JustFly Issue with my ticket and needed to purchase a new tickets

Good Afternoon,

I am requesting a full refund for $2,796.45 for tickets I booked from Newark, New Jersey, to Montego Bay, Jamaica, on April 11, 2022. On April 10, 2022, I went on American Airlines to confirm my tickets and seats, and when I entered the booking number, the airline had no record of the five tickets I purchased. I decided to call American Airlines and was on hold for 4 hours; once I got a representative on the line, they stated that they had no reservation for me. I explained that I booked these tickets on May 7, 2021, and received an itinerary with the e-tickets for this flight. They stated there was no record and need to call the third party that booked my tickets. I called Justfly.com on the same day, April 10, one day before my flight, and was on hold for some time. Still, when a representative came online, they stated that this was just a minor issue and they could fix the problem and get on that flight the next day as regionally planned and stay on hold until they reviewed the case. After some time on hold, I was told I was not booked on this flight because there was an issue when I booked this flight in May 2021. The credit I was using from 2019 (Booking Number [protected]) expired in March of 2022, which is why the tickets were canceled. I told the representative that did not sound right; when I booked in May 2021, they justly charged me an additional $585.85 because the rates went up, and I received a new e-ticket and itinerary! The representative stated per her notes that they had tried to call and email me since May 2021. That is not true; the mobile number I gave is my work mobile, and that phone is on constantly, they were no voice messages left either if they tried to call. Also, I check my email numerous times because of my employment; I am on the computer non-stop. After I said that, the person said they couldn't help me with this issue, but I wanted he can forward my call to the new booking so I could get a flight for tomorrow. I said no thanks since you helped me with this issue.

I did not know what to do since my hotel reservation and outdoor activities were paid for already in advance. My wife and I decided to serve the web to find a ticket for Montego bay for April 11, and after a few hours, we found a flight from Air Canada and returning from United Airlines. We had to spend an additional $4485.50 for round trips tickets one day before our trip. Also, on my new flight, I will still be receiving a text message from American Airlines about updates and boarding.

This whole situation was ridiculous and stressful for my family and me! After speaking to American Airlines about this situation. Since the Airline tickets were purchased and I paid the additional cost of $585.85 on May 27, 2021 (Booking number [protected]), that makes you liable for those tickets.

I am not looking for more or the additional cost that I have to make to purchase my new tickets for April 11, and I am only requesting my full refund of $2,796.45 from your company!

JustFly Scam using Flight Cancelation Credits

My trip to South Africa was cancelled because of COVID 19 and I was told hat after paying a penalty ($75 per person), I could use my travel credit on other future flights (Sep. 2021). In early March '22 I used their online tool to book a new flights using my credits and received an email saying that the requests was being processes. At the time of my booking requests there were lots of flights available at a cost way below the credit. After weeks of waiting I tried calling and no answer, and many emails using their online tools, I finally got a call about my booking and was told that the booking was never made. So, on the call, they attempted to make the booking but told me that it was only available if I paid an extra $200 per passenger. They gave me no explanation for the delay so I asked to speak to a supervisor. No one called me back and again, I could not reach them by phone. After weeks of trying I finally got someone on the phone who told me that the change would now cost me $337 per person. That is, the longer we wait, the higher the costs since the prices go up, but they have no regard for the fact that they are causing the delay with no explanation. They won't give me a refund and they are suggesting that the 3 person ticket to Barcelona costs almost $5,500 which is the $4,300 credit plus the added $1,200. This is however, not the costs I see online, so it appears that they are charging me a premium for using my credits and causing unnecessary delays, then passing on the cost of the changed fees to me. If they had booked the flights in early March when I requested, there would be no additional costs. They are nearly impossible to reach and even when I do reach them, they seem to want to charge me additional money to use my credits in amounts above and beyond the actual costs of the flights, based on available flight information online. I've been scammed and they are holding my $4,300 credits without giving me reasonable opportunity use.

Desired outcome: Book the flights at the price when I submitted my request, or a refund. I do not want to pay a premium for delays caused by JustFly and their failure to book the flights as requested

JustFly booking

JUSTFLY is the worst app you can book your vacation.

do not be fooled, justly is not refunding to costumers, it cost me 500$ just for booking and canceling, the same day, WARNING!

JustFly failed to book return flight

Round trip ticket purchase was confirmed by JustFly, travel receipt sent back to purchaser. Return flight had to be purchased at gate.

Desired outcome: Return half of original purchase or pay for return flight.

JustFly Paid for travel vouchers but never got them

When our flights were canceled due to Covid Travel Restrictions in March 2020, we paid Justfly $70 to arrange travel vouchers the BA.

BA claim no record of our vouchers and in the last few months we have spent hours on hold and on the phone with both parties, without getting a result.

BA tell us Justfly only need to call their Trade Line, but Justfly Customer Service will only email or use the Portal which after many tries clearly does not work.

I have paid Justfly for something and it has not delivered despite repeated attempts on my to get them to what BA request.

Desired outcome: I want my BA travel vouchers.

JustFly International airlines ticket

I’m flying to Doha with Qatar airlines and bought my ticket from justfly. My ticket say American Airlines operated by Qatar. I was never told or given any such information anywhere that buying this ticket means I have to pay for my 2nd bag and there is only one bag allowed. If that was case justfly should provide or write this information very clearly somewhere but no place anywhere it was. Instead when I was booking it was 2 check in and one carry on. With 3 tickets and paying 300 dollars for bags was [censored]ing ridiculous. With kids travel such a annoying and unpleasant. They have done such frauds and misinformation several times. But this is unacceptable. Just in minutes paying 300 not acceptable. I just packed unnecessary stuff. I could have done better job and saved my money if any such information was given or available.

It was not much difference buying directly from Qatar. Why would I buy such stupid ticket if instead of saving some bucks I’m paying so much more at the end and dealing with these frauds. After I booked my flight I recommended my cousins to book from here as it’s 150 dollars cheaper but I’m feeling so bad that I put them through this terrible situation.

I’ll never recommend justfly anyone no matter how much cheaper the flight is. At the end it’s lot of pain yo deal with. Better go directly with airlines. Qatar behavior was ridiculous and very unhelpful because I bought my ticket from third party and they said they help if it’s by Qatar but since it’s not by them they will not do anything though you traveling with them. This [censored]ing business industry so mean and selfish.

Desired outcome: I need my bags refund back, I’ll not tolerate this!

JustFly Refund for cancelled flight

I had booked Air India flight 126 from justfly.com on 17th Feb 2020 for my wife and two kids to travel from Chicago to Delhi (on 29th May 2020) and return. Due to Covid-19 Flight got cancelled and my family could not travel. I have been following up with JustFly.com from the last 19 months for refund but no progress. It takes 1 hr to reach to their customer support agent and person will reply with same message every time that we are working with airline. Worst customer service I have ever seen. No escalation mechanism. I am going to file a complaint with Department of Transportation for refund now.

I bought ticket to travel during pandemic to Calgary originating Atlanta round trip aircanada cancel their flight when I call they told that I have 24 mouth to complete my travel. I call justfly customer service to exchange the ticket they told me they couldn't find same class of service the dates I requested to travel and I have to bay fare difference which is 700 dollars also when I ask if you can not get a flight can I have my money back the answer was no . JustFly Just fly ticketing

I want that everyone had to know that just fly is a waist of time and a company that steels your money , there is no booking no flights that they can sale you. Those prices and offers are just a scam. I tried to book a trip and it was a worst thing to do trough “justfly “. The first thing they do they charge you a fee that automatically comes from your payment then while you waiting for the booking information and the confirmation they send you an email stating that the card didn’t go through wich is not true cause there is no booking trough them I contacted my card agent he said there is no problem with the card.

Then I call after being in hold for 45 min they say the flight was sold out and the prices went up. What a lie. I never ever trust them.

Please be careful I won’t recommend what so ever.

JustFly Refund for covid cancellation

Flight to Bologna Italy #[protected] on Royal Air Maroc. RAM said that refund would be available thru JustFly. It has been over 2 years and no refund has been issued, thou there is an email trail of JustFly correspondence stating refund would be made. A $60 'refund charge' was even made by JustFly.

JustFly Refund Policy on Current Flight

Hello So I previously booked a flight with PAL Airlines from Honolulu to Cebu Philippines Due to depart April 17th 2022. However I canceled my refund roundtrip from Just fly due to a emergency situation regarding my son in the hospital and am needing my money ASAP. I was told it will take 12-18 weeks for my money to process and I desperately need my money now due to unforeseen circumstances. Just fly charged me a $75.00 cancelation fee and am in distraught that I'm not able to reach anyone through customer service

JustFly Redund

Not sure if this is going to help my situation or not but at least it’ll help someone! Do not book with this company. My father died and plans changed due to a snow storm. Requesting a refund and they keep telling me the death certificate is invalid and a bunch of other unprofessional typos within the emails I am receiving from Kate! After reading everyone else reviews I want to give up. I did this as a last minute resort through affirm. Now I am thinking to take it up with them since I can’t even figure out how on earth to use the travel credit on the website! DO NOT USE JUSTFLY.COM

JustFly still waiting for my $9768 refund since Jan 1 2022

I dont know how many time I used justfly to book my travel. No problem finding good deal and options

However, our Family trip to Dubai for the New Year Jan 1 2022 was completely cancelled due to 3 of 6 of our family tested positive for covid. The Airline itself Qatar Airways offers free cancelation refund policy so when I found out and feeling sick On Dec 31 2021 day before our trip, I went Justfly online to cancel the trip. Next day I checked and cancellation did not go thru so I tried to call customer service.. Each call is almost 3 hours wait, I am not even joking. They want to charge me cancellation fee when after I call the Qatar Airways to confirm there will be no penalty charged. So I call Justfly again and again, and each time is over 2 hours wait. This company really needs to hire more people.

I get it, the time is difficult for everyone, but all of the hotel is accommodating the full refund but Justfly can not issue me refund even when I purchased the travel insurance ? today is March 5th and 2 month passed, and I am still waiting for my refund and it said could take up to 12 weeks ?

I am scared to use this company again, you just can not reach anyone unless you wait on the phone for more then 2 hours.

Please someone help me here, its so much money to loose almost $10K

JustFly Can't reach customer service

I received an email from JustFly that American Airlines modified my outbound flight and that I have until March 9 to confirm or modify those changes. I tried to rebook online but received a message that I needed to contact JustFly. I have spent over 5 hours on hold waiting for a representative. There is a recorded message saying my issue could be resolved by filling out a form on their website support page and they will email me. There is no form to complete. It's all circular and I can't reach anyone. I called the airline directly and they said JustFly owns my ticket so they are unable to make any changes.

Desired outcome: I would like help reaching a rep at JustyFly to resolve my issue.

United Airlines refund it my refund on January 13th on a car 54 59 which is just flies MasterCard and so I need for you to do place my refund on 9014 cuz that's the car I paid but and this thing has not been resolved so you need to get in touch with me I need to talk to somebody about this because I want to know where the money is where the money went to when you're nine it refunded it so please get in touch with me [protected] I need to talk to somebody from just fly I just want to have some answers that's all I want is answers where did this money go when they refunded it United Airlines where did it go thank you and have a great day please get in touch with me some kind of way

JustFly Refund for COVID cancellation

I had to cancel round trip flight #[protected] booked thru Justfly from Boston to Bologna planned for April 2020 due to COVID. Justfly said they would refund money after submitting request and information. Justfly even took another $60 to create refund transaction. It has been nearly 2 years and I am still waiting for my refund. There is no human contact with this organization - all automated, so emails and phone calls do not work.

JustFly My ticket refund from united airlines

Well United airlines did a refund on my ticket h l b q y y and they sent it they sent the refund to you guys I have called and called and called and I can't get through and I need to know if the last four digits of you guys's card is 5459 because that's where they sent the refund and I would appreciate if someone's going to get back with me on this because I have been trying to get in touch with you to trying to talk to you and nobody want to answer the phone I keep calling United airlines back in they keep telling me that they refunded thing but it is not coming to my card or anything. so I need you guys to get in touch with me and talk to me about this situation because united sent the money to you guys and my number is [protected] I would appreciate a call back thank you.

JustFly Airline reservation / justfly

I have been trying for months to contact JUSTFLY to use a credit that they issued to me for Lufthansa flights to and from Italy in the Autumn of 2020. The tour had been cancelled by the Rick Steves organization and all that money was refunded. JUSTFLY's web site still shows my booking with a notation in red that there is a credit available for a future booking; but the website will not accept the booking number as valid. When you try to use the one and only telephone number on the site it requests the reservation number and then informs me that the number does not exist. Is there a solution? I live in Delaware where they are supposed located, but it is not much more than a nameplate on a door in a small office building in Wilmington, DE. This is so typical of so many bogus operations incorporated in my state of Delaware.

Desired outcome: An actual new reservation using the credit the company says I still have.

JustFly Canceled flight

I saved up for two years and finally was able to book at trip to France. I bought my tickets and the insurance. I received an email that my return flight has been canceled. There is no way to pick another return flight on the website and I have spent two weeks, numerous emails and, today, nine hours on the phone with JustFly to get this resolved. The only time I got through to a human, he hung up on me.

Desired outcome: Either return flight booked for full refund

JustFly Ticket's double charge

The Justly sold me a ticket for a flight, and they told me that my card was not accepted by their company, so they sent me an-email saying that I should update my new credit card, so I did it. However, for my surprise, they "created" a second ticket code with the same passengers, same destination, and same date of travel, and charged twice for the same flight.
Now I want to solve this double charge, and they don't answer my cellphone, and I'm for more than 01 hour and half and just hear that they have a high volume of call phones.
That's unbelievable, because when pressed the number on the dial to buy a new ticket, they answered me in less than 01 minute.
There's no respect by consumer time, and I think this will be my last time buying my ticket on this company. There are other companies that sell air tickets, and I will think better next time.
