I bought a packet today 28/02/22.717pm. enhance service station. opened packet noticed tobacco is different completely. Colour smell taste etc. never happened in 30 years. now I don't know to keep it for you because I can't even smoke it. I didn't keep a receipt of purchase. I did buy mobile phone recharge at same time. can show that it has time and date. thankyou.[protected].

The last two packets of jps blue 93mm cigarettes i have purchased from coles supermarket in Altona Meadows shopping centre,vic.The first packet seven of 20 cigarettes the filters fell off like they weren't glued.The next packet a few days later the same thing.Light it,as soon as you ash it,The filter is in your hand and cigarette has fallen out. They were purchased on 20/2/2022 & 24/2/2022.Thank You.

Horizon menthol
I have smokes horizon menthol my whole smoking like as I feel they are smooth and fresh.
I ran out of my usual 50s pack and went to Woolworths to get a 20 pack. When I was handed the box I made sure they were the right ones. When I arrived home I opened the pack to find they were NOT menthol. At first I thought I must have read wrong and I was given the wrong ones. So I looked at the packet and it said horizon menthol. I found abit of sticky black color stuff in a bag of Champion ruby 25g.
I can't smoke that.

JPS blue + firm touch filter 23's
On 20th Feb at 8pm, 20th Feb 10pm, and 21st Feb at 6pm, the cigarette filters disengaged from the cigarettes which fell to the ground. It was a bit off-putting for fear it could fall on clothing and burn a hole. It happened more than half way through smoking the cigarettes with my husband, who had it happen once on 20th Feb 2022. There just didn't seem to be enough wrapping around the butt. We bought the cigarettes at Wayville Foodland supermarket, Adelaide, SA.
The serial number on the packet is 1G053K1 1449 (See picture)
Desired outcome: I would like the cigarettes replaced as they are very expensive, and didn't get what I paid for.

I've been smoking White ox tobacco for 20 years now and more more often I'm finding the pouch to contain more and more bark this is disappointing and getting more frustrating since the price has sky rocketed I don't feel like I am getting value for money I've purchased the pouch from a BP service station in Warwick farm nsw 2170 on the 17th Feb 2022

Previously pin price size holes in them, this pack was the worst with chunks out of them.

Champon ruby
Ever since champion ruby packets went from being made in New Zealand and changed to the Netherlands the quality of the product has become disgusting. The tobacco is dry and harsh and doesnt even taste the same. $120 for rubbish. May as well be smoking dirty jps crap!
This happens with every packet i buy no, I can no longer support the brand champion ruby.
Desired outcome: I want the name of the product changed to reflect the change in the product. It should not be allowed to be called champion ruby as it is clearly not the original champion ruby.

I hear ya! I smoke the NZ Ruby for 20+ years...you could not ask for a better tobacco. Tried the Netherlands one and its not even close. It should not be called "Ruby" at all. Its worse than some cheaper tobacco I have tried. Either they get the mix right, or change the name to something else! As for the new zip packets, they are useless. I end up cutting them open, extracting the whole lug of tobacco and putting it back into an old flip pouch.
Parker & Simpson 25 gram pouch
Hi guys just a heads up, over the last couple times I've purchased this product there have been large amounts of black gunk through out the product sometimes large sometime small parts.

Horizon purple in the 30 cigarettes pack
Every pack of horizon purple 30s that I have purchased in the last two weeks from linden place supermarket linden place doveton 3177 have had the opening lid stuck to the inner part of the pack. I loose almost the entire front row as the only way to get it open is to use a stanley knife to cut along the front and the corners, sometimes cutting into the cigarettes. I realise this sounds rather petty but it’s very frustrating, not to mention the cost of each one I render useless by cutting into them.
Desired outcome: Please fix this problem so that it doesn’t cost me for cigarettes that I can’t use, thank you. I have tried to upload a picture but all I get is upload error.

Champion Legendary Ruby 25g
The quality of Australian tobacco is ridiculous right now, especially given the price. My CR pouches have taken a sharp descent in quality, being dry and brittle making them barely worth a smoke. To add insult to injury, the latest pouch I bought from Malvern, Victoria contains hard clumps of what appears to be resin or other plant material? These are completely unsmokeable, yet contribute to the overall weight of the product.
I'm not trying to spend money on clumps of resin, sticks, stems or otherwise unusable material! Imperial Tobacco needs to have a serious overhaul of their QA processes as it is frankly disgusting to treat customers this way, especially as they continue to support you despite rising prices.
Desired outcome: Reimbursement for the clumps of resin and other unsmokeable material that comprised an unacceptable fraction of my Champion Ruby pouch.

i purchased a 25gram pouch yesterday 9th february 2022 from coles supermarket broken hill nsw and the bottom corners aren't sealed and tobacco has fallen out in my car and my home.i have attached photos. i hope the packaging is changed back to the original one.

JPS 93mm Long- Blue (1H13AQB 1624)
Purchased at Coles, Port Pirie, South Australia, February 6th 2022.
The filters were not secured to the actual tobacco part of the cigarette.
Several filters easily came off when I was either taking cigarettes from the packet and also when tapping ash whilst cigarette was lit.
Atleast 75% of packet was affected, I have attached 2 photos showing the cigarette and seperate filter after I had taken it from the packet.
