I've been smoking this brand for a while now, but have recently noticed the quality of the tobacco has definitely declined. I started receiving small bits of wood and what looks like, shredded branches. If I don't pick them out, it makes the cigarette futile to smoke, thus making my pleasurable experience to be disappointing and frustrating.
The photo I've submitted shows how much "driftwood and forestry" was found in my last 25g pouch.
If this is what you call "Premium Blend" then I'm certain your quality control department is either sleeping at work or non existent.
Thank you for your time, and hopefully you will wake up those responsible. Or do you put these in to maximize your profits..?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

I found a stone in mine.
Very disappointed.
They should do it properly because we all work hard for money to buy [censored].
They had one job.
I like it, never had any issues with it as all rolling tobacco has hard shreds time to time, never smoked a brand that hasn't had it and have been smoking 30 years.
I've been smoking Riverstone since it has come on the market and every now again I find besides a bit of driftwood and what looks like either mouse or rat droppings small black lumps but yesterday I found an dropping with what looks like animal hair which had me putting that pouch aside, live in a small country town and have to drive 35 KMs to pick it up, I enjoy the tobacco but quality control is lacking somewhere please fix these problems I'm now down a pouch thanks Trev
I have bought a 25gm packet every week for the last three years and enjoyed the flavour very much. However, for the last six months I am regularly finding long stalks, large uncut leaves and strange lumps of black sticky stuff in the packets and I'm now deciding that the disappointment, frustration and now anger are getting too much. I'm choosing another brand - the flavour isn't quite exceptional enough to warrant having to accept bad quality tobacco. Very disappointing.
Same here, small chunks of some kind of substance.
I’ve read the reviews and they’re from early this year. Having the same issues. It’s almost November 2021 and I’m getting heaps of unusable tobacco.
This hasn’t been resolved.
Over the past 6 months or so, I’ve probably lost 100grams of tobacco from this.
The flavour for me is getting evermore disappointing. It states premium rum on the packet but tastes more like mildest rum and paper. Did they tamper with the flavour. Nice smoke but no flavour
