I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent service provided to my Yamaha R15v3 at your service center.
I have been a proud owner of the Yamaha R15v3 for nearly three years, and during this time, I have driven the bike for approximately 90,000 kilometers. Recently, I encountered significant issues with the engine, including excessive heat generation and noise. In response, I promptly brought my bike to your service center for repairs.
Regrettably, despite the considerable time spent – nearly 20 days – and the assurance that all engine parts were replaced, the problems persist. I was charged a substantial amount of 27,000 rupees for the service, expecting a fully functioning bike.
To my dismay, after the supposed repairs, the engine issues remain unresolved. The service center advised me to drive for an additional 500 kilometers, assuring that the problems would naturally dissipate. However, the situation has not improved, and my beloved bike, which holds sentimental value as a childhood dream, continues to exhibit the same concerns.
I understand the challenges of addressing complex issues, but I believe that as a customer, I deserve a thorough and effective resolution. I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter, with the expectation that my concerns will be addressed promptly and comprehensively.
