My boyfriend loved this product
So i have seen many reviews on jewlrs products many being hit or miss. I was very scared buying a product online from a retailer not many people have reviewed but I decided a few things needed to be said. I ordered my boyfriend a tungsten band for around 80 dollars I thought it was a good deal and was very happy with the purchase. When it came it it was a tad to big but that was my own fault it was very nice and I didn't see any scratches or Mark's whatsoever it came in a basic black ring box and it comes with certificates of authenticity. My boyfriend loves this product and has has it since Christmas and has had not a single problem no green finger and the ring has a nice weight to it while still being light. It came on time as well but tracking was a bit off!

The original ring order arrived with some finishing issues. After sharing photos of our concerns, customer service was prompt to provide return Instructions for repair. Additionally, we needed the ring two sizes smaller. Jewlr also promptly refunded the premium for the size originally ordered. After about 2 weeks, we inquired as to the status of the repair and within hours we received a reply with the estimated date of delivery. We had an upcoming family reunion over the July 4 holiday and very much wanted to share this occasion with them. We asked if possible, could we receive ring on or before July 3. Again, within hours of our request, customer service said delivery could be expedited for July 3. The ring arrived as promised and was exactly what we hoped for! Well crafted, quality, custom made jewellery!
I ordered 3 classic flip pendants from Jewrl. Admittedly I was a little skeptical about ordering "genuine gold" jewelry online. I find it difficult to gauge gold without feeling the weight. Jewrl's catalog is quite extensive with plenty of alternatives to help make your piece perfect for each customer. When adding stones to your piece you can select genuine or simulated, 10k or 14k and white, yellow or rose gold.
I found ordering quite simple except that there seemed to be a bit of a glitch in the app. I was ordering genuine stones for all my pieces however, during checkout the order changed to simulated stones on several occasions of course needing me to go back a few times to make corrections. This was a little frustrating.
My 3 pendants were created in approximately 10 days, delivery shortly there after. I must admit, the pendants are stunning! They have a good weight to them and are beautifully detailed. Definitely a quality piece of jewellery I will be most proud to gift to my children. Jewrl is definitely now my first stop for quality jewellery!

My ring is so beautiful and it came in a timely manner. I was a little afraid that my ring is going to come late because it wasn't shipped until the last two days. However, it came even earlier on the scheduled delivering day! The sizing is very nice, it fits very well on my finger and the ring itself is absolutely gorgeous. The website was very easy and fun to navigate. I love Jewlr and will definitely be a returning customer!
One thing I want to make a note is if you try to contact their customer service, do it when they're available to do LIVE conversation on their working hours. It's so much faster and easier. I find them very unresponsive to the usual emailing system. Basically, if you need customer service, LIVE conversation during their working hours is the best way to go. So that's a little bump on the customer service but the quality of their product is great!

Everything We Wanted and More!
My boyfriend had previously bought me a promise ring from PEOPLE'S Jewellers and the ring was very very pretty but didn't hold up too well. After a couple months the entire band had been bent and the stones were cloudy. I had purchased his promise ring from Jewlr and we were more than happy with it. It was exactly how we wanted it, it fit perfectly and the engraving was just too cute. So about a year later, my boyfriend lost his ring at work and i ordered him a new one (the same ring, just a different engraving font) so he went ahead and ordered me a new ring, this time from Jewlr. Our rings ended up coming on the same day and I bawled my eyes out when I saw them. These rings were the most gorgeous rings ever, and I couldn't even believe they were ours, and for so cheap! We were beyond happy with them, and to this day our rings are still as perfect as the day we received them. My ring is very sparkly still and the engraving still looks brand new. I recommend Jewlr to EVERYONE. I love them! (The picture with the two rings on one finger is my old promise ring and my new one.)
Quality, beauty and value!
My experience with Jewel was fantastic! I ordered a mother's ring with 7 jewels across a band. I was shocked when I received it and it was such a quality piece. The band is very thick and each stone is pristine. I have had a dream of making this ring (which is actually a family ring with my husband and my stones also) for almost 10 years. I knew we weren't done having kids so I waited until I was sure our family was complete. I never imagined I would be able to obtain such a beautiful piece at such an affordable price. Having five daughters I couldn't afford to spend thousands of dollars to have a custom made heirloom. Jewel allowed me to do this at an exceptional value without compromising any of the quality. Customer Service went above and beyond for me!
I ordered a special promise ring for my boyfriend and it unfortunately broke into three pieces in less than three months. I was quite bummed because I had to save up for that ring and I never thought it would break so quickly. Especially because my boyfriend had bought me a ring and necklace from Jewlr which have both been in great condition the last 2 years. Fortunately I was helped by Kim K, and she quickly helped me resolve the issue by submitting a ticket for a replacement ring at a discounted rate. Because it was so close to Christmas I needed to wait until January to be able to afford the replacement ring even at that discounted rate. I needed to ask for a new link because mine had expired by the time I was able to come up with the funds. As I reached back out to Kim I explained how sorry I was for taking a while before paying for the replacement; I am a full time college student who works two jobs. She was able to give me my ring for free. It means a lot to me that she went above and beyond for me. A small choice Kim made had a huge effect on me and I'm very grateful. I am beyond amazed!
My brother in law asked me to help him find a special piece of jewelry for my husband's sister to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. When we could not find anything we really liked at local jewelry stores, I started shopping on line & found this beautiful mother's family tree pendant with genuine stones placed in the branches of the tree at JEWLR. Shopping experience was perfect - I could place the gems on the tree in the order I preferred, see what it would look like & re-arrange them several times to get the most appealing placement. I could choose from several styles of engraving to add the family name onto the pendant. Once the order was placed, I got several emails to confirm the purchase, let me know when the item would be delivered, and instructions on how to track my item. The pendant arrived as scheduled, perfectly packaged in a lovely presentation box. My brother in law was blown away - the pendant is stunning! The enclosed card had his message written in beautiful script. There was also a card explaining what each stone was and what month it represented. Very happy with my purchase
I ordered the "Classic Separated 2-5 Stones Mother's Ring", choosing a sterling silver band with simulated stones. Rather than it just being the kids' stones, I decided to create a family ring. From left to right, we have Amethyst for me, Pink Tourmaline for the hubby, Garnet for our son and Sapphire for our daughter. I wasn't looking for anything overly fancy, just wanted a simple ring to represent us four.
Shipping was quick and I received my ring 1 week after ordering, even with a stat holiday and a snowstorm within that time frame. I will mention that I live within a few hours of Toronto Ontario, so that very well could have had a positive effect on the delivery.
When I initially ordered my ring I selected size 8. Unfortunately when it arrived it was much too big. I decided to purchase a ring sizing set at my local craft store to better determine the exact size I needed my ring to be. In all honesty, I wish I'd done that beforehand! I had to pay shipping both ways, to get it to Toronto and back, with the cost of the first resizing free. In total, that was an added $26. Again, my error, not the company's. I had my ring back within a week and now it fits beautifully.
I never had to contact customer service, as the company website makes it easy to find the information regarding resizing. It was as simple as clicking a link to request a resizing form, printing it and filling it out before sending it back with my ring.
My experience with this company was very easy, quick and hassle free from start to finish. The selection is decent and prices are very reasonable. I would gladly purchase from them again and I highly recommend them.

I ordered a ring from Jewlr.com. I requested it be sized before it was mailed. The company said they could not honor the size I needed, so I requested they cancel the order. Even though the order had just been placed the company said it was already in the mail and I could return it when it arrived. I contacted them when it arrived and they said I had to print off a return label to send it back. I have told them twice that I have no way to print anything and said I will send it back at my expense if they will send me their address. They have refused my request, saying I must follow the instructions they sent - which I cannot do. I just want an address so I can return the item. Can you help?

Jewelry not what I bought cheap junk missing diamonds
This is for children or just junk jewelry. If you say these are real then it's real junk. You can't see the ring or necklace without a magnifying glass. Can't read the engraving so sorry I wasted my time and money I'll definitely be returning them. Stones aren't cut the same paid extra for genuine diamonds on the side of the ring and there just bumps are diamonds even set there? I paid extra for engraving but can’t even see it it’s small but also barly engraved into the metal.

Cheap looking and terrible at communication
This site looks super sketchy, one of those ads that randomly popped up on my boyfriends Instagram and he sent me a wedding band that he liked. I paid a pretty good amount for it... almost $450. I got it in the mail and was pretty disappointed, it looked like a cheap piece of jewelry I could've gotten at Walmart but the gold piece around the center looked like the rings you get from the little quarter machines as a kid. I got a necklace as a "free gift" and that looked pretty crappy too. I then contacted the website for a return form. The site said it would take 5-7 business days to get it to me... two weeks later I had not heard anything. I went to email their customer service and they sent an email saying they'd send me a form in 5-7 business days AGAIN. So I decided to call that day and got the form sent to my email immediately. I sent the ring back following the instructions and three days later I got an email saying my refund would be back in my account in 5-7 business days. I got the full refund 5 days later. Only good thing is the 99 day return policy.

The center of the emerald was clear and I could see straight through the bottom of the gem. I sent several emails asking how I go about reordering this ring with the assurance of receiving genuine gemstones. They never answered any of my emails. As soon as I started a request for a return, they immediately sent instructions with my name and order number explaining how to send it back to them. They never answered any of my emails regarding my complaint with the simulated gems that I received despite paying for genuine gemstones. They only replied on how to return it. I absolutely did not receive that which I ordered and paid for from this company. I absolutely loved the ring and would have reordered it, but I now no longer trust this company. UPDATE PROVIDED APRIL 20/21: I sent the ring back last week and emailed them asking for an update on my refund. As typical, they did not respond. I checked the postage tracking, and they certainly did receive it, however, no one is providing an update on issuing my refund.

Order on December 9th. January 1st and still no product. Tracking number doesn't even give an estimated delivery date.

The order was expected by July 13th, was delayed on the 12th. On the 21st I contacted FedEx who told me the package was delayed because it was empty. I then contacted Jewlr who denied that claim, offered no apology despite it being 9 days after the expected delivery with no delivery date in site, offered no refund on even the shipping costs (they had already charged my card in full for the product), and then promised me a 10 business day investigation into the matter. Only following my expression of dissatisfaction and demand for a refund in full IN ADDITION to timely receipt of my order, Jewlr gave me a full refund and also canceled my order.
Desired outcome: I would like my original order to be delivered since, according to Jewlr, it was shipped and is already in transit.
Multi band crossover ring with gemstones
I ordered this ring in November 2019 but the opal fell out in December (order J1038703655). I received the ring back repaired in January but the opal fell out again in March, the ring was sent back for repair in September due to covid lockdowns etc but by November the opal had fallen out again. I was refused a refund but they promised to remake the ring and I agreed to have the genuine opal changed to a simulated one to. The ring was sent back to me in January but it was the old ring repaired again. I have no confidence in this ring as the same stone has fallen out 3 times so don't feel I can wear it. After emailing them they said they would remake the ring but are now not responding to any of my emails

Ring came in damaged. It was awful. The material is poorly made. And their customer service sucks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
My hubby ordered me a ring for Mothers Day. The names are so tiny its hard to read. The ring didn't even come in round. And when I confronted them about it they said I pulled the tag too hard to pull it off the ring. Which the tag is still on it. I NEVER even tried to pull the tag off because it says if tag is removed you can't return. Why would I keep a damaged ring?

Ordered a personalized necklace, it arrived broken. Shipped it back, 2nd version arrives and my name is spelt wrong, even though it was right on the first one. Shipped it back, get my 3rd verson and my daughters name is wrong, although it was right on the first two.
I am now getting a "partial" refund, they are deducting shipping, and the customer service girl never mentioned that on the phone. Now I am out some of the money I paid and still have no necklace. TERRIBLE

I ordered a ring at the end of November. I received the ring and it didn't fit. I ordered a size 6 which is my normal ring size. I had to pay $20 to ship it back and have it resized to a 6.5. I received the "resized" ring and it does not appear to have been resized at all. I contacted the company and requested a refund (99 day refund guarantee). I was told that I could not received a refund because the ring had been "resized". I argued that the ring was still the initial size that I received. They agreed to "investigate" the resizing issue. I returned the ring at their cost and I am now waiting to see if I can get my refund. Lesson learned... I'll never buy from them again. $170 out and no ring!

Be very careful ordering rings. You should be sure that you provide them the right size. The resizing is not for free, you should understand. And it's not cheap.
They don't stand behind their products and offer low-quality jewelry, and if something goes wrong, they will blame you. Moreover, the jewelry looks cheap, as it costs ten dollars.

Defective product
I have ordered a ring from this online store and when I received it stone fell out! I just took the ring out of the package and that happened. I was extremely disappointed because it was a present for my girlfriend.
The same day I contacted Jewlr and sent them a picture. Instead of helping me they started blaming me and told that it was I who was responsible for that. They sold me a defective ring and they decided that it was much easier to blame me. Well, that tells a lot about Jewlr! I will not order from them again and will post this feedback everywhere!

Wrong size ring
I bought a ring from www.jewlr.com and when it arrived I was actually satisfied with its quality, it was very well made. But unfortunately I received the wrong size and it was way to big. When I contacted Jewlr they said that I have to send it back at my own expense. I shipped the ring back and asked for a refund. I am very disappointed because it was a present for a family member and I had no time to wait for another one. I cancelled my order and later got my money back. This experience showed me how unprofessional this company is, I will not buy again.
Very bad experience with Jewlr
I have ordered a pair of rings from Jewlr website. The order was very expensive. I made custom rings, picked white gold, ruby stones and paid some extra for the engravings. That was a birthday present for my girlfriend.
When my order finally arrived first thing I noticed that my name was written with a mistake. Then I noticed that stones were not real even thought I picked genuine stones. I contacted customer service and asked them to redo everything but they asked for extra money. I refused to pay and demanded a refund, they replied nothing. What a waste of money. Lesson learned, will never order anything from Jewlr again!
