I am absolutely fed up with Karmaloop/Kazbah. I ordered a snapback for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day. I ordered it on the 1st of February and thought it would be here on time! 7 days later it is still processing and hasn't even shipped! I e-mail the folks over at Karmaloop trying to figure out what was taking so long. Magically, after I e-mail them, my package ships a few hours later. When I get the e-mail about my package finally shipping, I see that it is shipping by USPS when the site strictly states that all packages are shipped by UPS for Karmaloop and Kazbah products. This is important because I sent the package to my house instead of my post office box. I immediately call Karmaloop and they direct me to the Kazbah store and they tell me that they cannot do anything about it because it has already been shipped. So now I have to wait for the package to actually be mailed, returned back to the Kazbah store, and THEN RE-shipped to my post office box. This was about 3 days ago and I see that the USPS still has not actually gotten my package for shipping which is absolutely ridiculous. If I do not get my package that I paid for soon then I WILL take action because I don't appreciate scams. Not to mention, my boyfriend will NOT have his gift for Valentine's day.

Let us help you out, we can definitely check on your ordering information to see what the issue is. However, when ordering from one of our Kazbah vendors, we do offer a disclaimer informing our customers that these are drop-dhip items and can take up to 10 business days to be shipped. These are independent vendors featured on our site, sort of like eBay. So, if you have an issue with an order through them or need your shipment by a specific time frame, you would need to communicate with the vendor directly as they handle all customer service and shipping requests. I am glad to see that this is the only kind of negative comment about Karmaloop, I love the web site and all the products there, I would love to keep shopping there, but..
More than a month ago I ordered this pair of jeans and I have not received them yet. Note said they were shipped January 3rd, today is March 15th! I contacted Karmaloop about a week ago, then this week and the answer was the same: they'll ask warehouse about it and get back to me. Never did. I contacted them again, finally got an answer "Unfortunately there is no way for us to track this package as it was sent to an international PO BOX via the US postal service (I live in Canada). Please contact you local post office regarding this issue." What exactly my post office can do about it? I do understand that Karmaloop cannot find the parcel if they sent it out without a tracking number, but they do say "If you have not received your order after the appropriate time frame, please call us for assistance at 877-GO KARMA" . hm, maybe I should call and find out what kind of assistance that is. Moral support when I cry about that perfect pair of jeans I didnt get?
I still like the web site, but I'll think 100 times now before I buy smth

I order from Karmaloop all the time. It states in writing about how Kazbah works. It's a market place. People just need to learn to read before ### about things and making themselves look stupid.

I cannot agree more. Karmaloop had advertised in large bold letters on its site that shipping would be free during the black friday weekend if the indicated code was used. I entered the code, but shipping was still charged. Thinking this was probably an error, I contacted the company. Their reply was that the offer cannot be applied because the products were "Kazbah." Not only does this lack any meaning, it is completely unprofessional to make a bold blanket offer and then tell customers that exclusions apply both on the offer page AND on the product page. As a predominately internet-based shopper, I will NEVER order again from this site. I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT SHOPPING HERE.

I ordered from karmaloop before and had a problem with their shipping and also missing products in my package. That was a while ago and for some odd reason I thought they are trying to redeem and fix their lack of customer service by sending a bunch of emails and codes for revamping their site. The sucker I am I tried to purchase from them again for Christmas. On the site it states that if an order was made by 12/19 before 4pm EST then the package would be there before Christmas and in their quotes "Be psych that you didn't ruin Christmas again". I contacted their customer service before ordering making sure that my products would get to me before Christmas and it was verified by amanda. I purchased them on 12/19 at 519am PST. Well now it's 12/23 and still no package and when I tracked the package it shows delivery date of 12/27 on Tuesday. Once again karmaloop you failed me and secondly I didn't ruin Christmas, you did!

I have not yet received my t shirt I ordered from karmaloop
I've been waiting for 1 month . I have send emails to them but they still have not yet replied . Somebody help me please . My first time ordering from karmaloop. Is it always like this ? Please warn everyone about this website

I odered three items on karmaloop, i have rereceived two of them and i still have one shipment pendig that is piss me off.. i sent several emails for them they havent replied.

Karmaloop charged me three times for one purchase consecutively tonight. And now it says that i never ordered anything from them after the y took about 250$ from my bank account, this is very dissapointing and now im not going to have all my money to pay my rent tomorrow.

I recently ordered a shirt today from Karmaloop. I no longer want the shirt. The shirt has not shipped yet. Is there any way I can cancel this order before it ships?

I ordered with them on Christmas and its been a month that I haven't received my products. The reason is because Karmaloop sent it to the wrong address! I checked my delivery status and I found out that they sent it to Brampton, Ontario when I live in Montreal, Quebec. I though that I made a mistake but when I checked the receipt that they sent to me via my email after my purchase, it was the correct address. I called them and they said that it was basically my fault that I put down the wrong address until I sent them my receipt and my order number. The assistant immediately said the she couldn't understand why and that I have to wait that the stranger sent the package back to the warehouse. DO YOU REALLY THINK THAT A ###ING UNKNOWN STRANGER WILL AND KNOW WHERE TO SEND U BACK WHEN YOU HAVEN'T EVEN CONTACTED HIM? 110$ down the drain. I'm disappointed with them and I will never order with them again.
