Employer account - Fraudulent charges, GOOD LUCK CANCELLING
Small employer here. posted 2 jobs--I thought they were free postings, as I did NOT consent to any billable charges. Indeed charged me over $500 the 1st month; I complained, and Immediately closed both jobs. So I have NO active job postings, and was charged the following:

Think about that if you plan to post a job on Indeed: you will be trapped with recurring charges until you cancel your credit card.
AVOID INDEED AT ALL COSTS!

Hiring
I had signed up for the hiring feature within indeed for a Director of Marketing and they immediately cancelled my ability to do so. In addition, they sent me multiple messages (10 or so) of the same email inferring that it was in fact a human being intentionally doing it.
Then they send a confirmation email advertising for myself to apply for jobs.
Seems like their are problems down under (Texas) they need to fix.
I can just compete against you if you don’t want my business. All you do is create your company on up work then hire a lobbying firm to focus more on American firms (since your parent is Japanese - nothing against Japan). “Don’t mess with” … California Natives.

Hi,
I posted a job on indeed and set a limit of $80. I paused the job back at the end of sept 2022 as I had hired someone. Today I happened to notice an invoice from indeed on my company email (I don’t usually check every email, my receptionist does), and they kept charging me to the tune of over $600.
No one notified me, they just kept billing me. This company should not be allowed to do this! I did not even check the site since September as I had hired someone already.
As well, you cannot even remove your credit card info.
Desired outcome: Refund of last two months.

We are in a severe staffing crisis. I have received an applicant through email. I tried to log onto our account but the system wants a 2F code, which has never been asked for before. I have requested the code numerous times but it isn't coming through the email. I tried to locate a contact number for you to get access to the account but it is near impossible to actually speak to a human being.
The longer we leave the account locked, the bigger the chance that we will lose candidates to other competitors.
Unsure as to why there is no way to actually speak to someone in the event you cannot access your own account.
Fairly confident that if we owed you money, someone would be picking up the phone to call us without hesitation.

Disable my account
They disable my account even though I sent all forms of proof that I am a legit business including my Article of Organization, EIN, Certificate from the State of Indiana, utility bill with our name not Organization name but I work for home and Home was established first, and that was noted in the account. With all of that being done. On Oct 11, I still don't have access to my account as of Nov 30, 2022.
Desired outcome: Activate my account, an apology would be nice and a credit for all the BS I have had to put up with.
Disabling my account for no reasson
Indeed must be the worst company i have ever dealt with. I called their customer service and dealing with them is a nightmare. There is no reason my account should be disabled. I gave them all my sensitive business information that they requested. Even the account advisor does not know why the account was blocked and blacklisted. She advised me to open another account and again without any warnings and this time not even asking for anything just disabled the account again. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR. DON'T TRY TO POST JOBS ON INDEED. They will waste your time and won't resolve anything. Try posting on facebook, kijiji or another job posting site. BTW don't blame your employees at first i thought it was the employees who were just not capably of opening this account but it is clearly INDEED. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I attendented interview and sububscentley attendended induction and given clock card etc. I was told they would ring me my next shift pattern. Yet not recieved from 3 weeks ago. I applied for a work from home job with Unitek Tech in September 2022. I have only spoke with someone at total of times. They only want to talk through Telegram. They have my personal information and wire funds to my account and ask me to send funds to two people. The guy Allan Miller became aggressive when I ask him what do the accountant do because they suppose to handle all funds coming in and out. I told the guy that I quit but he start threatening me telling me what I better do. Why has Indeed allowed the exact same negative and accusing comment made by an "ex-employee" 3 times in 3 separate dates?
tI is obvious this is the same person posting from different emails. This post quoting the exact same thing 3 times has lowered our employment score on our reviews page. Screenshots posted and uploaded here. This is a disgruntled employee likely terminated that has posted the same comment 3 different dates which has hurt our reviews rating. I would think that any of the same wording and post negates removal of the post as it clearly shows a disgruntled ex employee seeking revenge to lower our score.
I am asking for you to please remove all 3 of these comments ASAP please as I have uploaded 3 screenshots of the exact same wording in the post 3 separate dates. Please remove so that we can fairly be rated.
Desired outcome: Remove all 3 of the same reviews which has lowered our rating just by posting the same comment about my nonprofit, Rejuvenating Women.
Billing for job advert
I am a self employed Physiotherapist working 15 hours per week from a clinic that I set up from home to use within school hours. (Bebington Physiotherapy) I wanted some help from another Physio for a few hours per week and tried to create a job advert on indeed.com for this on 26/10/22. Each time I went back to my login, it said ‘complete profile’ which I did twice but which did not resolve the issue. Following this I started getting Resumes in my inbox which I though was indeed sending me people who they thought my fit my potential advert as they were Physiotherapists (although none of them were remotely near where I live and so not applicable). No messages appeared with these resumes and so they did not present as applications.
What I did not realise was that my profile was active and also duplicated and that I was getting charged twice per resume. I soon as I realised this, I went into the site (with the help of my partner because it was not easy to navigate) and closed the jobs. As a result I have been billed hundreds of pounds which I cannot afford. They have taken £350 from me on 01/11/22 and it seems they will take more. I do not have this money and it is going to send me into debt. I sincerely plead for a good will gesture that the money be refunded and any future monies stopped and also my account closed. It was not clear to me that my advert was active and I cannot cope with this financially.

Fraudulent sponsored postings, incorrect billing, incorrect information/documentation, extremely poor customer service
Hello - Our September Billing was incorrect/fraudulent (and exceeded the threshold set in our account). When we reached out to our account representative, we were met with difficulty and misleading information.
Jobs that were not sponsored were mysteriously(fraudulently), toggled on and off periodically throughout the month (not by members of our team, and not on jobs that we would ever sponsor). When we reached out to ask for answers and documentation to provide to our finance department we were met with resistance and were provided intentionally vague information about our account (the receipts provided were screen snips and not adequate or transparent information), additionally they did not match up with the visual overview we had of our account on the same day (we were told we had active sponsored postings on the day of our complaint - the sponsored posts were only visible on indeed's side of the program - all 4 jobs on our side were still able to be sponsored).
We asked for our credit card to be removed, and had an email sent to us confirming this was such - today we noticed the credit card is still active in the account. When we reached out to inquire as to having it removed again - we were told that we ourselves re-added this account, we did not - and we are tired of being given the run around.
We do not appreciate the poor level of customer service and support that we have received on this matter to date - and we are extremely dissapointed in the customer service standards that indeed has. Repeatedly we have asked to speak to an account manager, someone in the finance and billing department or in the dispute resolution centre, and have essentially been told no - we are only able to speak to our direct account representatives (Sinthya Rodriguez and Baqer Hussaen). Both have whom have provided inentionally misleading information or just tried to ignore emails that were sent.

we want:
-To speak to a management representative, or an individual from the dispute resolution centre, that is not one of the two people mentioned above

-Credit card removed from account so we can be sure there are no future charges
-a credit for the fraudulently sponsored postings

My Email
It's very simple. I have about 5 different emails. I need to change the email address I gave indeed.com to another email address that I use much more frequently. I have been trying to change the email address and have read directions which do not seem very clear to me. I have been trying to make this change for the past couple of weeks that I have been using Indeed.

We have been a loyal account of indeed for several years.
We were recently blocked from using indeed and not refunded over $4K of charges from indeed that we paid for services that indeed didn't provide to us.
We are absolutely shocked about this treatment from indeed, and now the customer service people aren't returning our calls.
We are filing complaints about this company.
Desired outcome: We want our $4K refunded and an explanation on why we were banned from using indeed.
Posting a job on indeed
I had tried to post a job opening for my company but, was informed that my job post was blocked and can only be posted if i provided one proof from a list of options to help them verify that my company was legitimate. I was happy to give not just one proof as requested but two . Then I recieve an email saying the items i sent were not sufficent with no explanation as to why since those were both documentations that was listed for identification. I reached out via email to ask why they werent sufficent and what to do next and i was told to go to the website to find a solution. There was no solution to my issue there . I went back and sent an email 3 times and have yet to get a response. I dont understand why an organization would choose to lose buisness ( i was posting a job where i was going to pay $15 per resume} for no legitimate reason. Maybe this is an issue with the department that handles rejected posts but it reflects poorly on indeed in general and is costing the company money.

I was contacted by a person pretending to be Hiring Manager Mirka Janhonen with Kemira Oyj. They wanted to send me a check to purchase equipment through a specific vender. Sounded like Money Laundering! Then they wanted to EMAIL me a check in pdf form to deposit through a mobile app. That is FRAUD. They are stating they got my information from my Indeed profile.

We have signed in with indeed.com for hiring services. we have not even been able to hire. the service is, to be honest just fair and not even good, but they keep charging various amounts. there does not seem to be any description on the invoices as to what they charge nor is there any information on the unsubscribing of the login. the website has no help whatsoever. We need to unsubscribe when we do not need any help from them. They consistently have been charging us 1000 sterling pounds

Problem:
Indeed is using algorithms to market material to an address that's not my address. I have never used this address in the past with Indeed.
Solution:
I need Indeed to stop immediately. I need for Indeed not to sell my information or old address associated with my name verses my address connection.
