperial. Sorry guys.

I just bought a pouch of dust unrollable dry dusty crap.Must have sat in shop for years.
Ove smoked jps 25gram pouches for a couple of months and I'm sick of the amount of stem in the packets. I bought a cheap brand today and no stem at all. Whole pouch of tobacco no stem. So JPS what's up with that. Not making enough coin have to load the packets full on stem. Half the pouch is sticks not tobacco.
Champion legendary ruby 20g pouch
I have been buying this pouch for a while now and continuously find animal faeces. The first couple times it happened the fecal matter was around 5mm - 10mm but i let it go. But this time what appears to be rat poop was around 3cm long i feel sick , and i will not be purchasing again.

JPS Endless Blue
I have purchased two pouches of the new JPS endless blue, one through Jimmy Brings and the other through SmokeMart and am getting a headache from the smell of the tobacco and when smoking it, this has never happaned.
The pouch has changed and the manufacturing location too, I'm unable to smoke this tobacco due to the headache.

I bought a packet of Parker & Simpson tobacco 15g serial number 0I291J10017 on Saturday 29 January 2022 and There was a big section of tobacco that wasn’t cut up properly. Also were quite big bits of tobacco as well and also black lumps of something as well.

Champion ruby 25g
Me and my partner have started rolling our own cigarettes and have decided on champion Ruby as our choice of tobacco.
The last three pouch's of tobacco we brought have had alot of stems in the mix making it hard to roll until we remove all the stems from the pouch and loosening up the tobacco to roll easier. I'd like this resolved as we made the choice on champion Ruby as it's smooth and not to strong

Bugs come out of the latest pouch of Drum that has lots of sticks and burs
We used to buy sky blue Drum but you discontinued it and changed the packet. The Drum that we get now had little bugs coming out of the packet once we opened the latest packet. We have been amassing sticks and burs that do not burn but it's getting worse with every packet that we buy. At $124 a pouch we would like roll a few more cigarettes from the packet than what we do now

White ox tobacco
Hi I've been smoking white ox for about 20 years and I buy a 50gram a week and here in Australia it's not cheap... Price is about $115 for 50gram but the last 50 grams that I brought it had a lot of bark in it now I normally expect a little bark here and there but this time I got about 15 grams of bark and I don't think that's excitable since paying$115 for it.
I love smoking white ox and I will still continue to smoke white ox, but I would really appreciate it if your guy can resolve this matter please

25g riverstone premium rum blend
Hi, unfortunately my complaint is identical to most complaints on here, being the"rat poo" found in nearly every packet of Riverstone premium rum blend I purchase at almost $50 a pack and I buy at least 3 packs a week. Not happy. Considering the price these days and unwanted poo. It's bad enough getting chunks of bark mixed through. Yes I'm smoking the cheaper brand but I do enjoy riverstone compared to other cheap tobacco. But will have to look at another blend if this isn't resolved.

25gram jps endless blue pouch tobacco
Pouch was bought on the 21st of January 2022, from a local store in Wollongong. The tobacco is extremely dry. Also has a lot of white chunks off tobacco. This isn't the first time this has happened. First time in 30 years that I have ever opened a pack of cigarettes to find 'bugs' and bug feces, am a long time customer of jps brand, and have never came across this before... Pack was sealed and seemed untampered.

I understand that tobacco industries are allowed a percentage of insects/foreign contamination, however, these should not be present as insect/bugs after packaging, let alone the remains of bugs and feces within the cigarette packet,. Unfortunately I had not a choice but to consume some of the cigarettes, however I now hav purchase a new packet, and quickly realised a taste quality difference and fresher feel, something whent terribly wrong with said packet/batch.

I have been smoking champion ruby rollies for years it's the smoothest tobacco around, it has great flavour and has always been hands down the pick of all the brands.
Until today! I am horrified at the pouch of tobacco I purchased today! It was dry. It was disgusting, harsh and me and my partner have soreness and irritation of the throat, to the point of coughing up a mucous type flem. It is not the tobacco I have been smoking for over a decade. It is rubbish. I am very upset and angry it's not good enough?
