Johnny Was Beware of JW Final Sale Items Labeled with Wrong Size - Frustrating Experience

So, I just got my hands on some JW FINAL SALE ITEMS, which are not returnable. I was pretty excited about the end of summer sale, but it turned out to be a bit of a bummer. The items I received were labeled with the wrong size, and they don't fit me at all. I ordered XL, but the size on the label says XL, but it measures a SIZE L. This is the second time this has happened to me with JW. I'm starting to think they know the sizing is off, and they try to pass the items off on unsuspecting customers who can't return them. I mean, come on, I got stuck once with an unwearable item, but not twice. This time, I packed it up and shipped it back, and if they don't REFUND me, I'll have to call my credit card company. I'll be darn picky about buying from them in the future! I mean, BEWARE SUMMER SALE ITEMS LABELED W/WRONG SIZE. This has happened to me at least 2 times, so how many pieces of clothing are LABELED WRONG by JW? It's frustrating to spend money on something that doesn't fit, and then not be able to return it. I hope JW takes this seriously and fixes their sizing issues.

Johnny Was Mixed Experience at Johnny Was: Great Clothes, Peculiar Manager

So, my man bought me a coat from Johnny Was store in Bethesda. I didn't like it much, and it cost over $400. But returning it was no problem. I was wearing another JW coat that my husband gifted me two years ago. But the manager didn't compliment me on it. Instead, she made a snide remark that it was from the season "three years ago." I was surprised and told her that I bought it in December 2020, during the height of Covid. But she suggested that it was from a prior season when I bought it. (But it was the current line at the time I purchased it.) She also said that the $400 coat that I was returning would sell that day because it was so "inexpensive"! I found her behavior peculiar. Maybe I'm not high-class enough to shop in this store, wear a coat a couple of seasons old, and buy garments that only cost $400.

But overall, I like Johnny Was. They have a great collection of clothes, and their website is easy to navigate. I love their bohemian style, and the quality of their clothes is excellent. I have bought several dresses and tops from them, and they have all been great. The only downside is that their prices are a bit high, but you get what you pay for. I also like that they have a good return policy, which is essential when shopping online.

I would recommend Johnny Was to anyone who loves bohemian style and is willing to pay a bit more for quality clothes. But be prepared for some snide remarks if you're not dressed to impress the manager.

Johnny Was Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Johnny Was: See-Through Dress and Unhelpful Response

I used to be a big fan of Johnny Was and I recently bought 5 items from their website. Unfortunately, one of the dresses I received was completely see-through and didn't look anything like the picture on the website. Even though it was on sale for over $200, I couldn't return it, but I contacted customer service to see if I could exchange it for something else. I explained that the dress was nothing like what I had ordered and they asked me to send pictures of it, which I did right away. They said they were expediting my ticket, but I had to call them several times and they never called me back like they said they would.

After two weeks of waiting and no resolution, I decided to email them and ask for help. Their response was ridiculous! They told me to "cover up" or wear a tank dress or leggings underneath it. They even suggested layering a shirt underneath the dress, which is not what I had in mind when I bought it for my trip to Arizona and Hawaii. I was extremely disappointed with their customer service and I will never buy anything from Johnny Was again.

It's a shame because I used to be a loyal customer, but their lack of concern for my issue and their unhelpful response has made me lose faith in their brand. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future, but until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Johnny Was Disappointing Quality and Customer Service: My Experience with the Nimue Sweater Duster from Johnny Was

I recently purchased the Nimue Sweater Duster from Johnny Was and was excited to wear this statement piece. However, my excitement was short-lived as the sweater started to unravel after just one wear. I was disappointed and reached out to Johnny Was for a solution, replacement, or credit for future purchases. Unfortunately, their response was less than satisfactory. They told me to go back to the store where I purchased it and that the store would probably return the product to them anyway. As a customer who spent a lot of money on their merchandise, I expected better customer service.

I provided Johnny Was with proof of purchase tags and photos of the defects, but they still did not offer any solution. The defects started with a loose thread on the sleeve after the first wear, which I tied off and chalked up to a minor defect. However, after the second wear, I started to notice loose embroidery threads popping up. By the third and fourth wear, I noticed pilling on the sleeve. Now, after just two months and ten wears, the defects have spread like wildfire. It's to the point where I'm embarrassed to wear what should have been a coveted item in my wardrobe.

I want to make it clear that I have not washed or dry cleaned the item. I recognize the fragile nature of fine embroidery and have handled the piece with extreme care. I even take the item off when eating or drinking to avoid any damage. I have not cut any of the loose threads, and the item was purchased in the correct size, so there has been no chafing or rubbing. The item has not caught on anything to cause this, and the unraveling of embroidery is happening all over the sweater.

Overall, I am disappointed with the quality of the Nimue Sweater Duster from Johnny Was and their lack of customer service. As a customer who spent a lot of money on their merchandise, I expected better quality and support. I would caution other buyers to beware of a brand that does not stand behind their products.

Johnny Was Terrible Customer Service: A Review of Johnny Was Clothing

Johnny Was is just about the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They're all "buy buy buy", but when it comes to fixing a problem they're ghosting me harder than an ex-boyfriend. No matter what I do - voice mail, email, or speaking to a live person - I never get any sort of response. They send me promotional emails every single day, but they don't seem to care about actually helping me with the problem that's over a month old.

It's impossible to get ahold of anyone over there, and they just keep stringing me along with vague promises. Each department promises a two minute wait, but it always turns into a long and tedious process that leaves me frustrated and angry. And when I finally do get a chance to speak to someone, they just tell me to leave a message and wait 24 hours for a call back. But of course, the call back never comes.

I'm starting to think that King is the only person who works there. It's a pity, because I really love the clothes they sell - but their customer service is such a headache that it's not worth the effort. They even sent me the wrong item, and I'm still waiting for them to correct the mistake.

All in all, I don't recommend Johnny Was at all. Their customer service is terrible and it's just not worth the headache.

Johnny Was Disappointing Experience Shopping at Johnny Was: Poor Customer Service and Delivery Delays

I gotta tell you, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience shopping at Johnny Was. I've tried to make four orders over the last few months and it seems like every time there's some sort of issue. Three of my items were cancelled after I placed the order, and then they were back on sale on the website later. I've tried to contact their customer service online and over the phone, but nobody seems to be there to help me out. They say to "contact us" if you have an issue, but it's pretty clear that nobody's there to answer the phone or respond to emails. It's especially frustrating because I'm still waiting on three orders to be delivered.

I understand that a lot of companies are having issues right now due to the Coronavirus, but that can't be an excuse for such terrible service. Other companies are still able to fulfill orders, even during these difficult times. If you can't deliver, you shouldn't be playing the game. It's not fair to keep your paying customers waiting and frustrated.

To add insult to injury, I don't even live in the States - I gave these guys a whole month so I could get my things shipped to me. And what do I get? Nothing. It's pretty disappointing. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do now - I just wanted some nice clothes to wear during quarantine! I think it's safe to say that Johnny Was has some pretty horrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend shopping here if you want to avoid a major headache.

Johnny Was Delays and Confusion with Johnny Was Order: A Frustrating Experience

I ordered something from Johnny Was on the June eighteenth, which is pretty exciting because I love their clothes. I got an email from them on the 21st saying my item had shipped. But now it's the 29th and I still don't know where my stuff is! I've been emailing them and calling them lots and lots, but I haven't heard back. They charged my card on the 18th so I'm starting to get pretty frustrated.

I finally got to talk to someone who said he was a supervisor, and he told me some stuff that made me feel pretty confused. Apparently there are some problems because of Covid and some problems because of rioting in the streets. And then he told me that their building burned down! But then he said that didn't really happen, which made me feel even more confused. He said he didn't actually work for Johnny Was, but he answered their phones. And then he told me that eventually someone would answer my emails, but that I had to wait a few business days.

I'm really wishing that I read some of their reviews before I bought something from them. This whole experience has been really frustrating, and I just want my stuff! It feels like nobody is really taking responsibility for anything that has gone wrong. But I'm still hopeful that my order will show up eventually.

Johnny Was Disappointed with Johnny Was: Poor Customer Service and Miscommunication for Holiday Order

Me buy top from Johnny Was, place order on 11/10 from holiday book. Say on website it ship on 11/12, but now top all gone and no communication from store. Me call and email four times, but no response 'cept for robot email say they get message. Me buy top for Christmas gift and now me no think me ever get it. Me like Johnny Was clothes before, but now me so disappointed. Me just want to know what really happen with order. Customer service bad in December 2021.

Johnny Was Disappointing Experience with Johnny Was: Poor Customer Service and Order Mishaps

I've been a customer at Johnny Was for a while now. But, gotta say, it ain't been good. Ain't one time I've been able to talk to a real life person, and when I'm shootin' off emails I never get no response. Like, what's up with that? And, boy, don't even get me started on what's been happening with my orders. Just a few weeks ago, I placed an order for a bunch of items. Three weeks went by and still no shipments. Turns out they cancelled all 6 things I ordered. Like, all of 'em! One by one, they sent me emails apologizing for the mishap. And, to make up for the mistake, they sent me a 50 dollar off coupon.
Cool, right? So I ordered somethin' else, and what do ya know? That was cancelled too! But, when I tried to reach out to 'em to use the coupon again, they ain't answering no calls or emails. It's just like being in one of those relationships that got you questioning why you even in it in the first place.
I mean, I could take my business elsewhere, and honestly, I do. But, even when I do stick around, the quality of their stuff ain't all that great. After 15 years and thousands of dollars spent, I'm thinkin' about throwing in the towel. It just ain't worth it no more.

Johnny Was Disappointing Experience: Johnny Was Falls Short in Online Sales Management

Johnny Was, where do I even begin? Let me tell you, this company seems to be running downhill and fast. Their online sales are so poorly managed, it's a wonder they're still in business. Let me give you some prime examples of how they've let me down:
- The top I ordered had a stinking hole in the sleeve and the perfume scent was so strong, it was obvious that it wasn't new merchandise. Yuck!
- They almost never send updates about when my order ships or when I can expect it to arrive.
- Ever since the pandemic hit, it seems like they've completely disconnected their inventory from their online ordering system. I placed an order for three items and only received one of them quickly. But after about 10 days, they sent an email saying that the second item wasn't in stock. Three weeks later, they notified me that the third item was also out of stock. What a disappointment!
- Just when I thought, "hey, let's give Johnny Was one last try," I placed an order for two more items. But after another two weeks, they sent an email saying that neither of the items were available.
I've had enough. Johnny Was, consider this my official resignation from being a customer of yours. I simply can't deal with this level of service any longer. You've lost my trust and I can't recommend you to anyone else either.

Johnny Was Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Johnny Was Masks

I gotta say, I was really stoked to put in a giant order for some silky smooth masks from Johnny Was. I mean, who wouldn't want to look fabulous and stay safe at the same time, am I right? But let me tell ya, things didn't exactly go smoothly from there.

So I waited two solid weeks for my shipping notice. And when I still hadn't heard anything, I decided to ring up the customer service hotline and see what was up. Hoo boy, was that an adventure! Like countless others before me, I was told that I'd only be waiting for a representative for two measly minutes. But ten minutes later, still no dice. All I got was some fancy robotic voice that "recorded" my name and phone number - and then promptly hung up on me. Not cool, Johnny Was.

And would you believe that when I reached out via email to follow up and request an expedited shipping method, I got no response at all? Nada, zip, zilch. But miraculously, my order did finally ship the next day - by good old USPS. Which, let's face it, is about as far from "expedited" as you can get these days.

All told, it took a full ten days for my order to finally show up. And while I'll grant that the current state of the Postal Service certainly isn't helping anything, there's no denying that Johnny Was's customer service is seriously lacking - pandemic or no pandemic. No matter how much you love their style, if you're looking for a company that actually cares about its customers, you might want to take your business elsewhere.

Johnny Was Impressive Diversity, Killer Clothes, and Great Customer Service - My Review of Johnny Was

Yo, just wanted to shout out about Johnny Was and how impressed I am with their latest catalog that dropped in October 2020. I mean, the models they use are straight-up beautiful and the diversity they showcase is on point. And don't even get me started on the customer service. I've only been to their store in Denver and let me tell you, these folks know how to treat a customer right.

But let's talk about the real MVPs here: the clothes. Johnny Was is killin' it with those limited runs of unique embroidered designs. And the fabrics they use? So soft and easy to take care of - just toss it in the machine and tumble dry. And I know some people missed out on snagging something they wanted for super cheap, but hey, that's the way it goes when you're dealing with limited runs. Gotta jump on it when you see it, ya know?

Oh, and I gotta give props to Johnny Was for being one of the first companies to start offering masks when everyone else was scrambling to sew their own or begging their pals to make 'em. Not only did they step up to the plate, they also donated a bunch to healthcare workers. That kind of generosity really means something to me.

All in all, I'm giving Johnny Was five stars. Only thing is, if they've outsourced their online customer service, they might wanna think about investing in that like they do with their design and materials. But like I said, I'm lucky enough to live near a store so they got my business for sure. Keep slayin', Johnny Was.

Johnny Was Terrible Customer Service and Unreliable Shipping: My Experience with Johnny Was Company

This Johnny Was company is really something else. It's unbelievable that they are still in operation seeing as their customer service is absolutely terrible. I had a particularly bad experience with them recently. I called up their customer service department to let them know that I was relocating to a different country and would like to upgrade my shipping. They told me that it was impossible and just cancelled my order without even bothering to ask me what I wanted. It's really frustrating when you're trying to get your hands on an item and then it's sold out because of someone else's mistake.

I was hoping that they would do something to rectify their mistake but they didn't even seem to care. I decided to give them another chance and ordered some dresses for a party that I was going to. However, a week later I received an email saying that two of the items were out of stock. Why even offer them on the website if they don't even have them in stock? I asked them to cancel the entire order and that's when things got really weird.

Three weeks later, I received an email from them saying that one item in my order had shipped and my credit card had been charged for it. This was completely ridiculous and I had to go to my credit card issuer to get a full refund. I'm so disappointed with this company and I will never buy from them again. It's just not worth the hassle.

Oh, and to make matters worse, don't even get me started on their masks. The elastic breaks after just a few washes. It's a total waste of money. Don't buy from this company if you want a good customer service experience.

Johnny Was Poor Customer Service and Defective Clothing from Johnny Was - Beware!

Yo, so I had a problem with Johnny Was, and it ain't good. First off, they make you pay for return postage, which is a total drag. But then, they sent me a wack piece of clothing that was hella defective! Like, there were broken threads all over the place, right in the front where everyone could see. Zero style.

So I sent them an email asking for a return label, like any normal person would do. But get this - they wouldn't even send me a prepaid label until I sent them pics of the messed-up item! That's just rude. I mean, I get it if they need to document damage from shipping, but come on, this was already messed up when they sent it to me.

And then, get this - when I finally did return the item, it took them like, two three whole weeks to process it! That's way too long. Ain't nobody got time for that. And they said it could take even longer for the money to actually show up in my account. What a joke.

Anyway, I'm never shopping at JohnnyWas.com again. Don't waste your money, folks. Find a company that actually cares about its customers and doesn't treat them like liars.

Johnny Was Terrible Experience with Johnny Was: Lost Order and Poor Customer Service

I gotta tell ya, I had a real bad experience with Johnny Was. I was super excited to order this fancy dress from their website, but when it never showed up, I was pretty bummed. I tried calling their customer service line a bunch of times, but nobody ever picked up. So I sent them a bunch of emails, and finally got a response. But get this - they basically told me tough luck, and that it wasn't their problem that my dress got lost in the mail. I mean, come on! I spent $255 on that thing, and they won't even take responsibility for it? That's just not right. And to top it off, they were super rude to me the whole time. I don't know about you, but I don't think I'll be shopping with them again anytime soon.

Johnny Was Terrible Experience with Johnny Was: Overpriced Overnight Shipping and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I ain't never had such a terrible time with a "famous" brand like Johnny Was. It's downright embarrassing, if you ask me. I put in an order and forked over $34.95 for overnight shipping, but only two measly items showed up the next day. The rest of my stuff is coming in by snail mail. What's the point of paying for overnight if you ain't gonna get it all overnight? And to make matters worse, I won't even be at the address I shipped it to for another month after three days of ordering. So I try to get in touch with customer service, but it's a total joke. They got an automated voice telling you to wait for three minutes, but after six minutes, you get a big ol' "f you" message and they hang up on you. How in tarnation does this company even stay in business? I'm still trying to figure out how to get someone to pick up and return these items. This whole thing has been a complete and utter disaster.

I'm really wishing that I read some of their reviews before I bought something from them. This whole experience has been really frustrating, and I just want my stuff! It feels like nobody is really taking responsibility for anything that has gone wrong. But I'm still hopeful that my order will show up eventually.

Johnny Was Disappointed with Johnny Was: Poor Customer Service and Miscommunication for Holiday Order

Me buy top from Johnny Was, place order on 11/10 from holiday book. Say on website it ship on 11/12, but now top all gone and no communication from store. Me call and email four times, but no response 'cept for robot email say they get message. Me buy top for Christmas gift and now me no think me ever get it. Me like Johnny Was clothes before, but now me so disappointed. Me just want to know what really happen with order. Customer service bad in December 2021.

Johnny Was Beautiful Clothes, Poor Customer Service: My Review of Johnny Was Website

This here is a review of the Johnny Was website. I gotta say, the clothes they got on there are downright beautiful! But, lemme tell ya, I got a bit of a problem. I done got me a damaged item. It's been about a month now, and I done called them up four or five times. And they ain't never called me back, no sir. Now I'm out a little over a hunnerd dollars, and I gotta go file a complaint with my credit card company.

Their customer service hours are pretty limited, and what's worse, they don't even answer the phone! You call 'em up and all you get is a dang voicemail. I left messages, but ain't nobody ever given me a call back. I reckon I'll never buy nothing direct from Johnny Was again, no matter how good it looks, and certainly not at the prices they charge.

Overall, I reckon Johnny Was has some fine clothes, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If ya wanna take a chance, go ahead and give 'em a try, but don't say I didn't warn ya.

Johnny Was Johnny Was Customer Service Disaster: Review of Frustrating Swapping Process

Johnny Was got me fuming! I’ve been trying to swap my top for a tinier one for two months now and they’re giving me the runaround! They don’t answer my calls and the customer care emails I’ve sent went unnoticed! Hardly any live agent I’ve spoken with were any help either - they all said they couldn’t make the switch. I sent the top back ages ago already, but I was the one paying for the shipping! I’m telling you, this company needs to stop advertising until they get their act together! Okay, maybe their clothes are pretty nice, but all the hassle isn’t worth it! It’s not my first time buying from them and I should have learned my lesson the first time around!

Johnny Was My Terrible Experience with Johnny Was: False Advertising and Terrible Customer Service

So, like, I wanted to share my thoughts about Johnny Was because I've had a super bad experience with them. You know when you see something on sale and you're all excited to buy it, but when you try to order it, it's not available? Well, that's not cool, right? And then, like, a week goes by and you see the same item on sale again, so you're like, "Sweet! I can finally buy it!" But then, you try to order it again and, surprise surprise, it's still not available! I mean, what's the deal with that? It feels like they're, like, tricking you or something with false advertising.

But that's not even the worst part, you guys. The customer service is, like, so terrible. It's seriously the worst I've ever seen. I ordered a bunch of stuff back in May and some of the items just disappeared or something. I never got them, even though I have order numbers and screenshots of my purchases. So, I tried calling customer service, but no one ever answers. And when I sent an email, all I got was a stupid ticket number that no one ever followed up on. It's like they don't even care about their customers, you know?

Anyway, I'm so done with this company. I'm never ordering from them again. It's just not worth it when you can't even get the stuff you paid for. So, save yourself the hassle and avoid Johnny Was, people.

Johnny Was Beautiful Dresses, Terrible Customer Service: A Review of Johnny Was

I gotta tell ya, I ordered a dress from Johnny Was and I'm in love with it! It's so pretty and fits just right. But then I thought, "hey, why not get another one?" So I checked the measurements on their website and ordered another dress. Well, lemme tell ya, when it arrived it was waaaay shorter than it said it would be. I was so bummed! I decided to call their customer service and ask if they could waive the return shipping fee since their website was wrong. And what do they do? They said "no way!" I even asked to talk to a supervisor and they just sent me off to some other department who also said "no." I was so frustrated! They have really bad customer service, to be honest. They don't seem to care at all about their customers.

Johnny Was Horrible Customer Service Experience with Johnny Was: Think Twice Before Ordering

Yo, so I gotta tell ya about my experience with Johnny Was. I ordered two things back in May, right? And when I went to return them, it was a big pain in the butt. On their website, when I tried to get a return label, it said they didn't recognize my order number or zip code. What the heck, man? So I tried to call, but all I got was a stupid recording that said they'd call me back in 24 hours. And of course, they never did.

So then I emailed them, and it took forever for them to reply. Finally, on May 27, I got a response that said all support requests are prioritized in the order they're received. Uh, thanks for that groundbreaking info. But seriously, does anyone even work there? It's like they're all on a permanent vacation.

Anyway, if you're thinking about ordering from Johnny Was, I'd think twice about it. If you have any problems, don't expect to get any help. It's a shame, really, because their stuff looks pretty cool. But what good is that if you can't get any customer service? Just sayin'.

Johnny Was Horrible Customer Service Experience with Johnny Was: Save Your Money and Frustration

I put in a big ol' order of $555 bucks on Johnny Was's website. I was anxiously waiting for that sweet email confirmation, but it never showed up- Even though I had gotten an order number right after I had ordered. Frustrated and confused, I tried to get a hold of someone, anyone at Johnny Was. I shot them an email, called them up, left some voice mails, and even used their website to file a complaint, but guess what? Not a peep from 'em. This is some trash customer service, lemme tell you. I ain't never had a worse experience with some folks than this. And you know what's even sadder? They don't even let you leave reviews on their website. I get it, Johnny Was. You know your service ain't up to snuff and you don't wanna get called out on it. But us customers, we deserve better. Obviously these guys don't give two hoots about ya once they've taken your money. Don't even think about doing business with these folks.

Johnny Was Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Johnny Was: Full Price Charged Despite 40% Off Discount Code

So, I was browsing Johnny Was's site this morning and decided to buy some stuff at 40% off. I was really excited because their clothes are totally my style. I added the items to my cart and went to pay, but the page just kept spinning and spinning. I was super annoyed, but I figured I should just try again.

So, I got out of the site and tried again. This time, I had to wait in line just to get on the site. I went through the whole process again and even entered the code EXTRA40. But when I checked my receipt, I noticed that I'd been charged the full price for my items, instead of the discounted price. I was sooooo mad.

I tried calling their customer service, but either they hung up on me after making me wait for like 30 minutes, or the call just went straight to voicemail. I've had trouble with their customer service in the past, too. They never call back, even when they say they will. It's just super disappointing and frustrating when you spend your hard-earned money on clothes, and then you can't even get decent customer service if something goes wrong.

So yeah, I'm really mad about this whole situation. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me!

Johnny Was Johnny Was Disappoints with Poor Customer Service and No Order Changes Allowed

So, I decided to do some online shopping at Johnny Was and boy was I excited! I had finally found the perfect item that I wanted to add to my wardrobe. After the purchase, I realized that I made a mistake and accidentally ordered the wrong item. I was devastated, but I knew that I had to fix this error as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, I discovered that JW doesn't allow you to make any changes once the order is placed. I was scared and worried, but I didn't want to give up. I ordered the correct item right away and sent back the wrong item as soon as it was received. After a while, I received an email saying that the return had been received, but after that... nothing.

I decided to reach out to their customer service department, but it was like talking to a brick wall. They didn't respond to any of my emails or phone calls, and I was becoming more and more frustrated by the day. Finally, I spoke to a real person and let me tell you... it wasn't an easy process.

After talking to one of their representatives, I was promised that they would look into my issue and get back to me. But guess what? No call back. It was as if they didn't care about the problem I was facing. I felt like I was being ignored and left in the dark.

To make matters worse, it seemed like their customer service was non-existent, and I couldn't get through to anyone. I was so disappointed that I decided to never order from Johnny Was again. I don't want anyone else to face the same situation that I did, so I'll definitely discourage others from doing business with them.

Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I'm sure many others have gone through the same thing. I just hope that they can improve their customer service in the future so others won't have to face the same problems that I did.

Johnny Was Disappointing Experience with Johnny Was: Refund Policy Unfair and Customer Service Nonexistent

I just purchased a super cute swimsuit from Johnny Was' website for a steep price of $200. When it arrived, I tried it on and it looked absolutely terrible on me. So, without any hesitation, I returned it back to them the very next day. I made sure that the tags were still attached, including the liner inside, which all seemed like it was in great shape.

But, after three long weeks, I finally received an email from Johnny Was and it left me heartbroken. They said that the company is unable to refund my item because it doesn't meet their "conditions." Honestly, this made no sense to me because it wasn't even a final sale item and I bought it directly from their website. To make matters worse, I haven't even been able to talk to a living, breathing person on the phone because the company hasn't been picking up calls.

This is really sketchy behavior from a company that's supposed to be a standard in the fashion world. I'm giving them an hour to call me back or I'm going to open a dispute with my credit card company. Needless to say, I will never be ordering from Johnny Was again.

Johnny Was Worst Customer Service Experience with Johnny Was: A Warning to Other Shoppers

So I was waiting for my order from Johnny Was for a long time, like 2 months! Can you imagine that? What I don't get is that the place was only 7 miles away from my place, but it still took ages for my order to arrive. But that's not even the worst part, nobody ever picks up the phone or responds to my emails. Like, what kind of customer service is that? I ended up returning a couple of items at their Century City place, thinking that I would get my money back in a few days. But guess what? 20 days later, no refund or even an acknowledgement that I was owed one.

Their excuse is that Covid is making them really slow with customer service, but that's just not good enough. I mean, they can still send me like 10 emails every day, trying to convince me to buy more stuff. But why should I buy anything from them if they can't even provide good customer service? I feel like they're just taking advantage of this pandemic situation, and that's not okay.

Honestly, if you're thinking of buying from Johnny Was, just be prepared to wait forever and don't expect to get any help from their customer service. In my opinion, if they can't offer proper customer service, then they shouldn't even be selling anything in the first place. It's as simple as that.
