Shop preparing Flowers: Designer Flowers by Rodger’s [protected]
Ordered flowers roses worth nearly £50 with same day delivery the address was changed last minute via email and confirmed by a colleague from interflora acknowledging everything was changed and confirmed and there would be no difficulty with delivery. I have provided the new address several times, spoke to interflora representatives and even contacted the flower delivery shop who is preparing the flowers myself and left a voicemail I am 4/5 days later I’ve lost count if not more with promises of getting my flowers delivered and still no flowers! I would like a full refund some compensation and my flowers to be delivered to the recipient she has now had to wait days and days for her delivery this service is not got enough!
Claimed loss: £50 for flowers plus waiting a ridiculous length of time for same day flowers! 4/5 days later and till not resolved! I would like the flowers a full refund and some compensation.
