They don't honor their exchange policy
Careful shopping in the Calgary downtown location! They don't honor their exchange policy. Tried to exchange a set of bracelets. Was told jewelry can't be exchanged but their policy clearly states: No exchange or store credit available on earrings, intimate apparel or merchandise reduced by 50% or more." None of this applied to my purchase yet an exchange was refused. Escalated to the District Manager who in an email, confirmed, he is also unaware of the stores' policy as he also said jewelry could not be exchanged. Either honor your existing policies, Suzy Shier, or change the wording. Simple.
Exceptional Customer Service at SuzyShier Outlet Mall Location
My experience with SuzyShier has been absolutely amazing! I recently visited their outlet mall location in Leduc and had the pleasure of meeting Maral, the manager. She was extremely helpful with my prestige card, which I had purchased from her during an in-store purchase on November 27, 2021. However, when I tried to use the card for an online order, I was having trouble with the three numbers and two barcodes on the back of the card. It was all very confusing for me, and I couldn't figure out which number to use.
I tried to get help through the online chat, but unfortunately, the person on the other end didn't have a clue. It was a fruitless effort. But then I decided to call the store, and that's when I was lucky enough to speak with Maral. She was an absolute gem! She solved my problem in no time at all and was so pleasant, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process.
I have to say that SuzyShier is truly lucky to have Maral as one of their managers. She is beautiful both inside and out, and her customer service skills are top-notch.
