Our systems were working up until a few days ago. Different phones had different problems. Mike W. is an example of integrity and excellence. He was persistent, patient, he listened. He track back to other recommendations and appropriate remedies were applied. It took time but the issues are resolved and I am grateful. It reinforces my confidence in Intermedia.

Amazing customer service and always going the extra mile with tech support or whatever is needed to keep my small business working! Super helpful and always available and helpful. I wouldn't change my phone system -- we have a small business, but if I want to work from home, I can do that and it is totally seamless - my home phone has an extension and works with the others and it's awesome! If you try Intermedia, you won't be disappointed!

Intermedia has the best Tech Support. Anyone in business not using them for E-mail or Microsoft 365 is committing malpractice. They have 24/7 Tech Support and often are helpful even correcting issues computer-related that don't have anything to do with the Intermedia software and service. It is comforting to know that any time of day or night, they are on the other end of the phone to assist with any issues.

We own a small construction/manufacturing business (12 office staff) and have used Intermedia for our VOIP service for approximately 7 years. Any time we have had an issue or question, they have been very responsive. There was a time a couple years ago where we felt the phone assistants weren't as intelligent as initial and we completed the survey and indicated that. The next times we called, the service level was back up to where we had become accustomed. Very responsive and the product is very easy to use. We would highly recommend Intermedia.

If you run a small business and are looking to upgrade your email service to an MS-Exchanged based service, look no further. We have been using Intermedia for 7-8 years and feel they have been a key partner in the growth and success of our business. We are in consulting and need reliable email and phone services. Intermedia's Exchange email service and VOIP phone service has been just that, reliable and cost effective. Also, whenever we run into a glitch of some time, the customer service professionals at Intermedia are quick to respond with effective solutions to get us back on line and in business. A great company that is very customer focused. Thanks!

Intermedia has been our phone service over 6 years. We moved email for one company last year and just completed moving email for our other company to Intermedia. Very happy with their services.

We own a small construction/manufacturing business (12 office staff) and have used Intermedia for our VOIP service for approximately 7 years. Any time we have had an issue or question, they have been very responsive. Intermedia i bought a service from intermedia but they didnt give me what they said they would

i bought a service from intermedia but they didnt give me what they said they would. i was pretty mad about it cuz i paid good money for it. i tried to contact customer support but it was a pain in the butt to get a hold of anyone. eventually i did and they said they would fix it but it took way too long. overall, not a great experience.

Our problem started on October 5th when our phone service with Intermedia went down. It's been a week and the problem ain't fixed yet. We called and emailed them a bunch of times, but they only just now passed it on to their big shot development team. They said it'll take 3-5 days just to check out the problem. Meanwhile, our office can't use the phones. It's not cool for our patients and us. It's frustrating that we don't have working lines and we might have to wait a few more days for it to get fixed.

Intermedia Intermedia is a tech company that we've been using for a while now at XTERRA WETSUITS

Intermedia is a tech company that we've been using for a while now at XTERRA WETSUITS. We got set up with a Voice account and an Email account, but we wanted to merge them to save money and get more features. Unfortunately, Intermedia wouldn't help us out with this. It's really frustrating because we're paying more than we need to and missing out on some cool stuff. We've called and emailed them a bunch of times, but they haven't done anything to fix the problem. Honestly, we don't recommend using Intermedia for your email or VOIP needs. If they can't take care of their current customers, something's seriously wrong with their whole system.

Intermedia I signed up with Intermedia for "unlimited services," but they randomly charged my company's AMEX card three times in the last six months

I signed up with Intermedia for "unlimited services," but they randomly charged my company's AMEX card three times in the last six months. In February , they charged the monthly contract fee for phone lines, which was paid via AMEX monthly draft. However, on January 6, they charged a random $219.40 without any statement or explanation. On May 7, they charged a random $752.24, and I opened a dispute with Intermedia. On June 8, they charged a random $947.31, and there was still no follow-up or explanation on the open dispute. I called multiple times and talked to many incompetent people. On June 10, the support established a new case number, saying that the old one was closed. Finally, on June 15, Intermedia employees called, but there was still no credit, and they said it would take 6-8 weeks. I contested the last charge on my AMEX as I assumed it was fraud since they had not reached out in 6 weeks. Intermedia says to "stay tuned" on the rest of my credit. They breached the contract, which was 11 pages long, and there was no overage charge. There was no transparency in amounts, and I did not agree to overages. The charges had no authorization or authenticity. I signed the contract, but the charges were not within the contract terms, and the total exceeds the grand theft threshold with over *** of unjust charges. The support was lacking, and I am very disappointed with their service.

Intermedia I own a small biz and have been using Intermedia for email service for years

I own a small biz and have been using Intermedia for email service for years. Email issues happen a lot and tech support is always hard to deal with. Lately, I've been having big delays (hours) with my emails sending. I called multiple times and was told by Tech support that it was because I had too many emails and needed to delete stuff. I did that. But it didn't help. Finally, I talked to someone who said that wasn't the problem at all. He said he needed to install a new "profile." I let him "remote" in to my computer. But the sending and receiving issues kept happening. I called again. Last week they decided to install another new profile. That made my computer "crash." I couldn't access files, couldn't even open Outlook. My keychain disappeared. The first Rep I talked to said part of the problem was that Intermedia doesn't usually help Macs. Their Techs don't know how to do this kind of tech support. After hours on the phone with Apple, I found an Intermedia Tech who said they kept loading "profiles" without deleting the others. This caused the storage issue that crashed my computer. The next day, my Anti-virus was flagging all of the "new profile email." We weren't warned that any of this would happen and I lost days of work. Intermedia never apologized for all of the damage they did. We want at least a month of credit to our account and to know if Intermedia has Tech support (other than 1 person?) that can help our business. We have several users on Macs. I asked for a call from Intermedia management, but they ignored me.
