I'm having massive issues with my ignition interlock company. They are threatening my license statues due to fees they have charged me not allowed under mn statue 171.306 associated with the fee reduction award letter. I have physical disabilities, I believe this is why I'm being discriminated against. It has gone so far they have billed me, I paid then they deactivated my account for complaining about fees not found on the fee reduction award letter found under Minnesota Statue 171.306. Dvs.[protected]@state.mn.us says they don't enforce 171.306 against vendors only participants. This is the affidavit I have prepared next time I'm sent a demand by intoxalock for them to remove their equipment due to me complaining about fees not allowed under Minnesota State Statute 171.306 charged to my account. I had to report Intoxalock to my credit card company over their billing practices which I was than charged a 30 dollar fee for by intoxalock.
