My parcel was on hold
Please check my parcel [protected]. It have been two times my parcel was onhold out of business hours. Even though that day wasn't weekend. Do they want to keep my parcel damage because a long day onhold? It have been many times using this courrier and their services getting worse and worse.
Desired outcome: Even I give my opinions, they wouldn't hear me though.

Hi J&T express, one of my parcels were arrived at Sabah Gateway on 19 august 2021 and then suddenly my parcel were on hold on 19 august because of a natural disaster and until now my parcel has no news or update . the information still the same . Please help me track the parcels asap . Tq

Inefficiency of personnel updating the whereabouts of parcel
I am a regular customer of J&T but I am disappointed of the work habits and professionalism of your staff at Rosario La Union Ware House situated at Brgy Subusub, Rosario La Union. The Parcel was departed to Calumpit Bulacan on August 23, 2021 at 20:02:25 and was arrived at Urdaneta City on August 24, 2021 8:33:43 Urdaneta City Ware house transited the said parcel on the same day at 10:51:30 therefore Urdaneta has only 2 hours to records all the parcel for transit. Considering the distance between Urdaneta and Rosario La Union is only 30 mins travel how come that as of this writing August 25, 2021 8:35 almost 24 hours past Rosario La Union warehouse has not yet updated its records if the parcels have been received by them or not. Need to pick up my own parcel at other location
At around 5.40 pm. I receive call from your runner [protected] to pick up parcel at klinik kesihatan sungai burung balik pulau. I had some argument with the rider as other runner can deliver the parcel at my doorstep. I guide them and they can deliver the parcel safely. But this rider just use bus station as a hub and call the other customer to go there and pick up the parcel. There several people came afterwards and you can refer my attachment for your reference.
Ps : this rider is creative but he should put the talent elsewhere instead.
Desired outcome: You should discipline your rider. The rider should do what he had been paid for!
A complain about J&T’s Riders/Drivers
The rider/driver that I was expecting the whole day just marked me, the buyer, as "unresponsive" even though I was expecting their call the entire time. Never once have I turned off nor let go of my phone because I was expecting them to contact me, but nothing happened. And the delivery that was supposed to take place, never did.

document refused
The incident happened today 24th August 2021 at about 3:30 pm, and branch location is in B. Mendoza St. City of San Fernando, Pampanga. No transaction actually transpired since my document, which was a sealed CANCELLED cheque, was refused for mailing. To my dismay, the staff explained that it is the company's policy to accept BLANK CHEQUES only which to my mind, must be a more solid "NO!NO!" as this can be subject to tampering. But cancelled checks of no financial value, essentially garbage, which was just requested by my client to be sent back to him, was turned down for processing? I don't get it. If you can clarify me of your policies or be open to changing this policy, as implied, I will appreciate your action. I headed to LBC instead, and there were no qualms whatsoever.

Beli item through shopee. Seller post out sangat cepat and perjalanan untuk nampak cepat. Dekat tracking, item dah sampai hub berdekatan on 21/8 tapi why it is on hold sampai harini 24/8? Kalau hari esok tu delivered boleh terima lagi or kalau item tu memang belum sampai hub berdekatan. I dont know what's the purpose of holding item macam tu like hantar jela lol. Very very bad service

Km. 6, la trinidad, benguet branch. Ung taga receive dun ng padala sabi dati sakin hindi sila pwede magreceive ng parcel na nakaclose kaya bawal sila magbigay nung plastic, kasi nagkaissue daw lately na may drugs na pinadala. Kaya need na i-inspect daw muna. Tapos kanina, pinasingit niya ung kakilala niya tapos closed pa ung parcel na tinanggap niya. Sabi ko bawal un diba pero ang sagot sakin okay lang kasi kakilala daw niya.

After 2 week on hold.. Last you all update delivery dekat tong sampah korang kan. Parcel damage ke.. Tak damage. Your responsibility to send the parcel to owner.. N we decide what we need to do with our parcel. Without call. N you all just update delivery to klangjaya 603 because parcel damage. Where is your responsibility? You all suppose to delivery in 3 days. But you all hold that parcel until 2 week. Paling sakit hati, barang tu mak den yang post. Wait and wait but I got nothing. Dah kalau korang tak boleh nak delivery, kasi je la kami self pick up. Bila kami nak self pick up korang tak kasi. Kami dah la bayar postage mahal2 tapi habuk pun tak dapat.
Satu lagi parcel pun masih on hold. Bila nak delivery.2 week dah korang on hold. Nak yang tu damage gak ke😠baru nak update system delivery la bagai.Ingat barang yg kami beli tu guna daun ke.. Please la buat keje korang elok2. Where your promises to delivery our thing in 2 or 3 days?

Held my parcel for too long
Why my parcel is very late delivery? AWB :[protected]. Is it your staff lie to customer and just simply put reason bad weather and office not operating? This parcel should send to my house. Late system tracking update/ Delay delivery
Statement from seller claim J&T courier service staff already pickup the parcel on 9/8/21, but as per check their tracking system, the parcel only updated on 14/8/21 via their tracking system.
That is already an issue, misconduct by staff
Due to parcel arrival is on 20/8/21, and today is 24/8/21
As per check the parcel they collect from the seller is still and same place J&T Transit Bukit Bintang and still not moving.
On that particular place already makes delay, as we know of course the parcel will not directly send to me since im at selangor so the parcel need to be transit to my area hub so after that only they can assign a guy to send .
