Lily Ann Cabinets Lily Ann Cabinets: Great Quality, But Their Website Needs Work

I gotta say, I used Lily Ann Cabinets back in the day for my kitchen and pantry overhaul and boy, was I impressed. The painted cabinets I got were rock solid, and they stood the test of time all the way until I up and sold my house in 2019. Fast forward to now, and I gotta tell ya, the cabinets I copped from Echelon are leaving a lot to be desired. So, I decided to give Lily Ann another go. Except this time, I was daunted by the WEBSITE. Geez, Louise! Talk about a pain in the keister. Not only is it molasses-slow, but it's so cumbersome and clunky that I'm about ready to chuck in the towel and start exploring other cabinet manufacturers. Come on, guys, get it together and fix your darn website!

That being said, I still think the quality of their cabinets is A-ok. They're top-notch, in my book. The ones I got in 2011 were painted, and they were super sturdy and resistant to wear and tear, even with my family constantly banging them around and smudging their dirty mitts all over 'em. They cleaned up like a dream, and I probably wouldn't have even had to refinish them had I not moved. Honestly, I'm holding out hope that Lily Ann keeps churning out good stuff. They definitely nailed it in the past.

Here's what I will say, though-- it'd be really handy-dandy if Lily Ann could give us the measurements of the stiles and rails. I mean, come on, folks. We need that deets! And while we're at it, it would be rad if you could offer up some door replacement options for those of us looking to update our existing cabinets. Oh, and if you could throw in some glass door options (even if we provide the glass), that would be super groovy. Just sayin'.

Lily Ann Cabinets Unforgettable Dining Experience at the Best Restaurant in Town

first order i placed the website was acting up, called to place the order over phone from the quote I had saved with all the correct info. they pushed it through but changed/defaulted the shipping address as the billing address. lilyann did not take responsibility for it and would not fix the issue. The shipping company was wonderful and kept me in the loop with any updates. I was told by the shipping company that the women he spoke with in the shipping dept for Lilyann were to call me, however, she never did. it cost me additional money and time to get the cabinets to the correct location. however they did give me a credit of 50.00 which does not even cover the money and frustration I have gone through. My client wanted to add cabinets to the order which Richard Westgate said he was going to get together for me, again, disappointed. He never returned my call so I took care of it myself. overall, not happy with the customer service, therefore, not happy with the company. I was hoping to develop a good relationship so that I had a go-to cabinet company for my remodeling business but honestly, with the lack of customer service, it would be hard for me to use your company again.

Lily Ann Cabinets Mixed Review of Lily Ann Cabinets: Quality and Style are there, but some issues need improvement

I ain't no expert on cabinets, but I gotta say, I'm liking what Lily Ann Cabinets is putting out. Don't get me wrong, there's a couple of things that could use some improvement, but overall, I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase.

Now, let's get into the nitty-gritty. First off, those hinges. They're causing a bit of a problem for me. When I open the doors, they swing wide open and hit the cabinet next to it. If I wanna open the doors on both cabinets at the same time, well, forget about it. Also, if you try to put a cabinet in the corner, you need to put a spacer on the one next to it, or the door won't open all the way. It's kind of a pain, if you ask me.

But that's not the worst of it. One of the drawers was put together super poorly. The four wood screws that were supposed to keep it in place were barely holding it together, and someone tried to fix it by adding just one more screw. Needless to say, that didn't work. My installer had to add four more screws just to keep it from falling apart. And even then, the front came off the first time I pulled it open. Come on, Lily Ann Cabinets, you can do better than that.

But like I said earlier, it's not all bad. The cabinets look great, and I'm hoping they'll last me a good long while. Overall, I'd say it's a good product, but there's definitely room for improvement.

I'll still recommend this company to my friends and family, because I do like the quality and the look of the cabinets. But just be aware of the potential issues before you make your purchase.

Thanks,
Andy

Lily Ann Cabinets Frustrating Experience with Lily Ann Cabinets - Incomplete Pieces and Unfinished Edges

I was really bummed out when I realized that Lily Ann Cabinets didn't give me all the pieces I needed to complete my proj. I was so annoyed that I had to go back and forth with them to figure out what was missing and have it shipped out - could have saved some major cash if they just sent everything out at the start. But it didn't stop there. Once I got everything, I found that there was an unfinished edge on the front and I had no idea what to do about it. Huge bummer.

Luckily, I called their customer service line and the person who answered was very helpful in getting me the right parts. I ended up needing a toe kick to cover the exposed part, which they sent out quickly. Buttttttt - when I put the toe kick in place, I realized that it still didn't look quite right. The exposed edges just didn't seem like the right solution. So I called again and had to explain everything all over. They told me I needed a scribe moulding piece, which I had never heard of, and that I couldn't get a finished edge piece for the toe kick. Instead, I'd have to paint it. Yikes.

Overall, it was a frustrating experience. It kind of seems like, as a DIY company, they should be able to give better instructions and a clearer idea of what customers could need. I don't want to have to call and hunt for each individual part to finish my project. It was just a small project to test them out, so I don't know how much trust I have in them for a larger project. Fingers crossed that it all turns out okay in the end.

Lily Ann Cabinets Frustrating Experience with LilyAnnCabinets.com: Slow Website, Glitches, and Confusing Product Listings

I gotta say, I had a pretty frustrating time with lilyanncabinets.com. The website was slower than a turtle in peanut butter, and it glitched out on me more times than I can count. I had trouble typing certain letters, like "c" and "n" in the search feature, which made it really hard to find what I was looking for. And don't even get me started on trying to type my address for shipping. That was a total nightmare.

But even when I finally did find what I was looking for, I had a hard time understanding the differences between the cabinet sets. They all looked exactly the same to me! It took me hours of browsing and comparing before I finally figured out that some sets had a slightly less glossy finish than others. And even then, I had to wait for someone on the chat (which, by the way, has terrible hours for those of us who work all day) to confirm it for me.

And speaking of the chat, I still have one unanswered question about the sink hole size on a vanity base cabinet. You'd think that for an online purchase, they'd give you all the details upfront. But nope, I'm still waiting for an answer.

All in all, I'd say that lilyanncabinets.com needs to step up its game. The website needs some serious work, and the customer service could use some improvement too. I'm just glad I finally managed to place my order and get it over with.

Lily Ann Cabinets Frustrating Shipping and Return Process with Lily Ann Cabinets - A Customer Review

Shipping times with Lily Ann Cabinets are quite slow, and several items that I ordered arrived damaged. To my dismay, YRC had the items sitting at their warehouse for days on end - I had to take matters into my own hands and call them to chase down a delivery date. I even ended up taking a day off from work, but YRC never bothered to show up! I had to reschedule and wait for another delivery, but even that was fraught with difficulties - they didn't have the right jack and no knife to cut the pallet wrap, so I had to take it upon myself to bring the knife and climb into the truck to unload the items. Let me tell you, that was no easy feat given that there was no ramp.

But the real fun began when I discovered that the items themselves were damaged! And on top of all this, customer service was unhelpful and didn't complete my claims in a timely manner, which only made matters worse. Apparently someone had left the company who was working on my claim, and nothing was done about it until I followed up. By then, I was at the end of the line since my contractor who was installing the cabinets couldn't wait - he had other jobs to move on to.

Things only got more frustrating from there when my contractor showed me that the 42 inch cabinets were actually too large when adding the top and bottom molding. I needed to exchange them for 36-inch ones instead, but that's when I realized there was no organized exchange or return process at Lily Ann Cabinets. Basically, as the customer, I was on my own entirely, which was incredibly frustrating.

I mean, why couldn't they use their existing relationship with YRC to process the return or have me pay their shipping rates for the exchange and organize it in a more efficient manner? Instead, I was left to fend for myself and was essentially told "good luck" when I asked for help. I'm doing an exchange, yet they expected me to manage the process entirely by myself. It just didn't make sense, especially since they know the box sizes and the weight of the items I was returning.

All in all, the entire experience with Lily Ann Cabinets has been, in a word, annoying. The quality of the cabinets themselves isn't great, but of course, I should have known that you get what you pay for. And now that the lowers are installed, I'm stuck with the subpar quality. Lesson learned, but I certainly wouldn't recommend their services and products to others.

Lily Ann Cabinets Avoid Lily Ann Cabinets: Unprofessional, Unreliable, and a Waste of Time and Money

This company, Lily Ann Cabinets, is definitely one to avoid if you are looking for a professional and reliable experience. Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with them, which I wouldn't want anyone else to go through. In fact, I had to drive over eight hours to get my cabinets from them, only to find out that not all of them were in stock, even though I had been told otherwise just a few hours earlier. Luckily, they shipped the missing cabinets quickly, which was a small consolation.

However, there were much bigger problems. First of all, they charged me three times for the same order. This was obviously a grave mistake on their part. To make things even worse, two of the cabinets they gave me were knowingly used or returned. They were in white boxes instead of brown, and they had hardware already attached. Both cabinets also had damages. Another cabinet I received was also damaged, so I ended up with three damaged cabinets in total.

I tried to contact the company several times, but all I ever got was the message that someone would call me back. But no one ever did. I ended up filing three disputes with my credit card company to try to get my money back for the two extra charges and the damages. Even worse, the owner knew I was driving over four hours each way to pick up my cabinets and still knowingly gave me damaged and used products.

I managed to find close replacements for the damaged cabinets, but it was a big waste of my time. I had to reschedule the countertop guys and ended up feeling very frustrated with the whole process. It's been over 40 days, and I still haven't received a refund for the two extra charges. I tried to leave a review on their website on July 1st, but they actually locked my account so I couldn't.

I bought and picked up the cabinets on June 10th and started the dispute process just fifteen days later because no one from the company ever called me back. I have had to rely on my credit card company to help me get my money back because it doesn't seem like Lily Ann Cabinets cares at all. Even when I talked to the owner, he promised to fix the situation but then never answered any further calls.

In conclusion, I would strongly recommend avoiding Lily Ann Cabinets. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and will make mistakes that cost you time and money. It's simply not worth the risk.

Lily Ann Cabinets Underwhelmed and Frustrated: My Experience with Lily Ann Cabinets' RTA White Shaker Elite Line

I recently picked up the RTA White Shaker Elite line cabinets from Lily Ann Cabinets for a cool $5,000. Initial delivery looked flawless, but upon diving into the assembly process, I found myself to be severely underwhelmed and, quite frankly, frustrated. Three cabinets had warped boxes which made assembly almost impossible. Gosh, let me tell you, the scratches. Two cabinets were scratched on the face side, while two others showed markings on the sides that were easily visible. One cabinet was even missing a critical installation slot altogether. I mean, what is this?!

Now, I like to think I'm a pretty handy guy, but I was ready to lose my mind with these cabinets. It didn't help that two of the wall cabinets I received had completely different finishes and shelves inside, and that each base cabinet had a slightly different colored interior finish as well. I don't even know what that's supposed to mean! Even the utility cabinet I purchased had unsightly marks and damage on the inside and outside.

The real shocker, however, was the "decorative" end pieces. I was surprised to find that both of them were a quarter inch wider than the frames themselves, which might have been alright had they not offset the flushness when we installed the wall cabinet. I looked all over their website, hoping to find any mention of this issue, but alas. Nothing. The lack of transparency really grinds my gears, you know?

Now, as a team of handyfolk, we managed to fix most of the issues with various power tools, touch-up paint, and some good ol’ fashioned ingenuity. Unfortunately, this experience soured our impression of Lily Ann Cabinets. I was hoping to purchase kitchen and bathroom cabinetry from them, given their positive reviews on their website, but honestly, I can't believe anyone could have written those reviews with good intentions. We took the time to call and email them about our experience, but no one bothered to follow up with us. Can you imagine? All in all, it's disappointing to say the least.

Lily Ann Cabinets Disappointing Experience with Lily Ann Cabinets: Broken Parts, Mix-Matched Interiors, Lack of Customer Service

We decided to get our brand-new kitchen from Lily Ann Cabinets in April 2021. We were surprised when they arrived sooner than we thought, but our joy quickly turned to frustration when we opened the first box and found several broken pieces. We contacted our sales representative for guidance, and she suggested that we open all 28 boxes and examine each one before making a claim, which was a challenge since we had a tight timeline. We opened the next box, and lo and behold, broken parts again. Since we didn't have the luxury of time to file a complaint, we decided to fix the damaged components so we could move forward with our project.

When we ordered a "lazy Susan," we thought we were getting a lazy Susan, but it turns out that it was a corner cabinet with shelves, and we had to purchase a lazy Susan insert separately. The salesperson we spoke with informed us that the insert would arrive in two days, but when we called a week later, we were told that there was a backorder, and it would take a few more days to receive it.

As we continued to unpack and assemble the cabinet boxes, we noticed that we had mix-matched interiors, with both birch and whitewashed colors. We called the company, and they promised to deliver the replacements assembled. The next day, though, they delivered unassembled cabinets, so we sent them back. On the following day, they delivered the wrong cabinets assembled, causing more frustration for us. We received a call from someone the next morning saying they would deliver between 6:30-7pm. However, we missed two calls from them (which we found out afterwards), with no voicemails left. When we messaged the number back, they asked us to take a picture of the interiors so that they could investigate. Unfortunately, ten minutes before they were supposed to arrive, they informed us via message that they had made another mistake and wouldn't be coming that night.

We reached out to our sales rep Lindsay via email but never received a response, and when we contacted her at noon the next day, she asked if anyone had called us back. Sadly, nobody had. Lindsay forwarded our call to the owner, Mr. Decker, and we left him a comprehensive message explaining our situation. However, we didn't receive a reply from him or anyone else from the company.

After five attempts, we finally received the right cabinets. However, our overall experience was far from satisfactory. Nobody from Lily Ann Cabinets asked how they could make things right or offered to help fix the situation. We had done an IKEA kitchen for our previous home, which was cheaper and had no damages, but Lily Ann's customer service was lacking, and we wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Lily Ann Cabinets Loving My Lily Ann Cabinets - A Review of the Bristol Chocolate Kitchen Cabinets

I just built my cabinets for the first time ever, and there are so many options out there! I searched and read up on all sorts of different woods and hardware until I learned about Lily Ann Cabinets. I decided to go with the Bristol Chocolate because it had everything I was looking for all in one. Soft close drawers, all plywood, solid all around. My previous cabinets were so outdated and had ugly mdf as the material. I was really excited to upgrade!

I liked the traditional look of the Bristol Chocolate and went with it because of its sturdiness and the cost (they were on clearance). I'm glad I did because so many things are out of stock now and I would not have been able to afford a kitchen like this otherwise. My favorite feature is the glass cabinets because I love to decorate for every occasion and season. My kitchen looks so cheerful!

We ordered about 20 pieces, which required a ton of planning, but everything arrived as expected. We did place a second order later on and decided on a "coffee station" area using 42" plus shakers on top because our ceiling is higher on that side of the house. We definitely had to double-check everything we needed, but overall it was a great experience.

For my kitchen, I had 30" before and I measured the shortest side of the ceiling and it was just over 12", so when I ordered my cabinets I went with 42". It was definitely worth it! I also splurged on quartzite countertops, which were $4200 installed. I shopped around for a local fabricator to cut down on costs and used various apps to make sure I had the right measurements and specs.

One thing to note is that the Bristol Linen cabinets (used for my kitchen island) weren't as solidly made as the chocolate cabinets. It's still a nice cabinet, but definitely not as well-made. Pay attention to those samples!

The only negative for me was the freight company they used. They were delayed and rude, but when I reached out to LillyAnn Cabinets, Cindy made it right. The experience was much better for my next order. We still have to install the crown molding, light rail molding, and toe kick, but overall I am very happy with my Lily Ann Cabinets and the money saved.

Lily Ann Cabinets Mixed feelings on Lily Ann Cabinets - Quality is decent but shipping and website issues frustrating

I wanna start by saying that the Lily Ann Cabinets are pretty good quality. They look real nice in my kitchen, and I can see they will last for quite a while. Saying that though, I did have some problems with my order taking a bit too long to arrive. Like, I waited for about two months for everything to get to me, and that's just crazy long. It was really frustrating because I wanted to get everything set up quickly. And to make it worse, I got most of my order in, but two cabinets were missing, and one of them was broken! What the heck, you know? Like, isn't that just my luck?

Another thing I gotta mention is how confusing their website is. When I was trying to choose which style of cabinet to get, I saw that one of them was on backorder, and the other wasn't, so I naturally went for the one that was available. But then after I placed my order, turns out that even with that one, some of the cabinets were on backorder. Like, why are they making it so confusing to order? And what really bugged me was the fact that their website doesn't update in real time. So like, how am I supposed to know when I'm actually going to get all of my stuff?

But I do have to give props to the ladies at Lily Ann. They were very helpful and nice to me throughout the whole ordeal. I know it's not their fault that their website is messed up, but still, it's something that needs to be fixed ASAP. Overall, I do really like the cabinets, but I would only recommend getting them if you have a lot of time to spare and are okay with a little confusion here and there.

Lily Ann Cabinets Mixed Experience with Lily Ann Cabinets - A Review

As a family that suffered from flooding during Hurricane Harvey, we had to replace our kitchen cabinets. It was an arduous task that took us to different outlets, both online and offline. After much searching, we settled on Lily Ann Cabinets. At first, everything seemed fine, but as we moved along with the installation process, we encountered some significant issues.

Firstly, we didn't receive our MAIN upper corner cabinet, which was vital to completing our project. Unfortunately, getting help wasn't easy initially, but persistence paid off, and we eventually received a phone call and the item was shipped out. When we finally received our cabinet, it was distressing to find that the hinge hole cut out in the glass door didn't match up with the hinge holes in the cabinet. However, we finally got the right product, which was a relief.

Lastly, we ordered the kickboard to add the final touch to our kitchen, but when it arrived, it was a letdown. The kickboard looked cheaply made, and there were numerous defects such as uneven color and scratches. We decided to make do with what we had, not wanting to subject ourselves to another excruciating experience of requesting a replacement.

Despite the issues we encountered with Lily Ann Cabinets, we are done with our project and can finally enjoy our new kitchen. While we could have done without the setbacks, we are grateful for the help we received when we reached out for help. In conclusion, we would only recommend Lily Ann Cabinets with a disclaimer to be prepared to encounter some hiccups along the way.

Lily Ann Cabinets Lily Ann Cabinets Review: Great Cabinets, But Terrible Shipping and Customer Service

I ain't too sure if I'd go with Lily Ann Cabinets for my next remodel, buddy. They promised me that they'd ship my order within 1-14 days, but it took a whopping 21 days to get to me. And get this, they shipped the wrong cabinet! Instead of the sink base that I ordered, they sent me a microwave base. Ain't that a pickle?

So, I reached out to their customer service and they did own up to their mistake. But, here's the kicker, it's been over a week and I still ain't heard a peep from them. I tried to reach back out to them multiple times, but it seems like they're ghosting me or something. Now, my whole remodel project is running behind schedule, man. It's been almost a month since I placed my order and my contractors are getting real tired of waiting for that last cabinet. I don't blame them, it's a real buzzkill.

Anyway, if we set aside all the shipping and customer service fiascos, I gotta say that these cabinets are pretty darn good. They look fantastic and are well-constructed. If only I could get my last cabinet, I reckon this review could've been a solid 4 or 5 stars, hombre.

Lily Ann Cabinets Disappointed with Quality of Lily Ann Cabinets - A Detailed Review

I got me some cabinets from Lily Ann Cabinets and I gots to say, I ain't too happy with the quality of what came in. I ordered the same ones as my neighbor and they looked way better than what I got. The hinges on the doors were weak and didn't seem as sturdy as what my neighbor had. When I was putting them together, it was all wonky and didn't match up with the assembly video or what my neighbor had going on. The tongue and groove didn't line up right, so I had to use a piece of wood and my trusty hammer to get it together. The back of the base cabinets wasn't even tongue and groove like the video showed either. And get this: one of the cabinets had a broke grove that was glued back together. That fell apart during assembly, so I had to nail the side to the back to keep it together. Most of the base cabinets were a hassle to put together, not like they should have been. I just hope when I get the granite top installed that it'll cover up all these defects. I'm not too happy with the final product, to be real with you. Larry W. Johnson out.

Lily Ann Cabinets Not Perfect, But Worth the Price: A Review of Affordable Kitchen Cabinets

Some of them dang hinge things are like the old style, and some are all fancy new. Ya know what I mean? We had them cabinets put together for us, but they messed up the hingin' somehow and we can't just flip them over 'cause the hinge don't go that far. And to top it off, one of the cabinets the sales guy forgot to put on our layout. But he was real nice about it and got it shipped out faster than a prairie fire.

Now, we had a heapin' helpin' of problems with our orders, but overall I gotta say I'm happy with the outcome. Them doors were shipped without them hinge things and them pullout dealies were without the rails. But the one fella who helped us out with the layout messed up on the trim calculation. But all in all, I'll have myself a fancy pants, pretty as a picture kitchen in no time. And it didn't even cost me half as much as them big shot remodeling companies or fancy stores with their big ol' price tags. The quality and price for these cabinets is worth every penny!

Lily Ann Cabinets Lily Ann Cabinets Review: Quality Cabinets with Color Issues and Slow Customer Service

So, we got our cabinets from Lily Ann Cabinets website in May 2020. It took about 3 weeks to receive our cabinets which wasn't bad considering the ongoing COVID-19. We ordered the Charleston Saddle color, and for the price we paid, the quality was very good.

But we've been dealing with a color problem for over 2 months now. Our 10 cabinets came with 4 different Purchase Order (PO) numbers, and each PO is a slightly different color. We can spot the 1 who's significantly darker than the other 3. We've reached out to Lily Ann Cabinets via email and phone at least 5 times, but so far, they haven't resolved our issues.

We did receive one new cabinet, which was nice, but we need three additional doors in order for them all to match. We've been waiting for over a month now for the correct stain color, and our project has been sitting in limbo.

Lily Ann Cabinets isn't very good about getting back to their customers quickly. We hope to hear from their Replacements Department soon because we need those matching cabinet doors pronto.

Lily Ann Cabinets Disappointing Experience with Lily Ann Cabinets: Delayed Delivery, Lack of Communication, and More

I heard about Lily Ann Cabinets from a bud and was completely thrilled to get high-quality cabinets at an affordable cost. My buddy's cabinets looked fabulous, so I figured I'd give it a try. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing like my friend's and wasn't worth the savings. It started off good, with decent customer service, but went totally downhill afterward.

I waited too long for responses, there was no internal communication regarding whom I was dealing with, the design came back incorrect, the automated response emails from Bill were HORRIBLE and sent at the wrong times. I waited more than three weeks for my cabinets, even after being told it would only take five days. Blame was put on the freight company (I don't give a hoot!). It held up the whole kitchen process and ended up costing me more money to my contractor. I could go on and on, but I won't.

I do, however, think Darryl was trying his darnedest. He did splendid designs, and he was cordial and helpful every time we spoke. I would not like to think he's the one at blame for this unfortunate experience. So while yes, their cabinets are nice, the not-so-timely delivery, lack of communication, and everything else made it an unpleasant experience.

Lily Ann Cabinets Misleading Information and Poor Quality: A Review of Lily Ann Cabinets

The pantry cabinets are way too puny. What's worse, I gotta get a filler panel, which I didn't mind, hadn't the folks down at Lily Ann Cabinets said I wouldn't need one. I asked them straight up if I'd need a filler panel, and they said "nope". So now, I gotta shell out more cash for some rushed shipping. Oh, and don't get me started on the fridge surround. It's short 1/16 of a flippin' inch. And guess what? If I wanna send it back, I gotta pay for shipping. That's not a very chill move, Lily Ann. Adding to all this aggravation is the fact that the quality is measly - way lower than I thought it would be. Super cheesed off right now. By the way, the designer could have given me a heads up that the sink cabinet isn't big enough for a standard 33 inch sink. Yeah, I shoulda maybe done my own research, but I'm not an expert in kitchen reno. I thought I was countin' on some pros here, but it seems like they didn't care enough to be honest with me.

Lily Ann Cabinets Lily Ann Cabinets Review: Disappointed with Customer Service, Shipping Fees, and Missing Pieces

Hey there!

So, I gotta say, I wasn't too impressed with my recent experience with Lily Ann Cabinets. I worked with a design consultant on my order and, to be honest, I was pretty disappointed to find that some of the things we discussed ended up not being included on my original order. Now, I'll admit, I didn't catch it right away because there were so many items to begin with. But when I went back to order the missing pieces, I was hit with a whopping $150 shipping fee for supplies that were only worth about $250. Ouch.

To make matters worse, the design consultant I had been working with was no longer with the company, so I was left to fend for myself when it came to resolving the issue. On top of all that, I had to fix three slide-out drawer brackets that were busted upon arrival. I could have called and complained, and maybe even had Lily Ann send out a new cabinet base, but I figured I'd save them some money by fixing them myself. And yet I was still charged $150 in shipping costs, even after giving them a whopping $5,000 worth of business and fixing their mistake on my own.

Now, to be fair, Lily Ann did eventually send me the missing cabinet shelves at no extra charge. But why couldn't they just package everything together and ship it out to me all at once? Seems like a no-brainer to me.

Overall, I don't think I'll be doing business with Lily Ann again anytime soon. The shipping fees alone were pretty steep, let alone the added frustration of broken pieces and missing items. Here's hoping they can work on improving their customer service experience for future customers.
