iTailor Review: Great Quality Clothes, But Not Recommended for Custom Measurements
The clothes I got from iTailor were really good quality. Like, really good. But if you're like me and you're pretty jacked or have any weird measurements, then I wouldn't recommend this site or any of those other big online custom tailors. I had to keep telling them my exact measurements, but they didn't listen. After I complained about the first piece, they did fix it, but the second one still had some of the same problems. And now they won't even answer my emails. If you're a regular-sized dude, then you can definitely get some nice clothes here for a good price. But if you're like me and you need something truly custom, then just go to a local tailor. It's worth the extra money, trust me. Good luck, guys.
Itailor Review: Bumpy Ride but Great Customer Service
I just got my tuxedo from itailor and I gotta say, it was a bit of a bumpy ride. The first suit they sent me was way too big, like I could fit two of me in there. I was pretty bummed out, but I decided to reach out to their customer service team and see if they could help me out. I sent them some photos and they asked me to re-measure my size. I did everything again and the numbers were exactly the same as the first time. They told me that their production was correct and offered me a discount on a second suit. I wasn't too thrilled about that, to be honest. It seemed like that was just their standard protocol.
So, I went online and wrote a review about my experience. And then something pretty cool happened. One of the co-owners, Bob, reached out to me right away. He wanted to make things right and offered to fix the issue. We had a chat and they made me a brand new tuxedo that fits me much better. And they shipped it to me even quicker than the first time around. I gotta say, Bob really saved the day. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
Overall, I'd definitely recommend itailor. The suit is definitely worth it, but it does take some work initially. And it's good to know that they're willing to make things right if something goes wrong. I just wish it didn't take a negative review for them to fix the issue. But hey, at least they're listening to their customers and trying to improve. So, thanks Bob and the itailor team!
Mixed Experience with iTailor: Frustration, Discounts, and Surprises
So, I ordered a pair of pants from iTailor and boy was it a mess! They sent me the wrong size and I was so frustrated because I had triple-checked all the information I entered. I mean, come on, all I wanted was a simple pair of pants! And to make matters worse, the shipping was slow too. I wouldn't recommend buying from these guys.
But then, they said it was my fault and I was like, "What? No way!" But they offered me a 50% discount, so I thought, "Okay, maybe they're trying to make it right." But I wasn't satisfied, so I decided to email the Co-Owner, Bob, directly. And guess what? They agreed to send me the correct measurements for free! So I was like, "Okay, maybe they're not so bad after all." I gave them three stars for that.
But then, they asked me to delete my negative review when they sent the "fixed" pants. I was like, "Sure, why not?" But then, they sent me the wrong size again! I was so frustrated, I couldn't believe it. I had to give them one star for that.
But then, they surprised me by sending a new pair of pants without me even having to ask! And they said they would issue a full refund too. I was like, "Okay, maybe they're finally getting it right." I'll update once the new pants arrive.
And finally, the new pants arrived and they were exactly what I wanted from the start! They're so comfortable and they look really nice too. All's well that ends well, I guess.
iTailor Review: Poorly Made Clothes and Sizing Disaster
So, I decided to give iTailor a try and ordered a bunch of clothes for my son, father, and myself. I spent a whopping $1,500 on these clothes, hoping that they would fit us perfectly. However, it turned out to be a complete disaster.
After reordering items for my son and father, we finally managed to get close to fitting them correctly. But when it came to my clothes, they were a complete disaster. Even the shirt that I added an inch to the chest measurement taken by their directions puckers and pulls across my chest and shows off my nipples as if I were going to tear it off and start pole dancing. The waistcoat fits me like a tube sock and the buttons are just starting to pull if I exhale and hold my breath in that exhaled position. If I breathe, I look like a burst bratwurst -- this after adding an inch to the chest measurement.
I've spent so much money ordering and reordering trying to get things that fit for my damn wedding, and nearly 1,500$ into this and I still don't have clothes for my wedding which is 21 days away. It's frustrating and disappointing.
I'm so unbelievably disgusted with this entire experience, and I still don't have clothes I can wear for my wedding. My SO is... well, let's say she's stressed. Who wouldn't be? It's just a complete mess.
Overall, I would not recommend iTailor to anyone. The clothes are poorly made and the sizing is completely off. It's a waste of time and money.
iTailor Review: Amazing Customer Service Saves the Day!
So, I gotta say, I was a bit disappointed with my iTailor experience at first. I ordered a shirt and followed the measurement directions like a champ, but when it arrived, it was just too darn snug and short. I was ready to chalk it up as a loss and move on, but then something amazing happened - iTailor reached out to me and offered to replace the shirt for free AND refund my $79.00! Talk about customer service!
Now, I know their terms and conditions state that they don't accept returns unless there's a production error, but I didn't realize that before I posted my original review. I thought I was stuck with a shirt that didn't fit, but iTailor proved me wrong. And let me tell you, I am one happy camper now.
Sure, I learned my lesson about ordering custom clothing online. It's a risky business when perfect measurements are critical to success. But I also learned that iTailor stands behind their products and their customers. The material and workmanship of the shirt were perfectly fine, and I got exactly what I ordered in terms of colors and other choices. It just didn't fit. But now, thanks to iTailor's amazing customer service, I can get a shirt that does fit without breaking the bank.
So, if you're considering ordering from iTailor, I say go for it. Just make sure you follow the measurement directions to a T and be prepared for the possibility that it might not fit perfectly. But if it doesn't, don't worry - iTailor has got your back.
Disappointing Experience with itailor.com: Fabric Mix-Up and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, I've bought a lot of stuff from itailor.com and most of the time it's been pretty good. But my last order was a real bummer. I got 7 suits, 18 shirts, and some other stuff, all made to my exact specifications and I was super happy with everything. I always checked the site for fabric on sale and that's how I found this blue pinstripe fabric that I really liked. I ordered a 3-piece suit with it in May and customized it with blue paisley lining, blue buttons, and blue stitching. I was so excited to get it in June and try it on, but when I opened the package, I was really disappointed. The fabric was black pinstripe instead of blue, and all the blue customization just looked silly on it. I couldn't wear it in public like that!
So I contacted the people at itailor.com and they put me in touch with someone named Parveen. Parveen asked me to send pictures of the suit, which I did. But then they told me that they had used the fabric I ordered and that if I wasn't happy with it, I could get a new suit for 50% off. That's not true though! I checked my account records on the site and they clearly show that I ordered the blue pinstripe fabric, not the black one they sent me. It's really frustrating that they won't take responsibility for their mistake and make it right.
I've had good experiences with itailor.com in the past, but this one bad experience has made me really hesitant to order from them again. If you're thinking about ordering from them, just be warned that if they mess up, you're the one who's going to pay for it.
iTailor Review: Mixed Experience with Suit Order, But Customer Service Made it Right
Yo, so I just wanna give y'all an update on my experience with iTailor. So, I ordered a suit from them for a wedding and let me tell you, it was a hot mess. I followed their instructions for measuring myself and when I got the suit, it was way too big. Like, I could have gotten better fitting clothes from the thrift store. The pants were too short and the jacket was all kinds of messed up. I emailed them about it and they wanted me to send in pictures and measurements and all this other stuff. Like, come on, I don't have time for all that. But then the co-owner reached out to me and said they would resize and send me a new suit for free. So, I'm bumping up my review to 3 stars until I get the new suit and see how it fits.
Update: So, I got the new suit and it fits much better than the first one. The material is also better quality. I'm really happy with how it turned out and I wanna thank the iTailor team for all their help.
Now, I know some people have had issues with iTailor, but I gotta say, my experience wasn't all bad. Yeah, the first suit was a disaster, but they made it right in the end. And honestly, I've heard good things about their shirts and pants, so I might give those a try in the future. Overall, I'd say if you're thinking about ordering from iTailor, just make sure you measure yourself really carefully and be prepared to send in a lot of pictures and stuff if something goes wrong. But hey, if they can make it right for me, they can probably make it right for you too.
Mixed Experience with iTailor: Disappointing Suit, but Impressive Customer Service
I just wanted to give an update on my experience with iTailor. I had previously left a review expressing my disappointment with the suit I had received for my upcoming wedding. However, after posting my review, I was contacted by Bob, one of the co-owners of the company. He was very apologetic and offered to refund my payment in full. Not only that, but he also offered to make me a brand new suit free of charge as a gesture of goodwill.
I have to say, it's unfortunate that it took a negative review for me to receive a response, but I can honestly say that the owners of iTailor really do care about the image of their company. They are willing to go above and beyond to make things right for their customers.
Now, onto my previous experience with iTailor. I had ordered a suit for my wedding, hoping to have the same positive experience that so many others had reported. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The suit I received was unacceptable right out of the box. As it turns out, iTailor adds about 5 inches to your jacket measurements so that you can get it altered to fit. I had ordered a 41 chest size, but the jacket was clearly fitted for someone twice my size.
To make matters worse, the suit was a completely different color than what was shown on the website. I understand that there may be some variation due to monitor settings, but this was different enough to be a completely different product. I tried to contact iTailor to ask about getting my alteration credit and the swatch that was promised with my order, but I received no reply.
After enough frustration, I decided to ask for a refund. I did receive a response within 48 hours, but it took a week for them to get back to me with a "fair and amicable solution". In the end, I was left with a suit that didn't fit, was the wrong color, and had shoulder pads (why?). I also didn't receive the alteration credit that I was promised.
Overall, I would say that my experience with iTailor was disappointing. However, I do appreciate the effort that the owners put in to make things right for their customers. If you do decide to order from iTailor, just be aware that there may be some issues with sizing and color accuracy.

Disappointing Experience with iTailor: Wrong Pattern, Poor Fitting, and Cheap Packaging
So, I decided to give iTailor a try and ordered a shirt from their website. When the shirt arrived, I was disappointed to see that it was in the wrong pattern and the fitting was all wrong. To make matters worse, the button colors were different from what I had selected. And to top it all off, the shirt arrived in cheap packaging all the way from Thailand.
Honestly, I was pretty upset about the whole situation. I mean, who wants to spend their hard-earned money on a product that doesn't even meet their expectations? It's frustrating, to say the least.
I have to say, though, that I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience. I mean, I understand that mistakes happen, but this was just ridiculous. I mean, how hard is it to get a shirt order right?
Overall, I would not recommend iTailor to anyone. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy company to order from, I would suggest looking elsewhere. There are plenty of other options out there that will provide you with a much better experience.
Disappointing Experience with iTailor: False Advertising and Lack of Customer Service
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with iTailor. They claim to be a business that resells their shirts and suits, but I gotta call them out on their false advertising. I mean, I've sent them nine emails and I haven't received a single response. What's up with that? It's not like I'm asking for anything unreasonable. I just want some basic information about their products.
Honestly, I don't understand why they do business like this. It's not a good look for them. They should really take this off their website. It's just bad for their business. I mean, think about all the time I've wasted trying to get in touch with them. It's just not worth it.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend iTailor to anyone. If you're looking for a reliable company to buy shirts and suits from, look elsewhere. There are plenty of other options out there that won't waste your time like iTailor did to me.

iTailor Review: Poor Quality and Terrible Customer Service - Save Yourself the Trouble
So, I ordered a shirt from iTailor and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster. The shirt they sent me was clearly not made to fit my measurements. I mean, who's measurements did they use? It definitely wasn't mine. I was so disappointed with the quality of the shirt and the fit was just terrible.
When I contacted iTailor about the issue, they told me that I would have to pay to have the shirt remade. I mean, seriously? Why should I have to pay for their mistake? It just didn't make any sense to me.
To make matters worse, when I paid through PayPal, which was the link they sent me, they then sent me an email asking me to send them the receipt to show that I paid. I mean, come on! Didn't they see the payment come through? And then they had the nerve to ask me if I got paid? It was just ridiculous.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with iTailor. I will never order from them again and I would not recommend them to anyone. The quality of their products and their customer service is just not up to par. Save yourself the trouble and find a different company to order from.
Mixed Results with iTailor Suits: Hit or Miss Quality and Frustrating Communication
So, I ordered three suits from iTailor and let me tell you, it was a bit of a mixed bag. The first one was spot on, fit like a glove, but the material was a bit questionable. However, it looked great on me, so I was happy. The second suit, with the exact same measurements, was a complete disaster. Not only was the material a completely different color (tan instead of olive green), but the fit was all wrong. I was pretty upset about it, but I decided to give them one more chance.
Unfortunately, the third suit was even worse than the second. The fabric was now whitish grey instead of olive green, and the jacket was all twisted up. The collar was way off the back of my neck, and the sleeves were so short they looked like they were made for a 12-year-old girl. Needless to say, I was pretty frustrated at this point.
I don't want to generalize, but it seems like the quality of the suits from iTailor is hit or miss. Maybe it's because they're made in Asia, I don't know. But what I do know is that communication with them is a nightmare. It's like pulling teeth trying to get a straight answer out of them.
All in all, I think I'm done with iTailor. I just can't take the risk of getting another suit that's completely off. It's a shame, because I really wanted to like them. But I guess you get what you pay for.
Poor Customer Service Experience with iTailor: Unresponsive and Frustrating
I been using iTailor for a long time now, but my last experience with them was not good. I ordered a vest back in January, but I moved in September. I tried to change the address myself, but I couldn't do it. I had to open a help ticket with them. Unfortunately, the item was sent to my old address. It was then returned to the shipping facility in Michigan, and it's still there after almost 6 months. I'm really disappointed with their customer service. They haven't done anything to help me get my vest or even respond to me properly. All I get are canned emails that don't help at all. It's frustrating and makes me want to find another clothing company. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
Disappointed with iTailor Suit: Poor Quality and Fit for the Price
I ordered my suit from iTailor on February 2nd, hoping to get it early for my buddy's wedding. I went to a seamstress to get measured correctly, then proceeded to order "the black" suit for 390$ CAD. I double-checked all my measurements by following the videos and made any small adjustments or differences.
Once I received the suit today, I was excited to try it on. However, I was disappointed to find that the shoulders were too small, the length was too short, and the material felt like something from H&M. This suit felt as if I would've bought it from a cheap consignment store. For 390$, I might as well go buy a Hugo Boss suit jacket.
I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from iTailor. I now have to spend hundreds of dollars on an expensive suit that feels cheap, just for the wedding. I would not recommend iTailor to anyone looking for a quality suit. The material and fit were not up to par, and the price was not worth it.
iTailor Review: Poor Fit, Frustrating Customer Service, Not Recommended
I recently purchased a suit from iTailor, after reading some great reviews about their products. I was really excited to receive my suit, but unfortunately, it took a whopping 5 weeks to arrive. When I finally got my hands on it, I eagerly tried it on, only to find that the jacket was way too snug and the pants were way too short. To make matters worse, the crotch area had a really strange cut that just didn't look right. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed with the fit.
I decided to reach out to iTailor to see if they could help me out. They asked for some additional measurements, but unfortunately, the measurements they wanted weren't the ones I had. It was really frustrating trying to communicate with them, as their instructions were really confusing and hard to understand. Eventually, they offered me a discount of 205 to buy another suit, but I wasn't really interested in spending more money on something that might not fit properly.
Honestly, I was a bit skeptical when they asked for certain measurements in the first place. I mean, how could they possibly fit me without asking for an inseam measurement? I assumed that they knew what they were doing, but it turns out that they really didn't. The lack of communication and poor customer service made the whole experience really frustrating and disappointing.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend iTailor to anyone looking for a well-fitting suit. While their prices might be tempting, the quality and fit just aren't worth it. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a suit that actually fits properly.
iTailor Review: Disappointing Customer Service and No Refund
So, I wanted to get myself a custom suit and I stumbled upon iTailor. I was pretty excited to use their online tools to take my measurements and order a completely custom suit. The technology seemed to work fine and I was pretty happy with the process. However, things took a turn for the worse when I realized that even with the $100 rush fee the suit would not arrive in time to meet my needs. So, I immediately cancelled the order through their customer service portal.
I received an email stating that the order was cancelled, but I was pretty disappointed when they didn't provide a refund. I tried to follow up with them, but they were unresponsive to my requests. I was pretty upset about the whole situation and felt like they had stolen my money. I mean, I would have certainly used their services in the future, but not after this kind of treatment.
To make matters worse, "Bob" the "owner of the company" called me in the middle of the night promising that my refund would be available in my account first thing in the morning. I was pretty skeptical, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, when I woke up the next morning, my refund was nowhere to be found. I mean, seriously, what kind of company promises something and then doesn't follow through?
Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with iTailor. I mean, the technology seemed to work fine, but their customer service was terrible. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and I certainly won't be using their services again. It's a shame, really, because I was pretty excited about the prospect of getting a custom suit. But, I guess it just wasn't meant to be.
suit and shoes
Itailor did their best but despite their efforts the quality of their products are worthless.
The shoes I received from them were very bad quality and they are glued. Way too expensive for the price Itailor is asking for the shoes.
The suit I have received from Itailor is from cheap fabric and still does not fit after 3 tries from Itailor. An experienced tailor should immeditialy know what is wrong based on the pictures.
People don't buy from Itailor !
Repeatedly making trousers the wrong size
Ordered suit with two pairs of suit trousers. First set of trousers: too short by so much that they looked like they'd shrunk in the rain. Sent them back said please make them again, proved they hadn't made them to the measurements I'd provided (they hadn't) and they remade them. The shame of it was that the remade pairs of trousers were then the right length, but they'd for some reason decided to make the waistband about an inch shorter than it was before - my son could hardly fasten them (and he's pretty skinny). Emailed three times asking for an urgent reply - as of today, I'm still waiting. A suit jacket that fits is NO use without matching suit trousers (that also fit). So at the minute, unless this matter is resolved urgently, I'll have no choice but to go through PayPal and set up a complaint there and get my money back because they just won't reply to me.
I would also say to anyone ordering, make sure that you allow extra for whatever measurements you give them. They cut so absolutely to what you give them that everything you get will be SUPER tight. There is NO tolerance - normally I presume when a tailor takes measurements they are the framework for the length or circumference of each limb, but a tailor would also know that you need movement across the shoulders and so on. You get none of that with iTailor - you say 25" across the shoulders at the back you will get 25" (well, if they actually follow the measurements you've given then of course, twice now they haven't with my order) and there is NO room for the normal movements a person makes when they are in a suit. I do feel that they should either be giving better instructions on adding an inch here or an inch there on certain measurements to allow for give, or doing it themselves when they make the suit components. Not doing so is just poor tailoring because all clothing that is fitted and measured would also normally have the need for give incorporated. This step is completely missed out. If you do want to take the chance and order from them, I'd say at 1" to 2" to every measurement you give or you'll be finding some tight ### crotches and short suit sleeves with absolutely no room for movement.
The most annoying thing at the moment is that they've just completely ignored my two recent emails - that would not be an issue if it weren't for the fact that we have been on this suit issue since June. It's not for off September now. My son starts sixth form in a few weeks and we still don't have the required suit that he has to wear in order to attend! It's frankly ridiculous. And in order to accommodate the fact that they seem to decide on a whim whether to make the suit to the measurements provided or make them to the measurements that they think they'd like to use that day, each time I have to ask for another pair to be made, I have to keep adding on more inches in the desperate hope that their third pair will actually be made right to the right measurements, and will actually fit in time for my son to wear the suit for its intended purpose. I think nearly two months and having paid in full to have no fully working suit is completely unacceptable. I wouldn't even be on this site if iTailor had had the courtesy to reply to me but it's been 3 days now and I've not heard anything back from them. That represents another week to not getting what I've paid for. Seems like all the risk rests with the customer when it comes to iTailor.
I'm afraid that since my first post iTailor have done absolutely NOTHING to help me resolve the errors they have made. I can'/t urge people strongly enough, nay, beg you. Please. Do not spend your hard earned cash with iTailor. Even if they don't make your clothes to the measurements you provide, they will proceed to provide no customer service at all or work with you to resolve their error. You'll be left out of pocket regardless and without the suit, shirt, trousers, jacket or shoes that you ordered in good faith ffrom them.
I have placed my fourth order for trousers from iTailor. They have fit true to the measurements I sent them. The first pair were off in the length (too long) so there was no problem except to have them shortened. Today I just received my order for 3 more pairs of slacks. All are 50% wool and 50% polyester. I changed the original measurements to reflect the correct length. All 3 fit perfectly. I do not know why your emails are not answered except to say I had one email that was not answered and when I sent a second it was answered in 48 hours. All others are within 48 hours. Why don't you write and ask if they would consider making another pair to your measurements at no cost. That might work.
Impossible to return order or money back
I found the suit on the website www.itailor.com. I checked all measurements and ordered the suit. But they delivered wrong suit and the measurements didn’t match with the sizes on the website. I emailed them, but they refused to take the order back, because it was my mistake. As well as the seller told me that they could return small sum back, but they haven’t wired it back. Dishonest company.
Made to measure shirt
Ordered a made to measure shirt; Listed cost: $29.95.
Submitted accurate body measurements. Company then charged additional $23.00 for shipping from Thailand. Comparison: Charles Tyrrwhitt ships a shirt from the UK for $9.00 that arrived in several days. The $23.00 shipping smacks of hidden profit margin, and also is not listed anywhere on website of iTailor.
Main problem is the shirt. The tailored clearance is too tight, and the shirt was skin tight. Emailed them photos of shirt with pics of tape measure showing shirt dimensions. Their response: My chest measurement was 33", shirt measured exactly 35", which was enough clearance. Site did not state their default fit was skin-tight. Every tailor knows it's better for a shirt to be too loose than too tight. A 2 inch clearance strains credibility. Their body measurement recommendation instructed you to make the tape measure tight on your chest. The poor clearance was their fault -- perhaps they were skimping on the cloth.
Their customer service via email is also transparently bogus, designed to wear down your patience by stringing you along with multiple back and forths.
Deceptive shipping (site is deliberately evasive about actual costs, then overcharges to fatten their hidden profit).
Bad tailoring (do they make the shirt skin tight to save on material?)
Bogus customer service -- string you along, wear down your patience, make up excuse to say it was your faulty measurement.
do not order from those ###,
when i seen i tailored suit for that price i jumped at it, but they have no idea how to measure, , they say, guaranteed fit or your money back, that is bull crap, they made the suit too big and too short, then they made the pants 4 sizes too small, and too short, i emailed them and asked them where they are from they said california, that is also ### they are from China,
Please never order from this website, they are conmen, and they billed my credit card 3 times, . please listen to me, i am a former United Stated Marine, and i know how much Hackers come from that country, please dont order from that website, i am going though hell with everything, i dont want anyone to go though this
thanks jack
DO NOT USE
I was very sceptical of iTailor because it is aboard thus is any issues it would be very hard to communicate.
Two lessons I have learnt and would like others to know:
1. Avoid international companies unless they are VERY reputable. The delivery time is far too long while other similar companies offer faster delivery (1 4days) further you are charged EXTRA delivery for any additional item (1x trouser + suit) this can also mean as stated in iTailor conditions you can incur custom charges for every packet when it should be a single item.
2. DO NOT make payment with Paypal! you are far better to make a payment via your bank card. This is because if anything does go wrong Paypal state a claim must be made within a set period but your item(s) can take up to 6 weeks to arrive, this leaves you with little or no room to fix any issues and if there is an issue and you wish to file for a refund, well you have taken more than the allocated time to file such a case. So please do not use Paypal, banks can ALWAYS reclaim money on your behalf dont forget they need you as a customer.
CONCLUSION
Dont use them, it has far bigger risk than to save a few monies.
