Great product!
Great product! My house looks super now. Just make sure to get instructions and promises written on the contract so no issues come up. But even if it's not written, they do make good on their promises.
Paint started fading real bad in less than a year
Paint started fading real bad in less than a year. Told them about it, they came out and looked at it, said they'd get back to us. Then the company that did the work shut down. Cost 5 times more than regular paint. Rhino Shield don't stand behind their product. Don't know how they still in business. Don't use this product.
I'm writing this to tell you about my experience with Rhino Shield of Arizona
I'm writing this to tell you about my experience with Rhino Shield of Arizona. My mom, who's 84 years old, had them paint her house in ***. They left a big mess, didn't clean up after themselves, broke some things in her yard, used her ladder without asking, and got paint all over it (why would they need to use her ladder?). They also left a lot of paint behind that she can't move and had to pay for. We've been trying to get in touch with them for almost a week now, but they haven't responded. I called the office today and talked to ***, but I'm still waiting for them to acknowledge our concerns. I'm really unhappy with their customer service. They were quick to respond until they got paid, and unfortunately, we paid by check so we can't dispute it with a credit card. Come on Rhino Shield, you need to do better than this. I'll keep you updated, but right now, I'm in full "buyer beware" mode.
Not worth the cost
Not worth the cost. Managers are deceiving. Read all the details about their guarantees and warranties about the job. Warranty is only for 5 years! We paid around 5x the normal cost of a paint job due to the quality promised us. We had to have the painters come back multiple times to fix glaring mistakes and areas that were not painted. We were told guarantees and promises that didn't happen. Once paid they disappeared and didn't want to schedule to correct mistakes. They feel our request for a quality job is being too picky, but how did they manage to notice finish painting our door when it was pointed out multiple times? We are now here months later and my door isn't finished and they won't come out. It is terrible to see the poor quality of the worl done, even of the quality of the paint costs something so extravagant. This is how they stay in business, preying on the few people who can afford it, which is very sad right now during the pandemic when painting your house is a luxury but they cannot be bothered to do a proper job. How can you miss something as basic as the door? Not to mention the other issues we had with them being unprofessional. When I updated my Google review with pictures they felt the need to make harassing comments about my name and review. Very unprofessional.

So, I gotta say, I'm an older person on a tight budget
So, I gotta say, I'm an older person on a tight budget. I'm 64 years old. So, these Rhino Shield folks came over to my place to give me a price for painting my house. I was like, "Whoa, that's too much money!" So, I told them no and asked them to leave. But they wouldn't go! They kept hanging around and pushing me to buy their service. They even said they'd give me a lower price than they originally said. But they wouldn't leave until I gave them a deposit. So, I caved and gave them $2,000 in cash. They said it was fully refundable, but they didn't tell me that I only had 3 days to get my money back. I thought about it all weekend and decided it was just too expensive. All I want is my $2,000 back. Can someone please help me out here? When I called to cancel and get my refund, they said they couldn't give me my money back because they already mixed the paint and didn't even have a sample of the colors yet.
They were 3 hours late on the first day and I had to show the painters everything
They were 3 hours late on the first day and I had to show the painters everything. I didn't know I had to be the boss. The project manager and a painter came out before we started and said that the painter would do the job. Then they sent someone else. After 3 days, they hadn't prepped everything. I told management, but they said they would fix it later. After 10 days, they said they were done, but I didn't agree. We had them come back twice, but it got worse. I paid them to leave. They didn't fill in the nail holes on the new wood and left blotches on the trim. They didn't seal everything and didn't fix the stucco. They dug a hole by our cactus and left paint cleaning there. They left trash and tape residue on the tile, cement, and grass. The paint is lighter in some places. It was a bad experience and cost three times more than other companies.
