About 2 Years Ago the Owners Husband Ralph J.Scroy Was Arrested On Federal Child pornography charges he was sentenced to 25 years in a federal prison. That’s part of the reason why this company went out of business also due to horrible service and ripping people off was why they went out of business. I don’t know how they lasted as long as they did, the worst company for insulation in all of the United States.

They made holes in the side of my house and left them open. It was a mess and I had to clean it up myself. Not cool.

This compny did come and add more insulashun even tho there was no lifetime waranty as i orijinally thot. They still came anyway and did their job professhunally. I apoligize for being upset and i thank this compny for being patient with me. Will i use them again, yes, for sure. Frgive me

JC Home Care Center Corp. came to our house to install blown-in cellulose installation. They charged us $4,000 and came on 3/4/2022 to do the job. They made a lot of holes in the outside of our house, like the salesperson said they would a month before. The salesperson told us that they would plug all the holes once they were done, but they didn't. They just put the siding back on the house, covering up the holes. I thought they did a good job, but when I checked my video surveillance system, I saw that they made the holes, put in the insulation, and then put the siding back on without plugging the holes. This means that moisture, rodents, and other things can get into our house if we don't do something about it. I've been trying to contact the company for four days now, but nobody answers the phone. I've left voicemails and sent emails, but I've only gotten one email back on 3/8/2022. The email said that they purposely leave the holes open to protect the house from moisture and mold issues and that the material they use is a deterrent for pests. They said they don't think we'll have any problems because they've been in business for 40 years and it's never happened before. I asked them to seal the holes, but nobody has gotten back to me yet.

I hired JC Home Care to do insulation work on my whole house. Before they came, my room was the hottest in the house. But after they left, my room became the coldest. During the day, the house warmed up, but my room stayed cold. JC didn't tell me if they were doing inside or outside work. They said they could do most of the work outside, but my room needed inside work. Then they changed their minds and did it from outside. I called JC and told them my room was cold, but they said they couldn't come to Brooklyn. They lied because they offered Saturday dates before. I paid a lot of money, but the work was bad. The house is cold and uneven. JC ignored my calls and didn't fix the problem. I'm not happy.
