Incorrect information given
I booked an international flight and I willingly changed the date. My credit card was charged. Morgan (the rep) told me there were not seats available in tourist class so the date was again changed. He advised me it would be less expensive to fly a different route & did not offer to refund me $60. In addition, he advised me the incorrect airline. I only discovered the correct airline by calling a subsequent day. I went on the foreign airline's website & discovered there were ample seats available on the date I originally requested.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund of at least $60.

JustFly Booking # [protected]. On 03/04/2022 Flight Alaska Airline # 1022 From San Francisco (SFO) to Moscow (SVO) was canceled. Justfly never refunded $491.30 ticket cost back to my Capital Card. Justfly clamming the refund was processed on March 22nd, but my Capital One Bank never received funds. I contacted Justfly more than 10 times and no results. Capital One Bank contacted merchant, but could not recover the purchased price for the ticket of $491.30. Capital One Bank on receiving end the problem is the Justfly Bank not processing the refund. Justfly only refunded service change of $36.85, but cost for the ticket $491.30 has not been refunded. Please help resolve the problem.

Flight was cancelled due to COVID and JustFly will not issue a no refund statement!
I have called the company countless times to get a statement from the company showing that I did not receive a refund for my cancelled flight. All they claim is their system will not send out individual statement showing no refund was issued. So, now I'm out $5,000 because they will not provide the information that my travel insurance needs. Avoid this unethical company!

Our flight to Portugal in July 2022
Booking # [protected] Booked 2-6-2022 Flying from Seattle, Wa to Lisbon, Portugal on July 19, 2022. Our confirmation was M4PRZ to begin with. Got to the airport for the first leg of the flight, found our flight had been cancelled. We were suppose to fly Iberia only to find they did not fly into that airport. After hours and hours of working with British Airways, they were able to get us onto a plane to continue our journey. If they would not have helped us the other legs of the trip would not have happened. I will never recommend Justly in the future as I feel they did not do anything for us other than take thousands of dollars. We used them in years past with no problems but this was totally unbelievable what we had to go through.

I booked 4 roundtrip airline tickets through Justfly.com to go to Thailand. I paid for all seats selection. The total amount is $3,257.08. However, Justfly.com only issued us a fake booking number [protected].) I booked the tickets on 09/07/22 and they charged and pulled out the money from my credit card. But as of today 10/06/22, Justfly.com never get any tickets confirmed for us. I called them every other day and they lied to me every time I called them. I talked to the following persons: Marco, Adam, Mina, Jeff, Tara, Hazem, Kacy, Louis Hemalia, Jason, Mike, Nemyo and many more. These people would not give their real last names. I have recorded every conversation I have with them. One fake excuse after another to hang up the phone on me. I called the airline United Airline Company and they told me I got scammed by Justfly.com. I will forward this fat lie company to every government office for investigation. And for sure I will bring them to court. Please join me to get this company out of business.

Good morning.
Yesterday I bought two round trip tickets from IAD to Delhi. I have been charged $55.80 for non-chargeable seats. I requested for refunds. He said that it is not refundable. Now he says the charges is for opening map of seats. I never heard about these charges to look for seats. This is fraud.
Even if that is so, then we opened the map once to get seats, then why charge for 4 seats. They are totally wrong.

This company is a scam! I booked a flight in 2020 and it got cancelled due to Covid. Their website shows that I have a $1,700 credit that I can use for another trip. When I tried to book another trip, their website said, “we can’t complete your request, call us”.
I attempted to call 3-4 times, each time I called, it was almost 2 hours wait, I gave up and hung up. There is no email or a web form, or a chat option, you just have to call. They want you to get frustrated and give up. One day, I decided to wait, after more than two hours of waiting, someone answered! I couldn’t believe it!
I thought this was it, now I’d be able to use my credit to purchase a new flight, but I was wrong. After being on the phone for 50 minutes with their support. She told me that I had to pay another $4,000 addition to my $1,700 credit to book a flight to Istanbul from Austin TX. This is more than 3 times the actual value. This whole system is designed to get you frustrated and give up. The person who tried to help me was nice, but she was so slow, every time I asked something, she put me on hold for 10-15 minutes. I got frustrated and bought my ticket from another airline.
As of August 2022, https://www.complaintsboard.com/ has 294 complaints with 1 star. I can’t believe these people are still in business and selling tickets like everyone is happy to do business with them. I am SO ANGRY can’t even put it words!
Desired outcome: I just want to be easily book another flight with the credit that I have or refund the money.

MY name is Darrell Spann. I left the United states on 7/11/2022 enroute to Accra, Ghana. When I checked my luggage, the agent would not let me check my bicycle that had a motorcycle cover on it. I was forced to leave the bicycle at the Tampa airport in the long term parking garage. Before driving to Tampa from Lakeland, Florida on 7/11/2022, I called Delta customer service twice to inquire about the regulations for the bicycle. I was told twice a motorcycle cover would due, as long as the entire bicycle was fully covered. The morning of the flight, the story changed and I was told the bicycle had to be in a box or a hard shell.
Desired outcome: Desired outcome: I'm scheduled to come back to the US on 10/03/2022 and would like that date changed to 8/11/2022 through 8/20/2022 to retrieve my bicycle that's locked up on a bike rack at the Tampa airport.
International Tickets fees after cancellation
I bought 2 tickets to Japan and bought a cancellation protection for $397.32 because it described that I will be able to get refund if in case I had to cancel the trip. I cancelled the flight 2 weeks before the departure which qualifies for a full refund, but it turns out that they only refund the ticket fees that they get from the airline, but they took the booking fee that was included in the tickets (very misleading) for $968.00, and they also refused to refund the seat request fee of $103.60. Since they do not refund the cancellation protection fee either, I lost $1,469.92 by booking my flights through Justfly. Their customer service phone line is always busy, and their representatives are not very friendly. The only person that was friendly and nice was the one that I spoke with about my booking. She recommended the cancellation protection and made it sound like I will not lose any money if I have the protection. She did not explain anything about me losing almost $1500 even though I explained to her that my schedule will likely change, and I wanted to know that I could get a fully refundable ticket. I learned my lesson and will never use Justfly to book a flight in the future.
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund that I believe I would get when I spoke with your agent originally. It is a horrible way to do business to not disclose those policies and mislead the customer in order to make money.

I cancelled the booking [protected] and got told by the agent named Mamode at approx 14.00 hours 23rd June 2022 that a one off charge of US 125.00 dollars will be debited from credit card. He asked if it was oak to charge the card with this amount and I agreed. On the credit card statement £375.00 GBP has been debited without my authority. I was also told by Momode that £2147.78 will be credited to the payment card within 6 weeks. This still hasn’t arrived and I do not which to be charged by the credit card company for interest. Can you Please look into this and credit the refund and the extra admin fee that you took. This should of been US 125.00 dollars as agreed and the time. The card is on the booking details.

If you enter a customer number they disconnect the call or leave you on hold for hours.

Reservation cancelled by Justfly, and they will not refund money
Placed reservations for a flight to leave on 07/10/2021, to see sick father. Received phone call that my father had a massive stroke and was not doing well. I called Justfly to see if I could change the flight to a sooner one, and I was told that they cannot do that. So, I booked another fight for a sooner date. I was promised by Justfly that my return flight, that was booked with them would be honored. My father passed away a day before I arrived. After the funeral and settling his estate, I planed to fly back, only to find out that Justfly canceled my existing reservation without the option of helping me book another flight. So, again I had to purchase another return ticket. When I returned home, I was told by Justfly that I was eligible for a refund if I submitted a copy of the death certificates, which I did, twice. Still no response. Customer service is terrible, either I get transferred and disconnected, or placed on hold for an hour only to be disconnected. DO NOT USE THIS BOOKIKNG AGENCY.

They are withholding my refund for a flight cancelation because I do not want to give them my "detailed" medical records. I gave them a note from my doctor and they still are refusing. They want details of my private life that they do not need to process the claim. And then they offered me a $250 settlement when they owe me thousands of dollars. I have been going back and forth with multiple people for multiple days. Each person seems to not understand the situation and continues to ask for details about what I am dealing with medically right now when I already gave them a note from my doctor and explained more than they need to know.

Cancelled flight refund

My name is Kim Chen and I have been trying to rebook my flight that was cancelled (not by me) due to COVID from April 2020. Every time I put in a request for a quote I get justfly robot emails saying pack your bags. When in actuality I click on the link in the email that leads me to a page that says “we are currently working to process your request. Look out for an email”. Yes I checked spam/junk mail like they asked. I always end up aborting my quote and purchasing a flight because I can’t hear anything back from you months after the request and weeks before I’m to fly.
Customer service sucks. Not one human being to talk to. It takes a few minutes to book a flight why is it justfly can’t do it in 3 months. I need a refund of $273.20 or to actually rebook a flight like it was promised. I have all the emails from 2020 sent to me and the screenshots of justfly’s pointless and redundant information.

The original reservation was cancelled on May 12, 2020. By email stating a credit of $1973.50. As this was now two years ago, and because I have communicated by phone, I do not have every detail that has transpired.
However, this spring, I found my way back to your website and realized that I needed to take action.
I first contact you on Feb 23 2022.
At that time there was a page from Justfly that stated I needed to have booked a new flight by April 9th 2022. Although again, I have a memory that that date was extended due to covid.
I tried calling a Justfly agent, but because of the wait time I had to forgo the connection because of other commitments. I therefore devoted a morning to connecting at the end of March. I believe March 28th. I did finally talk with an agent. She did give us another booking of August 29 2022 to Sept 12th 2022., which I felt satisfied the condition to book another trip by the 9th April. She did say there would be some reduction in the credit amount because of office fees. I did not agree with the cutback but was willing to take what we could rather than lose the whole amount.
I was visiting my daughter in the US when apparently I received an email saying I needed to take action regarding my booking. On return from visit I again devoted April 7th am to connecting with Justfly, but again by telephone and I have not evidence of what transpired during the call. At that time I quoted the page that stated
Your travel credit along with your travel plans must be booked by 2022-04-09. I was very conscious of this line because April 9th was coming up. The agent was working from home and the background noises sometimes made communication difficult as was the fact that English was not the agent’s first language. So, I tried again the next day and did talk to a conversant English speaker. He wanted to quote me the restriction of the original ticket. I explained to hime that because of covid those restriction did not apply. I had phoned the airline and they agreed that they had not received any of our money and the airline explained that Justfly could use our credit in any way that they wished. Justfly was not bound by Tap Air Portugal. So explaining this statement to the gentleman who was constantly quoting what he had been told to say, which was Justfly was only going to relate to the original ticket restrictions. He admitted that our money was still with Justfly.
The position I have paid for flights which were cancelled by Covid and I have made efforts to rebook but you are denying a refund or a second booking. I think this is unjustified actions resulting from the pandemic. I would like to escalate to a formal complaint and request a review.
