Excellent professional job! Installation Crew of Paul Bumgardner was courteous and respectful during their time in our home, as well as doing excellent work.

The business was also named as "Bath Planet." We wanted a shower installed, replacing a huge tub in our master bathroom. They came in August or so, told us what they could do and how it was an "American" company. Was pricey, and I left my wife with the sales rep to start my work. When she came back, she said they had agreed to a price I thought we could swing. We paid $1,000 deposit and were told someone would come to make more specific measurements, the job would be programmed and it would take several weeks to get scheduled after that. The guy came and did the measurements, then ... nothing. The check was cashed pretty quick, but that was it. In the end of November, we started wondering what was going to happen, and my wife made some calls. The first person she talked to referred her to another. That person said the job had been quoted way too low, but he was on the move to a new office and would call us back. He never called us back. A couple of days ago, we received a check to refund our deposit. My wife might have been open to discussing what they said the job should have been quoted at, and see if we could swing it. Though she says she has no idea why the quoted price of $10,000 is not enough to remove a tub, put in a shower. We were made to believe that the salesman went beyond what he was authorized to do, and when his bosses told him to cancel it, he was too "embarrassed" to ever call and tell us the quote had been rejected. It's a pretty story. As it stands, we were not told that the salesman had to get approval for the price he quoted us. The company took our money, cashed the check and failed to follow up on what was promised. When we finally called them to see what was happening, we were given stories about being away from the office and embarrassed employees, but told we would be hearing from the person in the know. We never heard back.

After receiving a text from their salesman stating he was stealing my deposit, I recieved a call from the President of Joyce Factory Direct. He said his apologizes then stated my deposte will be returned. Its been 2wks and I haven't received my deposit nor has the President of Joyce Factory Direct return my call. The sad part is the company catch phase during the initial meeting was how homeowner fall into getting ripped off and their money stolen by private contractor.

The salesman promised me that they will remove the old tiles and plywood, install new plywood with a special moisture barrier and then cover that with the one piece unit (this was after I asked why their price was almost 4K higher than bath fitter) He said all bath fitter does is clean your tiles and install the one piece unit. I made sure I watched the installers and they did exactly what the salesman said about bath fitter The one piece unit was installed over my tiles. I wonder how many people pay for tile removal and new plywood and don't get it I will never recommend them to anybody.

We purchased new windows (14) for our house in April . We have never regretted doing so. The installers (father and son) were wonderful and did a great job. As a result of this purchase and installation, our energy bills have dropped significantly. We are now more efficient than the "Most Efficient" home of our size in our area according to Duke Energy. I would highly recommend Joyce Factory Direct for anyone considering updating their windows. You will not be sorry.

I had a shower installation completed thru this company and I couldn't be more happy with the end product. The installer, Scott was great. He was on-time, very professional, quick and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and only took 3 days to install. I am just thrilled with my new shower that has barn doors, seating and shelves for easy access to shower products. Thank you so much for a quality product with great service and a wonderful staff to work with.

I have a beautiful sunroom thanks to Joyce Factory Direct. They people I worked with were excellent, with the exception of their electrician. I was very pleased with the construction crew. They were very hard workers!
