I am writing in concern to warn other to not get financing from Bottle Free Water with the company ISPC this financing company has harassed me on a bill that was created fraudulently. I have tried many times to resolve the issue by writing ISPC, but their employee by the name of Cee Cee keeps calling me harassing me asking for me and then hang up. I have put in writing that ISPC stop contacting me yet they persist as of 4/30. P.S. it required to leave a star but ISPC deserve ZERO.

After speaking with the selling rep at my home. A few days after he left I decided not to get the water system. I called to cancel, and was told it was too late to cancel it. I was not happy with the installation nor the service or system. They have added thousands of $'s to the total amount. Very rude customer service. You call to speak with someone with no response. Now they have put a court judgement on me. (For What) they are forcing and bullying people to pay something that is not wanted. Horrible company...Beware!

I would not recommend to anyone the financial company called ISPC Independent Savings Plan Company. This company catches customers through or together with third party contractor(s), using different cunning technologies to deceive consumers. It is especially cynical that older people with low incomes and limited English fall into their networks. They not only have the highest possible in Florida APR (18% in my case), but they also charge $2.95 so-called "Convenience Fee" for monthly payments and there is no choice. It doesn't matter if you pay by credit card or check (for some reasons, "Autopay" option is not for me) - you have to pay "for convenience" for this company to make money out of thin air. This company positions itself as "The Independent Savings Plan Company (ISPC) is a Florida based finance company that has been providing consumer loans to homeowners", but in reality it works as a credit card. And if they give you a $7500 loan, for example, then that means you have a new credit card with a $7500 credit limit, and it's 100% full from day one. (Have fun to check out your new credit score in month). So, 3 years ago on July 1, my balance was $7.343.19. Today, three years later, after 36 (thirty-six) months of payments ($146.00 + $2.95), my balance is $5.510.37. I wish everyone the best!
Great customer service but after we purchased our water treatment system, the company was no longer in service and we had no way of getting what was promised as a result of our purchase. So we have a system that is not serviced as promised. I am very bitter about that especially after financing over $5,000.

Mrs. H. from ISPC was absolutely amazing! We had a very big issue with our account, told multiple times by agents at ISPC that nothing could be resolved until I spoke to Mrs. H. It took a long time to get in touch with someone who actually knew what they were doing. She handled our account better that we could honestly ask for. As for the people we spoke to before her, if it wasn't for her we wouldn't be leaving this review. Its all because of her that everything got handled easily and correctly. I wish there were people like her in every business and the world would be a much friendlier place! Thank you Mrs. H. for the constant updates on the issue and just all around helping us fix it. We truly appreciate it!
Overpriced. I have called and asked for customer service to explain to me why my bill went dramatically high. When I calculated for the loan for my hone security systems the lady got rude. Never could have explain how my bill went dramatically high as if I was never making payments. After I pay the loan, I will never do business with them ever again. Everyone will know yo run as fast away from this company.
I would like to alert everyone to a financial company called ISPC Independent Savings Plan Company When I was in the military and bought a house in NC around the FT BRAGG area this company based in Florida and married to a company that sells Pro Lite water treatment systems came to my house How they found out I had just bought a house here in NC I don't know

We decided that we would buy a Pro Lite Water System that this salesman says even the White House has and uses regularly So when we were talking to this salesman he starts recording our conversation But as soon as we ask a question he shuts off the recording and says this doesn't need to be recorded The question we asked was " Now if this system is being financed are you going to put a lean on our house?" He said "NO" So when the first payment was due by automatic payment they didn't take the payment and immediately slapped a lien on our house So the salesman told me to call him at a phone number he gave me if I had any problems So as you may know if he would have said they will put a lien on our house that would have been a deal breaker and I would have kicked this nut out of my house So I could never get ahold of this guy and in the meantime my window to cancel this contract expired So every time I called this company they told me you have to talk to the salesman that I cant get ahold of and now the window to cancel has expired I told the person who answered the phone about the third time I called I want to cancel this contract but that person wouldnt help me So me being in the military I dont need any problems with a court case My commanders and ncoes frown on such things and they will tell you pay the payment you agreed to pay

When I contacted them about it I was told that it is not an actual lien however my mortgage company has advised me that it does reflect to be a lien. I have told several of ISPC representatives that the product that we have has not worked only to be pushed to contact the product maker/seller. When I emailed their contact about it she told me that there was no record of my telling them this. Then I get a demand letter from their legal department for the full amount. Do not get a line of credit from them they continuously increased out payments out of nowhere. Not only that the agreement that I have does not state that there will be a lien put on my home.

Then there are the multiple issues of being lied to about how long it will take to pay off and the over 50% interest rate. You have to have them change the filters and that is an additional 300 a year that they dont tell you about. Oh then every 3 years you have to change the whole damn system out at $1000 they dont tell you any of this major scam i have started a federal compliant. dont belive the B.S. responses on here. Also they want you to fill out a review for them that is posistive and they knock off a couple bucks Beware wish i would have got on here before buying.

I like everyone has had to deal with the UNETHICAL workings of ISPC and their water softner sales people. First they come in, do the tests, etc, sell you on a bunch of stuff, whatever, I went with it but little did I know that they would be opening a CREDIT CARD account as the "loan" that I would be needing to pay off. It dropped my score by 100 POINTS! Luckily I was able to raise it. Now, I'm in the process of trying to refinance my home and have to deal with this subordination paperwork that is going to cost me $300 to get it process - I am FUMING.
Beware of sales reps from *** Water, especially Michael S., who like to withhold details to make the sale.
Beware of anything ISPC, as they will nickel and dime you for everything. I cannot wait to pay this off, I'm already in the process and hopefully, by next year I will be done with them because they won't let you pay off more than $500 at a time.

As a single mother, who unfortunately happens to live paycheck to paycheck... ISPC does NOT offer any type of assurance or financial support/assistance for their LOYAL customers what so ever. [4 year customer whom has NEVER missed a payment or has NEVER been late on a payment] For example, having Covid-19 for 14 days and NOT being able to afford my monthly payment. ONE MONTH.. not 3 or 6 months, ONE! After learning that, I asked if they could notate that I will be late on my payment.. I was told I WILL be charged a late fee if I do not make my payment on time- even though I called out of COURTESY to explain it WILL be late because I will NOT have a paycheck for those 14 days I was out. Just overwhelmed and honestly don't know what to do at this point but be in more debt and watch what I've worked so hard to avoid... happen. Thanks ISPC for putting me in a bigger hole and being as loyal to me as I've been to your company

When we were sold our unit we were sold lies in 2018. We was told we could move it anywhere, free of charge. The man used the fact it is a large Military town and how they cater to Veterans to get a sale. We are relocating and you can only move it for free within 2 cities in North Carolina. Also when we finally have it removed, we only have 30 days to get it reinstalled at our new place. They do not know our finances or how fast we can find a plumber and pay to have this installed. If I would of known about this poor process, we would of never bought the system. It is not worth the money for the mess you go through. Also there is an almost 400 dollar security interest fee to even relocate it. So many hidden things. I wish we never purchased through Bottle Free Water in North Carolina and never financed with ISPC. But with hidden agendas just out to get money. So now we have to decided on leaving it at the home we are selling or paying an insane amount to have it removed and getting it installed with 30 days of building our new home. I do not understand after all the complaints how they are still allowed to run a business.

I wish I would've read the reviews before getting into this whole water system. First they came when we first bought the house and did the test showed us the difference and it's was crazy cool but we couldn't really afford it but the guy kept pushing and pushing and we finally gave in and we did it and gave us that package deal for free I guess for soaps? then they came to install the system that guy was super nice and helpful and said if I need anything to call Then they said they'd come back to retest but haven't?! Then I went to refi my house and when I started the process my refi people told me that I'd have to call ISPC to do a subordinate agreement because they put a lean on my house (but they say it's a security interest on the property) same thing ! So I had to pay almost $300 for them to do "paperwork " and then since it took so long I had to pay another $200 something to hold my interest rate in place I'm beyond annoyed and wish I would've never done business with them and then to top it off they charge $2 when you pay the bill for "maintenance fees" hahaha I'm thankful that I've been able to pull some money together to pay them off so I hopefully dont have to deal with them that much anymore just for them to do maintenance on it however often for some more money hahaha

My original loan started out at $7541 April. I have been paying on it with no missed payments. Today is February 2022 and they have been taking $75 a month out of my account since 2014. Checked my account balance I owe $5694. Only $10-$15 of my $75 payment goes towards my principle. The rest is to interest. I have paid these folks a little shy less than $4800. My balance is still $5694 today. I'm trying to refinance my house and in order to do so they want a fee of $295 and five days to review the subordination form requested from my title company. I am paying them off ASAP. Please don't let these ppl take advantage of you. I was pressured being a first time home owner by the constant knocking and solicitation at my door. Stating this was the best water softener out and I needed to get it. The gentleman came to my house daily for five days until I gave in for a water softener. I should've done my due diligence and shopped around. This egregious in regards to principle applied monthly and fee to review a subordination document when I pay a monthly. It was never stated that a lie would be placed on my house either. The loan shows up as revolving credit but is supposed to be a loan. These tactics are predatory loan practices. I have never been late or missed a payment. I can't wait to be done.

My husband and I just purchased our home before we could get a box in a third party representative was at our door, my hubsand had been interested in a water softner for the home so we heard the representative and made a purchase. The problem that I have is that it was not disclosed upfront that this would be placed on my credit as a credit card (revolving credit) and now my credit is taking a hit because it is showing that I am at 97% utilization rate on my credit cards even though my other cards have little or no balance at all. I do not like the predatory methods or the omission upfront of the companies process. I would of never have completed that transaction had I knew that this would go on my credit (which wasn't disclosed either) let alone as a credit card account that has so much impact on my hard work to get my credit back where it needed to be. Now I have to find a way to get this account from under me before it drops my score even more. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AND WILL DO MY DILIGENCE TO LET ME NEIGHBORS / ORGANIZATIONS / FAMILY KNOW NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AS WELL! HONESTY GOES FARTHER THAN DECIET. Then the Rep says its on the top of your contract, the things is I never received the contract from them, the only paperwork I have is from the third party company and it states nothing of account type on there.

ISPC has added $1000 in fees without our knowledge or consent. They did this in 2017 and I only found out about it today when I called to get specific details about our account, such as the original loan amount. They would have done it again in [protected] apparently had it not been for the hurricane. This fee was never verbally explained to us or sent in any letter. We were told we could join a program to help us get up to date on our payments. We were told our account would be brought current and what we owe would be tacked to the end of our payments, and our payments would be half for one year. We were never told it would cost $1000 to do so or we would have asked for other options. Our goal in filing the complaint is having the fee removed all together and moving forward making our payments.

Bought a water softener system in 2020 and ended up having our monthly payments through iscp. We've never missed a payment but we're trying to refinance our home and got a call from our mortgage broker that on the title report there was a lien due to a security interest. We called the company they said it's not a lien but it reflects as a lien. We were given two options one to pay in full or to pay 295 for some paperwork to be done so we could continue. All to find out they won't approve because we are pulling cash out of our home. I filed for BK on August and ISPC debe was included and discharge on November . I have been trying to refinance my home in the last month and ISPC continues to have an UCC against the home therefore preventing us from closing on the new loan. I also told them my wife passed last year and to remove her name. Even after submitted a death certificate. Now my house has a lien and delayed my closure. I am a widow and every day I am in that home, I am more grieved. The stress escalated. I contacted them and now in the system, it shows that I do not have any payment history. I now have a Durable Power Attorney because I have severe diabetics, seizures and high blood pressure. Unprofessional and uncalled for. Never missed a payment. It is a credit card. I purchased a water heater and used their finance system. I believe I was possibly discriminated by age and by race.

While going through a refinance on my home the title company reached out to ISPC for a pay off. Their committed turnaround time is 2 business days, but we have been waiting nearly three weeks and have sent numerous requests and emails to no avail. My closing has been hindered due to their non-responsiveness.
Not sure how to begin this but this is the worst purchase I have ever done. I was lied to to, force into signing documents for a 7000 water system please new home owner stay away from ISPC and *** water trying to settle because this equipment is not being used I called them a few days ago after I purchased they didn't budge I did advise them that I was going to reach out to get help the loan term is ridiculous it's like throwing money away technically At least I want to settle to pay this off it's on my and my husband credit.
I am unhappy with the security system I financed through ISPC. They hit my credit score hard aswell. After calling a few times being on hold for half an hour they told me it was non refundable and they wouldn't even take the merchandise back.

I was never informed a Lien would be placed on my home. This is a Deceptive and Unfair practice. To have the Lien removed I have to pay $295 to ISPC to process my request... and if I need to update information I have to pay another $125... I see several complaints of the same issue on this page... and ISPC's response is that it isn't a Lien... well apparently they are filing it as such... and perhaps should review their documentation to ensure they are filing what they claim to be. Believed violation of UDAAP!

Called to apply my SCRA benefits due to I have been deployed twice and am stationed in a Key Provision state. S.H. has found a way to deny me this benefit. This is something I do not understand as I wanted to apply my SCRA so I can pay off loan in full. But all S. H. cared about was taking my money and declining me the benefit in which I have served for. I can not explain how insulted I was for how this was taken.
ISPC is the Company who has done the financing for *** Solar in Rivera Beach Florida. The Company that has Failed to fix the solar paneling functioni9ng and up to date I have continued to pay for this NON-FUNCTIONING product with no re-course. They need to retro-the financials once a final figure has come to fruition. How can you collect monies from consumers of which the finance company is standing behind a selling of non- functioning product.
ISPC has filed a lien against my home. Like many others, this has interfered with the refinancing of my home. This was for a water softener system that never worked, ISPC is only the "finance company" but works with these frauds of salesman (the unit literally never worked and I could not get them to remove the unit or negate the contract) - the debt should be settled and resolved, yet here we are, 11 years later and I have a lien on my home. I am requesting a termination statement be filed through the UCC to remove this.

I was scammed by buying a water softener in Austin Texas in November. Someone claiming to be at my residence to test my water came to my home as we were just moving in. Turns out this guy was from Revolution water trying to sell me a water softener. This particular man refused to leave my house after several hours of saying no. I wish I would've called the police to have him removed. However, I gave in and financed this piece of junk through ISPC for around $5500 at $65 per month. Four years later we sold the house and were upside down on the home loan. I continued to pay the $65 for this equipment that I didn't even have access too. Later Revolution Water was run out of business because of terrible business practices. I have continued to pay this $65 dollars for 10 years and quit paying in 2019. Therefore, I have spent $7800. I've even put this account into my National Debt Relief account in which this fraud of a company will not settle with. I just want this account to go!

ISPC placed a lien on my home and. I am very disappointed/dissatisfied with ISPC. Due to covid and divorce I was forced to out my house up for sale. I found out today that they placed a lien on my house for a $7,200 loan. I have been paying on this loan without fail since 6. My ex wife and I seperated in January , per the terms of our property settlement, she was responsible for all the joint accounts related to her house, which included a line of credit from ISPC. A late payment was recorded in August. Contact with the company regarding resolution resulted in a heated conversation with an extremely rude and uncooperative employee from their legal department. He has this kit and stated our water was one of the worst he seen, now who knows if this kit truly changes colors with contaminated water or their kit is just fixed. After a lengthy lesson he gave us we were not on board, he seemed desperate , although our baby was sleeping in her bedroom , he noticed a baby swing in our living room and targeted us how if we truly cared about our baby we would have clean healthy water, pathos strategy. He used fear in new young parents to sell the water treatment system. We just purchased our home, we are in NO financial status to be purchasing a $6k equipment that may or may not truly do what it claims it does. A company that goes for consumers such as a 19 year old who just gave birth and bought her first home is a sketchy company. After he was done he said the water treatment is exactly $6,400 but we've been getting billed papers saying it's actually $7,561.98?! I still have the original charge slip that states that our equipment is only suppose to be $6,400 merchant number is 1129. Account # ***. The ONLY reason why we agreed after hearing that number is because the salesman stated that we could pay as little as $60 a month and WOULD NOT be paying more than the number he gave us that day, therefore we agreed to purchase. However immediately after receiving our first paper bill it states we would be charged interest . Every month since then we have been paying approximately $55 on interest ALONE PER MONTH! Our required minimum payment is barely above that, they also require a $2 processing fee each month , ALL OF THIS WAS NEVER EVER DISCLOSED BY THE SALESMAN, he stated we would NOT be paying more than the number he wrote down that day. This is fraud. So far interest has accumulated to over $735 for ONE YEAR , for interest! That almost $1k does NOT go toward the payment for the system, so we still owe $7.4K towards the water system as well as the almost $1k per year for interest. This is illegal. We kept reading the paper that stated we would have to die for this to not be legally binding and regretfully paid each and every *** each and every time. We almost declined when he stated we only had 3 days after that day to cancel. THREE DAYS?! That was another red flag, why 3? Why not 30 days , 90 days, 1 year? Because this company KNOWS if they allow more than 3 days that every single customer would return their product due to their misleading representation of the product as well as their payment processing. We asked him if we could think about to which he cut us off and yelled "No, it has to be done today, right now." Another huge red flag , feeling corned and guilty of having "dirty" water (for our baby girl) , we regretfully signed. Lastly , he never covered that this would deteriorate both our credit scores, mine was already in danger since I just purchased a home , this company delayed our ability to move sooner because they damaged our score with their sneaky payment system. I understand HOW to make the interest lower, any monkey knows the more you pay off the less interest one has to pay, what I do not understand is never being notified of the interest only until Weeks at their 3 day period when they sent us a paper billing of this scam. I now, never ever open the door for anyone in case they are a salesman. I am paranoid of putting me and my boyfriend into another financially stressful legal binding that we will only get out of if we die! Yes. Excluding the 3 day return, the ONLY way ISPC will legally unbind you from their contract is if you die. This is misleading. This is not just $100, this is THOUSANDS of dollars. we still owe MORE money than we agreed on. Almost broke our family. Salesman stated they would move the may tag to our new home for free too, moving in a couple months so we will see if that's a lie.

We are not satisfied with the product provided and do not want to pay the financial organization. When speaking with the product company they informed us to reach out to the financing company in order to return the product. We were informed because we did not cancel this within three days of purchase we have to pay the 9,000. However the full system was installed late the second day after purchasing this product and it could take a few days for effect. I am unsure how we are supposed to decide on this within three days. We have contacted ISPC and were told we have to pay the 9,000 dollars and that it has already been financed and there was nothing they could do after being hung up on twice. I also contacted ISPC via email to cancel our account and to cancel any withdraw from my bank account more then three days in advance as stated in the application, have not recieved a reply.

I purchased a water treatment tank under the credit account through ISPC. The price of the unit was extremely high and the interest rates have almost doubled what I had purchased it at. Lately payments have not been being applied through their website. I noticed this morning 11/4 that I had another missed payment and that my credit score was negatively affected by 50 points! I called ISPC to hopefully resolve this issue following submitting another payment. I spoke with Sean W/ ISPC at extension 1822. He stated to not make another payment since it is currently showing pending. I asked if he could assist me in making a correction to the credit report and he said it is all a computer making those changes and there is nothing he can do. I further explained that I would be paying this account off hopefully by the end of the month. This business and their representatives are bating consumers into unrealistic sales and even consumers who are generally making the payments are not getting any assistance.

They are an unreliable company; they will send you an excellent seller and then your nightmare will begin ... as it happened to me since 2017. First they open a credit line without consulting me of $6.600 when the deal was to finance the water tank, I realize that happened when I noticed my credit score went 71 point down. Now yesterday I found out that they have a lien on my property, I found out because I am going to refinance my house. I had to pay $295 (because they said is for the paperwork)to continue with the refinance ... I tried several times to express my frustration and they make me feel guilty for trust in them. All is about money for them, $5.00 for account maintenance fee cost me $60 a year and another 7.9% of interest. On June I tried to pay ahead because I was traveling, they accept the payment an then I received a letter asking for a late payment fee because they supposedly had not received the payment corresponding to June 18 the customer service lady told me to try to make the payments 3 days before of the due date to avoid confusions. They have no communication, they are not clear, they just want money. They are unreliable. Product_Or_Service: Water Tank

A lien was placed on my house which I did not know about until I went to sale my home, fee required to lift lien and transfer to new property address. Account Number: *** Purchased my system through Clear Water Systems in Texas. Auto-pay Financed through ISPC, I'm a week from selling my house and moving into my new home and have to deal with a lien i didn't know about. Upon choosing to finance through them I wasn't made aware that that would be the case. Additionally, I feel as though that should be made clear and at least the borrower should be copied on the lien request sent into the county clerk. This has left me very stressed as once I received my closing disclosure I go into a deep panic seeing that instead of me receiving proceeds for the sale of my home I owe EXTRA money. My agent and I are scrambling trying to figure things out and I get a hold of ISPC and now the process is explained to me. Since I'm planning to take the machine with me at the cost of paying $900 to the purchase vendor. They said I have to initiate a transfer request and pay the associated fee to have the lien removed and transferred now having to do all of this in less than 1 week before I move to get updated documents to the banks and title companies to fix the disclosures.

5 February requested a payoff amount on loan ISPC. M. V. sent mehe payoff amount. I paid it and next day I owed 1478.59 ridiculous needs fixing On February 5 I requested a payoff from ISPC. M. V. sent me a letter with company heading indicating a $6050.32 for payoff until the 3rd of March. I paid the amount indicated by her on the 10th 0f February and my automatic payment went in on the 7th, 3 days earlier. A day later aI looked at the account and it showed a balance of $1478.59. I contacted M. V. and K, C. and C. indicated that yes they made a mistake on the letter sent to me. I told her that as per the letter I was already paid off but yet they still want to charge me the $1478.59. I told C. that they made the mistake not me, and that because of the headache of dealing with this issue I ask for the rest of the money t be tax free and she denied doing it. I have a letter indicating the payoff, stand by your documents with the information provided by your company. This is ridiculous. AM a disabled veteran with 31 years of service and this is how we get rewarded for serving our country and doing business with your company. Never again, believe me I will let everyone I know about this, the military family is huge and word spread specially when a veteran is done this way.

ISPC sold me a water filter, that filter was damaged and broken by hurricane Irma I notified them and they closed my account. On November they took me to court, such court was 5 hours away from where I live, a weekday, at 2pm time that I'm always working. I only owed them $2860.89 plus court cost $427.70 and attorney fees $62.50 which equals $3351.09. The main issue here is that they put a garnishment on a bank account that I'm only an authorized signer, is not my account, it belongs to my mother in law who was saving money for her grandson's college, who is my stepson, my husband and I are only signers in that account in case something happens to my mother in law. I spoke to Brandon M. with ISPC and explained that to him, I also provided him with proof that the account was not mine, needless to say how my mother in law is feeling after they took all the money from the account that had the sole purpose to save for college. After sending ISPC the proofs I have not been able to talk to them ever again, they never answer my calls nor reply to my voicemails (several). Since the first time I spoke to him, I told him I was open to make payment arrangements as long as they return the funds to my mother in law even though the amount they're telling me I owe now is double of what I initially owed which is $7638.04. I have been paying ISPC for over 6 yrs for a home water softening system and somehow I still "owe" entirely too much, more than it cost to start. I purchased a home water softening system from some door to door salesmen in 2014. I have been making regular payments with a few missed payments for over 6 yrs to ISPC. I did my own calculations with interest and late fees and as of Oct 2020 I had paid for more than 2 water softening systems. I received notice that I still owe $4,241.64. This is an insane amount of money. I want what I overpaid refunded to me and to cease all future payments. Purchased 11/5 from *** america (*** Services of ***) 293 Independence Blvd Ste 135 Virginia Beach, VA XXXXX 877.525.9151 757.222.1630 Dennis R. Water Quality Technician Adam B.-Service Manager Merchant #: *** Financed through ISPC GE Avantapure whole house conditioner and reverse osmosis drinking water system Model #: AVP 316 Serial #: *** ISPC account #: *** Original purchase price $7490 Amount currently owed as of 1/13: $4241.64 I believe the average payment per month was $120. I looked at all my bank statements as far back as the purchase date and added them all up in Oct 2020 and I had paid more than double the purchase price. They still want over $4000. The payments were made by auto draft from my bank account. Late payments and fees were calculated into my total. I became a single mother and divorced very shortly after the purchase and was trying to keep up on payments with very little income. I believe I have dramatically overpaid and want my money back and to not owe ISPC any more money.

Taking advantage of consumers, inappropriate sales rep behavior, offering same product for significantly less money to others, not allowing returns Sales rep came to my house while I was moving in. Charmed his way into the house (I usually don't allow), giving me compliments and somehow, I opened up about my family. He learned that just a month earlier, my boyfriend and sons father (same person) committed suicide in our home and my son and I had to quickly move out. We found this new construction home and I was a firs time home buyer. He started his sales presentation and focused on "making sure my son is healthy and giving him the best" and all the reason why I NEED a water softener. After telling him how much I cannot afford anything extra, he continued to pressure me to the point where he asked what I could afford monthly, he then wrote the sale/contract for $50 per month and said if I'm not satisfied I have 30 days to change my mind. After the softener was installed and I didn't see/feel/taste a difference, I called ISPC and told them to come get the equipment and cancel. That's when the representative said that once it's installed, there are no returns. I asked for a manager but continued to get the run around and never got a call back. I pad for it for about a year, then called and explained that I am having financial hardship and cannot continue to pay and requested again for them to come get their product, they refused again. I spoke with some neighbors who said they were also approached and offered the same exact equipment for thousands less! Once I learned my account was in collections, I attempted to settle for an amount less than what i owed and they denied. Once I learned suit was filed against me, I contacts them attorney asking for a call back to discuss settlement and never received a call back. At this time, I do not have the supporting documents, but I will gather them.
