Indeed is a scam of a site! After having an issue with them a few month sago, I should have known better. They now are trying to charge for a job position I had posted with them. It was clearly listed as free, now they have charged my credit card 600.00 dollars.
They refuse to eliminate the charges, I was told they would have to dis-able my account to which I responded YES PLEASE!
Here is actual contact information for those that have not been provided a real contact

I am urging anyone who reads this to please check your billing statements. I have filed a dispute with my CC Company and was told this has happened many times
I know for certain I posted for 3 days ad for about 15 dollars. Today I got charged almost 300. To my card. This is such a scam.
Indeed is still doing this. It has happened to me multiple times. It will keep happening until someone reports them to the Attorney General for fraud, and they are investigated and prosecuted.
They stole from me too. I don’t even do business with them. They steal credit card numbers and then wipe you out with multiple charges. They need to be thrown in jail for fraud and out out of business.
Has anyone reported this to the Attorney General (state or federal)? I have had this experience multiple times with them. I authorize a limited amount of sponsorship, say $200, and then they keep charging me hundreds or thousands of dollars until I notice it on my credit card statements. This has happened multiple times, and they fight me about refunding the charges. This is criminal, and yes fraud charges need to be brought against the executives and the corporation.
Y'all are smarter than me! I'm ashamed to say they got me for $25,000 from [protected]. I just caught what they were doing because I don't handle this. Has anyone had any luck getting their money back or turning them into anyone?
Curious if you had any luck getting any money back from indeed. I know this was posted a year ago but I’m just catching the same scam. They’ve charged my card 1500 this month and it goes back to 2021 which I have never caught till now. Thanks for any input. Doug
Indeed has "bugs" in their IT system so that when you try to change your sponsored account to less sponsorship, it comes up with an error so that you cannot change it.
They also pulled more BS on me and charged me for a sponsored job when it was entered and renewed as a free job posting. They charged me over $531 to my CC. When I asked for a refund, at first they refused. I then asked to speak with a manager and threatened to dispute the charge with my cc co. and also place a complaint with BBB. They then promised a refund, but I am still waiting to see it happen.
In the meantime, I did dispute the charge on my visa, and told them that I will not authorize any future charges from indeed.com
Very shady business.
Indeed is a SCAM! Same exact thing happened to me something needs to happen.
I have created a free account and now they have charged me freaking 641$. They are the pure scammers.
Just happened to us too. Has anyone had success getting their money back? Taking them to small claims court, etc?
They just charged my card $2,300 for an add I ran for 4 hours! I'm definitely contacting my credit company!
