IQ Option withdrawal, account under review.
I have been trading on Iq Option for over 5 years now. Recently I made several withdrawals and usually it would take about 1 to 2 days to process. However, I noticed that my last withdrawal was taking unusually long so I decided to contact support via chat. Thats when I was told that my account was under review and as such the withdrawal was on hold indefinitely. I didnt mind the review but what made me upset is that they could neither tell me why my account was under review when it was fully verified nor give me a timeframe for how long such a process would take. I decided to google this issue and realised many persons had similar issues with some even complaining that the process took weeks and months while some claimed they never got their withdrawals. I started doubting Iq Option and even started questioning whether they were actually a scam company who will now prevent me from accessing my money now that im actually becoming consistent with making profits. I eventually got my withdrawal 5 days after and some of my doubts have eased so i decided to write this review for anyone who is wondering how long it actually takes for them to review your account. Withdrawal Withheld
This is a follow up to my complaint few days ago, May 11 2023. It seems to me that IQ Option is not paying attention to the complaints of their clients. They're turning a blind eye and a deaf ear when it comes to withdrawal requests. It has been 10 days since I submitted a withdrawal request that they canceled and from that time to date, I have submitted 3 withdrawal requests because they canceled the first two requests under the reason of INTERNAL ERROR just to delay payment. This broker is such a headache, not just to me, but I believe to all other clients withdrawing profits. Their support is useless as well, and will only offer empty apologies and give a reason that the account is under review and that it would take longer than usual. I believe all client accounts of those submitting withdrawal requests are verified and there is no reason for an account to be reviewed for security purposes or whatever their reason is for reviewing an account.
Desired outcome: Whoever is going to read this complaint should escalate this matter to the higher ups to call the attention of the relevant department delaying the payment sending. Don't refer me to the support team because they're useless!

Unreasonable withdrawal request cancellation
Last May 5, 2023 I submitted a withdrawal request. Few days later, May 8, they canceled my request and their reason is INTERNAL ERROR. I emailed their support and questioned the reason why they canceled my withdrawal. Their INTERNAL ERROR should not be the client's concern or problem. This should not be the used as grounds for canceling a withdrawal request. I submitted another withdrawal request the same day and 2 days later, May 10, they canceled my withdrawal request again under the same reason. The pattern here is that in order for IQ Option to delay sending out payments is that create unreasonable grounds to cancel one's request to withdraw. Nevertheless, I have been in contact with their support complaining about it but all they ever say is sorry and that my account now is under verification and review. I don't see any reason why they should verify my account since it's already verified. Moreover, review again? And for how long will this take? They can't even tell because it's im their terms and conditions as what they claim! If this company is always oing to give their clients difficulty in withdrawing funds, why even be at customer-oriented business? I'm quite certain I'm not the only they do this to. Last month, they did this to me as well. This is the second time they're giving me a hard time withdrawing my earnings! Whoever IQ Option employee is going to read this SHOULD NOT ADVISE ME to contact support because I have been doing that for the past few days and their support is useless! I want their higher ups to address this matter as this not just an isolated case.
Desired outcome: Escalate to the relevant department in order for my withdrawal request to be granted and completed as soon as possible as I have been waiting for a week now!

iqoption scam my money that I deposited through my bank card. Due to their ridiculous rules that I can't withdrawal my own money which I recovered from lost into my bank card after 3 months has passed. I used iqoption since 2016, I have never got any profit due to my lack of trading skills.
Since 2022, I started to understand trading and start to recovered some of my money. When I want to withdrawal those money that I recovered from lost, they start to play with my e-wallet issue and declining my withdrawal request for no reason. I received emails every time I withdrawal such as "your withdrawal request is canceled. Reason is blanket.
Desired outcome: I want to get back my money which is not even profit it was the money I lost on their platform only and I just recovered it.
All of their different support team members come every after 2/3 days and repeatedly ask me to withdrawal into different wallet despite the fact that their system doesn't accept any other wallet except the wallet start with "Z" only. I have shared the screen shot other wallet start with letter "E" (different wallet) being rejected by their system yet, the still ask me to repeat the same all over again. Finally, without solving the isue, they block me on chat. I know they will not give me back my money and might block my account.
They still don’t fix their withdrawal system and repeatedly ask me to check my browsers, cookies and caches. They are just playing around and wasting my time. Seems like waiting until I get tired and give up on that money. I would never do that if I cannot get my money back, I will keep on sharing your scam on everywhere.
If you go through all the screen shots that I posted, you would not ask me to again contact your support team. You let support team can do nothing about it unless you change your system itself.

Withdrawal Still Pending
This is a follow up to my previous complaint dated April 5 and 7, respectively. I was asked by the support of IQ Option to provide my information. I thought that finally they will process my withdrawal so I waited yet another 24 hours before they reply to me, and when they did just now, they give me yet again another generic answer. I'm quite certain I'm not the only victim here. I want to know how those withdrawal issues of those who complained here got resolved. Have they gotten their money from IQ Option? If so, how? And please don't recommend that PaigeCubbin person because I don't trust who ever that is. I already tried contacting him/her, and he/she is suspicious. To whoever IQ Option person who will reply to this email. Don't tell me to contact your support because you're support just gave me the same old generic response to my concern, and I have been in constant communication with them since March 22. I want my money and this should be escalated to the relevant department.
Desired outcome: Respond to this complaint and escalate to the highest relevant department and complete my withdrawal request instead of eternally processing it.

Last March 22, I requested a withdrawal. To my surprise, my account which is verified became unverified, and I was asked to go through verification again. After several attempts of failed verification, IQ Option finally verified my account, which then allowed me to request for withdrawal. I have been in contact with their support everyday because of my withdrawal issue. The following week, March 29, my withdrawal request was cancelled and their reason is "Internal Error". I then requested for another withdrawal, and I contacted their support again everyday and they keep telling me that my account is under review and that it is a normal business practice. The problem is that they won't even tell you how long that so-called review will take. It's like waiting for all eternity. I cancelled the request around April 1 or 2, thinking that perhaps the company does not permit withdrawal of more than once a month, so I requested again 2 days ago. Yesterday, I started reading all those similar complaints about withdrawals, and I figured I should also air my complaint online for people to know what's going on in this particular broker. I trade the forex market, and I have dealt with several brokers already, but this the first that I have encountered this withdrawal issue. I don't see anything foul in my account, and it is even verified, and yet their support kept telling me that my account is under review. If there's anyone who could help me solve this issue, I would really appreciate it

Your reply is quite generic and scripted. You probably did not even take the time to view the screenshot I submitted here, which is a reply from your support via email. FYI, I have been in constant communication with your support about this matter, and yet my withdrawal issue has not been addressed, let alone resolved. I never asked you to access my account. What I want though is for you to escalate this to your higher ups instead of giving scripted answers.

My friend Pankaj Shukla start IQ option trading from my suggestion. He deposit Sam cash on IQ option app and start trading he is earlier full night traders. Suddenly IQ option company shocked and immediately ban his account and sent to review process. Now many month has passed out but account not active. I am the one who is eye witness of my friend assets. IQ option owner involve this scam. He take over his Gmail API access and control his mobile with the help of Google. Now my friend want to change his Gmail password but Google is not responding when he change his email. Google is not sending OTP when my friend want to change his Gmail password. My friend Pankaj Shukla is receiving RBI message from IQ option company side. Anyone here who help with us.

How i managed to recover my money from IQ Options Fraudsters
I became a victim of an IQ Option investment scam two years ago.
An IQ Option representative contacted me via email and told me about an investment opportunity that would yield a higher profit in 30 days. When it came time to withdraw my profits, he stopped responding to my emails. I had invested $30,000.
I asked a customer service representative from IQ Option about this, but they claimed not to be aware of my investment.
I was disappointed because I tried my hardest to get my money back but was unsuccessful.

I'm trading in IQ option for more than 5 years and was not facing an issue earlier. But on 02nd week of August'2022, I have attained the worldwide No.1 position in their leader board and made a good profit. While I was trying to withdraw the profit of more than $13,500 on 11&16th of August'2022, they had blocked me from their chat option and withdrawal is still on progress for more than 16 days as on date and not received the payment yet. The only option was to contact them is through their support team mail but they always say my account is being reviewed by their specialists and would take time. I had sent more than 20 mails now and everytime I get a same reply for last 16 days. It is unfortunate to keep delaying the withdrawal and I'm really fed-up now. Kindly request IQoption to pay attention and release my withdrawal at the earliest.

I have complained bitterly about withheld withdrawal since 4th of june and still they have not paid. This is over 3months.
Such a wicked entity. My friend took loan from the bank to trade and he made good profit of I er $28,000.00. He has requested a withdrawal of $5000.00 to pay back his loan but to date this bloody wicked and scammer company had not paid.

I am as pissed as an angry bull. This is so madning, painful, so unethical and scamming. How can a company tell people to trade with them with HARD earned money but when it comes to payment then they tell you according to their TC they can pay you whenever they feel like.
