iTunes money deduction

I am now extremely upset with itunes. They have scammed me numerous times and ripped me off now for over $100. First I purchased a movie which deducted money from my itunes account, however, it did not appear in my movie library or on my purchased list. Secondly, after purchasing more certificates to redeem, they have not been activated at the register of purchase and emails to itunes have been non-respondant. Most recently, after exiting itunes I checked my account balance which contained over $15. Subsequently, I logged back into itunes and the money disappeared from my account. This drew the line for me and I will not be purchasing from itunes any more, nor will I recommend this dissapointing scam music application to a friend.

if you send an message threw the iTunes support menu they will fix everything up. I had this happen to me a couple of times.

i had 25.96, i bought two songs, and i took my money and i didnt get the songs.. im really upset with itunes. does anyone know how i can get my money credited back on to my itunes a count. i now have 23.96. this is happening often and i dont know what to do about it?

iTunes customer service sucks rotten eggs

I dealt with these dishonest jerks about a year ago and was completely disgusted with the lack of customer service. 90 days interest free, right? Sometimes critical information is on page 2, and sometimes the reps don't even know it. In my case, I made 2 phone calls, month 1 and month 2, and both reps gave me the payoff date to incur no interest charges. Both wrong. Both took the information from page 1 like I did. Even with evidence that what I was saying was true, no dice. I'm willing to get they make plenty of cash off of clever placement of vital information.

Hate these jerks!

iTunes pre order download code for concert tickets

Hi...
iTunes advertised to all P!nk fans that if you pre ordered her new album on iTunes you would receive a code, which would enable you to buy concert tickets prior to them being released to the public. I pre ordered and downloaded P!nks album and received confirmation email to download it. I should have received my email yesterday with the pre release access code for the tickets going on sale today at 11am. I have not received any emails or an explanation for not getting a code from them and feel it was false advertisement as I wouldn't have ordered the album off iTunes as would prefer to buy it, I only ordered it off iTunes for the opportunity to get concert tickets earlier and better seats.
The biggest problem for me is that I cant seem to complain to iTunes direct as contacting them is not that easy? I rang the number off ticketmaster that was advertised if you didnt get your code and the rep on the phone couldnt help as they are linked to apple and not iTunes, so were no help at all. I asked for details either phone number or contact address to contact iTunes direct and was told that there were no such contact details and couldnt help. I have emailed the question links on iTunes only to receive an automated response. So angry and frustrated as wasted money downloading off iTunes, wasted time taking time off work today as can not access internet at work and now I am left frustrated as seem unable to make a complaint against itunes.
Can you help with this matter... or advise where I can make a formal complaint?

iTunes illegal charge on my debit card

I just got a pending charge on my debit card all of a sudden. What's going on? At the same time, some guy named Harry tried to use my card to purchase an online adult company called ccbill.com for $34.95. Wrote to my bank and called this company. I talked to a nice lady and she removed the charge, though she said it could take 7 or so days for it to come off. Anyone have anything similar? I am really being barraged by fraud lately. I got charges on my other credit card from this other fraud place called BIZSYTM an online marketing company. Over $160 in charges. My card took them off and had to close my cc and open a new one. I called this company and boy were they shady!

Dear Sirs: My youngest daughter got a Itune card for her birthday and decided to download some songs on the computer. She got out of my husbands charge card info. and put her card number on and it was activated. When she was all finished downloading the songs the itunes people told us she had 46 cents left on her gift card. As she was downloading the songs the site kept a running total of how much she had left and the above amount was a positive. Then, my husband gets his credit card statement and there is a charge on it for the amount that my daughter used from her gift card. We want this issue resolved immediately! What was the point of having a gift card if they illegally charged my husbands credit card without his approval. The amount was for $1.29 and I have the transaction number. I will be happy to give you this information over the phone. Please call us at the above number within the week. If we don't hear from your company within the week we will be disputing this with our card company and taking you to the Better Business Bureau! Thank you for you immediate response! a charge appeared pending on card for purchase on an app account that was closed last month. Not sure how to get this stopped. Cancelling card and getting new one, sounds like the easiest way to stop. Need to know how to get refund for unauthorized charge. No phone number information to call for refund.

I have recieved six charges on July 4, 2010. Three were $36. 27 and three were $1! I will have this investigated anddo what ever I have to do to get my money back! Just do it the simple way and give me my money back now! I have NEVER even done this before.

iTunes itunes will not contact me and have no other way but email for them.

I bought my daughter a MP4 player for christmas. The store said that itunes would work with all mp players. Guess what does not and the store said (Walmart) that there is nothing they can do about it contact itunes. What a joke they have only an email address and no phone number. They have yet contacted me about this. It was only a $15 gift card but that like here take my money I have it to throw away. My daughter was upset we were able to down load music I already had on my computer to her MP player so we know it works. Bottom line is don't trust Walmart and forget about iTunes helping you when thye already have your money.

I would like to say that itunes, doesn't have every song that i would like, every popular song that i would like. I wanted the song "We be steady mobbin" by lil wayne BUT NO! you only have the stupid instrumental just because it has "some" bad language and racist things in it. Seriously, i really like that song a LOT and now you itunes people ruined it. Thanks, i should just buy off of some other website now if you're not going to put that song up, and belive me, i probably bought tons of your itunes music, like most downloaded crap. If you don't put it on, the song then i will sue, that's right sue, you little ###ers acan just ### your own damn ###ing ### together because i know that you all are ###ers!

I received a Ipod Shuffle for my birthday, when I went to the Itunes setup which is suppose to be free it was blocked by a page where you have to sign up for a membership for a year or lifetime. I signed up thinking that was the only way I could set my shuffle up...after I signed up that page closed to expose the free software set up. I emailed Itunes explaining I just wanted the free software and according to the FAQ on their website (somebody else was not happy with the charge to get setup) you can cancel the membership and get a refund. GOOD luck with that. I got a reply that I would be contacted within 24 hours, its been about 24 days still nothing.

I have just returned, yet again, from an Apple store. I have been in touch with itunes regarding music that I purchased but cannot sync as it went into another account I hold. It takes my money and does not deliver the goodS. 26 emails have gone back and forth to itunes with no result. I asked for a credit so I can re download, but itunes say this is not possible.FURIOUS! ANGRY! FRUSTRATED! If itunes had a complaints dept, but no, your forwarded to a suugestion link! REALLY, REALLY P****** OFF!

I put money on to my itunes through a £15 gift voucher for itunes and once I had gotten the money successfully on to my account I started to download songs and films but while I was downloading these the itunes had stopped working and windows was looking for a solution then itunes shut down, when I went back in to my itunes to see if the downloading had continued I realised it hadn't that was fine so I went into they itunes store to see if the £15 I had recently put on my account was still there and it wasn't. When I tried to redeem my accounts balance and had put in the code it has said my card had already been used, so I now have no money on my itunes and I am very very disappointed with the itunes company. they practically ripped me of and stole £15 of me. :@ i am very angry.

Even though I’ve selected Windows Media Player 11 as my default player, iTunes automatically takes control when I insert a CD and blocks Windows Media Player from automatically playing the CD.

This is because iTunes player has an option to automatically import a CD, and I cannot deactivate this option. It gets to be very frustrating to have to shut the iTunes player and restart WMP.

The only way I see out is by uninstalling iTunes and I'm hesitant to do it because I use some of its podcasts when doing ESOL tutoring.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

My iPod was being updated, it said I was copying the files from one computer to another, but the iPod had always been registered with the same computed. It deleted all of my songs, a lot of apps and it actually put on some songs i'd never heard before in my life onto my iPod, whats all that about?

Is their anything I can do about this, I am furious as I have purchased items on that iPod that have now been relocated/destroyed.

What I also don't understand is that what ever the process was it took up a lot of memory on my Ipod, now strangly it deleted all of my songs and some apps but I noticed that the space taken up by the apps had increased as did the audio. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO MY IPOD?

The proof indefinately shows the 4 songs placed onto my iPod in addition regarding the apps you can see that apps are missing as thier are blank spaces then when you slide across to the next set of apps that page is full.
Attached are proof of 4 songs that were put onto my iPod that i've never heard of before, and the apps that are missing!

I am soo disapointed and have no idea as to what to do.

I rented a film 'Bad teacher' and as soon as the film got to 49mins and 18sec the film stopped.
If i rewound the film it would get stuck at the same place again, if i tryed to jump beyond 49min and 18sec it would not let me and it would get back to the same stopping point.

So i thought to my self that i would shut it down and open it back up again... there was no rent section.
The film i had just paid for has just gone and i have only just purchased it and started to watch it.

I was enjoting it, i don't want to have to pay for a film that itunes deleted and didn't let me watch it.
How is that my fault?

I feel quite cheeted by this, not a good end to Christmas.
Please please PLEASE help me and get in contact.

I feel Cheeted. That is not a good customer experience.

i have just recieved this Your receipt #[protected]...I was out of town. I think there has been a problem. I downloaded the 6ths season not the 5th. I just got back and all of my episodes were downloaded but the it wasnt the right season. Im pretty sur ei clicked on season 6. I already saw season 5. what am i supposed to do now? am i going to have to pay another 42 dollars? thats crazy...
how can we go about this situation. please confirm when you can.

my itunes has never allowed me to buy explicit songs on my ipod touch, but i could buy them on the itunes store and they would not sync on my ipod.
but recently my ipod has allowed me to buy explicit songs on my ipod so i bought a song and it downloaded it and everything, it charged me and it is nowhere on my ipod or my computer after syncing it! :@

I had purchased about 50 songs from itunes from my computer. The computer crashed and I had to buy another computer . I lost all the songs that I had purchased on the old computer and when I downloaded new songs on my ipod, it wiped out all the old songs. I think itunes should refund all the money I spent on the old computer. I have tried every way available to contact itunes but cannot get a working number. This is the biggest ripoff I have ever experienced.

iTunes nothing but problems

I never owned an iPod before. So a little over a year ago I bought an iPod Nano because it had the 8GB's that I was looking for. The very first problem right out of the gate, every single one of my songs would not work on the Nano. I had to Re-Rip them from CD's and buy them. So that was hundreds of songs made useless within minutes. Secondly, I noticed that I could not just Drag-and-Drop files using "My Computer". I was FORCED to use the iTunes software. The bug ridden, giant in size, horrible iTunes software. So if I wanted to add a song from a friend’s house, I had to download the software and install in on that computer. And with the iTunes software, it has all kinds of backgrounds programs that just sit there using of resources and I have to use MSCONFIG to stop them from loading. After using the Nano for a while I have noticed the battery life is getting worse and worse. Which looking through the forums, is a very common problem with iPod's. So I looked into buying a replacement battery. Much to my horror, but not to my surprise, changing the battery is a nightmare! See your company doesn't use a standard hook and plug system like many other players out there. You solider the connectors to the board. And you use the smallest wires possible, making it next to impossible for the average person to change a battery on their own. I did read that Apple was sued for this practice, but I guess I bought my Nano too late. What makes the battery life worse is that the Nano, get this, it doesn't have an On/Off switch! You hold a button and the screen goes blank, but the player is still on and is still using battery power. Out of every electronic device ever created, how can Apple forget to add a simple On/Off switch? Why? Because they want the battery to burn out and for you to run out and drop another $200, $300, $400, ect on a new player! Apple also knows once you waste a few hundred dollars buying iTunes music, THAT CAN NOT BE PLAYED ON ANY OTHER PLAYER WITHOUT BEING MODIFIED, that you are now their slave for life! Apple owns you! On top of all of this my iPod's screen won't even turn off. I have to reset it to unlock it. And I can't stop a song from playing, because once I pause a file, I can only Play/Fast-Forward/Rewind it. The STOP option is gone. Every month brings a new set of problems. I have never had as many problems with anything else, like I have with this stupid player.

So now that my iPod is on deaths-door, I am writing this to inform Apple that I am 100% done buying iPods. And I know people are going to bash me, because once Apple controls persons thoughts through their trendy devices, no one is allowed to bad mouth them. That is why if someone even says the iPhone is junk, they will receive hate mail. It is truly sad how easily a company can make a bottom-rung device, and the blind will follow that device into H*ll, just so they can be part of the so-called COOL crowd!

mastercard was illegally charged last Oct 9, 2019 the amount of 4690 Php by itunes.com/bills itunes.com ie. This is unauthorized citing the following reasons:

Why the [censored] has all my imported music been deleted from my account! You are in breach seriously of misconduct. 95% of my music came from disc and now you refuse for me to have it or say it's not recognised while I'm holding the cd. I demand answers immediately

iTunes unauthorized charge!

I searched the web for itunes in order to help my Daughter download onto her ipod, which was a Christmas present. I am not familiar, nor was my Daughter, with the process. So when I got on to what claimed to be an itune site I downloaded software etc and paid for 1 years subscription, which according to the payment details should have been for just over £24, however, I have been charged £43 and have absolutely nothing to show for it and no way of contacting the people who have defrauded me.

Do itunes, the legitimate company, know that this company is scamming its potential customers and therefore damaging it's reputation in the process? And can anybody give me any advice on how I can reclaim my money...

closed bank card, took all information off IPad, as of 12-22-16
there are charges appearing after this date and the latest charge was in Jan, 2017; how could this be? you stored my bank info illegally! this is wrong.

I was trying to download kid, and in order for me to download the free app, iTunes asked me to provide my credit crd information, and they charged me for a renewal for another app that cost me 45$. I am now waiting for a 10 day refund. I am so upset and disgusted by iTunes.

Please be informed that i never registered for this application. I was shocked when i received a message from my bank that i got charged of 109.99 for what i’ve never used. Please look on this for me to revert back my money.

There are charges on Debit Card [protected] (Blocked for fraud).
$35.98, $29.99, $35.98, $17.99 and $11.67 that was not authorized.
All posted on 4/22/18 Please refund these fraudulent charges.
