Parts Easy to Use Website and Fast Shipping - Highly Recommend PartsDr for Appliance Parts

I had to get a new pump motor for my Frigidaire dishwasher that was only a year old. I was worried about finding the right part, but I found PartsDr and their website was super easy to use. I found the exact part I needed and even used their "Does it fit my model" tool to make sure it was the right one.

I got an email the same day saying that my order had been shipped and they even gave me a Fedex tracking number so I could keep an eye on it. Two days later, the pump arrived and it looked just like the old one I had taken out. I put it in and it worked perfectly!

I would definitely recommend PartsDr to anyone who needs replacement parts for their appliances. They made it so easy to find what I needed and their shipping was really fast. If I ever need any other parts, I'll definitely be coming back to PartsDr.

Parts Terrible Experience with Partsdr: Old, Broken Parts and Threats of Police Report

I recently had an experience with Partsdr (partsdr.com) and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. At first, I was excited to find a website that offered a wide range of parts for my appliance needs. However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration when I received a part that was over 10 years old. I was shocked and disappointed that they would even consider sending me such an old part.

To make matters worse, when I contacted them about the issue, they told me to just throw it away and they would send me a new one. But then, they changed their mind and demanded that I send the old part back before they would send me a new one. Apparently, the shipping company they used to send me the old part wanted it back.

I was not happy with this situation and decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This is when things got really ugly. Partsdr threatened to file a police report against me for stolen property! I couldn't believe it. All I wanted was a new part that actually worked.

It's clear to me that the person who owns this drop shipping company is either crazy or broke af. Going after a customer for $100 when they are sending out broken, used parts is just ridiculous. I would not recommend using Partsdr to anyone. Save yourself the headache and find a more reputable company to do business with.

Parts Disappointing Experience with Partsdr.com: Bait and Switch Tactics and Unhelpful Customer Service

I was extremely disappointed with my experience on partsdr.com. I was in need of a stove-top burner element and decided to give this website a try. At first, I was impressed with how quickly I was able to find the exact part I needed. The model number and image matched perfectly with the one I had at home. I was confident that I had found the right product and proceeded to place my order.

However, my excitement quickly turned to frustration when the item arrived. It was not at all what I had ordered. The part number, design, and look were completely different from what was advertised on the website. I was confused and upset, and immediately contacted the company to try and resolve the issue.

I spoke with a man named Chris, who informed me that the product had been updated and that the one I received was the new version. He refused to accept a return unless I paid for shipping and a restocking fee. I was outraged. I had ordered the part I needed and was sent something completely different. This was a classic bait and switch tactic, and I felt like I had been scammed.

Overall, my experience with partsdr.com was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this website to anyone looking for reliable and accurate replacement parts. The customer service was unhelpful and the product I received was not what I had ordered. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your replacement part needs.

Parts Disappointing Experience with Partsdr: Wrong Part and Poor Customer Service

I recently had an experience with Partsdr (partsdr.com) that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I needed a part for my GE fridge and decided to order it from Partsdr. I paid $33 for overnight shipping, hoping to get the part quickly and fix my fridge as soon as possible.

However, when the part arrived, I realized that it was the wrong one. I had verified the model and serial number of my fridge on their site, so I was surprised that they had sent me the wrong part. It was the same part, but for a different model, and it didn't fit my fridge.

I immediately called Partsdr to ask about returning the part and getting a refund. Unfortunately, the customer service representative I spoke to was rude and obnoxious. They told me that I had to email for a refund and didn't offer any help or solutions.

Over the next few days, I sent several emails to Partsdr, trying to get a refund for the wrong part. It was a frustrating process, and I felt like I was getting nowhere. Eventually, they agreed to a partial refund, but they wouldn't refund the shipping cost or pay to have the wrong part returned.

I was disappointed that Partsdr didn't take responsibility for their mistake and make things right. It felt like they were too cheap to acknowledge that they had made a mistake and were trying to avoid taking any responsibility.

Based on my experience and the responses I've seen from other customers on this site, it seems like Partsdr doesn't believe they make mistakes and aren't willing to take responsibility when they do. It's a shame because I had high hopes for this company, but now I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Parts Disappointing Experience with Partsdr: Incomplete Order and Poor Customer Service

I recently had an experience with Partsdr (partsdr.com) that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I ordered a W element that was supposed to come with a touch pad control panel, but when it arrived, there was no touch panel to be found. To make matters worse, the element had a crack in it that I had to accept because of the time constraints I was under.

I contacted Partsdr and sent them pictures of what I received, hoping they would be able to figure out what went wrong. Unfortunately, they were unable to do so and I was left feeling like I was dealing with a bunch of idiots. I even told them to compare the pictures on their website to what I received, but it seemed like they just couldn't get it right.

In the end, I had to pay about $100 more elsewhere to get the part I needed overnight. It was a hassle, but I was under the gun and had no other choice. When the part arrived, it was in good condition and I was able to use it without any issues.

Unfortunately, my experience with Partsdr didn't end there. Another part I ordered arrived damaged, but I had no choice but to use it anyway. It was frustrating to deal with these issues, and I couldn't help but think that Partsdr could have done better.

Overall, I would say that if you're considering ordering from Partsdr, be prepared for a potential hassle. While they may have some good parts, their packaging and attention to detail could use some improvement. Just be aware that you may have to deal with some f...n idiots along the way.

Parts Mixed Experience with PartsDr.com: Easy Ordering, No Returns

I had a bit of a rough experience with PartsDr.com recently. I ordered a part for my Whirlpool oven, and while the part number was correct, the last digit was off. I had an appliance company come out to install the part, but unfortunately it didn't work. I reached out to PartsDr.com to see if I could return the part, but they told me that since it had already been opened and installed, they couldn't accept a return. I was pretty frustrated - how was I supposed to know if the part worked without installing it? It felt like a bit of a catch-22.

I ended up having to eat the cost of the part, which was $246. It was definitely a bummer, and I wish that PartsDr.com had been more willing to work with me. I understand that they have policies in place, but it feels like they could have been a bit more flexible in this situation. It's frustrating to spend that much money on a part that doesn't work, and then not be able to return it.

All that said, I do think that PartsDr.com has some good things going for it. Their website is easy to navigate, and they have a wide selection of parts available. I was able to find what I needed pretty quickly, and the ordering process was straightforward. I also appreciated that they offered free shipping on my order, which was a nice perk.

Overall, I think that PartsDr.com is a decent option if you're looking for appliance parts. Just be aware that they don't accept returns, so make sure you're confident in your purchase before you pull the trigger. And if you do end up having an issue, be prepared to eat the cost - unfortunately, they're not super willing to work with customers in that regard.

Parts Terrible Service and Defective Parts: A Warning About This Company

This company is a complete disaster! I can't believe how terrible their service is. They send out parts that are completely defective and then refuse to give you your money back when you try to return them. It's like they don't even care about their customers at all. And to make matters worse, they make it seem like they have a return policy, but when you actually try to return something, they come up with all sorts of excuses for why they can't give you your money back. It's just ridiculous.

I mean, how are you supposed to know if a part is defective or not if you don't try it out? That's just common sense. But apparently, this company doesn't understand that. And when you try to get your money back, they act like it's your fault for installing the part in the first place. It's like they're trying to scam you or something.

And don't even get me started on their customer service. It's like they don't even care about their customers at all. They just give you the runaround and make it seem like it's your fault for everything. It's just so frustrating.

Honestly, I would recommend staying as far away from this company as possible. Save yourself the trouble and headache and find a different company to buy your parts from. Trust me, it's not worth the hassle.

Parts Buyer Beware: My Experience with PartsDr.com - No Returns Allowed!

Yo, listen up folks! I gotta tell you about my experience with PartsDr.com. Lemme just say, buyer beware! These guys don't accept returns if you open the box or try the part. Like, how are you supposed to know if the part works without trying it, am I right? And their website is all about DIY repairs, so it's not like they're only selling to professionals or anything.

So, I was trying to fix something myself and I followed their videos and stuff. I narrowed it down to two possible parts, and based on their troubleshooting videos, I ordered the one that seemed most likely. But, turns out it was the second part that was the problem, and that one was even more expensive. I didn't even use any screws or anything, it just snapped into place, but because it was snapped in, they wouldn't let me return it. And let me tell you, that part was not cheap - $185! And the replacement part, the one I actually needed, was even more expensive at $212.57 plus tax and shipping.

I tried to return it anyway, but they hit me with a 5% restocking fee and wouldn't let me return it towards the part I actually needed. It was a real expensive lesson, let me tell you. I would definitely recommend finding a different company that actually supports their customers. Don't waste your time and money with PartsDr.com.

Parts Quick and Easy Fix for Thermador Range Blower Fan with PartsDr

Our Thermador Grand commercial range was giving us trouble with the blower fan, and we were in a bind because no service technician could come out until after the holidays. So, I took matters into my own hands and searched for the blower fans on Thermador's website. I found them and ordered them from PartsDr on a Thursday. I paid extra to receive them by Monday, and to my surprise, they arrived on Friday! The blower fans were exact Bosch OEM replacements, which was a relief.

The biggest pain was pulling the range all the way out from the cabinets. Then, I removed the star screws on top of the exhaust vent and screws on the back of the range cover. After that, there were two screws on each exhaust fan cover (accessed from the back of the unit with the cover off). Finally, there were two screws on either side of the fans (accessed from the top of the unit).

When I received the parts, I noticed that the plugs looked bent, but I quickly found out that this was intentional. That's how it is to plug the cables into them. The whole job took about an hour for both fans, and now the range is working again! I had a great experience with PartsDr and highly recommend them. The key is to know exactly the part you are looking for. They have a lookup feature, but I found it easier to find the part number from the manufacturer's schematic and then order it.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience with PartsDr. They were able to get me the parts I needed quickly, and the parts were exactly what I needed. The only downside was the time it took to install the parts, but that's not their fault. I would definitely use PartsDr again in the future if I need any more parts for my appliances. Parts Disappointing Experience with Partsdr: Delayed Shipping and Poor Customer Support

I recently had an experience with Partsdr and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. I ordered a part and paid for overnight delivery on the 25th, but when I checked with FedEx, they informed me that the package had not been shipped yet. I contacted Partsdr's customer support and was assisted by Bo, who asked for my order number and promised to look into the matter.

After a few minutes, Bo informed me that the package may have been lost en-route to the first sorting facility and that they would start a lost package investigation. I was not satisfied with this response and informed Bo that FedEx had told me that Partsdr had printed the shipping label but had not arranged for the pickup. Bo tried to explain that sometimes packages get stuck on the truck or never get scanned in at the first FedEx sorting facility, but I was not convinced.

I demanded that Partsdr either replace the part or reimburse me for the order. Bo said that they could not guarantee that the part would arrive on the 30th and that they would process a refund for the order. I was not happy with this response and decided to buy the part elsewhere.

Overall, my experience with Partsdr was not a good one. While I appreciate that mistakes can happen, I feel that their customer support could have been more helpful and understanding. I would not recommend Partsdr to anyone looking for reliable and efficient service.

I ordered a couple of vent hood filters from PartsDr and all went very well until the parts arrived damaged. I refused the shipment and got a refund but only for the parts, not the shipping. The parts were poorly packaged and were damaged so they could not be used. I asked about the shipping refund and was told there was nothing wrong with the parts. I have pictures to prove the damage. Clearly no one looked at the returned parts nor does anyone care about customer satisfaction. I, the customer, had no responsibility in the packaging or shipping however I will pay the price. PartsDr did not step up and refund the shipping nor did they offer to send more filters using better packaging. This is why people use Amazon. Use PartsDr with caution, no refund on shipping even if it is their fault.

IMPRESSED. This was one of the best sites I have used when not knowing what I needed to purchase without contacting Customer Service. So user friendly. AND the prices are great. Parts Excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service! Our dishwasher stopped working and I realized it was just a problem with the control panel. Rather than pay for a service visit I just wanted to buy the new part and switch it myself. I looked around the internet for a bit and was mostly looking for a site that had reviews as I have never ordered an appliance part online before from a site I wasn't familiar with. I decided on Parts Dr. I paid for 2 day shipping and it happily arrived overnight. I had a few questions after the part arrived and they were prompt and went above and beyond on the customer service. All of the concerns I had about ordering from an unfamiliar website are now gone. They know their stuff and are taking care of their customers. I will absolutely buy from them again if I end up needing a repair that I can do myself!

I ordered a Washer Control Board from this company, it stated that the item was brand new; Yes, I paid the shipping fee and the item came right on time; Unfortunately, I did not use it because my friend gave me one of his old part that's work. So, I sent the item back to Parts Dr., Inc for a refund with my own out of pocket shipping fee. They received the item and told me that it was use so they are not going to refund me and instead ask me to pay for the shipping fee so that can send the item back to me. These company is a scam, if this is the case they sold me a use one and charge me for a branch new one. I had no problem with the refund because I will file a dispute with my credit card company to get my refund back. I just want everyone to be aware of this company and stop buy from them. If, it allow, they don't deserved one star.

Parts We have a *** side by side fridge bout 8 years old

We have a *** side by side fridge bout 8 years old. The fridge has a known poor design: The drain hole in the back of the fridge freezes up. Since water can't escape down the drain hole, it freezes on the coils forming a large clump of ice stopping the circulating fan from turning behind the evap cover. Its necessary to remove the plastic cover and styrofoam insulation to melt the ice with a hair dyer. Unfortunately I damaged the styrofoam the 3 times I had to go thru the thawing bs! The styrofoam damage is so severe, the only options were either to replaced it, or buy a new fridge for a couple of grand. Parts Dr was the only one that had the part. Thanks to them we're hoping to get a few more years out of the fridge. The price for for the plastic cover and styrofoam insulation (sold in one unit) was fair, and shipping fast! Parts Dr gets a big 5 stars from me!

Parts The repair videos first caught my attention

The repair videos first caught my attention. They were very professional, and easy to follow. Camera angles, lighting, narration...all was top notch. So after watching several of them I followed the link to the website. The website was easy to navigate, and after I plugged in the model number of my refrigerator, all of the available parts populated the screen. I went to the ice maker section where it verified the model of my refrigerator and confirmed that the ice maker I selected would fit. It also offered up the "y" clips that were talked about in the repair video. The only thing I couldn't find was the silicone sealant. Rather than wasting time searching, I started a quick chat, with one click of the mouse, and the person on the other end quickly sent me an active link to the silicone. The pricing was good and the shipping charges were as well. Assuming that all of the parts are what I expect, (I haven't received them yet), I will certainly do business with Parts Dr in the future!

Parts Scam on returns

Scam on returns. The part came with a return label; so as any other items mail ordered that come w-a label, I used the label to return the product. But a separate email with return instructions noted at the bottom not to use the label in the box. They have made the return process so detailed you don't make it to the bottom for the most important thing! So I'm out the part and $300. I spoke with customer service who was ready to tell me what I did wrong, very condescending! I thought about it and realized the part wasn't available the first part of Dec 2020, and then a few days later received and email from PartsDR saying it was in stock. Now that I see how they operate, it was most likely someone returned to the manufacture incorrectly as I did, and all of a sudden it's in stock. Good scam they got going. If this wasn't a scam, they would put the correct label in the box as other companies and not one that would totally screw you out of the product and your money. I wouldn't suggest doing business with this company.

Parts I ordered an item from the website and received it the next day

I ordered an item from the website and received it the next day. Unfortunately, there were two cracks on it. At the time of receiving the merchandise, I was working at the restaurant. I showed it to two customers at the bar and both of them didn't believe it was new. In the meantime, I found an extra receipt addressed to a third party in Maryland, leading me to doubt the item's newness. It seemed it was returned from this third party. When I called the seller, the man on the phone was rude and insisted that it was new, claiming all their items are inspected even if returned. However, the presence of a third party receipt in my package was suspicious. He claimed all their items have cracks, which I knew wasn't true. They refused to exchange the item, so I had to pay for return shipping. The refund I received was the purchase price minus shipping and a 5% restocking fee, as stated in their return policy. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

Parts I ordered an oven element which they said they had in stock on 9/27

I ordered an oven element which they said they had in stock on 9/27. I got an email later that day saying it had shipped. On Wednesday 9/29 I did a chat with them asking why it still says label created on the *** site. It said it was Louisville, Ky and I am in Indiana. Normally 1 day transit time. They said they thought it had missed a scan and would check on it and let me know.
Never heard anything and on Friday 10/1 did another chat since *** still said the same thing. Again they said they would check on it. I told them if I didn't hear from them by the end of the day, I would order it elsewhere. Later that day I had a refund from them. That was the only communication I ever got from them other than the order acknowledgement and the item had shipped email.
They wasted a week of my time trying to get this part from them.

I ordered from *** later in the day on Friday 10/1 and had it on Sunday 10/3. Yes, it was 10.00 more, but worth it to not have to waste a week waiting on it, and then have them cancel it. If you don't have it in stock, say so so we can get it somewhere else if the part is needed in a timely manner. Beware of these guys. They will never get another dime from me.

Parts I contacted PartsDr to order an ice maker for my new refrigerator

I contacted PartsDr to order an ice maker for my new refrigerator. I spoke with Beau/Bo. After providing the entire model number off of the refrigerator, I ordered what he told me was compatible. After receiving it, it was not compatible. I requested a refund and was told I had to pay shipping charges to send it back. I did, and was issued a refund for the ice maker only, not the shipping amount that I was charged with my order. After thinking more about this I regretted that I agreed to pay for the return shipping and should have fought this. I just called and Beau/Bo answered my call. He claims that he also told me that the wires might need to be spliced and/or and adapter kit was also needed. This is not true. If he had told me that I would have asked to order the adapter kit. Additionally, when I called about sending the ice maker back I explained that I spoke with someone named Beau or Brody who told me this was the correct one and to check their call log. I was told they had no record of my call and suggested I called from a different number. Nope, I only have one phone. He never even acknowledge that there is a Beau/Bo that works there. Buyer beware, if they advise you what to order and turns out its not right, understand that they won't take responsibility and pick up the cost to return and give you a full refund.

Parts Buyer Beware!

Buyer Beware! Caution to using PartsDr online. I opted for 'Next Day' shipping with additional fees. As soon as I received the Tracking #, I contacted PartsDr with the obvious error. Pkg was shipped STANDARD shipping, but PartsDr charged me for expedited fees. I immediately submitted an email inquiry as well as phone call to their 800#. 'Nick informed me if I wanted to know their response to my inquiry, I had to check my email. He refused to offer any assistance over the phone, wished me "a good day", then hung up. Their response was for me to let them know after the pkg was delivered and they would see about a partial credit I requested a full shipping credit. I notified of pkg delivery, they immediately processed a $9.00 credit (difference of Next Day and 2nd Day). But two day deliver was actually STANDARD shipping. The Carrier label validates it was shipped STANDARD yet Parts Dr up charges me for an unnecessary Shipping charge. I should have read the other complaints before using PartsDr. I will never again. The unprofessional and indifferent Customer Service I experience should cause any reader to think twice before giving PartsDr your card# and business. Lastly, both Nick's and Chris' polished and canned replies to my inquiries makes me think my situation is more the Norm than exception for PartsDr.? Let's hope the actual part is correct and work. If not, I'll be eating the $250 cost and taking my business elsewhere.

So, I recently ordered a part from PartsDr and unfortunately, it arrived damaged. I was pretty bummed out about it, but what really got me frustrated was how difficult it was to return the item. I mean, come on, it's not like I purposely ordered a damaged part.

Honestly, I wish I had read some reviews before using their site. It would have saved me a lot of hassle. But, you live and you learn, right?

I will say, there are plenty of other similar appliance shops out there that I could have used. So, if you're thinking about using PartsDr, maybe do some research first.

Overall, I'm not too impressed with my experience with PartsDr. Hopefully, they can improve their return process in the future.

I bought a part for my fridge from Partsdr, but it turned out to be the wrong one. I tried to return it, but they wouldn't give me a return authorization. I was pretty bummed out about it, but I didn't want to waste any more time or money trying to get it sorted out. So, I just chucked the part in the trash and moved on with my life. I recently had an experience with Partsdr (partsdr.com) and I have to say, I was not impressed. I had purchased some parts from them in hopes of fixing a problem I was having with my appliance. However, when I received the parts and tried them out, they didn't seem to do the trick.

Now, I understand that sometimes parts don't work and that's just a part of the process. But what really bothered me was that Partsdr wouldn't take the parts back. I mean, how am I supposed to know if the parts will work if I can't even try them out? It just seems like a waste of money to me.

I did some research and found that I could have easily found the same parts on Amazon or eBay, and those companies have much better return policies. I mean, it's 2023, get with the program Partsdr!

Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with Partsdr. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and I hope they go out of business soon. Amazon is the way to go, they'll take anything back!

So, I had a bit of a problem with Partsdr.com. I ordered a part that cost about $100, but unfortunately it didn't work for my needs. When I tried to return it, they wouldn't cover the shipping costs, even though it wasn't my fault that the part didn't work out. I was pretty disappointed with their customer service, too. They weren't very helpful when I tried to explain the situation to them.

To make matters worse, the cost of return shipping was $89! That's almost as much as the part itself. When I expressed my frustration to the customer service rep, they told me that a lot of people end up having to sell their parts back on eBay. That just seems so sad to me.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend shopping on Partsdr.com. If you're looking for parts, I'd suggest checking out Amazon instead. They have a much better return policy and their customer service is usually pretty helpful.

I paid for 1 day shipping on Partsdr.com, but unfortunately, the package was delayed. I was really disappointed because UPS has an air 1 day guarantee, but this company wouldn't refund the guarantee shipping cost. I think it's really dishonorable to not put the customers first. I mean, they would get a refund from UPS, so why not pass that on to the customer? It just doesn't make sense to me.

I've decided that I won't be purchasing from Partsdr.com anymore. I think it's important to deal with a company that values their customers and puts them first. It's a shame because I've had good experiences with them in the past, but this incident has really left a bad taste in my mouth.

Overall, I would caution anyone who is considering purchasing from Partsdr.com to think twice. While they may have good products, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. It's just not worth the risk of dealing with a company that doesn't prioritize their customers.

So, I had a bit of a rough time with Partsdr. I ordered a part from them, but when it arrived, it was the wrong one! And get this, the box had the right part number on it! Can you believe that? I was pretty upset, as you can imagine.

But then, when I tried to return the part, they made it really difficult for me. I had to jump through all sorts of hoops just to get them to accept the return. It was a real pain in the neck.

But, after a lot of back and forth, they finally agreed to refund my purchase. So, I guess that's something.

Parts Terrible Return Policy: My Experience with Partsdr

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Partsdr. Their return policy is just plain awful. They claim to have a "no hassle" return policy, but let me tell you, that's just not true. The fine print basically says that you can't get your money back. And if you try to return a product, whether it's been installed or not, they'll just arbitrarily say that it's "been inspected" and that you can't get a refund.

It's really frustrating, because I thought I was getting a good deal on a part that I needed for my car. But when it arrived, it turned out to be the wrong one. So I tried to return it, and that's when I found out about their terrible policy. They wanted me to pay AGAIN to have it shipped back, or they would just keep it and not give me a refund.

I mean, come on. That's just not right. I understand that they need to protect themselves from fraud or whatever, but this is just ridiculous. I won't be shopping with Partsdr again, and I would definitely caution anyone else who's thinking about it.

I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Partsdr. The parts they sell are not very good and their customer service is not great either. If you have a problem with a part, they won't give you a refund or let you return it. They'll just tell you that you did something wrong. It's not worth your time or money to buy from them. The reason their parts are so cheap is because they're selling junk. Don't make the same mistake I did and buy from Partsdr.

Refusing to refund for a part that was never used. Same problem as already described. HORRIBLE customer service, which seems to be comprised of 1 person only, Nick. Purchased a part, that was not working, they sent a replacement part, which was not used at all, because we ended up purchasing a new range. When we called for return authorization, they said they couldn't refund because it was the 2nd one that was sent. How can a place do business like this, its just like stealing consumers money. You place an order with a company, Putting your trust in them , believing they gave integrity, but definitely not this company. Had I read the reviews prior to ordering, I would have never ordered with them. It seems that it's a common practice for them .

Bought a motor for my fridge from parts dr. They shipped the motor in a padded envelope, it has shaft that pertrudes. The shaft was sticking out of the bag when I received it. I installed it and it was making noise. It was damaged because it was poorly shipped. They are saying they can't do anything for me. How would I know it's broken until I installed it? This company hasn't been helpful at all and won't even admit they packed the motor poorly. I found one locally and installed that one because it took them forever to mail it in the first place. Parts I bought a dishwasher control board for a certain amount on July 15

I bought a dishwasher control board from them on July 15, for an undisclosed amount. We really needed a new dishwasher so instead of waiting for the part to come in we bought a new dishwasher and threw out the old one. When the part arrived, I opened the box to inspect it and only handled it to return it. I then incurred a shipping cost to return the part as advised. Now I've been informed via email that I can't be refunded because the part appears used. If true, they sold me a previously installed part. I want a refund for a useless part, but customer support suggested I sell it elsewhere, refusing a refund. This level of customer service and deceit is unprecedented in my experience.

I bought a part from part dr. I was able to fix the appliance without using the part. I never used or installed the part, so I started the return process according to the companies stated return policy. The company received the part and are now claiming that they can see "evidence" that it's been installed and are refusing to refund me the money. Since I know I never installed it, they're either - 1: lying about it (seems likeliest as a standard scammy practice to refuse refunds. Many other complaints about this for this company) 2: sent me a used part to begin with or 3: got it mixed up with another part in their warehouse. However, the reason is irrelevant to me. I complied with everything and expect my refund.

Earlier this month I went on parts doctor.com website. None of their parts had a picture and the description for what I needed said door assembly. I paid $*** for it and they sent me the inside grill to the microwave which is not called the door assembly because I talked to their customer service people. So in order for me to get a refund on my money I have to ship it back and it's gonna cost almost as much as the price for the part. Parts I purchased a part for a damaged oven

I purchased a part for a damaged oven. They sent me a damaged part. Now they will not offer a refund or a replacement unless I send a photo of the serial number and part number of my oven. I am able to send them a photo of the oven and also the part number, but I cannot get a photo of the serial number on the oven because the oven is at my rental property which is 650 miles away. My housekeeper will not be back to the vacant property for 3-4 weeks. The part was $*** plus about $*** shipping. I have explained this situation no less than 4-5 times through emails and also their chat. All they do is say "we need the serial number and part number of your appliance" It's almost as if they are digital robots. They don't do anything other than that. I called on their phone number, but nobody will answer to help.

I bought a product. What I received was not the right product, so I wanted to exchange it. It wasn't even out of the plastic. You have to get "permission" to return an item. I couldn't get them to even acknowledge my calls and messages until I finally gave up and bought what I needed elsewhere. I left a message on their *** page. I just wanted to swap it for the right part. If they don't do returns, then fine, say that. They wasted my money and time. The whole thing felt shady, to boot.

I was told that I needed a control board. I ordered two. One from another supplier and one from you. I installed the one from the other supplier and that didn't fix the problem. I sent you your part back. I didn't even open the box. I sent it to you just like you sent it to me, unopened. You claimed the part was installed. You are being dishonest and unfair. You stated the board was factory sealed. If that were true, you would know the part was not installed. You then mentioned you will send it for a secondary inspection and later claimed it was installed. Your actions are questionable. Now it is a matter of principle. I will find every way to let everyone know that your company is not respectable but rather deceitful.

I ordered a refrigerator part from the company at about 8 PM and found out two hours later that the refrigerator had other problems and wasn't worth repairing. At 11 PM I sent an email asking that they cancel the order. They did not cancel the order and in the morning I got an email saying they shipped the part, with a status of a label had been created. I asked if they would at least cancel the shipment. They refused, saying they didn't have the ability to stop the shipment. I contacted the shipping company and they said the shipper did have the ability to cancel the shipment. I again contacted Parts Dr and they refused to cancel the shipment and the shipping company cut me off.

I second all complaints before me. Business refuse to issue refund, hiding behind unreasonable and draconian return policy that is misleading since in effect for most customers there is no option to return when they conduct normal business which include trying out the product, yet wishing to return it in complete new workable condition. Further more, customer need to pay for shipping back the product only to learn that they are not going to get refund and giving the "option" to ship the product back to them at their expense. Why would I want a product that did not fit my needs and spend more money on it? Turns that either you use the product or forget about your money and the product in many cases since you don't want to spend more money on something you don't need. Very bad, unfair and not reasonable business.

I order a part for a washing machine on 4/1. I paid $*** for over night shipping. As of 4/7 I have yet to receive my package. I spoke with the carrier and confirmed that Parts Dr DID NOT send my package overnight but instead sent it regular ground even though I paid for overnight. The carrier has since put a trace on my package as they cannot locate it. I contacted Parts DR via chat asking them to refund just the shipping cost since I did not get what I paid for. They have refused to do so until I receive my package and then the will discuss a "possible " refund. Poor customer service. Seems to be a trend for them

An online company refuses to issue a refund for a purchase. A washer door latch was bought, but my husband indicated it was the incorrect component. We covered the cost to return the part. The retailer, Parts Dr, claims the part was used, which is untrue. After numerous back-and-forth emails, they've offered to send the part back to me at my expense. However, I have no use for the wrong part and simply seek a refund. I've decided to never patronize this online store again and intend to file a complaint about my experience. Disappointments like this would not have occurred with a more reputable establishment.

After they received it they emailed me claiming the part had been installed, this is completely false, i never even opened the part outside of slipping in the return form and taping it back up for shipping, after speaking with 2 different people there they refuse to issue my refund and want me to pay for shipping again so the can ship me back the part or throw it away.

I received a Mainboard from Parts Dr after an appliance repair technician informed me that the part was needed to repair my appliance. After receiving the mainboard, the technician was removing microwave parts to complete the repair and found a bad switch which was replaced, fixing the appliance. I attempted to return the unused main board and was informed it would not be returned, claiming it had been installed. I was assured by the repair technician that it had not been installed. I have now been charged for the original part plus shipping, shipping charges to return the part to Part Dr., and shipping charges to send the part back to me a second time. After reading multiple similar complaints and negative reviews about this company and their return practices, I have concluded that this is a typical and common unethical practice from Parts Dr.

I ordered a control board for my dryer, and before the part arrived in the mail, my friend gave me his dryer. So I didn't need to repair mine anymore, and upon receiving the part started the return request process. I followed the instructions listed on the company's return request form and followed them to the letter. I then received a email from them saying that there is evidence I installed a part that I literally never touched. I was within my window of return time after purchase, didn't attempt to install, plug in or screw screws into ANY part of the control board I ordered. I find it completely appalling that a company that claims to be a legitimate business, does this to their customers. I feel as though I have been robbed.

This company delivered a package to my front door and I still do not have it. I called about the issue, but it wasn't resolved. On 4/16, I was suppose to get a part for a dryer o ordered. The part was not delivered to me even though it says it was left at my front door. I called the company and they basically lied like they contacted *** in regards to this issue and that was a LIE. *** had no knowledge about them contacting them. This company is a *** and have *** customer service skills. Also, I was told by the worker at partsdr that they said the *** driver said he left it at my leasing office and someone signed for it. That was a lie . My leasing office was closed and had been closed since this pandemic. Also, the tracking information doesn't show it being signed for or even been dropped at leasing office. This company needs to be shut down for their practices and lies.

Ordered a control board and a coil filter. Neither part was ever used, and returned to Parts Dr in the same packaging and condition it was sent to me. Neither part was ever used, and returned to Parts Dr in the same packaging and condition it was sent to me.The control board was not event he correct controller board for my refrigerator. I returned the both products int he same condition and packaging as they where sent to me. In working with the company to return the products I was told the part was used and I would not be refunded. I am not sure of their business practices, and I now feel like this is how they scam people. Send out the wrong part, stating it was new from manufacturer, then state it was used. I cannot use a part that is not correct and does not have the correct PIN connections for the part it would have been replacing in the first place. The company has taken the stance that it prefers to scam customers by sending out the wrong part then stating wrong part was used when it was never used and couldnt be used as it was the wrong part!

Parts Ordered a part for my oven, repairman said it's not the issue, I never installed it

Ordered a part for my oven, repairman said it's not the issue, I never installed it. Parts Dr says I did and are not granting a refund. I ordered a part for my oven after reading some similar diagnostic issues online. I also called a technician. I never installed the part, the technician diagnosed my oven problem and said this part would not fix it, it's something else. I filled out a return request and shipped the part back to them at my expense. Order #: *** part number ***. Once receiving the part, they accused me of installing it, saying there was evidence it had been tried or installed. I've caught them in more than one lie in email exchanges as they said it was shipped to me in factory packaging, in fact it was not. It was shipped loose simply wrapped in bubble wrap. If this part had been installed or tried, it was done so before I received it. There are similar complaints online and on the Complaintsboard.com reviews of them refusing returns and accusing people of installing parts. I simply want a refund, I have already spent shipping costs 2 ways and I'm tired of playing games. If they refuse every return, they should simply state all sales are final.
