I'm complaining about delivery service
- Delivery of goods exceeds the scheduled delivery time.
- My parcel did not arrive until now from the date given, stuck in MIRi and no progress until now
- Hopefully get any feedback or information about my parcels and this never happens against

Parcel on hold at branch J&T CDC AMPANG JAYA 302
This is the tracking no. [protected].
Parcel was sent out on 7 May and according to tracking, it arrived at J&T CDC AMPANG JAYA 302 on 8 Aug at time 9.11pm.
Status in J&T tracking shows ON HOLD and reason is OUT OF DROPPOING BUSINESS HOUR.
But today is already Tue, working day and status is not updated yet.
The branch published tel no. was not in working condition (cant contact them) and not even J&T it self.
I have read a lot of google review about this branch which is prone to holding parcels and other bad services.

Kelewatan & kerosakan barang yang dihantar
Merujuk kepada consignment no : [protected]. Pada 7/5/21, saya pergi ke J&T Express untuk membuat penghantaran barang dari Pekan, Pahang ke Klang, Selangor. Keesokan hari saya menyemak status penghantaran, menunjukkan bahawa parcel saya sudah tiba di Port Klang (8th May 2021). Tetapi, pada 8/5/21 tidak sampai hantar ke tempat yang dituju. Sebaliknya, melalui J&T tracking no menunjukkan "On Hold - Out of droppoint' business hour" pada 8/5/201 & 9/5/2021. Barang ini dipegang di Port Klang selama dua hari.
Pada 10/5/2021, I cuba membuat panggilan ke pelanggan perkhidmatan, I berjaya bercakap dengan agent perkhidmatan. Saya melaporkan masalah yang dihadapi, agent memberitahu akan cuba menghantar barang pada 10/5/21. Pada hari yang sama, barang dah sampai.
Tetapi, barang yang dihantar sudah rosak dan busuk. Di samping itu, I sertakan gambar yang menunjukkan barang.
Berharap pihak J&T dapat memberi sebab kelewatan penghantaran barang dapat pampasan terhadap barang yang sudah rosak.
Berharap Pihak J&T dapat memberi penjelasan terhadap kelewatan dan pampasan kerosakan barang.

I went to J&T Express to courier a parcel from Selangor to Sarawak on the 5th May 2021. Next day I check the status it shows the parcel is at Klang (6th May 2021) already. Then the update keep remaining on 6th May 2021 until today.
Then I go to their website and find the little "Live Chat". It's like robot. Not user friendly.
Anyway, I hope they can send my parcel to recipient as soon as possible
Item not received and park at j&t puchong taman perindustrian without notice
My item has been park at j&t taman perindustrian puchong since 4th may 2021... Today already 10th may 2021... Item not yet deliver and call their number few times never pickup..
This branch so terrible... At least please respond ur phone call... Better cut ur phone line if dont know how to use.. Thaank you.
Courier Service
I went to J&T Express to courier a parcel from Ipoh to Penang on the 6th May 2021. Next day I check the status it shows the parcel is at Kuala Muda (7th May 2021) already. Then the update keep remaining on 7th May 2021 until today.
Then I go to their website and find the little "Live Chat". It's like robot. Not user friendly.
I did call to their customer service, both numbers also very difficult to call thru. 80% were "busy" signals. Finally I called thru and talked the customer service. After I tell them my problem, we straight away asked for photos of the parcel and items inside. I assumed the customer service is gonna put my case into lost parcel case and close file. This is NOT PROFESSIONAL. At least you give a call to the location and ask them to check whether got leftover or not. Then only put into Lost Parcel Case.
Anyway, I hope they can improve this and find out and send my parcel to recipient as soon as possible

I will raised this concern/issue to the head. This is to inform you regarding your JNT LAMITAN-BRANCH w a very bad/poor customer service experienced. I am a regular customer of JNT Express since 2019 here in Manila Ph. I've trusted JNT Express so much because my parcel hasn't deliver to long, they deliver it right away once it arrives at their branch that's the best thing of choosing JNT Express. I really trust JNT Express before and until now pa naman po. But suddenly, this Lamitan-Branch has a really bad and poor customer service this was happened May 8, 2021. One of the courier of this Branch is a lier named
(Omar Cabbeh), the courier reported that my receiver was unavailable that time date May 8, 2021. On behalf of my receiver it is not true because my receiver wasn't leave the house that day because she was expecting her delivery that day. My receiver once told me that its happened for many times if the rider is neglected they really don't deliver it to the receiver. I texted the courier that night May 8, 2021 at 9:11PM asking him why he didn't deliver the parcel of my receiver because badly need the parcel because my receiver will going to use what she bought to me on Eid'l Fitr day. But suddenly this issue came up, the rider replied to me that night. Please see printscreen below! I feel humiliated on my part because I've encountered a more than of hundreds of JNT rider but this one is different, they don't know how to handle customer complain. Yes! Really, they are! Later that night around 9:36PM the admin of the Lamitan-Branch called to me saying that my concern was raised to her by the courier. The admin of the branch explained to me everything and I also seek a help from her because i'm counting on her. If she can tell the rider to please deliver the parcel of my receiver tomorrow morning May 9, 2020 she said that there is no problem with that. She also said that she will priority my request, and I also told here that I have more than 10parcels to arrived that day May 9, 2020 I even send to her all my waybill no. to please monitor all of my parcel and to please do not RTS any of my parcel coming from me, because the rider of this branch once they feel neglected they really don't deliver the packages to the receiver and thats the problem with that Branch. Around 3pm in the afternoon May 9, 2021 my receiver texted me that the delivery rider wasn't there pa po and its already 3pm in the afternoon. The admin of the Branch once told me that their cut-off is every 4pm in the afternoon. I told right away my receiver to just go to the branch for her to be able to get her parcel because its already 3pm in the afternoon they might RTS it once the delivery is unsuccessful. I texted the admin of the branch right away about the situation, the admin called to me and talked to me in a sarcastic way she even shouted at me and she hung-up the phone right away. What a shame! The admin of this branch has a short temper.
What kind of employee's/customer service this branch had? I am very upset, Yes very very upset.
I'm a Single mom who worked 24/7 to feed my two babies because I was just giving a birth last month.
Do I deserve to get this kind of treatment? I loved my customer's I worked a lot even I was just giving birth, to get the satisfaction of my customers and this thing came up.
I'm hoping to not get this kind of treatment again.
On my behalf please train well and educate your employees at this branch (Lamitan-Branch) and teach them the proper way of handling customer service.

Box totally damaged including the item inside. Even though been properly wrapping and with fragile stickers.
Customer received Damaged item, and now customer requests refund.
Had used j&t services many times. But this time is not acceptable.

Very bad service, agreed to let me collect parcel but they said only 2 staff to search parcel? KIDDING ME? It's an urgent parcel for Mother's Day and has been sent out since 6th of May.

But this time, my parcel still stucked at J&T drop point even seller already passed it on 4th May 2021. I used my office address as the destination. However, my office will be closed in 2 days due to current MCO in Kuala Besut until 20th May 2021. I need it urgently as I'm going back to my hometown during this shut down!
