I am writing to complain about a faulty Volkano Heavy BT Wireless Speaker that I purchased from Incredible Connection The Glen on 30th August 2019.
After 6 days of purchase of the faulty BT speaker i returned it to the store and was assured i would be contacted in 2 weeks. Which was never done, up to this date no one from the store has contacted me to update on what happened to the speaker i fully paid for.
I have been to the shop on a monthly basis to follow up on this speaker and am told one useless story or the other; I have even escalated this matter to the store manager a Mr. Judah; who seems the least bothered by my numerals walk-in calls into this shop.

As a dedicated customer, I hope you will work to resolve this matter with an acceptable resolution; as surely it can not take more that 6 months to repair any appliance that is meant to still be in good working order.
I have copies of both my receipts copied herein should that help with anything; the receipts have all the information regarding the serial numbers; warranty and the condition of the speaker at the time i returned it to the store.
I will wait one week to hear back from you about this issue and then i will seek help from consumer protection or the ombudsman.
