Intoxalock review: Breathalyzer e-alert/gps/camera

Have been living a nightmare with this company since 2020! Device draining battery, draining alternator. Money out of my pocket! Device locking me out due to device malfunctioning. The device being tampered with ever since I put this device on my first vehicle in 2019! 3rd final calibration was 7/28/23 went to calibrate do FINAL CALIBRATION! Got to service station same service station I have been dealing with for over a year! The Car People on Dickerson pike. Intoxalock would NOT allow me to calibrate! And complete FINAL calibration! I called and an agent stated I owed moneys that I didn’t owe! Stated I owed $240. Now I had emailed [protected]@intoxalock.com and the other 3 emails I faxed proof of this payment a month prior to 7/28/23. Fax confirmation states 6/29/23 at 12:15. Called to make sure fax and emails were received! Not one email or fax I sent was ever received. I was sending proof of payments and calling handling the situation about this payment because I knew the company was playing with me and scamming me. I have paid for this device over 10 times already. It just so happens the email came through on 7/29/23. Because of them lieing about my payment and not allowing me to calibrate! Im locked into this device for another 120 days! I have never missed a calibration or payment. And I should have had this device off a year ago On 7/9/2022 day after FINAL calibration. Going to work at 530am the device locked me out. Stated I blew .99 Bac? I don’t drink! I hade to have the vehicle towed to nolemsville pike costing me over $200 for tow and some men at service station stole vehicle registration and made took copy’s of my keys to home vehicle and connected a iCloud hotspot which connected to my iPhone and they were able to Robb me and take over my identity. This company and there faulty equipment reporting false info. Violating me and giving me another 120days. This is 3rd time this company has done this to me! Robbing me and playing games with my life and driving record. Two weeks ago I was stranded in Florida for 9 days due to the device locking me out! Agents lieing to me for 7 days straight. Saying they were waiting on an approval from the state before I could get help with tow once again for the 8th month in a row! false data to monitoring authority and judges! Every month vehicle being towed due to faulty device. $200 a tow x 8 months in a row now! Leaving stranded for weeks or so at a time. Company not reimbursing my tow receipts.keeping me trapped paying for feesgames and living to me.
