This is Muhammad Shahbaz and my iq options account email is [protected]@gmail.com. I am here to complain against iq options, my iq options account has been blocked due to multiple accounts and I have money in that account is around 9688 euro, which is not giving me back.
Actually I have talked to iq options support team many years ago that time they had rebot options in iq options I had requested to activate rebot in my account and they said if I need to use rebot then need to open new account so that time I opened new account in different email but support team didn’t tell me blocked your account which I was using that time, anyways I had opened new account, I used rebot’s account for few time but I wasn’t satisfied, so I came back to my previous account that one I regularly and permanently using. So why they didn’t take action of multiple accounts then my account was in minus I had lot of money lost in iq options now I try to recover my previous loss then they have blocked because I believe they have closed because of more than 9000 euro balance. I humble request to you please request them to reactivate account and refund my money thanks.
