I have flexibility, in that, I can set my own available *** to accept assignments, and the hourly rate is more than i have ever been paid before. I respect and enjoy my co-workers, for the most part, and I get along well, as best I know, with those above me in the chain of command at IG.

If I didnt have to leave a star for this I would not. Always constant changes, this was the the *** department of employment security. A state job they told me I was fired for attendance after they told me a week prior they would work with me then lied and told me *** wanted them to cut employees with attendance problems. I filed for UI and said I was fired I had my interview with adj they stated that insight Global said I was discharged for poor performance I was not I was a Tier 2 the position previous to a team lead I have reviews saved of what was stated each week during 1 on 1s they literally lied and thought I would not file. I have found a new job but this is the worst company lying company to ever work for in 31 years this was the first job I was ever fired for! This company or at least *** & *** for the *** contract is trash and please review the contract with this company not honest and definitely not good for the state of
Insight Global is a decent company work with. I worked for almost 1.5 years in my 25 years of IT careers and I do not have any major issues or complains about this company. I get paid on-time and received a decent benefits.

My experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The process and determination of finding me a role by the recruiter was exemplary. She showed a real dedication in terms of communication, the usual hand holding, negotiation and completion of the contract. Since then, the whole process of managing contracts and payments have been smooth and without any kinds of problems. I highly recommend this company!

Terrible company!
Terrible company! Hired me for a position I knew absolutely nothing about. As soon as I realized I was over my head saw another posting for a job through them I would be a better fit for. Talked to that recruiter he said the transfer process should be easy. Easy enough that I just was told to logout of the current training and good luck only to be completely ghosted. No one has contacted me or responded to my request for contact.

Your company is a good company to work for, however, my only issue is that I only get sick time
Your company is a good company to work for, however, my only issue is that I only get sick time. How am I supposed to function if holidays are not covered or no type of PTO hours. People who don't get these types of hours end up using all their sick time trying cover money lost from using it for holidays to still get paid or for vacation which isn't something sick time should be used for but for Dr visits or actually being sick. Just my two cents.

I'm still owed money. To start, the recruiter told me that I'd be paid weekly, that never happened. It ended up being that I was paid bi-weekly. I should have left after that to be honest. Because, when I did end up being paid my first check, it was for less hours that I actually worked. And, every checked that followed was paid bi-weekly, but I only ever received a paycheck for 40-hours, even though, I worked two weeks, or 80-hours. Please stay away from Insight Global.

I've worked for Insight Global in the past and I am currently working on another project, and I look forward to new opportunities in the future. I have to say it's an amazing place to work for. The environment is diverse and brings people with different professional backgrounds. Management is fair and helpful in achieving efficient ways of bringing projects to completion. Recruiters do take the time to get to know your professional skill set, to be able to match you with the right job opportunity. They offer great benefits, which is a tremendous help.

WORST AGENCY TO BE APART OF!I worked with IG on a contract in *** and before I was let go unexpectedly I reached out to my recruiter *** in hopes to be reassigned. *** never really got back to me on anything. I told her that I applied for some positions that IG had open and she Stated that she will get back to me on them. Never did. I continued to get emailed on timesheet from the old contract. Then today I get a email stating how I have been removed as an employee from IG. In a *** review I posted, someone was supposed to reach out to me but never did. I stand firm with my heading. This is *** to waste time on.

I was a little nervous accepting a contract position, but it's been a relatively smooth process with Insight Global. I have a couple minor complaints, primarily when it comes to Onboarding and no Holiday pay. Onboarding was not as easy as they made it sound and resulted in me having to wait several days to receive all my login information, credentials, etc. Luckily my paycheck wasn't affected.Not receiving Holiday pay or more than 40 hours PTO is definitely an adjustment, as I received ample time off at my previous job. When there is a Holiday that falls in a week, I have to work long days the rest of the week to make sure I still receive a 40-hour paycheck. Other than that, it's been pretty seamless and no other major complaints. I suggest they do better with Onboarding and look at offering Holiday pay to their staff.

Insight global is a fantastic way to waste 35% of my paycheck. It just magically disappears into their coffers. What do I get in return? Lower wages, worse benefits, and a company culture that consists of 'we're here to do as little as possible.' Some other fun features are: - getting paid less than promised - getting trained by other IG contractors that also got trained by IG contractors that never got trained!- *** that's just enough to make you stop trying to take care of yourself - Client bosses that see you as disposable - IG bosses that see you as a product to be sold but not cared for.- obnoxious surveys asking 'how did we do' regularly so that they can continue to do worse!- leaving your job the moment you actually feel like you understand it. And many more things that make you 'Part of the team!' Because here at insight global, 'we sell people!' /s

If I could give zero stars I would. I got a contract job with AllianceRx Walgreens Prime through this company. First off, they messed up my new hire paperwork saying I was hired for a lower position/pay than I was supposed to be and didn't do anything to correct it. And today I find out that my contract was terminated, not by a staff member of Insight Global, but from a director at AllianceRx who was nice enough to try talking to HR to see what was going on. I was under the impression that there was something wrong with the system, that I just couldn't sign into anything. I was told by this AllianceRx director that my recruiter or someone from Insight Global was supposed to inform me of my new employment status. No one had reached out to me, I had to call, text, and email 6 different people to find out from someone who isn't a part of my hiring "team" that I am no longer employed.

I was recently informed by the company for which I was performing the work that my contract was to end within five days. I was also told Insight Global knew of this six weeks beforehand, however I was never told. Therefore my contract ending with such short notice was a complete surprise. I'm assuming this was because Insight Global thought I would find another job and therefore would not be billing the full six weeks I had remaining. Calls, emails and texts with Insight Global were also mostly unanswered during the contract. I am also intending to file a *** of *** wage complaint with regard to an earned PTO day I was initially paid, and then the 8 hours retro deducted from my paycheck weeks later. I have requested payment for thus day several times with no response from Insight Global.

Insight Global recruited me for a contract job. The interview with the client company went well, they extended an offer to hire me and I was going to accept but Insight Global showed me a contract without any contract per diem which is standard for contracts away from the contractor's home. Per diem costs the recruiting shop nothing but reduces the tax obligation of the contractor, without this an otherwise acceptable contract is unprofitable. Insight Global acted like they had never offered nor even heard of per diem (you can read about it on the IRS's website) and they refused to consider to investigate it because "the people had the home office said no". That is fine, but I concluded that I don't want to waste my time with Insight Global anymore. I told their recruiter to put me on their "No Contact" list. I have received multiple calls from them and they always claim to put me on their No Contact list but they seem to always be lying.

I was contacted by this company through Indeed.com. Even though Insight Global has a physical office in my city, the calls I've received are always with an individual's cell phone, not the company name. The recruiters are polite, but they say they have particular positions that consistently don't come through. They promise calls that don't happen. It almost seems like they just want information about your employment status for their use or are a type of scam. After all of this happened repeatedly - like, honestly, 5 or 6 different times - I told the recruiter I was speaking to that I wanted to end their representation of me and to document that in my notes so I didn't get any further calls. For some reason, even though the recruiter said okay, I don't feel confident that they will honor my request, but I guess we'll see.
I suggest doing business with another staffing agency. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, it's a duck.
The hallmark of reputable and reliable businesses is that they do what they tell you they'll do. The business we give them should reflect their results. Since Insight Global hasn't done anything productive for me, please don't take a chance yourself.

I honestly did not want to give this company the 1 star but that was the lowest I could give. Let me start by saying that the particular project I was assigned to with this company has been misleading since day ONE. We were told we would be getting 5 weeks of training and that was FALSE. Technically only got one week and then thrown on the phones. Well for almost a month now my vpn has not worked and everyday they would have me send an email to the IT department for some sort of resolution and nothing has happened as of yet and now the kicker last week several agents like myself worked Monday March 22,2021 still with tech issues so the next day Tuesday March 23,2021 at about noon they made us log out for the day and told us they would be in contact which no one was since we had to be proactive and check for messages on teams or wait for an email update so moving forward Wednesday March 24, Thursday March 25, and Friday March 26 without any clear instructions they let us log in for those days. So here we are this week when I checked my submitted hours they were rejected because they said they were only paying us for an hour for the 3 days. Is that even legal? Also I am baffled by the lack of communication and how unprofessional this business is
