Mr. Peterson was awesome, thorough in explaining process, trusting, put all my worries at ease, reliable and consistent with the installation of my new roof. He worked hand in hand with my insurance and always consulted and included in the process to ensure my satisfaction. I am overly pleased with my new roof. His crew was awesome, timely and pleasant. They cleaned up behind themselves after the job completion as if they were never here. Hands down painless and extraordinary experience.

I just had a new roof installed by Iron Sharp Precision contracting, and I must say it was seamless from start to finish. Clarence was just outstanding, patient, and professional. He is a man of his word. He told me the workers would be at my home at 7:00 am on the morning of installation, his outstanding crew was not only there, but they were on my roof at 7:00 am they went above and beyond, quietly and efficiently. I am so happy with this company, I can't stop talking about them. If I had another house that needed a roof, I would certainly hire them. Kudos to Clarence and his crew.

The best home improvement experience I have ever had. Clarence was there every step of the way. He really took care of everything and more importantly he is true to his word! Iron Sharp Precision Contracting prepared my roof the weekend of 7/11. The consultation with Mr. C was welcoming and professional. He was all business, yet, inviting. On the day of the repair the crew was driving up at 6:50 am and started working promptly at 7am. Around 1pm, they were starting their clean up, in which they took their time with. It was lengthy and thorough. I would highly recommend Iron Sharp Precision Contracting to anyone needing roof repairing. I was very pleased with the entire process. There was not a single objectionable thing I could say about my experience.

Clarence mase the whole process easy from start to finish. He explained everything from my interactions with the insurance company, the process of the roof replacement, repairs of any water damage inside the home, and completion and follow up. The adjuster from the insurance company was very slow but Clarence stayed on top of him and pushed hom along to get things done. He was truly an advocate for me in this situation. His professionalism and expertise made this experience easy and stress free. I recommend him to all my friends and family as I can say with confidence that he will get the job done right.

Clarence was very professional and made the entire process of this replacement seamless. He took care of all the communication with the insurance company and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He also ensured that I fully understood the need for the replacement by showing me the damage and explaining the long term effects if it was not addressed. The team that he sent to replace the roof did an amazing job! They were very courteous and when the process was complete they even went the extra mile and walked my property with a magnet to ensure that there were no nails left on the ground. Highly recommend Iron Sharp Precision. Clarence and his entire team are the utmost professionals. We discovered water spots on our ceiling. Iron Sharp was recommended to us by another home contractor. Clarence was here the next day and up on the roof. He identified numerous issues and worked with us to coordinate the process with our insurance adjusters. He returned - at the end of an already long day - to patch a couple of more serious issues and keep us dry until the new roof could be completed. On the day of the roof replacement, the crew arrived on time and worked an extended day to ensure we were "in the dry" before they left. They returned the next day to complete the work and clean up. When they left, it was as if they hadn't been here at all. Everything was clean and back to normal. The roof looks great. Clarence checked in regularly, inspected and followed up on the work. 5 Stars all the way.

If you are looking for a roofer please look no further . This company was a God send for me . A tree fell on my roof during a storm and I was in distress. I was given the number to this company . I made the call and spoke to Clarence. He was so professional and calmefme down and assured me that he could help me. Clarence came and meet with me and looked at the damage that was done to my house and explained everything that he would do to get my house back together. He kept me informed with everything that needed to be done and he also meet with my insurance adjuster to make sure I was able to get everything needed to get my roof and gutters replaced. The crew came as scheduled and did a fantastic job. I work from home but the repair work was done that it didn't disturb my work . I would recommend this company again and again . Clarence was always assessable anytime I had a question. Again look no further if you need some roof work .100% satisfied. Happy Customer.

Clarence did a wonderful job helping me coordinating with my insurance company to look at my claim for a new roof. He met the roofing specialist that my insurance company sent out to inspect my roof. Clarence had already been out to inspect and mark off the areas that were damaged. So that it could clearly be seen that my roof had a lot of storm damage considering the roof was 20 years old. I had tried on my own to get my insurance company to replace the roof with no success. So he can be an advocate for you. He did not promise that my insurance company would replace the roof but he did say he would do the best he could to show reason that it needed to be replaced. The crew came at 7:00am sharp the morning of my appointment and they worked straight through except for taking their water breaks and lunch. My roof looks wonderful and my husband and I are very pleased. We will be recommending Iron Sharp Precision Contracting to our friends and family in the future. Thank you Clarence again!

I had Clarence come out for a free estimate after noticing a small water spot in one of my rooms. His company had previously replaced multiple roofs in our community and I had admired the craftsmanship. Clarence arrived promptly for the estimate, wore a mask the entire time due to the global pandemic, and was very thorough. He spent time on the roof taking pictures and identifying areas to the roof that had been damaged due to a recent storm. Once I decided to go with his company he was able to make the process easier by guiding me through the insurance process. When my adjuster accessed the damages and awarded the finances, Clarence was able to schedule me within two weeks. On the day of the installation the roofers arrived on time and worked efficiently to ensure the work was done. The temperature was 93 degrees, yet the roofers only took one 30 minute lunch break. From roof breakdown to clean up these gentlemen were done in about 10 hours (1600 sq. foot and single story home). In addition, there was no trash or roofing nails left behind. Once the job was complete, Clarence ensured the work was done to my satisfaction. For anyone needing a new roof or repairs, I would strongly suggest reaching out to Iron Sharp Precision Contracting.
