Customer service terlalu slow, even saya vip pun saya kena beratur lama. Bukan ke sepatutnya vip hanya print kan sahaja tracking number and takperlu nak key segala bagai benda. Then dah beratur sampai que kena sidai lagi. Nampak remeh tapi tiap hari berlaku, staff dkt situ pun kena main peranan bila ramai customer. Manager pun nak kena kawal keadaan, takkan la nak biar customer beratur panjang tapi sama je still slow sangat mcm ada sorang je depan mata dia. Yg saya boleh ckp sebelum ni bukan mcm ni, maybe attitude staff di situ.
My postage item still stuck at johor
My 2 item that has been sent by seller supposed arrive today. But i got only one while the other parcel are still at batu pahat! How can it be like that? 2 parcel from 1 seller, but only 1 received. Please jnt don't be dumb
Bad service
My item have delivery at 28/1/2021 from kenanga, kuala lumpur. Until now 2/2/2021 I didn't get my item. I'm businesswoman. The item I didn't receive until now are my stock for selling. Yesterday I went to j&t bandar rasa to get my item. The clerk say they will delivery today 2/2/2021. I'm very angry because my item have been store in j&t store for 4 days. The amount of charges need to pay same. This didn't unfair for me because of your bad service I loss 2 day to sell the item.
Why J&T some are slow and late to deliver ? J&T penang and perak likewise take almost 3 day to deliver my order at my address but only 1-2 days for order from J&T kuala lumpur and selangor . Please retrieve my order ASAP and deliver it immediately . J&T before efficient in handling delivery but now seem like zombie, lively but slow . Management, CS dept, warehousing and delivery should take responsible together in this case and issue that related to J&T service . Don't too boasting about low rate charge and super speed delivery but actually had some stupidity in the operation and management that unsolved . Even CS dept at HQ had bot repeating same script and some branch even can't unreachable, only dropped off the call . Promise the fast delivery but still need waiting like hope the moon fall from sky, some but not all delivery . I also saw at Twitter, FB and Google about mogok in Perak ; if that true that truly not so professional for J&T which had good reputation established among their client but if that false, they should also improve and innovate the method of their courier delivery . Don't only favor and improve some J&T delivery area but other area was unimproved and had shabby service . Please be wholesome in youe service from management at top until delivery at bottom . If the issue had not resolved and client / customer complaint not replied in fast correctional action way, should be adapted the downsizing of J&T business scope to only J&T favorite area . Other delivery area can be benefited by other great competitive courier service . Let J&T profit reduced to only that delivery area so not causing more complaint and issue in their service and performance . Sorry for long complaint and opinion . Just become hated to J&T because my parcwl should arrive today but stuck on their hub since arrive at hub from 3 morning . Crazy eventhough that hub located in Kampar only, which only take in 5 hour to Kulim . Kulim is where my parcel should be destined to arrive . Before this I had also make order from Butterworth and it took 3 days from Butterworth to Kulim, eventhough so close and closer than Kampar to Kulim . Other my parcel from KL and Selangor weirdly reach me in only 1 day even that KL and Selangor most far from Butterworth and Kampar in distance to Kulim . 😠😡🤬 so stupid . GO TO HELL, R.I.P J&T . In my opinion .

My important document still stuck in klang. I dont what happens there. I numerous times calling your support line but to no avail. Please speed up your delivery as promise. Please speed up my document TRACKING [protected]. I need to process my insurance claim as soon as possible. This delay promote further process from my insurance company. Saya dah berapa kali terkena dengan J&T. I wonder if dorang hire despatch luar untuk delivery barang for certain area. Despatch update di Shopee barang dah sampai, tapi personal whatsapp kata tak sempat deliver on that day. Nak jaga KPI pun but at least response atau personally update barang dah dihantar ke belum. Kalau dah update delivered kat Shopee, then kita nak complain barang tak sampai bukan salah Shopee or seller pun sebab barang memang dah diproses. Boleh improve tak masalah ni? Menyusahkan kami sebagai pelanggan! Despatch kurang bertanggungjawab!

Cyberjaya operating hours
Im fauzi. I came to j&t cyberjaya on 1st february 2021 at 7.43pm. You can check your cctv. But staff at j&t cyberjaya refuse to accept my parcel. I only bring 1 (one) parcel but they refuse to received my parcel.
Actually I come and drive as fast as I can from putrajaya to drop my parcel because I already googled j&t cyberjaya operation hours is 8am until 8pm. But I came in front of the counter at 7.43pm but they refuse to take my parcel with the reason they are busy.
My question is, why you put your closing time 8pm of I can't make it until 8pm. Do you and your staff even give a think what cost, time someone have to spend just to come to your counter in time. Before your closing time. I also make many calls to j&t cyberjaya at [protected] but no answer at all. If I know, your counter n staff refuse to take my parcel at 7.43pm I won't go to the counter n drive away from putrajaya just to drop the parcel.

Better don’t use their service right now, my parcel stuck at the Hub station on hold for 5 days never dispatch out for delivery, call and ask them only mentioned high volumes of parcels, many people complaining of their parcel mostly stuck there for a week, some even 2 weeks.

Please check my item that has stuck for almost 2 days at ldc kota permai 602. Dah la lembab, 5 hari dah post dari jb tp masih belum sampai ke rumah. I received my package without the item in it. the parcel seemed like someone made a hole and stole the item. I've contacted the seller and they really did post the item.. Why is this unprofessional servives is happening? I am really furious because the staff is suppose to be responsible!

J&T is rubbish nowdays.. Don't onhold customer parcel for days.. There's thousand of parcel everyday so upgrade ur manpower.. Hire more staff so that ur work won't stuck.. It's a good courier company at 1st but now it seem getting worse and worsen.. Holding customer parcel for so many day's with the reason tak cukup staff.. Then hire more staff.. Don't stingy on giving staff commission because they deserve it.. At least ur parcel won't stuck and adding each day.. Keep ur company name good.. Frustrated customer..

After my consignment despatch out from JHR999, there are nowhere to go? 22Jan my both parcel was departed from JHR999 to JHR323. But it's been almost a week both of them is not arriving Parit Raja? A very rude rider that called up the recipient causing the recipient felt threatened.
I called up the rider as per the details provided in Shopee as he is responsible for delivering 3 of my parcels. During the call, I provided the wrong address. He said there is nothing to deliver to that apartment. Feeling something is not right, I said then I'll have to 'report the matter to shopee'.
The meaning of reporting is to report on loss parcel.
Before reporting, I went to check on the delivery address. Having confirmed the delivery address, I message your rider again. This time, providing the order number and the correct address. Your rider replied through WhatsApp that it has been received by my friend.
The matter should have been laid to rest. However, your rider couldn't do as such and had made a call to me and rudely blabbing away accusing me for providing the wrong address yet I wanted to complain to Shopee.
I explained to him that I did not use the word 'complain'. Instead, I used the word 'report'. As mentioned, my intention is to report on parcel loss. Even with my explanation to him, your rider refused to accept and persistently said I used the word 'complain' and my intention is to complain. He sounded very harsh like he is looking for a fight. He even asked me to listen to what he have to say.
I am now very concerned with my well being as your rider knew my house address and also my future purchase through Shopee using J&T delivery which might be recognised and purposefully damage by your rider.
As much as I am concerned and as many feedbacks I read through Shopee stating how poor J&T services are, I do not intend to cause a person loosing his mode of income at such a difficult time in Malaysia.
I do hope that J&T could look into this matter, improve, provide customer service training for your staff, set-up a system to rate your riders service, establish & adhere to strict operation SOP.
Please note that I will be holding J&T responsible if I am harmed or hurt by your rider for whatever reason your rider may have.

Delay on delivery
I have placed my order in shopee on 21/1/2021 but my parcel was wrongly sorted out to a wrong place for 2 days. It delay the delivery to a correct destination. The parcel now is nowhere to be found for 2 days. I called the customer service to ask why the parcel is not moving. Called several times without answer then when I tried to call again, the call ended immediately! How can I know now the parcel is moving to the correct destination? When we will receive the parcel?! We are in need to use the item for school learning!
