my 4500$ amount in my account but iq closed my account
On September 29, 2022, I deposited $200 (Last Deposit) into my IQ Option account. Shortly thereafter, in early October, I received an email stating that my account had been closed due to an alleged violation of the terms and conditions.
The reason cited for closure was the use of a VPN, which I categorically deny. I have never used a VPN while accessing my IQ Option account.
As of the account closure, I had $4,500 in my account, representing my own personal deposit. I am deeply concerned that IQ Option has confiscated this significant sum, which rightfully belongs to me.
I believe it is unacceptable for a trading platform to seize a client's deposited funds based on an unsupported claim of terms violation. In such cases, the platform should be entitled to confiscate only any profits generated through the alleged violation, not the client's initial investment.

I deposited on 04-01-2023 amount $1150 USD still not appears in my trading account 6 months completed after the day of deposit i contacted my bank in this 6 months thousands of times there reply always same payment was successfully deducted from my bank account and credited to receiver account bank manager itself confirmed me and they also showed me in there system payment was successful and transferred to receiver account and i also sent you bank statement many times and recently i had also sent you 6 months bank statement in that bank account statement clearly shown payment was debited to your UPI and still you reviewing my account why i can't understand please now wait is i don't have patience now i want my deposit now or return back to my bank please it's hard earned money my life savings i have to pay my children school fees because i am a single parents of my child my husband passed on corona please don't bother me more.

Unable to trade due to lack of customer support.
I couldn't get into my trading account for months now because the IQ Option system rejects my password. I requested to enter a new password and received a notification, asking me to enter my new password. When I try to enter my new password, nothing happens and the request is repeated continuously, offering a code which I tried, but it was also unacceptable.
I sent numerous requests for assistance to their customer support division over the past months, but only received notifications telling me that they have an overload of requests for assistance and that my request will be answered within 24 hours. This never happens. I've been waiting for days, weeks, and months for them to respond to my various requests for assistance, without any response from their side.
I am now receiving a notice of a potential Dormant Account fee because I'm not trading on a regular enough basis. My capital is lying in their banking account, and will now be drawn down due to a lack of trading, which is caused by their inefficient system, not by me. I can also not get into their system to request a refund of my capital lying there without gaining any interest.
Desired outcome: I need to cancel my contract and have my capital returned to me, as I cannot trust this company more.
