JustFly airline tickets over charge

I booked a ticket to Addis ababa, Ethiopia.
They overcharge me compare to flightschannel.com
I called the company Justfly.com customer service and they put me on hold.
They told me that there was anything they could do. So they are allow to overcharge.
I don't recommend anybody to buy tickets from them. According to the policy they have thy wouldn't be able to do anything.

JustFly the airline made a schedule change and justfly never found me another flight option

am in need of urgent help. I purchased my ticket through a travel agency named Just fly in March 2018 to go to Sydney, Australia in dec 22nd for myself and my family.

. I am traveling with my family so we are 4 passengers and the itinerary is 12/22 returning 1/6 departing FLL-SYD. The original itinerary had me departing FLL-LAX on Dec 22nd at 7:05 am in Alaskan airlines flight 1316. Alaskan changed their schedule and moved me to a 10am flight. Then it changed the flight from 10 to 11 causing a misconnection. The only option now is a 7:00 flight 1321 through Alaskan but they are refusing to put me on that flight. I said I would accept to change my departure date to the day before or the day after but to no avail. 

 I booked this trip in March because our entire family is meeting for holidays Sydney. I understand that airlines can make changes to flight schedule but I also understand that the airline has to provide us with other options when it is an airline initiated change. Please help me because the travel agency justfly is simply saying that there are no options and that's just not possible. I am reaching out to you because I am getting into no resolution with them. Please dont reply back saying I need to contact justfly.com.  THEY HAVE SAID THAT THEY CANT HELP.

JustFly misrepresentation and poor customer service

Misleading product

BACKGROUND
• Purchased Premium Economy Melbourne - Copenhagen return travel for family April 25 2018. JustFly booking: [protected]; [protected]; [protected].
• [protected]; [protected] to travel together from Singapore = Copenhagen = Melbourne to share the care of an 11-month old baby (in Premium Economy).
• Correct information and seat details recorded and displayed on the Justfly.com website
• All fares were purchase on the same fare basis

ISSUE
• Confirmed flight details with Singapore Airlines, three days before flying and discovered [protected] is Economy class ticket Melbourne=Copenhagen, in a different cabin and seating to the rest of the family.

INTERATION WITH JUSTFLY
DAY 1 (5th Sept)
• Called Justfly on the 5th Sept.
• Was on the phone for 3 hours and was not provided with any useful information or assistance.
• The standard line was " I'll put you on hold for 3-5 minutes while I check the reservation".
• 3-5 to minutes was 20-50 minutes and twice the agent didn't return to the call.
• Eventually, we were asked to call back between 8am and 5pm EST and a supervisor would help resolve the issue.
• Notes indicating this would be recorded with our reservation.

DAY 2 (6th Sept)
• Call back the next day at 8:10 EST and received exactly the same treatment
• Had to repeat all our information to agents who put us on hold "for 3-5 minutes while I check the reservation" - even though we explain we were asked to be connected to a supervisor.
• At one stage we had two phone lines going because we had been on hold for 1h 23 min!
• After 2 hours we were eventually connected to a supervisor but were cutoff.
• After having to go through the same process with an agent we were connected with a supervisor who put us on hold for 3-5 minutes while she checked the reservation".
• After being on hold for over 2 hours, she could not provide any information. Just saying that she was on hold with the airline'
• The "resolution to the problem" was that nothing could be done
• The supervisor then hung up when question about this matter.

COMPLAINTS
• Justfly provided misleading and untrue information and representation on their website.
• The Itinerary provided by JustFly documents Premium Economy Flights on Singapore Airlines flight 248, Scandinavian Airlines Flight 8000; Scandinavian Airlines Flight 8001 and Singapore Airlines Flight 207. This is what we paid for, however, this is not was being provide by the airlines involved.
• Justfly customer service failed to provide timely and efficient response to our request to resolve the discrepancy between the product we paid for and the product that was delivered, wasting over 8h of our time while their staff were incapable of providing and or accessing any information.
• Justfly did not deliver the product purchase.
• This is not an acceptable way to deal with customers. It appears that the agents and supervisors are not empowered to make independent decisions or that the company does not have an effective working relationship with airlines that it deals with.
• Justfly did not treat the three bookings equitably.
• We have been provided with misleading information about the product that we purchase.
• Justfly ruined our travel experience and denied us the opportunity to travel with our family
• This is the most dysfunctional provision of service we have ever experienced.

JustFly travel agency / customer service

On July 8th 2018, my father in-law turned 80 years old. We decided to give him and my mother in-law a round trip to Maryland to see his siblings, just like a mini reunion. They wanted to go a week early and come back a week later. There were about 9 of us flying and we were paying for everything. My co worker recommend justfly because they always have good deal. I was shopping around for flight and I found a good deal. I got so excited that I booked the flight an paid for everything when I noticed I booked the wrong date. I called back right away, not even 5 minutes had passed. I got to talk to one of the agents and I told her what had happened, that I made a mistake and would like to cancel and rebook it. The more I talked to her on the phone the more frustrated I became. I called again and the agent was much nicer and apologetic. I told her what had happened and she said she felt bad I told her I need your help or may I speak one of your supervisor and she turned me over to a supervisor named Iris. Her name was Iris. After explaining what had happened, she stated that she could not help me because that was their policy, even if the reservation was just made (which I find hard to believe). What also upset me is that she kept calling me by my first name (in my view, very unprofessional). I have worked in customer service for many years but this person Iris is useless in the way she handled it. I felt worse she supposed to say Ms. so-and-so; I'm sorry, this is justfly's policy; instead she pissed me off more by calling me by my real name; it feels like she talking to children. Iris the supervisor's customer service has much to be desired. If she worked here in the United States she would have more empathy to her customers. Please be very careful when you book through justfly because if you make a mistake, they will not look for ways to help you, and don't waste your time to call them.

Dear . I'm writing today to complain of the poor service I received from just fly ..my name is Amir Wilson riad Rezk.. I booked 2 ticket for me and my brother sun 14 Oct 2018 to sun 28 2018.. from Los Angeles to Alexandria Egypt. My reference number 114-952_131 .under Amir w Raid Rezk..and 2 ticket 113_434_301 under my brother ASHRAF w riad .. I found just fly did my name wrong from Amir w riad Rezk to Amir w Raid Rezk.. contact with them to fixed next day after resivation. Didn't tray to fix it . Contact them again told me Turkish airlion ask to buy new ticket and cancell ur old ticket for corrected name . From Amir w Raid Rezk to Amir riad Rezk.. with refund money for ur old ticket.. and I did that. I got new ticket under Amir Wilson riad Rezk. And they said we will cancell ur old ticket becuz name corrected .. I found agent after couples days he cancelled my brother ticket 113_434_301 under ASHRAF w riad.. and leave 2 ticket under my name .. old ticket 114_952_131 .under Amir w Raid Rezk. Which that one should be cancelled becuz have riad should be riad . Last name . And a new ticket under my name too Amir Wilson riad Rezk after corrected 114_977_571. They cancelled my brother ticket which shouldn't do that .. and leave 2 ticket under my name 1 of them should the one to get cancelled.. we contact about that issue more than 25 time ph calls different mangers . Lorren . Todd. Daniel . And many more .. give wrong information and fake . Not true . I complain to Turkish airlines .. They told me u have 2 ticket under Amir w riad Rezk ready to go and ur brother ASHRAF w riad got cancelled .. I got sick from that issue from just fly I paid for 3 tickets for me and my brother .. I explain it to then more than 65 times about that mistakes they make it but they instead to complete that mistakes .. I got insulted by one of justfly manger . And 2 of the agent and many times hung up on me .. company looks like don't care .. I explain that issue and I don't think will get want fix .. I need to cancell my 3 tickets and refund me my money back .. justfly I'm regret to booked ticket from that site .. it really I got hert attack from that situation.. Thanks for u cooperate with me

JustFly scam scam scam... why don't you notify customer about the transit???

I am contacting you to lodge my complain against Just Fly. They don't tell the customer anything about the transit VISA requirements when we book the tickets with them. But other websites do provide that information.

Due to the lack of information and their incompetence I had suffered mentally and financially as well. Just Fly never told me that I would need a transit VISA for my flight to UK(Dated September 24, 2018 ) through Canada.

First they charged my huge cancellation fee, my ticket was $661.72 but they returned only $344. And in emergency I had to book another flight which costed me more than $1500.

It's not at all fair the way this company treat customers. It's a scam.

I do have valid VISA for US(departing country) and UK(arrival company), It's not common to get transit VISA so travel agents must notify customers that they would need a transit VISA.

JustFly my refund

I cancelled my ticket in June with Justfly.com and was told i was going to get my refund in 4 to 8 weeks, since then i haven't heard from anyone.I call every day, give the agents a call back number and they always hang up after putting me on hold for like 5 mins.I try calling back and no one picks up .I ask to talk to a supervisor and and they are never available.I need my money .Please help.Monica

JustFly customer service, lost time, ethical behavior, fees and cost

CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT

I feel robbed. Overall by far the worst experience I have ever had as a consumer. Prolonged hold times (which I am convinced was elongated purposefully) totaling 5 hours in the past 24 hours, simply to attempt to change/cancel/re-book a reservation. Was told contradicting information about cost, which of course resulting in a much higher charge once I was ready to confirm the change, than was initially presented to me. I was hung up on repeatedly, and never once called back (even though they ask for a call back number at the beginning of each call).

I am prepared to file a law suit. I would image others on this list feel the same. Please feel free to contact me ASAP to coordinate our legal options so that we can file to receive full reimbursement and restitution for lost money, time, and the emotional grievance of dealing with this terrible company.

JustFly hard to deal with; change of flights misleading.

I never make complaints about companies, however after my first time dealing with JustFly I have to say how very dissatisfied I am with the customer service and how extremely difficult it was to change my flight!
I tried on August 8, 9, and 10th, 2018 multiple times to change my flight online. I found flights I wanted (I tried multiple ones) to change my current flight to and the website kept giving me an error message when I tried to put the transaction through. I doubled checked that the credit card was valid, etc. So I finally called the JustFly customer service to try and change it over the phone on August 10, 2018. Firstly, I could barely understand the customer service representative. Secondly, the call took forever and she kept putting me on hold for simple things that she had to do. She tried doing the change over the website, which I had already told her did not work for me (I am not computer illiterate). She told me that in order to change my flight, the charge was going to be over $400 now! I understand the $275 fee- I was fine with that. However, I was literally on the website a few minutes prior and the flight I needed did NOT have that much of a fare difference as seen on the website. I tried to make sure she checked that there were not other cheaper flights, etc. Either she did not understand me or she was trying to con my money. It was EXTREMELY difficult to communicate with this lady and she didn't necessarily give me the flight time that I wanted for my return day. I was so frustrated with that experience, I couldn't even deal with trying to get her to do that for me. I could never understand her name when I asked.

JustFly double payment charge for my trip bogota-l. a on 24 of july to 7 of august.

Can you explain the procedure that your office follow in order to deposit $604 US into my account for invoice [protected] that I never used for this fly.

I have been writting and calling you several times without help. This is why I contact the airline directly. I have been sending the letters from Aeromexico telling me that Just Fly will deposit the money using BSP Link.

JustFly could not be transported back to columbus on december 17, 2017.

Date: Sunday December 17, 2017- Power Outage.
The above mentioned date on which I returned from Nigeria was a day of pandemonium and confusion at Atlanta international airport because of power outage for several hours. I stayed several hours at the airport util it made no sense to continue waiting. Eventually I had to make a separate arrangement to transport myself to Columbus.
I am asking to be compensated for having to arrange my transport to Columbus instead of being flown by Delta.

JustFly giving incorrect information about the cancellation cost.

Hi. I'm Khemmarin Prasertwetchasak. My booking number is [protected].

In July 30, 2018, I was booking the flight from Washington DC to Manila. But unfortunately I want to change my plan so I was calling for get information if I cancel the flight in August 1, 2018.

The representative explain to me about the charge which I appreciate it, but I don't really understand because it gonna split in many list. So I asked her about "How much do I will lose my money for cancel this flight?" and she was told me just "150$" and I will get all refund back. ( I understand that for the cancelling fee and it's fine for me.)

In August 15, 2018 about 6-7 PM, I called back for the customer service again for asking about my cancelling charge. My representative is a woman but I don't remember her name. What I mention about is "why last times when I called, the representative just told me totally I gonna lose money for only "150$" but in fact after calculate I lose "150$" ( For cancelling fee) plus with another "100$". So totally I lose "250$" Which I think it's not right. Why don't the first representative just tell me for totally 150$? and If I know I have to pay in this amount I might not cancel it.

And funniest story is the 2nd representative just told me it not thier job to calculate stuffs for customer. Well. yes I should to calculate it by my own But then just tell me don't anyhow giving me wrong amount which make me decide to cancel the flight!

Also when I ask for where can I make a complaint for this case. She just not giving me any information and ask me to hold the line to speak to another agent. And I felt the way she talk to me was not really nice. I'm not ok with it.

I think JustFly might have records when customer calling. you can look at the record to see what all the conversation. Again I confident I asked the representative at least twice time for the total cost which she gave me wrong amount number.

By the way, I called my credit card about this transection for that extra 100$ charge.

JustFly refund has not shown up for booking [protected]- supposed to be credited to booking [protected]

Dear Gentlemen:
I desperately need your help. I have contacted customer service so many times and they said they fixed the issue but I still didn't see the refund to my credit card you have on file. I booked the flights below, January 20th for a trip to your neck of the woods to photograph the Polar Bears, this is through a company I have traveled with nummerous times. This was the first time they had to tell me the time of travel had to be adjusted one day due to transportation issues. I rebooked on January 26 the new flight of ...because my credit card ending 4545 did not have room, I had to rebook using another credit card ending 7079, maybe this was the issue.

Because these flights are few I didn't want to miss the flight and went ahead and booked the new one for travel on Oct. 27 thru Nov 1...and I immedaietly called customer service, they said no problem they would fix it. I still have not seen the fix. My credit card ending in 4545 was charged as shown with the attachments and never refunded..it shows charged, then I disputed, then you recharged. Please help me resolve this issue. Currently I am out $1151.85 total. I really need my refund please of 412.58. JustFly the cancellation and rebooking policy

I had a flight booked for my mom for August 13, 2018 but she's in ccu at North Broward medical and can not fly of course. So I canceled on line. They took a $75 cancel fee and left my balance in my travel bank. I then proceeded to book my flights to go back to New York and return to Florida this Saturday August 18, 2018 and when I confirmed my credit card and applied the credit from my travel bank, the confirmation plus the extra charges came out to $689 and my mothers name was automatically filled in! I tried to edit name, it's not a possibility. I called for help on they're help line.. they told me there's nothing that can be done. No way to get me credit into a travel bank next time my mother travels, nothing. I've now been told I have lost all that money! I have the drs. Letter from the hospital with me right now. Can someone please help me?

JustFly fraudulent cancellation

My Justfly Booking number is [protected] receipt # [protected]

I booked this flight from Presque Isle, Maine to Fayetteville, NC...my credit card was charged on July 17, 2018. I purchased insurance in case I had to cancel my flight. This was the first time I had bought insurance because I knew there was a chance I may have to cancel.

I called Justfly yesterday to cancel my flight and to my shock, I was being charged almost $300.00 to cancel and rebook! I told them I bought the insurance..he told me that was for a 24 hour period to cancel! I told him I always get a 24 hour period without purchasing insurance! I spoke with a supervisor who barely spoke English. He was rude and unable to explain why I would be charged almost $300.00 when I had bought insurance. He would not allow me to speak with a person over him.

Can you please waive the fees of almost $300.00 to cancel and rebook my flight? The insurance is very misleading and should not be worded the way it is on your sight, I understood I would be able to cancel and rebook without a fee.

JustFly hawaiian airlines seat selection

Back in April of 2018, I purchased 5 round-trip tickets through Justfly (for the first time) from LAX to Lihue. I paid an exorbitant amount for these tickets, $4678.00, to be exact. There was a toddler and a lap child traveling with the family. Justfly booked me on two different air carriers for the two legs of the flight. On the return flight, no matter how hard I tried, I was not able to get Hawaiian Air to give me seat selection, either on the website or by phone. They asked me to wait until I checked in. At the airport, they had us wait two hours, with two children, at the gate, up until 20 minutes before the flight took off! Ridiculous! All passengers kept staring at us and probably thinking we are just trying to get on this flight last minute! I am furious, with your company, and with Hawaiian Air. I will probably not use your company again for anything, especially since I cannot even call and speak to a person. My options are, "if you're calling regarding a new reservation, press one, existing reservation, press two." What kind of options are these? I definitely need someone from your company to contact me to explain what happened. My family was disbursed all over the back of the plane. We were not even able to sit together. We were lucky the toddler was able to sit with a parent. Absolutely ridiculous. And a rip-off, at that price.

JustFly customer service

I called Customer Service and the representative I talked with, her name is Virgina, was not helpful at all. She refused to transfer me to talk to a supervisor and she provided the requested airline phone number only after she ignored my question 5 times. I recorded part of the conversation and I am thinking very seriously to make it public maybe on youtube and to send it to the corporate so that people could be advised and think twice before buying from justfly.

JustFly incorrect information provided

I was booked for a 1:50 pm flight, I called about 2 weeks ago to inquire how to do go about doing a name change and I was told by a representative that my flight was moved to 10:40am flight. I now had additional tickets booked for the 10:40am flight since they wanted to travel with me. Today I was now Inform by the airline that my flight time is 1:50pm and now they a charging me a total of $363us dollars to have myself and the other person on the same flight. Why do I have to pay for justfly's employee mistake? I was in the phone for about an hour and still no one from the Justfly.com team could help. I need to be on the same flight with the other family members and I am kindly requesting that you fix this and have this issue resolved because I will not be paying from my pocket a charge to change when I was informed by just fly that it was change.

JustFly my flight date change

Hi, Idk why my flight date did not change in 24 hours what is happening it says processing and do not let me to change it again 😢 and customer service is not answering me my booking number is [protected] Sajad Kazami date of birth 10/28/1993 please review my flight and email me quickly I am in Afghanistan not in U.S I am so sad

JustFly aer lingus

We booked a flight through you on air lingus april 15th when we were waiting to board we were approached by a lady anna may who was the manager for aer lingus Philadelphia who informed us we would not be flying tonight because we were intoxicated which we werenot i have a condition called essential tremors i shake and i am unsteady on my feet but she didnt care told us to come back tomorrow in the meantime we had to find a hotel for the night which costus $400 We missed a whole day iindublin i havecontacted aer lingus no reply i wrote to dept of transportation they have my complaint on file
