Just eat
Customer service is a disgrace ! Food never turned up , gave me re fund but 6 days later so was 20 quid down on my girlfriend's birthday ! Along with no food in the morning , had to walk half an hour to restaurant just to get told that they can't do anything, spent all morning running about when all I wanted was a quick takeaway ! Just eat isn't quick they are weak useless people that don't give a f about anyone else but themselves , didn't even offer me a free meal for their inconvenience! I mean a policeman would atleast give a lift home out of good will but just eat will Rob you blind
Good luck just eat !
Go f yourselves
Desired outcome: Would really appreciate a free meal for me my girlfriend and her little one ! Plus a refund for waiting 3 hours for nothing
Account and bank details removed!
Someone has got my elderly disabled mothers bank card details and been ordering stupid amounts of food off just eat! Luckily, I noticed the notifications on her phone, rang her bank and they clarified they had used her card details. She doesn't have a just eat acoount? So how do we get them to remove my mums card details and the account please? Bank fraud team are on the case and hopfully she will get her money back! All £300+ of it!
Reimbursement Issues
Hi there! I am a delivery driver with Just Eat. I always have reimbursement issues with just eat, specially at Macdonald's. Last night I had to pick the order number [protected], from Macdonald's Castlemilk Glasgow. My Collection time was 20.10, and I collected that at 20.38. In the meantime, I stayed in touch via chat with Just Eat. I was even told that my status is updated correctly and that I should be paid for the waiting time. After delivering the items, I found that I am not paid for the waiting time. I contacted again and was told that I didn't update my status accurately. As this is an ongoing issue with me so I started making the screen recordings. I can send u those if asked to show that I am inside the restaurant and updating my status inside. I even sent you an email few days ago, but received no response. Hope you understand and resolve this. You know we only have 3 or 4 hours shifts and how it feels, if we loose 30 to 40 mins.
Thanks
Mudassar Qureshi
Desired outcome: I always update my status inside the restaurant and mostly told that I didn't update my status inside the restaurant. Plz sort this issue for good. Thanks
Just eat charging my bank account
I have got an order on my bank statements for £18.80 yesterday from just eat .I spoke to my bank who suggested contacting just eat to cancel it .Unfortunately the website doesn’t have any way to raise a complaint
My just eat account has been hacked
My just eat account was hacked for £70. Total invasion of my privacy and clearly there has been some sort of breach as I have seen in the Leicester mercury similar instances of food being ordered from Leicestershire based accounts to the Birmingham area so I do not believe it is a data leak on my part but theirs.

Desired outcome: Compensation and my data protected.

[protected] £16.71p Greggs Arndale CT 25-04-2022 still no refund
I would like to be credited to my account straight away
Desired outcome: please refund me bk to my account sort code 40-09-00 my account number [protected]
Data protection breach
My just eat account was hacked by someone in Scotland and items ordered and delivered to them in Scotland using my bank details stored with just eat.
I have attempted to resolve this with Just eat but they are using my bank as a scapegoat.
My bank advised they cannot refund me because i have myself used the account previously.
Just eat claim that they do not store bank details and use a 3rd party.
If they don't store bank details then how has someone been able to hack my just eat account and then bank account separately...
Desired outcome: Refund of the monies and an explanation as to how someone obtained my account and therefore bank account details from their site
Fraudulent transaction
an unauthorised user used my account to order food and have it delivered.
There is no way from the Just Eat website to contact them over this issue so how can they improve their security if they won't acknowledge the problem!
Order no. [protected] 23/04/2022
Desired outcome: a full refund from them and an improvement in their non-existent customer services so they can be contacted to report problems.
Fraud
Someone got into my account on just eat and placed 2 orders today over £80 combined. Cant get in touch with anyone. Customer service what customer service its a joke

Fraudulent orders made
I noticed 2 orders adding to around £90 charged to my card. One to sheffield and one to Kingston-upon-thames. Neither are where I live or where my card is registered also both made in the same day. I managed to cancel one but the second was not cancelled in time. I have tried different ways of contacting just eat but no response. I have deleted my card details and also changed my password but I have no way of reporting this fraudulent behavior. This is unacceptable.
Desired outcome: A refund of the order and investigation of the fraud
A refund of the £18 and an apology would be nice.
On Thursday March 31st I Made my weekly Takeaway Order, this time with Burger King in Ipswich. The order was paid for and confirmed by both Just Eat, PayPal and the branch of Burger King at 16:14pm, with requested a delivery time of about 18:15pm. I arrived home early from work, and both myself and my wife waited in our Lounge (we live in a terrace house and this room is right at the front of the house for our food to arrive. The only sound we heard outside pertaining to a takeaway delivery was next door at a little while after 18:00. When my wife became concerned as to where our food was, I looked at the order screen, and it showed "18:20", "waiting for update" (with a spinning hourglass), and "driver assigned". At about 18:30pm I decided to try and telephone the branch of Burger King, but was unable to get anybody to pick up at the other end on three separate occasions (between approximately 18:30pm and 19:10pm), it simply rang and rang until the line beeped. At 19:30pm, the order screen finally changed status, to "DELIVERED", still with the time "18:20". I was understandably furious about this, and left a triple 1-Star review as a result. I have attached to this complaint a screenshot of the confirmation email I received from Just Eat (with order number), one of the order screen on the Just Eat Website with it's review, and one of the PayPal confirmation email, complete with date and time (31/03/2022, 16:14).

They gave my pizza to the wrong person so I want a refund were so rude and disgusting so I want an apology and a voucher for a free meal is disgusting there behaviour it is the pizza hut in bath, they were laughing down the phone at me trying to belittle me, the man I spoke to said his name was mohammed and that he was the head manager there, didn't apologise or even try to resolve the situation I am not going to stop until I get my money back.
Desired outcome: refund, apology, voucher for a free meal at a different branch

And they don't even care..
3 fraudulent orders
3 orders were placed with my just eat account using my card to 3 different addresses in London from 3 different vendors. I live in Surrey. The addresses did not match at all the information in my account and should not have been allowed. I expect a full refund please of these amounts.

3 orders fraudulently placed using my stored card details
At around 16:15 on Tuesday 8th March, 3 fraudulent orders were placed on the Just Eat website using my stored card details. I have not placed an order with them for some time, but have done in the past using that same card. I managed to contact 2 of the restaurants to say the orders were not placed by me and get them cancelled but the 3rd did not answer their phone. I tried contacting Just Eat who were zero help and just kept saying if my food has been stolen to contact the Police. I kept explaining that it was stored card details that have been stolen the ones held by Just Eat, but had no sucesss. They were not interested.
Desired outcome: I want a refund of my £44.74.
Service not delivered but Just eat wont refund
I ordered a delivery a week ago with Just Eat for KFC. My delivery did not turn up. I contacted KFC who told me the driver had stolen the food and to post a review and they would do the same and I would get my money back. I.E i followed their complaints policy to contact the restaurant. I waited for this to happen and instead got an email for 15% discount. When I immediately complained to Just eat, they advised that they would not refund me because it was outside of 72 hours from the original date of delivery and was against their terms and conditions. However I had followed their complaints procedure by contacting the restaurant who had confirmed that i would get my money back and by the time Just Eat emailed me with 15% it was outside the 72 hours!
Desired outcome: I want my money back
Fraud
My account was hacked and my card details used to place an order.
The delivery address had been added by the hacker and was 100 miles from my home.
I tried to contact the restaurant but they refused to answer and Just Eat don't even have the option to cancel an order!
I have been robbed of £33.20 that I can ill afford.
Your site is not secure and I want a refund and compensation for the aggravation of having to cancel my bank card and the 5 day wait for it to arrive.
Desired outcome: Full refund ++

Fraud
Last night my just eat account was hacked and an amount of £112.33 was taken from my account over three separate orders in three separate locations. For such a large company how do you not have security measures on things like this? How was it not flagged? How have you allowed this to happen. Being someone who suffers from mental health this has now sent me into an anxiety frenzy. The bank have been contacted and have been made aware of the fraud that has taken place. They have advised me to contact just eat for the full refund of the amount taken as you should take better safety measures for your customers. I would like to be contacted as soon as possible about this matter. I am a single mom and this has left me with no money to feed my children. I am distraught. I expect a full refund to my account. Or I will be opening up a dispute against you and taking this to the papers. The police have now been contacted.
I have tried to contact you via your online chat and been told I would be phoned twice which never happened. It is impossible to speak to someone from just eat. The whole thing has been a disgrace. Two advisors left the chat with me.
Desired outcome: Give me my money back that was taken fraudulently
Milano takeaway & just eat
I created an order through Justeat on the 15/12/21. The order never arrived and I was assured a refund of £16 would be issued. I am still awaiting this refund over a month later, and after numerous online chats/emails, I am still not receiving my money.
I find this totally unacceptable and very stressful as the company have no contact number to speak to someone. My emails all get redirected and state "we are very busy and will get back to you asap" - which never happens.
I have included the chasing up emails but unfortunately cannot find the chat transcript which confirmed my refund - which I never got. I was also assured I would receive a £3 refund from the restaurant - again, I never received.
Desired outcome: Full refund
