Airfare overcharge
I was recently charged with foreign currency exchange fee of $72.95. The tickets were purchased in Vancouver, WA ,USA using your site justfly.com. I was not informed of any additional fees during the purchasing process. The whole transaction was done in USD. I have contacted my bank but they were not able to credit me for this charge. I also contacted JustFly customer service (twice) but they didn't see this charge. What I am asking is to investigate the transaction and reverse the charge. I think this is just a system glitch and I shouldn't be charged with this fee.

Ticket information wrong compared to Airport Flight Data
My wife and I bought round trip tickets to Cancun through Justfly.com. We are leaving in 2 weeks, so 3 1/2 weeks ago we tried to go onto just fly and figure out what our protocols would be (check in, baggage, etc). We noticed that the flight information on Justfly was completely wrong, and when we tried to click the "check in" button, it took us to an invalid page. We called the help desk and they said they were in the process of sending verification information to the airlines and airport and it would be resolved in 48 hours. Since then, its been 5 days and has not been resolved.

Problem with flight to China and passport information on Justfly.com
Hi,
I want to talk with you about a situation that has arisen as a result of your sending incomplete passport information to an international carrier (Air China) for my wife. The ticket was purchases on justfly.com and then the information for the ticket (and the passport) was sent to Air China. I have verified with Justfly that the information on your database is missing the passport number, but contains the passenger name and the passport expiration date. Air China, on receiving the incomplete information, did not contact me as they should have (don’t get me started on their horrible customer service!) but rather their computer system flagged the passport as suspicious and, in the end, they did not allow my wife to board the airplane in Los Angeles, leaving us with a possible $3,000 loss and my wife with some considerable emotional distress, as she is, for the first time in 4 years, possibly able to return to China to help care for her 95 year old father and for an older sister who is dying of cancer (I’m not making this up).
What I want to argue is that Justfly should never save, and certainly should never transfer, incomplete passport information to any international carrier. It doesn’t make any sense, and can only cause problems for the passenger. I have 25 years of experience as a software and webpage developer, and there are several things that could have happened that would have caused the saving of incomplete data. I could have simply forgotten to input it - doubtful but possible. I could have input it but then possibly the page refreshed for some reason, the input number was lost, and I didn’t notice it. I could have input everything correctly but there was a problem between my browser and your database whereby the data was not sent or not received or not stamped on the file correctly. There are probably other possibilities - however, regardless of that, a simple audit on that page and/or an audit when you send out data to the carriers would have caught that problem and resulted in some communication with me, whereby I could have solved the problem, and everything that happened downstream would not have happened.
So in the end, I have started a “voluntary” [something] request through Justfly to Air China where I can ask them for some give me back some money, and I understand I could also do another one called “involuntary” [something] in case the first one doesn't work. Also, I understand that someone at Justfly did some investigation and Air China told Justfly that my wife just didn't show up, which is absolutely untrue. I have proof of tickets to and from Los Angeles and a hotel that we stayed in. There's no reason to fly out to LA for the sole purpose of going to China and then not show up for the flight to China. Their staff was either lying, or more likely, didn't know the situation and simply saw that my wife did not get on the plane and assumed we didn’t show up. In fact we had the attention of about a half dozen staff members at the check-in counter at LAX, trying to help, but they were unable to override the flag that the computer system had put on my wife’s passport after they received the incomplete information from you.
So if you’ve made it this far, thank you very much for your time! I will certainly never use Air China again if at all possible. I have used Justfly before and have been previously satisfied with your service. However, this time, I’m quite disappointed in what happened and how easily it could have been prevented.

Refund of canceled flight tickets through justfly
I booked a roundtrip flight (3/30) and ended up canceling within 24 hrs. The airline (Allegiant) showed they had refunded the tickets on 3/31 (less some fees) to two different credit cards - neither of which were mine. When I called Justfly, they said they needed more information, including my DOB. (Funny they didn't need that when they TOOK my money). They already had the other information they were asking for but I sent it all again, including the email from the airline. I was then told (4/12) I could expect a refund to MY card withing 3 days (working days I assume). 4/25 I sent a follow up email, asking what I needed to do. 4/28 no reply so I called again. I was informed the average wait time to speak to a representative was 4 mins. 35 minutes later, spoke with Mary who told me they are still waiting for the refund from the Airline. When I asked for an email from JustFly stating that they had not received any refund from Allegiant yet, she told me they didn't have anything they could sent me. Poor customer service and basically theft. Luckily, they fare was incredibly cheap and I'm not out much money.
Desired outcome: Refund of round flight tickets to Vegas for a total of $65.
Refusal to refund tickets
We bought 2 round trip tickets to Nigeria in 2021 for the funeral of my mother, a week to the trip, Justfly cancelled , leaving us no options. Eventually, we bought tickets from another airline to make the funeral. We have been calling Justfly for the refund and they refused. All the calls we have made have proven unsuccessful as they keep declining our requests.

Hi, I have made a mistake with flight from Denver to Fort Lauderdale I believe, if not it would have been justfly.com. Paying for two tickets when I am going from Denver to Myrtle Beach SC. Not receiving an itinerary and looking for days until getting close and worried I called and talked to Justfly.com and they are rude to say the least.
He refused to believe me and said because not canceled within a week they would take over 400.00 and give e 120.00 refund. When I asked and looked at the date, he said he sent itinerary the same day I bought tickets before taking money on the twelfth of April which is nowhere. I asked why he did this, and he said they do this to everyone; they book the trips right away and then if money does not go through, they cancel it. No one would check the same day or night they get their itineraries to find this.

Booking flight
This company should be stopped from doing business. Very poor customer support. They charge for flight tickets and don't manage the reservations correctly.. lot of delays and mistakes when issuing tickets. Average wait time for customer service is 2 hrs.
BTW, when I chose the 'Buy a Ticket' option, a rep answered the call in just 5 mins... Clearly shows they want your $$$ and let you JustFly in the AIR.. literally means.. we got your money now you can hang yourself.

Cancellation Protection Scam
Good morning. I am Very upset with Justfly. I purchased my tickets from them, and purchased the cancellation protection plan from them as well. On the day of my flights, I had a medical emergency. I had a seizure on my way to the airport. My flights were cancelled. I was told that they would count as a credit to rebook my flight. I called customer service and was denied all value of my ticket. I attempted to go direct through the airline and they sent me back to Justfly
I wish to be compensated. How are you going to resolve this? This company sucks!

I've completed my reservation and paid and deducted from my account but a second later received this statement by email saying. This company is a scam. Do not do business with them. Due to the second wave of the pandemic our trip to Spain was canceled Christmas 2021. We were given a travel credit to use by April 2023. I’ve tried rebooking this trip Christmas 2022 to no avail. I was told there are no flights for my class to travel. This is only after 4 phone calls and 11 hours taking to different representatives and told different options. They will tell you they will call you back. They will not! Tried calling to rebook again today and 3 hours later still no answer. I’m at a loss. They have no regard whatsoever. My advice is to go directly through the airline.

Airline tickets booked through justfly
An absolute disaster for me. Unless you want to ruin your trip, do not ever use Justfly. Their misspelling of my name cost me an additional $2500., stress & time. We’d seen my name was misspelled long before our departure date, so we notified Justfly & they said they had made the correction. For safety sake, we contacted them again to verify the correction had been made & were assured it had been. Upon arrival at the airport, for departure, we found that my name was still misspelled at the Delta Counter. I tried calling Justfly a few times and each time I got an auto menu that turned out to be a merry go round, which gave me no option to speak to anyone. The airline said my travel companion had tickets to Atlanta & then to Rome, but that I had no ticket, due to my name being misspelled the exact misspelling we had corrected & verified. We had both paid for our tickets. We even had E-Tickets. Unfortunately, I had no valid ticket, due to the misspelling. We went on-line to Justfly to again attempt to correct the mistake. They eventually quit responding to us. It was a real dilemma. We had spent 2 & a half hours trying to communicate with Justfly. The Delta Ticket Counter Attendant said, that she suspected that Justfly realized they’d messed up, so they probably didn’t want to talk to us: her opinion. It seemed so. My friend had a ticket & I did not. I went ahead & bought a new ticket to Atlanta, hoping by then we could get the problem corrected. Upon arrival in Atlanta, we continued to attempt to contact Justfly unsuccessfully. Ultimately, my friend went ahead & took the flight to Rome in hopes that I could find a ticket to there in Atlanta, also. A friend at home, by phone, contacted me & had found 2 available “one way” tickets to Athens, which was our ultimate destination. The first was over $2100. & the other was $2300; both were more than I could afford. The prospects of leaving my friend in Athens alone for what was to be a well planned, month long trip, was a disaster. After an hour of frustration & uncertainty about what to do, my wife, from home called & had found a ticket for $1850. I simply can’t afford to pay such costs; however, not to meet my friend in Athens, would cause me to miss the next leg of our trip, which was a cruise of the Adriatic Greek Islands, which I’d already paid for. It would also mean my friend would have to take the cruise alone. Even though I’d already spent more than I could afford, I went ahead & bought the $1,850. Ticket. It didn’t leave til the next day, so I had to get a cab to a hotel & a cab back to the airport; all while lugging my heavy luggage along. This cost nearly another $200 & much additional time. I took the flight to Athens with my newly purchased ticket. The rest of the trip was fine, though tainted by the stress, frustration & additional costs, all due to the lack of service from Justfly. If you do encounter a problem, you cannot depend on contacting Justfly. None of us will ever use Justfly for Any travel arrangements again & I’d strongly suggest that you not depend on anything they tell you. Stay away from Justfly!
Desired outcome: I would like to be reimbursed for the $2500+ that it cost me, due to Justfly’s lack of Customer Service.
Airline Tickets
I booked a flight from Dallas to Manila in April. The flights were American Airlines from Dallas to LAX and Philippine Airlines from LAX to Manila. I kept getting emails about a week after the booking stating that it had changed. After about 2 weeks of changes, the flight from LAX to Manila was cancelled. I made no cancellations or changes. The odd part is that the American Airlines portion of the trip is still showing active even though the connecting flight tickets have been voided. I was never offered any explanation for the cancellation or asked if I wanted to try to find a new flight. I feel as if JustFly is misrepresenting what they can actually provide. If I purchase something specific and it cannot be provided, a refund should not be an issue. Because of their incompetence, I am out over $3000.00.

Justfly incorrect spelling of my name
I have been trying to get just fly to correct their mistakes! I told them the spelling because I always have to. All I can say for this person is (heir spelling mistakes concerning my name for the past week. Wherever I let them know what's it about, I disconnected. I told them my name and spelled it for them. All I can say is (Brian fog or simply did not care). My flight leaves in four hours and all I get from your company is we are looking into it, but if you wish to abort your request we will be glad to help you. I will tell everyone I know that no matter what, never never never book with justfly. You are giving your money away with no backup and because this company does not care once your money is in their hands. I have done everything in my power to get them to correct this issue for the past week. My Name is Qutaiba Zahde. I have booked and purchased a ticket to fly from RDU to SHJ via JFK wit AA/QR on the 3rd Nov. 22. under Airline Ref. QZHWOB Ticket No. 157-[protected].
Before issuing the ticket, I have selected a higher fare which entitles me to 2 pieces of luggage.
At the time of checking in at RDU, the Airline staff stated that my ticket is entitled for one piece of luggage only and I was forced to pay $ 100/= for the second piece although it was already paid for at the time of issuance.
I was completely disappointed and frustrated because I was not prepared for such a situation.
It was not my first experience dealing with JustFly, but it was indeed my first-time bad experience.

Non existent Customer service
I have been on the line for 2 days trying to get an agent to help me with my existing booking and no one answers, but when I call for the sales department they answer in seconds, however they refuse to help and transfers me back to what seems to be a dead end non existent black hole department. I am currently on the line for over 2hours and 37 min waiting as I type this, for a soul to answer and nothing
I just need to know what changed in my booking, The site doesn’t allow me to check online the airline refuses to talk since I didn’t buy with them and just fly seems to be unaware of what customer service means.

My Name is Alpha Koroma and I am complaining JustFly for illicitly holding my money USD 1,481.82 for a ticket I procured/booked on December 7, 2021 but was later canceled due to me contracting COVID-19. Cancelled flight for medical reasons
On June 4th I booked and paid US$ 614 for a flight on 27th September from Athens to Singapore on Saudia, justfly no [protected].
I had to cancel the flight on 31st August due to an accident and hospitalisation in Singapore. I received a refund of only US$ 354.12, so they kept US$259.88. This is very unfair and unreasonable.
I have sent them my Drs letter saying I could not take long flights (over 3 hours) but to date have not had any acknowledgement
Desired outcome: Full refund or failing that a possibility of rebooking early next year.
Incorrect information given
I booked an international flight and I willingly changed the date. My credit card was charged. Morgan (the rep) told me there were not seats available in tourist class so the date was again changed. He advised me it would be less expensive to fly a different route & did not offer to refund me $60. In addition, he advised me the incorrect airline. I only discovered the correct airline by calling a subsequent day. I went on the foreign airline's website & discovered there were ample seats available on the date I originally requested.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund of at least $60.
