J&T Express Complaint case: inconvenient operation in the centre 2-days (2021.04.14-15) bukit jalil, with 2 counter

Day-1, 2:30pm
I went to the centre, only to find out that the counter wouldn't assist to key in delivery details, and insist that i need to key in the details online myself, even that I'm a VIP customer account holder, and the centre doesn't have customer other than me at that moment. And to my surprise, when I log in to my account with my iPhone, the sidebar has covered the whole page, and I can't key in any details...

My usual routine is that I prepared the package, then head to the centre for the measurements and the delivery details, then made payment.

Day-2, 12pm
Second attempt. We tried to key in ourself last night and put in the "list" in our online account. 3 delivery with one to Sarawak. As an example, the system showed RM20 for the Sarawak package for 1.5kg. (Personal account is RM19 at 1.5kg, why?)

When arrived at the centre, no customer. We asked again regarding the key in online, they said our agent should have inform us regarding the new procedure requirement. We said we didn't receive any notification. But this time the counter said: actually if you're in a hurry, we can assist to key in, I told your friend yesterday. But in reality, they only told us to key in ourself, and didn't give us any other option yesterday, so she was lying to my colleague!

So we requested them to assist to key in, the counter said they can't key in to our account unless they have our password. We're in deep confuse as previously they always help us key in without any problem, nor that they need our account password to do so?

After our account is login at the centre, the account doesn't showed what we have key in under the "list". The counter said it was because we didn't made the "order"...

When key in the measurements, they inserted the Sarawak package as 2.5kg, which is not the same as ours, and cost us RM31, which i calculate myself just RM20. We requested them to remeasure the weight but they refuse. Then another j&t personnel came in and explain that the difference amount is due to the dimension and not the weight. To be fare, I'm good with the dimension requirement, but my problem is that I wanted to confirm the weight of the package, and to confirm that whether it's my weight meter broken or not, but they refuse to do so. So, we've paid for RM31.

Overall, as one of J&T VIP customer, we don't have much benefit other than the delivery fee is a bit lower than the walk-in customer, which we don't have points to cumulate for discount neither. And, furthermore, we can get lower delivery price if we use other platform for J&T service. So being J&T VIP customer doesn't has much advantages. This should not be how a company dealing with their loyal customer.

Finally, our agent Lloyd is doing a great job solving all our problems and answering all our questions efficiently. The centre blame the agent for not notifying us about the operation changes is not fair, as I've ask Lloyd that there's no announcement showed that the new procedure is for all customer including VIP customer to compulsory key in delivery details our own.

So, we're complaining regarding the above ill conduct of the operation and would like to have a confirm reply regarding the compulsory of key in the delivery details our own.

J&T Express Wrongly send to other premises

My tracking no [protected]

I received a call from other company, that my parcel was wrongly send to their premises. Lucky that somebody was check. Hope next time the despatch was clearly carefull the address. Please send the Goods at right places.

I was in Jalan Perintis, the parcel send at Jalan Pengacara.

You may refer my picture that show my correct address.

J&T Express Parcel missing/stolen but stated delivered

Higher authority shd investigate this company. Dishonest, rude, lazy and liar. They are not meant to be a courier svc. Many people complained yet no action taken. I encountered bad services from them. Late delivery, thrown packages, broken and now missing parcel. Should never ever use their svc. They shouldn't EXIST at all. Those who still trust J&T, dont wait till ur parcel gone missing. Just use other courier svc.

parcel dihantar pada petang 15/4/2021
drop off di j&t Lumut.
diterima oleh pelanggan pada 16/4/2021

pada hari ini 16/4/2021 pelanggan saya telah menghantar aduan bahawa barang yang diterima rosak teruk dan pecah. walaupon setelah di wrap dgn bubble wrap dan ditampal dengan sticker fragile.

diharap pihak tuan bertanggungjawab dan memberi gantirugi di atas kerugian yang telah saya alami.

dilampirkan gambar sebagai bahan bukti di atas kecuaian tersebut.

Hi.. Im ms Fatimah from Perak Malaysia.. My fren name Mr Shahrul sent me books using jnt parcel service. It was sent to me from Selangor.. I received the parcel last thursday 8th April 2021. I was very disappointed to see the books sent not in good condition. Two jnt plastic covers were torn and the plastic covered the books was also torn. I hope this matter can be overcome in future as the customers always hope to get good service frin jnt to continue using your service. I alreaddy calles customer service at jnt perak hq ms shamala but she instructed me to ask my fren to do the ge complaint. As he went to the jnt at his place, they want him to tell me to make a complaint through jnt website.

J&T Express Even call call center for help for 4 times & live chat for fews time also can't help To solve my issue

9/4/21 when I send my parcel to j&t outlet already inform urgent case because this is baby medicine. But the font desk staff no mention about I can just add on rm3 to take express service. On 10/4 I call 4 times call center to help delivery. The parcel already reach my nearest brand. At the end told me that brand already close. I can't get tonight. Even already reach nearest brand. At night system show the parcel send back to bukit bintang. Any one can tell me why? My baby suffer because of j&t take my parcel to send back to kl. If not I can collect on morning. I text live chat. J&t live chat argent not willing to text more to me. Even I still chat with him I not yet reply he direct close my conversation. I am j&t supporter. Daily using j&t even for my personal or my company. After I facing this issue I will reconsider it is I still can support j&t

J&T Express Parcel Delivery man

This man had the audacity to throw my parcel from the gate till my door grill. Did not ring the bell/call/honk. My house door was open and I have no idea why was he so rude to do that. My parcel was written FRAGILE but all he cared was to throw it to my porch near my door grill. I heard a loud sound and went out to check after receiving his message. Dear J&T, I'm concern about other parcels so please look into this and take actions.

J&T Express LDC SimpangEmpat 608

I am complaining about the attitude of J&T workers. They refused to deliver my stuff to my doorstep because I live in a multistory house. All shippers have to go up to deliver the customer's goods because that's your job not us. I have filled in the complete address. Just refer the address. Do not call me just to tell me to come down and get things because that is not my job. I am a receiver. I am upset of the J&T staff. You want to work, you should know how to work as a dispatcher. I am not your slave. Please take a note.

J&T Express I want to complain about your delivery service.

Please teach your staff to ring a house bell when delivering a parcel. Because of one of your stupid staff place my parcel at the front gate without notify anything, my parcel is soaked due to rain. If you don't want to teach your staff just close the company ok. I don't give a [censored] even j&t company goes bankrupt. If you want a big reputation make sure your company and staff provide a good services. Do it with full responsibility.
