They promised a free gas card if I would look at the material. They billed me on 4/1/09 for postage/handling for $4.95 each ($9.90)for Journey Pass and Valu Pass. When I saw the charges on my bank statement I called the number listed. The same number was used by both companies. I told them to cancel both memberships and they only cancelled the Valu Pass. I saw a new charge from Journey Pass on my bank statement on 4/14/09 for 29.95 and when I call the different numbers from my bank statement and their web site, I have to put in my phone number which they don't recognize so I can't talk to anyone. If I call back and pick a different selection, I am referred to the web site and am not allowed to talk to a real person. So basically I'm going to be charged monthly for a service I'm not using. I can't afford to do that. Please Help Me!

got charge $24.95 contact attorney general florid on there wed told them but could fund adresss journepass email is billacini51@comcast.net if any body has address please thing one lower thing to$9.95 but was not them
I was called and told I was getting a 100 gift card and I had to listen to an automated message and accept terms the message read so fast you couldn't understand anything I said never mind cancel everything and hung up woke up and had charges when I called the number on my bank statement I was told I was lied to that it's a 14day trial I paid for and they had no information about who had called me. I will be contacting the bbb today and if I have to use I will. Yes over just 5 I am a mother of 5 and have done a lot of surveys for money which is what I told u was getting the gift card for. The man I spoke to had a strong Indian accent and assured me that is the only thing I was getting and paying for. He specifically said in the auto message you will hear about fees and membership again this is only for my service and all you are signing up for is the gift card. I wrote everything I heard down and will be sending this to the bbb and an attorney
